Oh Lamb of God, Who take away the sins of the world, come and act on my soul most intimately. May 13, 2000 marks the 83rd anniversary of Fatima.
At 12:00 Indiana time there will be a special rosary at 12:00 noon to celebrate this event where a church full of people will pray until 5:00 p.m.
Mary appeared at Fatima on May 13, 1917 for her first apparition.
Messenger: Today at Mass I realized how the whole Body of Christ is united in that Mass. I as a member wanted to be so united to the whole Body as one body pleading for grace for the sick earth and giving the greatest honor and love to God, worshipping Him because I love Him so.
I am so one with all His creatures in the Mass and filled with such love and appreciation for all He has given us as He dwells so deeply in me, in my heart in Holy Communion. I see myself and Him as a couple. He is the bridegroom, I am the bride and yet I am so one in Him, my bridegroom, my love, my all.
Now I feel such devotion to Him in the Eucharist and I love to gaze on the Exposed Eucharist and just be with Him. I love this so much. I love to sit for so long and pray my rosary and just be there and be with Him taking everything in my life to Him, recording my special prayers for others as I am with Him so I can remember them hourly and pray for them. He fills me so in those quiet times when I am with Him and those around me add to the joy if they are devoutly honoring Him in quiet prayer. It is a new dimension for me to be with others and be so united to Him, yet feel fullness in my adoration because others are joined with me. I love the Body of Christ. I am one with my fellow members in deep, deep love in Him. I love to pray and intercede to God for our needs. My times of quiet with Him bring me great, heaven-like joy, but I know it is God’s will I work hard in spreading the News of the Kingdom and being loving to all others, serving Him and doing His will. Being loving to others means being as He desires us to be. A mother is not loving when she does not instruct her children or care for them. Being loving means living in the truth, doing what He wants even when it may be easier to ignore some things. Holy Mother the Church must teach the children what God wants them to know so they can be holy and that their souls will be saved. Loving is being as God desires us to be.
Living every moment according to His will. We must seek to live every moment as He desires. When we do not do what is God’s will, we affect others in the body of Christ and the world. Since we are one body, every person must realize how our every action affects others and strive to do His will. If one person is willful and does not do God’s will, he affects everyone else to some degree.
In the Reign of the Sacred Heart, all will live according to God’s will in great harmony and love. In our communities of Shepherds of Christ there should be great harmony, if all are trying to live as one body doing God’s will. What one does willfully affects the other members of the body. Like a symphony, the more they follow the conductor and act as one, the more attuned is the beautiful tone that one hears as they unite to play the composition.

Jesus speaks: My beloved ones,
I am asking you, if you are unable to help My Movement in certain ways, to offer your
lives through the Morning Offering for the intentions of My Movement, for the priests, the
Church and the world.
I BEG YOU TO OFFER ALL THE TIME YOU CAN BEFORE THE TABERNACLE FOR THE INTENTIONS OF MY MOVEMENT. THE TIME BEFORE THE TABERNACLE IS SO POWERFUL. IT HELPS YOU GROW IN GREATER HOLINESS. IT WILL HELP THE PRIESTS, THE CHURCH AND THE WORLD WHEN YOU PRAY FOR MY INTENTIONS FOR MY MOVEMENT.
YOU MUST FEEL AS ONE BODY- UNITED- SHEPHERDS OF CHRIST. PRAY ON THE HOUR, PRAY AT 6:20. FEEL YOUR CONNECTION WITH EACH OTHER, UNITED TO THE MASS.

Encourage your elderly mother to offer up her day, or the people in the assisted living quarters at the nursing home. Tell them how important it is to offer up what they do for the priests, the Church and the world. Ask them to offer up their little tasks for the Shepherds of Christ intentions. Tell them you are part of a body, SHEPHERDS OF CHRIST, praying for the priests, the Church and the world.

On the 12, 13, 14 of May all will be joined in China, Indiana, for 48 hours of adoration praying for the priests, the Church and the world. Pray united to them for the Shepherds of Christ intentions, especially "Blocks" and to secure the Virgin Mary building for this purpose, to help build up the Body of Christ.

Apostles of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus
Messenger: Apostles of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus is a Prayer Movement under the direction of Shepherds of Christ Ministries. We are asking for volunteers who are willing to pray before the Blessed Sacrament for one hour, twice weekly. The name "Apostles of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus" is the name of the Prayer Movement.
The great love of Jesus’ Sacred Heart is poured out on those who come to the tabernacle with an open heart.
The Movement, Shepherds of Christ, is a Movement to help in the renewal of the Church and the world. Its primary purpose is to circulate the priestly newsletter, Shepherds of Christ. This is a newsletter for priests, seminarians, sisters, brothers, and all who are interested in furthering their deep love of God and His Church. The purpose of the newsletter is for the renewal of the Church and the world.
This newsletter is presently circulated to all bishops and priests in the United States. Outside of the United States of America, it is used by about 215 bishops for their dioceses. It is available in English and Spanish. It currently is circulated to about 70,000 priests in 90 countries.
There are prayer chapters all over the world praying for priests and the renewal of the Church and the world. The people praying in the chapters have consecrated their hearts to Jesus and Mary.
The newsletter and the prayer chapters of Shepherds of Christ Associates are a powerful tool for spreading devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
We wish many to become members of Shepherds of Christ by joining in prayer before the Blessed Sacrament or in prayer groups praying the prayers in the Prayer Manual centered in consecration to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. These prayers are found in this booklet. They are for the priests and the renewal of the Church and the world. Reciting the prayers, gives great honor to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. These prayers will help to bring about the great era of peace Mary spoke of at Fatima, in which the Immaculate Heart of Mary will triumph and the Sacred Heart of Jesus will reign. Praying the prayers will help deepen one's relationship with the Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

He wants us to come to the Blessed Sacrament and pray to Him for them. Our prayers are especially powerful when we are before the tabernacle.

83rd Anniversary of the
First Apparition of Fatima
Dear Friends of Our Lord & Our Lady,
Please let me begin with a prayer which many members in Shepherds of Christ use to greet one another:
I give my heart to Jesus and Mary with you in love! Holy Spirit fill
me!
We pray for priests and the renewal of the Church and the world. Amen!
We do indeed live in urgent times where the Church and the world are in need of renewal. In God's great mercy, He has sent His Son Jesus to give the world revelations into the great love of His most Sacred Heart. Mary has given many deep insights into her Immaculate Heart. Many of these revelations have been entrusted to the Shepherds of Christ movement. We have done our best to make these revelations available to the world which is in such dire need of God's healing love.
The Shepherds of Christ movement and the world are at a critical point today. Through the actions of the mayor of Orem, the Fatima children were kidnapped - which stopped the August 13th, 1917 apparition of our Lady. Mary latter said she was displeased at the actions of the mayor and that the great miracle promised for October 13th would not be as impressive as originally planned. The actions of one man made a big impact on the course of history!
Well, we who are aware of these revelations of God the Father, Jesus His Son, and Mary His Holy mother are also in a position to impact the course of history, hopefully in a positive way! The moment is ours. Through our collective good works, we can move the plan of the Father forward great strides this month. The time to complete the purchase of the Virgin Mary Building in Clearwater, Florida has arrived.
I am asking each person who receives this letter to prayerfully consider the May 4th plea of our Father in Heaven to help complete the purchase of the building. He personally takes responsibility for the appearance of Mary on the building in this message and asks His children to complete the purchase this month if at all possible. The purchase price of the building is 1.4 million dollars. The Father has previously expressed His desire that the Shepherds of Christ own the building "free and clear."
I have no doubt in my heart that the enclosed message is truly from Heaven. I feel the Father is hoping we will pull together in love and gratitude and secure the future of His miraculous gift. I and my children have been praying for and sacrificing for this goal. We will give all we can to this effort, but we need everyone's help. A donor has come forward with the down payment needed for the building, but I have been advised by a knowledgeable source that the ministry needs to reduce its short term debt to almost zero before beginning final application with the bank for a loan. This requires that we raise $128,000 in the next few weeks. We will need both large and small donors alike to reach this goal and many, many prayers.
The moment is ours. I ask you to carefully study and prayerfully consider the Father's message given to us on May 4th, 2000. I love you all and pray for you every day.

PS Mass Book: We recently received the Imprimatur on the Mass Book: A
Journey into the Heart of Jesus by Rita Ring. This book has approximately 280 pages
and is now at the publisher. It should arrive in a few weeks. God the Father has expressed
His desire that His children have this book so that they can more fully participate in the
Mass. Please pray for this effort.
Schools: Jesus and Mary continue to ask us to reach the children with the
rosary. We just contacted many schools across this land with the Shepherds of Christ
School Prayer Program. We recently sent out about 2000 rosaries to schools in one day and
more schools are calling all the time. We are trying to reach the whole world with the
rosary. Please pray for the success of these efforts.
Newsletter: WE CIRCULATE A SPIRITUALITY NEWSLETTER, to about 70,000 priests in the world in both English and Spanish.
Besides being sent to about 50,000 priests and bishops in the U.S.A., the newsletter is sent internationally to about 225 bishops, including 3 cardinals, who distribute copies to all of their priests, and also, in some cases, to their deacons and seminarians.
The newsletter is centered in consecration to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. It features writings regarding our union with Jesus and the Father and the Holy Spirit and Mary. The newsletter also stresses the Eucharist, the Church, prayer, and one's responsibility regarding the social order. The newsletter stresses sound doctrine as found in Scripture, the writings of Popes, and other Church documents. It also presents selected writings from the saints and competent priest-theologians and others.

Dear Father Carter,
For years I have received Shepherds of Christ Newsletter; I do not know who put me on your mailing list, but I'm grateful to you both. Since I first began to receive the newsletter I have been assigned as the Director of Formation Advising for the Pontifical North American College in Rome.
I would like to know if it would be possible to make a bulk order so that our seminarians could benefit from the newsletter as well. I will make sure they are distributed to our seminarians. At present we have about 200 seminarians and student priests on our campus, all eager for good spiritual reading!
Please let me know if we can make an arrangement for the delivery of the newsletter here at the college.

Jesus speaks: I wish a demessagetized form of a brochure available for the backs of churches that tell about the Apostles of the Eucharistic Heart, that have a picture of the exposed Eucharist from China, Indiana, on the outside fold.
I wish it to say: Pray for the Priests, the Church and the world.
Have the demessagetized information, membership form, to be accompanied with the prayers on a single sheet with the bridal Mary and My Sacred Heart picture from the priestly newsletter.
I wish also available prayer manuals. The prayers on a single sheet can be folded inside the brochure.
I wish these brochures widely circulated and put in the back of churches, in schools, anywhere anyone would pray and be an Apostle of the Eucharistic Heart.
The single sheet prayer list and brochure should not be intimidating.
I would like this as soon as possible, it would be a present to Me in the month of My Sacred Heart, if you did this and promoted the Apostles of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus.
It would help the Movement tremendously if you got this prayer power.
My Eucharistic Apostles are very scanty, this is hurting you. YOU NEED this support, the Church and the world needs this support. Include in the brochure to pray for all Shepherds of Christ intentions.

Special Adoration
Jesus speaks: June 11, 2000 - June 14, 2000
Come to China, Indiana
Come any time to pray before the Blessed Sacrament for the priests, the Church and the world.
You can come for several days for special prayer.
China is a place of prayer, I want you to come and pray.
The feast of St. Anthony's is June 13.
There will be a special celebration for the apostles on this day. There will be a church full of people praying between 12:00 and 5:00 Indiana time.
Jesus speaks: Special Rosaries are held in Florida on the 5ths.
There will be a special rosary on June 5th in Florida.
Jesus speaks: On the 17th of each month there is a social gathering in Morrow.
I ask you to especially come in June to the prayer services June 5, June 11 - 14.

Mary's Message
from the Rosary of August 27, 1996Mary speaks: I stood beneath the cross of my Son, and my Heart was in such pain for I saw Him before my eyes. I saw Him covered with blood. I saw Him die. My Heart, my children, my Heart to watch my Son, but my Heart, my Heart, how I suffered for my little children of the world that give in to this world and give up the love of my Son. O my little children of light, I give you this message. Carry this light into the darkness for your Mother Mary, for I stood beneath the cross and I cried. I cried for the little ones. I cried for the young ones, the ones that do not care and will lose their souls. How do I make you see for you will not listen to me? What can I do? I come. I appear. I beg. I plead. I give you these gifts from my Son, and you reject me. I do not deliver messages very often anymore for I have been ignored. The message is the same. You do not read the messages I have given to you. Please help me. Help the little children. I appear. I appear. I appear, and I am ignored. I stood beneath the cross, and I cried. I cried, and my Heart was in such anguish for my little children, for I am searching for them this day as I searched for the Child Jesus. Please, please help me. I cannot hold back the hand of my Son any longer. I am Mary, your Mother. I ask you to help my children. You are my children of light.
