R. We are called to put on the mind of Christ.
We are given the sacrament of baptism to
live a new life in Him. We are transformed
in Him through baptism – we receive
a sharing in His life. This sharing in His life
He gives to us and it is nurtured by Himself for
He feeds us with His Body and His Blood.
A person is to be reaching out to God
to work in Him so he becomes more and
more in the image and likeness of God.
This is a constant process of changing
from the ways not like Christ, bad habits
we have because of our wounded human
nature and seeking God's grace to more
and more abundantly to fill us to
be as He wants us to be. We want the virtues
to be more and more our way of living
and acting as we are increasing in
faith, hope and love; for in baptism
God has elevated our knowing and loving
capacity and we share in His knowing
and loving activity.
This means that one is to die to those
bad habits or vices one has developed
in pride – wanting to always be right –
wanting dominance for dominance sake –
wanting to be spiritually better than others –
giving satan our power to try to discredit
those over us and raise up over others,
where God is asking for a simple, obedient,
loving heart to work with to help to
promote the Kingdom of God and show others
how Christ is living in them and they act as
a witness showing others what it
means to be a Christian. They witness
to Christ as He showed us when He walked
the earth.
Jesus: I have given so many writings telling you the
secrets of My loving Heart and how I loved
you to My death on the cross.
The man who wishes others to come after
him can live his whole life missing the
mystery I tell you how to lovingly serve God
and do His will – out of love for God and
love for others.
Bitterness in the heart that is fed
by the attitude I am right – you are wrong
is like a cancer that grows and is
very ugly.
One being a servant is loving for the
sake of serving God and loving others
and that is his motive for acting. His faith
in God is ever increasing for he is knowing
and developing his knowing capacity more
and more, because his actions are to
serve God and to seek to
love God's will, as Mary loved the will of God.
The proud man is always justifying why
he is right and others are wrong, why he
is good and others are bad. He is not
understanding what it means to purely
want God's will with all his heart and
soul and being, and to live the few
days and months and years he has
in loving. I showed you love, when
I walked the earth. The tainted man
is locked in self-enclosure and is
not loving God or his brothers.
Love builds up the Kingdom of God.
Love does not act out of bitterness
and revenge – seeking to prove your
brother wrong and you right – such
activity comes from an angry heart.
You are a "new creation" in the life
of grace. You are given so much love
from Me. A man who is putting on
Christ is not stuck in the deadly
sins of envy, pride, jealousy,
proving you are right and others
are wrong.
A man putting on Christ is wanting
to serve God because he loves the
will of the Father, and he though he
has to go through suffering in serving
God – he is not being bitter in
his heart toward his brother. People
with bitter hearts cannot work with
others to work things out. They have
certain others they are angry at and are
always doing things toward them,
dumping bitterness – not doing what
they do for love.
The heart was made for love. You were put
here to learn to love. To act in love toward
your brothers and to love Me first
before yourself. You are to put on a new
heart of love and die to the old bitter
ways, you harbor in your heart.
A person is to be an instrument of
love, of serving God in love. If a person
is caught up in deep seated anger and
darkness that is not healed, they are
like a clogged vessel. They may operate
and perform works, but their hearts
are not growing in love and unity
in loving and serving Me.
Actions according to the Father's
will, should come from a heart of
love to serve God and to want to
do it gives happiness to their heart.
As a person deepens in faith, hope and
love, they grow in the life of holiness,
they grow in the image and likeness
of God, they share in the Mystery
of My life. The Mystery is the Mystery
of God's love. In loving, there is not
darkness in the heart, darkness
of getting even, raising over your
brother, trying to prove you are
right over authority, envy, anger,
pride, jealousy.
Your whole life is to be lived to
learn to love. If a person was wounded
severely in love and never healed and
they fool themselves about their anger
and getting even with others they are
coming from dark hearts and this anger
that they need to die to, can be let go
of, if they cooperate with the grace the
Holy Spirit may give them to be sanctified.
Growing in holiness – means growing
in love and being a witness in love
before others. You are to re-live the
Mysteries of Death/Resurrection
in your lives.
I show you My Sacred Heart, which is a
Heart of love. The Shepherds of Christ Movement
is to teach the world about the Hearts
of love, My Heart and My Mother.
If anger and getting even, if being
right over those over you is why
you act in bitterness – you are
not a witness to My Heart.
A man talked about a dinner that was
a beautiful occasion for all who came
to the Feast –
When the people showed up for
the Feast – the other men, angry men were
full of anger and did not welcome
those who came, but started conflict,
confusion to ruin the event.
The man who invited all to the Feast
had laid precious love and gifts
to give to his guests and some who were
to help him with the feast were
angry in their hearts and they
came to ruin the beauty of
the generous man's offering. So
the people who were invited never
returned for the angry hearts were
spreading darkness, where the generous
man wanted light and happiness and joy.
Putting on Christ means growing in the
Mystery of My love. It means focusing
on the will of God. It means loving
God first and loving your brother and
going out in love to your brother
and spreading the Good News.
On the 7th day of Creation God
rested. I give you the Lord's Day
on Sunday to serve Me – to worship
God, to grow in love with your
brothers. You are to be a witness
before men and a heart of love
and light.
Many men have called themselves
Christians, Christ-like, and because
of their pride and anger and self-focus,
their bitterness – they do not come
from a heart of love – likened to Mine.
When they are free on Sunday and not
occupied – they give little love to
Me – they are coming in anger before
others, always some ambition of
their own.
Prayer for Union with Jesus
Come to me, Lord, and possess my soul. Come into my heart and permeate my soul. Help me to sit in silence with You and let You work in my heart.
I am Yours to possess. I am Yours to use. I want to be selfless and only exist in You. Help me to spoon out all that is me and be an empty vessel ready to be filled by You. Help me to die to myself and live only for You. Use me as You will. Let me never draw my attention back to myself. I only want to operate as You do, dwelling within me.
I am Yours, Lord. I want to have my life in You. I want to do the will of the Father. Give me the strength to put aside the world and let You operate my very being. Help me to act as You desire. Strengthen me against the distractions of the devil to take me from Your work.
When I worry, I have taken my focus off of You and placed it on myself. Help me not to give in to the promptings of others to change what in my heart You are making very clear to me. I worship You, I adore You and I love You. Come and dwell in me now.
-God's Blue Book, January 17, 1994
A Prayer for Intimacy with the Lamb, the Bridegroom of the Soul
Oh Lamb of God, Who take away the sins of the world, come and act on my soul most intimately. I surrender myself, as I ask for the grace to let go, to just be as I exist in You and You act most intimately on my soul. You are the Initiator. I am the soul waiting Your favors as You act in me. I love You. I adore You. I worship You. Come and possess my soul with Your Divine Grace, as I experience You most intimately.
Jesus: I call you to work in love and to work
in the will of God, to love the will of
God – to be a servant of the Lord –
to love – to really do what you do in
serving God, because you love the
will of God and you love God and
love others and you are living the
Pascal Mystery of Death/Resurrection
in your lives, living the Mystery of
My Life in your life. You are
living like the saints – The Holy Spirit
is working in your heart as you
die to tainted, selfish, self-promoting,
ways and put on My way –
You live in My truth
You walk the way God has called
you to walk in your vocation –
with love in your heart for
God and others. You re-live
My mysteries in your lives.
You are holy in your interior
disposition – there is no guile and
bitterness, no darkness in your heart,
it is a heart more and more consumed
with love for God and others –
A pure heart of love –
Give your heart to My Mother –
to her Immaculate Heart and allow the
Holy Spirit to sanctify you –
Live My Mysteries of Death/Resurrection
in your lives, living according
to the Father's will in love.
Do you see how the Heavenly Father
had Me live so many years in
the hidden life – doing the ordinary
things of life with such love.
Look at My life and how it
was hidden for 30 years –
What does this hidden life mean in
your life, for your ways of living?
You are to grow in your life in
My image and likeness, to see your
actions in love according to the
Father's will as helping in the work
of redemption.

Response in Christ - Chapter 4 by Fr. Edward J. Carter, S.J.Excerpt from
In schematic outline we have discussed the manner in which the baptized Christian extends his Mass to his daily existence. As he so lives out his Mass, he is becoming more Christlike. He becomes a more perfect priest and victim for his next participation in the eucharistic sacrifice.
42 The beautiful cycle which the Mass contains lies exposed before us. As part of this cycle the Christian is intimately involved in the process of continued redemption. The Mass is the center of the Christian life: “. . . the liturgy is the summit toward which the activity of the Church is directed; at the same time it is the fount from which all her power flows.” 4342. For a current treatment of the varied richness of the Eucharist, cf. J. Wicks, “The Movement of Eucharistic Theology” in
Chicago Studies, Vol. 10 (1971), pp. 267-284.

Jesus:
I call you to live your lives as devout members of the mystical body of Christ. I have given these writings that men will realize that they are to live united deeply to the Mass going on around the world. Your lives, given as an offering, a sacrifice every moment in union with the Mass going on around the world. Your life, a sacrifice, offered to the Father, in union with the Mass in oneness with Me, in the Holy Spirit through the intercession of the Blessed Mother with all the angels and saints and the souls in purgatory.Your lives given as members of My mystical body can help to bring down great graces for the priest, the Church and the world.
Excerpt from
Response in Christ - Chapter 4 by Fr. Edward J. Carter, S.J.“How does the Christian help Christ redeem the world? (Henceforth the term “world” is to be understood as including both rational and nonrational creation.) As previously stated, the Christian helps Christ redeem the world by reliving Christ’s mysteries. The same “events” or mysteries which accomplished the objective redemption further the subjective redemption also. Since at the heart of Christ’s mysteries are His death and Resurrection, it is especially these that the Christian must relive. As the Christian dies mystically with Christ through loving conformity with the Father’s will, he rises with Christ to an ever greater share in the Resurrection, in the newness of life, in the life of grace. As the Christian in this manner relives the paschal mystery of Christ, he is accomplishing not only his own redemption, but he is also, in a mysterious yet real manner, helping Christ redeem the world.”

Jesus: You are called to help to Christianize
the world. These prayers I have
given in these prayer chapters
need to be spread to the whole
world – where you are praying
for the priests, the Church and the
world.
Your whole life, united to the Mass, living
in love as an offering, according to
the Father's will can help the whole
world.
I have given you the books of My writings
on the Mass.
Jesus: I have given you the Morning Offering.
Morning Offering
My dear Father, I offer You this day all my prayers, works, joys and sufferings, my every breath, my every heartbeat, my every thought, all my actions, in union with Jesus in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, in the Holy Spirit. I pray the Holy Spirit is with me every second today, enlightening me to do the Will of the Father and filling me with the fire of God's love.
I ask Jesus and Mary to be one in me in all that I do and I unite with all the angels and saints and souls in purgatory to pray continually to the Father for these intercessions, in this prayer, for this day.
For myself, I pray for grace-abundant grace, to know and love God more and more and to follow the Will of the Father. I pray to the Holy Spirit to transform me in the heart of Mary to be more and more like Jesus. I pray that I can forever dwell in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. I pray for conversion of all those I hold dear who need conversion. I pray for each member of my family that they will be filled with Your abundant grace to grow in their knowledge and love of God.
I pray for all my friends that they will receive abundant grace to carry out the great plan of the Father, that they will grow forever closer to Jesus' Heart through Mary's heart, that we will all be led by the Holy Spirit to do His work, that we will, together, carry out the plan of the Father as He intends us to, to spread the love of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Mary's heart to this world.
Jesus, I pray for myself so the Holy Spirit descends upon me and opens my heart to Your love so I will grow more and more deeply in union with You. I pray that I do not worry what other people think but try always to please the Father and do His Will. I pray that I may help lead many to Your burning love.
I pray for the following people in particular that they will be filled with the Spirit and grow deeply in their union with You, that they will receive abundant graces to know, love and serve You more. (Include special friends by name...)
I pray for priests the world over, for the success of the Priestly Newsletter, the Chapters and for the finances needed for the Newsletter. I pray for the circulation of the Blue Book messages, rosary meditations and tapes. I pray for all those involved in the publication of these messages.
I pray that You will shower Your abundant graces onto the priests reading the Newsletter the people reading and hearing the Blue Book messages and rosary meditations and all of Fr. Carter's publications.
We pray for the intentions we hold deep within our hearts, for our families and friends, for those requesting our prayers. We pray for children the world over and for the souls in purgatory. We ask God to shower His abundant grace on us and the members of our Shepherds of Christ Chapter so that we may grow more and more in our knowledge and love of God.
We consecrate ourselves to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. We pray for Father Carter, for Father Smith, for Rita Ring, and for John Weickert, for all leaders and helpers in the Shepherds of Christ Movement, for Shepherds of Christ Ministries, and Our Lady of Light Ministry. We pray for all those who are working in these ministries.
We bind ourselves and our children and our friends to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. We place the precious blood of Jesus on ourselves, and all we touch, so that we will be protected from the evil one. We pray to St. Michael to cast the devil into hell.
We love You, God, we love You, we love You. We beg that we may receive the grace to love You more and more deeply. We adore You, we praise You, our beloved Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Morning Offering
My dear Father, I offer you this day all my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings in union with Jesus in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, in the Holy Spirit.
I unite with our Mother, Mary, all the angels and saints, and all the souls in purgatory to pray to the Father for myself, for each member of my family, for my friends, for all people throughout the world, for all the souls in purgatory, and for all other intentions of the Sacred Heart.
I love You, Jesus, and I give You my heart. I love you, Mary, and I give you my heart. Amen.
Jesus: I have given you these prayers.
Jesus: You can help the
family of the Father by living your
lives as members of My Mystical
Body.
You are to desire to see My image
printed on the world – more and more –
My image printed more and more on
the hearts of the faithful in Church.
Your life is lived to live out the
Mystery of Death/Resurrection.
The man who bears false witness of
what a Christian really is by
an angry, bitter, unloving
selfish heart – hurts the men
who are labeling Christians
by their selfish ways.
You are to live your lives, as members
of the Mystical Body, united to the
Mass and love the Father's will –
The man with the dark heart, can
call himself a Christian and live
to prove himself to the world.
You can live out the Mass in
your lives, dying and rising in Me –
You are called to help in the work
of redemption – not be full of
anger and bitterness, but have
hearts – generous and full of
love.
Meditate on how I lived the
quiet life and I am the Son of God.
You are to become more and more in
My image and likeness –
You are to pray for your priests to
be more perfect priests and
pray for yourself to be more and
more in My image and likeness.

Thoughts on the Eucharist
Our personal relationship with Christ is characterized by the realization of the great, personal love of His Heart for each of us and of our need to love Him in return. The chief source for growth in the personal relationship with Jesus is the Eucharist. The Catechism tells us: "The Eucharist is 'the source and summit of the Christian life.' The other sacraments, and indeed all ecclesiastical ministries and work of the apostolate, are bound up with the Eucharist and are oriented toward it. For in the blessed Eucharist is contained the whole good of the Church, namely Christ himself, Our Pasch."5
5. The Catechism of the Catholic Church, No. 1324.
Jesus: You are to live My Father's will
in love –
I gave Myself doing the will
of My Father in love for
you!
Song: A Song from Jesus
Jesus: You should desire to die more
and more in Me – desire to die
more and more to your self-will –
As you unite in such oneness to
My Father's will in love –
you die to your self-will –
Your life is an offering –
The Heavenly Father always
accepts the Eucharistic
sacrifice.
I am the Chief Priest and Victim.
The Mass is the sacrifice of
the whole Church –
You are to die to your ways not likened
to Me.
R. Blue Book 11 is so important –
Jesus: Circulate My Book
From the Priestly Newsletter 2001 #1
I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd lays down his life for his sheep. The hired man, since he is not the shepherd and the sheep do not belong to him, abandons the sheep as soon as he sees a wolf coming, and runs away, and then the wolf attacks and scatters the sheep; he runs away because he is only a hired man and has no concern for the sheep. I am the good shepherd; I know my own and my own know me, just as the Father knows me and I know the Father; and I lay down my life for my sheep. (Jn 10:11-15)1
Yes, the Good Shepherd laid down His life for us. And it is in this that we must lay down our lives daily in the Morning Offering, offering all we do as a sacrifice united to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and great grace will be released for souls. We can identify with Him in this that we offer everything we do in trying to please Him and serve Him as a sacrifice united to the Mass. The more we tell others to pray the Morning Offering, the more people will lay down their lives for souls and the more grace will be released for the troubled hearts.
Jesus’ Heart is pure and holy, our hearts are tainted.
Mary’s Heart is pure and sinless. The more we unite our offering with Their pure and holy Hearts, the more pure our offering and the greatest grace will be released for the troubled souls.
Souls, it is souls He came to save. Do we want to identify with our beloved Savior? Then we must not miss an opportunity to lay down our lives as a sacrifice for His precious souls.
Oh, how His Heart burned with love for the souls when He mounted the cross, covered with Blood and gave Himself as a sacrifice for souls.
Yes, the Good Shepherd laid down His life for His flock and we as His faithful shepherds must lay down our lives for His flock today.
There are millions of elderly that cry out daily, "Oh, God why am I here today?" In giving them a small card as simple as the ones that follow, they can offer their lives for souls which can help bring down great grace for the souls of this earth.
Say daily God, I give you my life in union Help us! |

Morning Offering My dear Father, I offer you this day all my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings in union with Jesus in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, in the Holy Spirit. I unite with our Mother Mary, all the angels and saints, and all the souls in purgatory to pray to the Father for myself, for each member of my family, for my friends, for all people throughout the world, for all the souls in purgatory, and for all other intentions of the sacred Heart. I love You, Jesus, and I give You my heart. I love you, Mary, and I give you my heart. Amen. Imprimatur: Most Reverend Daniel E. Pilarczyk, Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, January 22, 1997. (applies to this prayer only) |
Written May 29, 2000:
When we come to Mass we make an offering of ourselves, all our sorrows, wounds, joys, our complete selves. We see our lives and we put ourselves in Mary’s Heart, ask to make the offering in greatest purity. In His Heart we offer the sacrifice IN HIM and WITH HIM.
We become one with Him as deeply as possible. We dwell in His most perfect Heart offering sacrifice to God for our sins and the sins of men. Our whole being is very active in the Mass as we realize more the power of this Sacrifice most worthily offered. We want to give ourselves as completely as possible, our past, all of ourselves, now become so one in the moment of sacrifice as we become one in Him pleading and begging to our God for purification, for help, for love of Him and all others. We give thanksgiving, worship and honor to Him, our whole being given as a sacrifice on the altar IN His pure and holy Heart. Being in the Immaculate Heart of our Mother, we offer sacrifice for the Church and the world.
We offer every precious moment of our lives, united to the Masses around the world, being one in Jesus. Every moment is a moment of sacrifice united to God. This is what we do in the Morning Offering.
The pages of the book of our lives are being written. These moments of our lives are so dear to God, for we offer our lives as a sacrifice for souls.
Are we spending the precious moments of our lives offering sacrifice to God for His honor and glory and giving our lives as a sacrifice for souls?
Write a short page every day or the following day, similar to an examination of conscience, seeing the good (so much good we accomplish we overlook, so many precious moments of joy we forget) and the times we were troubled.
The devil tries to keep us focused on the problems.
We are His shepherds, helping to shepherd His flock, there is so much good we can accomplish every day.
We should write a short page every day, date it, read over it when we are troubled, keep it in a book, see how many joyful moments we have every day.
Give them to God as a bouquet of flowers placed at His feet on that last day, the pages of the life of our book.
We will want all pages to be done in love, all for the honor and glory of God.
Through Him, With Him
and In HimWe should pray the prayer from Jesus before His bitter passion.
I pray not only for these but also for those who through their teaching will come to believe in me. May they all be one, just as, Father, you are in me and I am in you, so that they also may be in us, so that the world may believe it was you who sent me. I have given them the glory you gave to me, that they may be one as we are one. With me in them and you in me, may they be so perfected in unity that the world will recognise that it was you who sent me and that you have loved them as you have loved me.
Father, I want those you have given me to be with me where I am, so that they may always see my glory which you have given me because you loved me before the foundation of the world. Father, Upright One, the world has not known you, but I have known you, and these have known that you have sent me. I have made your name known to them and will continue to make it known, so that the love with which you loved me may be in them, and so that I may be in them. (Jn 17: 20-26)
Jesus’ Heart is on fire for love of us.
God the Father loves us so much, give Him the moments of our lives as a sacrifice.
Peace, Love, Oneness – One Body In Him.
Our prayers are answered. We must pray from the depth of our hearts. Giving ourselves in consecration to Jesus, consecrating our hearts to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
Offer sacrifice.
Put the flowers as gifts beneath the throne of God.
Plead and beg for souls.
Offer sacrifice. Be united as a body.
And the bell tolls.
Do you hear the bells toll?
The moments of our lives we cannot live again.
We are here to love and honor God and to serve Him, to prepare ourselves for the life hereafter and to help others get there.
He is the Son of God.
He showed us how to be children of the Father.
He laid down His life for His flock.
He is the Good Shepherd.
We lay down our lives in our Morning Offering.
We lay down our lives and unite to the perfect Sacrifice of the Savior.
The moments go by with such swiftness and now here is the day, the kids are grown, the grandchildren have come, and we still say, "TOMORROW I will be about my union with God."
There are so many precious moments that could have been united as a sacrifice for special grace for ourselves and others.
When He was here on earth, He merited grace by His life and death.
We need to tap into this grace our Divine Savior came to earth to gain for us.
We must tap into this sacrifice.
The moments of our lives tick away. There are millions of souls in nursing homes that could be offering up their lives for souls. We have to unite ourselves and reach them, all the souls that will hear us and unite to this Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. He is the Head, we are the members of His body, the Church. We must be united in the Mass, praying every moment together, being one in Him in this Holy Sacrifice so that great grace will be released.
All our most difficult trials, when we endure them with love, can help to bring down great grace.
The moment is now.
The bell is tolling.
I can only live in this moment.
I must unite it to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, praying for souls.
Every moment, whether of joy or suffering, can be a moment of grace being released for our needs, for the salvation of souls, to make reparation to God, to honor and love Him and obey Him.
OUR LIVES ARE INDEED PRECIOUS, every moment, a moment that our Father gave us as a child of God for His honor and glory.
Alleluia – God, help us unite as a body.
Alleluia – God, help us to see ourselves all one as the family of the Father with Mary our loving Mother.
How will the page of our book look for the Father? Whether we write or not, we lived it as He willed or we lived it against His will.
Were our moments, moments to give Him honor and glory, to help promote the kingdom, to help save souls and lead others to God? Did the moments help us have a higher place in heaven? Did we mature more in our love relationship with God?
