Acts 14: 5-18
When they came to hear of this, they went off for safety to Lycaonia where, in the towns of Lystra and Derbe and in the surrounding country, they preached the good news.but eventually with the connivance of the authorities a move was made by gentiles as well as Jews to make attacks on them and to stone them.
Paul looked at him intently and saw that he had the faith to be cured. Paul said in a loud voice, 'Get to your feet-stand up,' and the cripple jumped up and began to walk. When the crowds saw what Paul had done they shouted in the language of Lycaonia, 'The gods have come down to us in human form.' They addressed Barnabas as Zeus, and since Paul was the principal speaker they called him Hermes. The priests of Zeus-outside-the-Gate, proposing that all the people should offer sacrifice with them, brought garlanded oxen to the gates. When the apostles Barnabas and Paul heard what was happening they tore their clothes, and rushed into the crowd, shouting, 'Friends, what do you think you are doing? We are only human beings, mortal like yourselves. We have come with good news to make you turn from these empty idols to the living God who made sky and earth and the sea and all that these hold. In the past he allowed all the nations to go their own way; but even then he did not leave you without evidence of himself in the good things he does for you: he sends you rain from heaven and seasons of fruitfulness; he fills you with food and your hearts with merriment.' With this speech they just managed to prevent the crowd from offering them sacrifice
John 14: 21-26
Whoever holds to my commandments
and keeps them
is the one who loves me;
and whoever loves me
will be loved by my Father,
and I shall love him
and reveal myself to him.’Judas—not Judas Iscariot—said to him, ‘Lord, what has happened, that you intend to show yourself to us and not to the world?’ Jesus replied:
Anyone who loves me will keep my word,
and my Father will love him,
and we shall come to him
and make a home in him.
Anyone who does not love me
does not keep my words.
And the word that you hear
is not my own:
it is the word of the Father who sent me.
I have said these things to you
while still with you;
but the Paraclete, the Holy Spirit,
whom the Father will send in my name,
will teach you everything
and remind you of all I have said to you.
If we love Jesus we will
keep His Word —
What Jesus speaks is
the will of God —
When we believe in the Word
the Holy Spirit comes and challenges
us to greater love
Jesus died for all souls
Believe in God
Love God
In the Gospel He was preparing them
for His Passion and Death
Jesus would die and rise from the dead
Jesus would ascend into heaven
and then the Holy Spirit would come to
Mary and the Apostles
My Lord and My God
How I long to love you and give you my heart
He is preparing us — for greater unity with God —
Jesus wants us to know God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit

The Mystery of Christ and |
End of excerpt from Response to God's Love...In reference to Christianity, God himself is the ultimate mystery. Radically, God is completely other and transcendent, hidden from man in his inner life, unless he chooses to reveal himself. Let us briefly look at this inner life of God.
The Father, in a perfect act of self-expression, in a perfect act of knowing, generates his son. The Son, the Word, is, then, the immanent expression of God's fullness, the reflection of the Father. Likewise, from all eternity, the Father and the Son bring forth the Holy Spirit in a perfect act of loving.
At the destined moment in human history, God's self-expression, the Word, immersed himself into man's world. God's inner self-expression now had also become God's outer self-expression. Consequently, the mystery of God becomes the mystery of Christ. In Christ, God tells us about himself, about his inner life, about his plan of creation and redemption. He tells us how Father, Son, and Holy Spirit desire to dwell within us in the most intimate fashion, how they wish to share with us their own life through grace. All this he has accomplished and does accomplish through Christ. St. Paul tells us: "I became a minister of this Church through the commission God gave me to preach among you his word in its fullness, that mystery hidden from ages and generations past but now revealed to his holy ones. God has willed to make known to them the glory beyond price which this mystery brings to the Gentiles—the mystery of Christ in you, your hope of glory. This is the Christ we proclaim while we admonish all men and teach them in the full measure of wisdom, hoping to make every man complete in Christ" (Col 1:25-28).
My Jesus, come to me that I may be so very close
to You — in the world there is so many distractions.
I looked for a place to be just alone and hear Him
speak to me — to know the sound of His voice —
To know His presence within me —
Oh my Jesus, so many things I know and yet I long
to know more the reality You impart to
me — the gift of the Eucharist — the mystery
of Your love — how truly short this life
really is and how important it is to
live every moment being more and more one
with You.
Man can be so focused on earthly allure and yet
I know the reality of this and the whole
gamete more and more of the reality of why
we are here and knowing the reality of
heaven — that life never ends in heaven
we are full — oh God — no more pain and
sorrow — celestial bliss of knowing Thee
As a child I knew my mom went away — to heaven
they told me and at 5 I had to think of where
mom was and know that God loved her so
much — He took her home — He took her to
Himself — He took her to a place — far
greater then this place where I lived on earth
Reality — Reality — heaven was real — my mom
the love of my little life had to go and I
had to deal with it —
A lot of life is like this — holding on, letting go —
the invisible string that ties our heart in great oneness —
the invisible string — how great is my love for
so many — so deep — so real and yet I do not
smoother them, or try to possess them — I want
God's will
Talk about fear of abandonment — people can fear
because parents weren't available to give love -
God taught me to let my mom go at 5 and she
was gone forever — I thought to heaven —
I knew my mom lived — I knew Jesus long
before I went to first communion — I knew
Jesus is God and Jesus loved my mom
so much and He loved her more than me and He
took mom to her lasting home in heaven and
I knew I would die too someday and be with
my mom again — I smelled roses the whole
time in the funeral parlor and then I smelled
roses when Mary began appearing to me —
My mom was 48 when she died — I was
48 when Fr. Carter really came into my life —
when Mary appeared and now God had spoken to
me for 3 years and now Mary appeared
to me when I was 48.
Again I learned about saints a lot, when
Fr. Carter died — He was so much like Jesus — He
was love and purity — he wasn't ever jealous
or envious or self promoting or seeking
dominance for dominance sake —
Fr. Carter loved the souls Jesus died for —
He loved all men — He was given the mission from
Jesus to help renew the Church and the world —
Fr. Carter believed in this with all his heart —
he prayed and was so one with God — He prayed to
certain saints — all day — every day — he was
not concerned with saving face and whatever
men thought of him — he focused on Jesus —
He said he had a constant vision of Jesus —
He said he had the transforming union or he
could have never done what Jesus asked him
to do in the Shepherds of Christ — He was there when
Mary appeared every day the first 4 1/2 months —
my two children and then others came too —
He stood by me — He obeyed the messages — He said
the Blue Books were as much his as mine — He said
the Priestly Newsletter Book II was our book
because of how Jesus and Mary had formed him
by the messages.
He was selfless — he and I watched the formation
of the Movement as Jesus defended us and brought
the servants and handmaids to report for their
vocation — God was always in control — Fr.
Carter said he knew there would be these
levels of commitment — he told me in the
summer of 1994, June when I didn't know him
too much — and he told me the Blue Books were
as much mine as his — he told me he would
help me to do this — it was God's plan and he
would be my spiritual director if I wanted
him — he kept coming and telling me
how God had chosen him to help me and
and then he received the Tell My People messages
he discerned messages and he supported me —
he spent time listening and he stood behind
the structure and obedience we needed to
begin this Movement with servants and handmaids
of the Good Shepherd —
Always Jesus made things happen — like
Mary's image in Florida —
There are 7 levels of commitment — Fr. Carter
told us Jesus told him —
To be committed — one is available — one
gives themselves in different levels —
an associate prays the prayers —
an apostle like me — has this as their life —
not other commitments to other things —
Apostles have a family — like me and
my life is lived doing God's will —
Committed to my Shepherds of Christ vocation —
Committed as a wife, mother and grandmother —
But the servants and handmaids give their lives
they make a promise of obedience and
chastity
They are committed first to the Shepherds of Christ —
They see themselves as the Spouse of Jesus —
They live under the rules of the Shepherds of Christ
Commitment
Excerpt from Response in Christ by Fr. Edward J. Carter, S.J.
Relationship with Members of the Churche) Relationship with Members of the Church
There is but one true Church of Christ. Yet this one Church has three different states of existence. There is the pilgrim Church, the Church of this world, composed of members who have received the grace of Christ and strive for its development. They have not yet obtained the goal of their efforts, as have the members of the heavenly Church, who enjoy God in eternal happiness. The Church suffering is an intermediate state of existence necessary for those who had not achieved the required purification as members of the pilgrim Church. Although there are these three phases of the Church’s existence, there is a profound union existing between all the members. All these members possess the same basic life of grace in Christ, and this common life establishes the most intimate bonds of love. In our preceding chapter, we discussed the pilgrim Church. Let us now consider the Church suffering and the heavenly Church.
The members of the Church suffering are those who have departed from this life in an incomplete state of Christian development. Their development is incomplete in the sense that grace has not fully taken possession of them, and, as a result, they are yet closed in upon themselves to a greater or lesser degree. They as yet cannot open themselves out in complete love to the Triune God in the beatific vision. They must undergo a further purification, a purification which could have been achieved upon earth with merit. Now the purification must be achieved with no merit attached. The pain of this purification is mixed with the certain expectation of achieving the vision of God. We can hasten the advent of this vision for this people by the offering of prayers and other good works. Scripture itself refers to our action on behalf of those in purgatory in Chapter 12 of the Second Book of Maccabees beginning with verse 38.
The members of the heavenly Church are those in whom the life of grace has taken full possession and has reached its completion in the life of glory. Faith now is unnecessary, as the light of glory gives the human intellect a new strength and capacity for seeing God face-to-face. While the Christian was a wayfarer, he received the imprint of the indwelling Trinity as he shared in God’s own life. Now in heaven that grace-life and possession of God reaches its completion—the absolute completion is not achieved, however, until the resurrection of the body. The divine persons give Themselves to the beatified in a profound union far surpassing that of the indwelling of the Trinity experienced here below.
This life of heaven is still the Christ-life, for just as we possess a share in Trinitarian life here below as mediated by Christ, and exercise this grace-life as structured by Him, so also in heaven is the mediation of Christ present. In the words of Rahner, "One always sees the Father through Jesus. Just as immediately as this, for the directness of the vision of God is not a denial of the mediatorship of Christ as man."14 And not only does the humanity of Christ unite the blessed to God, but also, in some way, to the whole of creation. This is merely a completion of what is begun here below, namely, the union with Christ in His humanity establishing the Christian in a special relationship with God, with other men, and with the whole of creation. We have a glimpse, therefore, of the fullness of life which members of the heavenly Church possess.
The heavenly Church, as St. Thomas says, is the true Church.15 The Church of this earth and the Church of purgatory are, each in its own way, reaching out in loving hope for the heavenly Jerusalem. Vatican II puts it very simply: "The Church, to which we are called in Christ Jesus, and in which we acquire sanctity through the grace of God, will attain her full perfection only in the glory of heaven."16
The members of the heavenly Church can help us in living our life of grace until we too share its fullness with them. Their power of intercession on our behalf is but another ramification of the communal aspect of Christianity. We are meant to help others grow in Christ. We, in turn, are intended by God to receive aid from others—yes, from members of the heavenly Church, as well as from those with whom we dwell here below.
Not only can we be aided by the saints’ intercession, but the example of the canonized saints can also be of great value to us. They have concretely proved that full holiness is possible. Such an inspiration is of real worth when we are tempted to think that Christian sanctity in its higher degrees is impossible of attainment. Moreover, the canonized saints, in their diversity, teach us that there are many authentic versions of Christian holiness. They can be innovators in showing us that there are numerous possibilities in assimilating the mystery of Christ, although the basic assimilation remains the same for all Christians of all times. In the opinion of Rahner this is one of the chief roles the canonized saints exert in the life of the Church.17

Isn't this what it is all about —
Matthew 22: 36-40
'Master, which is the greatest commandment of the Law?' Jesus said to him, 'You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and the first commandment. The second resembles it: You must love your neighbour as yourself. On these two commandments hang the whole Law, and the Prophets too.'
We give ourselves — Fr. Carter would say — to those
we love — a covenant — we spend time — like
Jesus spent time with the Apostles — Jesus is
God, but Jesus spent time with imperfect men —
If a person is all caught up in past pain and wounded
they are ready to "pin their tail on a donkey" —
Satan wants this — blaming innocent others
for what they had nothing to do with —
Jesus came to this earth — took flesh to teach us about
loving and how to be brothers to each other and
get along — to be a light
In the Shepherds of Christ our mission is commitment —
a servant and handmaid are married
to Jesus in a special way —
They are committed like in a marriage —
to Jesus —
The children we serve are the children of
the Church —
We deeply love God and the Church to give
ourselves, our lives to God —
We give —
We have made this commitment to give our
lives especially in prayer — in service
to spread these writings and Newsletters to
the hierarchy and priests —
and to spread the prayer chapters and
to spread the consecration to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary
and to spread the Blue Books, Mass Book,
Rosary Books for greater oneness with
God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
to spread Tell My People, the priests
writings for advancement for ourselves
and others in the spiritual life
The devil wants to block the work God wants
us to do —
God gives us His power to do this — He empowers
us in this mission
Here is a message I got in February 3, 2009
in the apparition room in the Clearwater
building
Excerpt from the February 3, 2009 Rosary
The Visitation
1. Jesus: Have you felt the pulling back of many of those that are to help you, of pulling back, of pulling back? And I have called them, I have called them, and I have called them by name. And they do not answer the call that I have given to them, and so it is more and more difficult. And the evil one tests through many, that pull back and pull back, when they are being called. You must pray My child, pray for them, for I have called many to help you.
2. Jesus: You can say 'no', or you can say 'yes'. You can say 'let somebody else do it'. You can say 'God is not talking to me' or 'Mary did not appear on the building'. But in all of it, the bottom line is, you are unwilling to do the helping. You do not want to be bothered. And when you hear Me call you softly in your heart, or I ask you to do something, very explicit, you do not listen, because you do not want to.
3. Jesus: Pray to the Holy Spirit, that you will answer with a willing spirit, that you will see always, with the right reasoning, of looking through the Father's eyes at the world below, rather than looking through the tainted vision and tainted habits, that you have allowed yourself to acquire. Pray to the Holy Spirit to rid you of vices, that have stopped you and slowed the process, for souls are at stake. And I, Jesus Christ, who died for these souls, call out to you this day. You are here and they are here struggling. Do not focus on yourselves and be selfish. Focus on the souls that you will be able to reach, if you pray hard to the Holy Spirit and give with a willing spirit of love.

Our mission is to help spread peace by doing
what Mary said at Fatima and Jesus and Mary told
me and Fr. Carter at the end of the century —
Mary appeared to me every day before she appeared on
the building in Clearwater —
When Mary warned — if you do not listen
July 13, 1917
Excerpt from The Spirituality of Fatima
by Fr. Edward Carter, S.J.
July 13, 1917
"During this same July apparition, Mary showed the three children a vision of Hell. She told them:
"You have seen Hell, where the souls of poor sinners go. To save them, God wishes to establish, in the world, devotion to my Immaculate Heart. If people do what I tell you, many souls will be saved and there will be peace.
"The war (World War I, then raging) is going to end. But if people do not stop offending God, another and worse one will begin in the reign of Pius XI. When you shall see a night illuminated by an unknown light [January 2, 1938], know that this is the great sign that God gives you that He is going to punish the world for its many crimes by means of war, hunger, and persecution of the Church and the Holy Father. (12)
"To prevent this, I shall come to ask for the consecration of Russia to my Immaculate Heart and the Communion of Reparation on the five first Saturdays. If my requests are granted, Russia will be converted and there will be peace. If not, she will scatter her errors throughout the world, provoking wars and persecutions of the Church. The good will be martyred, the Holy Father will have much to suffer, and various nations will be destroyed....
"But in the end, my Immaculate Heart will triumph, the Holy Father will consecrate Russia to me, Russia will be converted, and a certain period of peace will be granted to the world." (13)

I realized how the explosion was World War II, but it
was working up to that —
Pope Pius XII was involved in freeing prisoners before
World War II, but he said things that let us know how
bad things were even in the late 20's —
The explosion was World War II —
The Polish people were killed —
Pope John Paul II was involved in this —
These popes knew war and division and
John XXIII tried to bring peace and began
the Vatican II Council —
Love is giving —
These popes took the Church through terrible
times and some good times, but they
steered the boat with their direction
from God
In the hands of these men and the Church was
the lives of the souls of the earth Jesus
died for
From the Mass Book - October 5, 1995
The Church is the continuation of Christ upon earth.
From Response in Christ - Chapter 1 by Fr. Edward J. Carter, S. J.
The Church, then, continues Christ's death-resurrection. She consequently continues the entire mystery of Christ, since Christ's entire life is contained in His passover event.2 We see therefore why the Church can be referred to as the continuation of the redemptive Incarnation. Indeed the Church is Christ, the mystical Christ. Because she is the earthly continuation of Christ, the Church has everything within her structure needed to be the source of salvation and sanctification for men of all times.
2. The Mystery of Christ is essentially one reality. Any of the individual mysteries implicitly contains the others. For a treatment of this, cf. L. Bouyer, Liturgical Piety (Notre Dame, Indiana: Notre Dame University Press, 1955), pp. 189-190.
God has called us to be holy —
A man who is married and a woman are suppose to
work to be more perfected and loving God —
learning how to love and give and be committed
to the calling God has given them —
The popes didn't sit around and worry if
their feelings were hurt or if they were
cheated or felt angry inside —
They were called by God and given wisdom from
the Holy Spirit and so many lives were
in their hands —
This is how Fr. Carter was — he carried his laminated
Prayer for Union prayer in his pocket and
he prayed it all day —
If I would have worried about how I was treated
at the Holy Spirit Center by the people — the
Blue Books would not have been written —
The devil wants us to be enslaved to him — worry
about ourselves — fear of abandonment —
God will never abandon us
We were commissioned in baptism to spread
the Good News —
This is real
This is our call in the Shepherds of Christ to not be
self-focused, but focused — on the mission
God has given to help renew the Church and
the world and bring peace to the world —
Only satan wins when we sit on a
"pity-pot" and sing the "poor me" song —
Lets get out there fighting for the souls
Jesus gave His life for
We have a free will
To commit
To not be held up in old wounds
To say yes to our vocation
To pray
To spread the consecration
To live the consecration
Making Jesus over us — not trying to control,
but let Him use us as He desires
We must never tire praying or working —
Look into your hearts — do you hear the cry of our
children —
If the world becomes cold and callous — we are to bring
the love of Jesus into their hearts —
Why has God called us as members of the Shepherds of Christ
Why has God called us as members of the mystical body of Christ —
But to bring the love in our hearts to the world —
Can you not give because you yourselves
have been locked in your own pain and
bitterness?
Life here is to grow in love —
To be more and more pure
To give love as the greatest commandment commands
We are to give love to this world —
To be the Heart of Jesus in the world —
To seek God's will and do it in love
Not to look for darkness, but for light —
Not to focus on ourselves, but to keep our
eyes on Jesus, hanging on the cross —
the resurrection — the Church —
To be the light in the darkness

Words of Jesus to Members of
Shepherds of Christ Associates:"My beloved priest-companion, I intend to use the priestly newsletter, Shepherds of Christ, and the movement, Shepherds of Christ Associates, in a powerful way for the renewal of My Church and the world.
"I will use the newsletter and the chapters of Shepherds of Christ Associates as a powerful instrument for spreading devotion to My Heart and My Mother's Heart.
"I am calling many to become members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. To all of them I will give great blessings. I will use them as instruments to help bring about the triumph of the Immaculate Heart and the reign of My Sacred Heart. I will give great graces to the members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. I will call them to be deeply united to My Heart and to Mary's Heart as I lead them ever closer to My Father in the Holy Spirit."
