Blue Book 16 is Available!

                May 23, 2016

                R. My dear God,

                    I ask You to be with me today in all I do,
                all my prayers, works, joys and sufferings.
                I give myself to You, united to the Masses
                going on around the world.

                I am Yours Lord, I want to have my life
                in You –

                Please help me Lord –
                Please help all my intentions today, my
                family, the priests, the Church and the
                world, all we promised to pray for – all
                that asks us to pray for them –

                I am Yours Lord, I want to have my life
                in You - help me God.

                Holy Spirit help me to live virtuously –
                Help me to be one in You –
                Help me to love and to be as You want
                    me to be –
                Holy Spirit fill my heart with love –

                How fragile our lives really are –
                We cannot control everything around us
                    and accidents happen –

                We seek the increase of faith to see through
                the eyes of the heavenly Father –
                God gives us the Holy Eucharist to feed the life
                we received in baptism –

                God does have a plan for us –
                We may be tested and tried on this journey,
                but it is indeed a luxury to know God's
                presence with us.

                We may have to wait on that which is difficult
                for His timing, but if we put our faith and
                trust in Him and things are looking up in
                the situation, only a fool would despair
                when God is indicating it will work out, but
                we must wait and then in the waiting we
                may have more anxiety because of our lack
                of faith and gratitude for special prayers
                answered.

                Waiting and asking God to help us may make
                us anxious while waiting, but God can be
                working in our waiting and it gives us
                an opportunity to pray for greater faith and to
                know His presence with Him.

                    When we are given an opportunity to wait and
                it is great suffering to do so, it can be a great
                opportunity to have greater faith and trust in God
                and to be close to Him in the trial.

                    One thing is very certain – God loves us so
                much and He will come and fill us and help
                us if we pray to Him.

                    God is in charge. When we are backed
                against a wall in a situation and we must
                depend on Him – it is then that we receive
                that special closeness to Him that we can
                be grateful for - to know Him, even in
                suffering, to know Him and listen to Him
                in the unknown, but to wait on Him – to
                wait when it is hard to wait, to endure
                when we are experiencing a time when
                God is calling us to trust and let go to
                Him.

                    Suffering is suffering and it is hard –
                But we can go to Mass and receive the Eucharist
                and great grace and this lifts us up –
                changes our vision –
                helps us to turn to God.

                We can go to the tabernacle and ask God
                for that special grace we receive there
                and it lifts us up and gives us new
                vision to see through God's eyes – to know
                God's plan – to let go and let God work
                in our life –

Most Sacred Heart of Jesus I place my Trust in Thee –

                R. God calls us to endure –

                The virtue of fortitude helps us to do the
                    difficult God asks of us –

                Justice is a virtue where we give to God
                    and to others what is their due –

                We want to be just and give to God the
                    love, from us, that is His due –

                    Holding back what belongs to God is a fool's
                game. Why would anyone seek power over
                men and materials that belongs to God
                to help men with their salvation –

                    On May 13, 2016 it was the 99th Anniversary
                of the First Apparition at Fatima of Mary
                to the children.

                    The Fatima mission and her messages
                have really not been obeyed and Mary
                said at Fatima if we ignored her there
                would be a great war –

                World War II came and 66,000,000 persons
                died in that war – there was the destruction
                of lives, of culture, of families,
                horrible events in the holocaust.
                It was a World War and the whole
                world was effected –

                Now with technology we can text and
                communicate across the world –
                There are weapons that can destroy across
                the globe, there is division and anger,
                bitterness.

                And yet – God is – man wants power –
                wants to even show God many times
                he is the boss.

                We look at the story in the Garden –
                It was a story of pride on Eve's
                part who went to Adam and
                coaxed him to disobey God.
                They were so blessed and they needed
                to be grateful and obey God, but
                because of power and pride Eve
                wanted to be equal to God.

                    God is all Powerful, we are under Him.
                Life is so very fragile, we can be snatched
                from our seats in a second, an accident,
                a sickness.

                    Hospitals are full of sick people –
                We can tell ourselves "oh it won't
                happen to me" –

                    God has called us in the Shepherds of Christ
                to help spread this Fatima message.
                Fr. Carter would always say Mary said at
                Fatima, unless a sufficient number
                of people give their hearts to Jesus and Mary
                we won't have peace in the world.

                    God has called us with every Priestly
                Newsletter, every book of Fr. Joe's,
                all the Blue Books to spread this
                devotion to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.
                God called us. God has a plan for
                the Shepherds of Christ. This is the Plan –
                to go out and spread this message –
                We can be called by God to do this and
                say "no" to God.

                Here are pictures of the 5th when I went
                to Florida and Mary appeared on the
                building there.

                R. God can give us signs, God can help us
                to know His plan and the devil uses
                pride, anger, jealousy, envy to work
                in men who give into him to try to block
                the plan that God has.

                We can see how important the life of
                one little child is –

                Think of what is happening in the
                world and what we are leaving to
                our children and grandchildren –
                and yet God has told us what to do –
                as He did at Fatima.
                We must listen to Him –

                After Mary appeared on the 5ths for 2 and 1/2
                years on December 5, 1996 (Blue Book 13) Jesus
                appeared at the point of death and
                said no one was listening –

                    We know at the Transfiguration Jesus
                took Peter, James and John up Mt. Tabor
                and the voice of the Father was heard,
                "This is my beloved Son in whom I am well
                pleased, Listen to Him."
                Jesus appeared transfigured before them –

                When Jesus appeared December 5, 1996 on the
                cross at the point of death, I cried
                and cried.

                That night in the rosary Jesus said
                no one was listening.

                12 days later Our Lady appeared
                December 17, 1996 on the building in
                Clearwater, Florida.

                R. The Red Rosary Book went out
                    with the rainbow on it –

                R. That was 20 years ago  big and bold

                This Movement exists to help the souls
                    now –
                    to tell them to pray the prayers
                    Fr. Carter received –
                    all over the earth –
                    centered in consecration to the Two Hearts
                        praying for the priests, the
                        Church and the world.

                R. There are catastrophes happening all around
                    us.

                What are we waiting for to spread this
                    message?

                Given May 7, 2016

                R. Children go to school and they are put in certain
                grades by age. Children in grade school read on
                a certain level. A child can read on 3rd grade
                level or 8th grade level, according to how they
                have developed in their reading skills.

                    We do not really understand what it is to be
                full of grace, but every time we say the Hail Mary –
                we say – Hail Mary - full of grace. We know Mary
                was conceived without sin and we know if and
                when we go to heaven we will be full of His life
                in us.

John 10: 10

...I have come
so that they may have life
and have it to the full.

                R. We know we were created in the image and likeness
                of God and when we are born we have original sin.
                Baptism takes away original sin, but we still have
                tendencies toward sin called concupiscence –
                We have a wounded human nature.

                    I went to school, but my concentration was not
                theology. When I began receiving the Blue Books I
                was spending a lot of time, daily, at least an hour
                before the Blessed Sacrament and attending daily
                Mass. I prayed really a lot to the Holy Spirit and
                I started writing to God and He began writing
                love letters back to me and showing me visions.

                    I really never knew of such things and hid my
                notebooks under my bed – they were used to help me –
                I did not share them or tell anyone, but a deep
                relationship with God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit began to develop.
                I always had a great love of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and prayed
                a lot, but I began to know and love God so deeply
                and my life began to change with this knowledge.
                Knowing God did not remove the struggles of everyday,
                but gave me a way to live in Him that was such
                strength. I knew where I never knew before about
                God and life and it seemed so clear and so simple.

                    I waited and God brought to me all I needed
                to meet Fr. Carter and to begin this Movement in
                1994 after someone gave him Blue Book I to discern.

                    God did it and I waited. The Movement began and
                God continued to give me the directions for the Movement,
                the Ministries, the Holy Spirit Novena, the prayers,
                the Morning Offerings, Prayer for Union, Prayer
                before Mass, Prayer for Intimacy with the Lamb,
                the Father's Prayer, the Parents and Children's Rosary Book,
                the Red Rosary Book, Blue Rosary Book, Nursing Home
                Ministry, School Rosary Program, Servants and
                Handmaids directions, Tiny Tots and Elderly Program,
                etc. It all came, I did not plan it – Under the
                direction of my spiritual director, Fr. Carter, we put all
                these things out, many in different languages with the
                Imprimatur.

                    I was told to put together the Apostles Manual, Fr. Carter
                had me write all these things down. Jesus told me about
                the 13ths, Mary called the 5ths and she began appearing
                to me July 5, 1994. I did not plan any of this, I was
                praying with my children at the old seminary in the
                back of Church when Mary appeared to me –

Excerpt from the Red Rosary Book

July 5, 1994 6:30 p.m.

R. I was told to go to Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center to pray the rosary with my children. There were people in the front of the church, so we decided to pray the rosary in the back before the Sorrowful Mother statue. I had the following vision at the end of the rosary.

The statue of the Sorrowful Mother was lit up as if she had fire around her. The light was very bright. Her whole gown was all-white, but the statue's gown is blue and pink. She was all aglow. It looked like the glow that comes off of a fire. Her face kept changing but remained totally sorrowful-the sorrow of an older woman. She was in such pain and sorrow! (It was hard to explain how she looked-extremely pained!) Her face looked as though she was in such pain that she could hardly bear it.

The vision remained like this for about ten minutes, having begun during the last Hail Mary of the Sorrowful Mysteries of the rosary. She was holding something-it was all bright white-the brightest light ever!    end of excerpt

                R. Mary continued to appear to me daily and my
                children were there and Fr. Carter said Jesus and Mary
                told him to come 5 days after this July 10, 1994.
                Mary appeared every day and I had to be there
                at 6:30 P.M. Fr. Carter came for at least 4 months.

                    Then a woman came and taped the oral rosary meditations
                I received and messages from Jesus and Mary. She also said she
                saw Jesus and Mary and every day she typed up the tapes.
                I never asked her to – she just did it.

                    Mary continued to appear to me for 14 months –
                until they told me I could not receive any messages
                or say things but Hail Marys and Our Fathers at the
                Holy Spirit Center.

                    The Lady taping me after all this time stole the
                tapes and said Fr. Carter and myself were from the devil
                and she wouldn't give them up. Finally somehow
                we got them and the Red Rosary Book was the product of this.

The Red Rosary Book – had the rainbow on                 the front as a request of Mary to me and after                 being blocked and told to leave the Holy Spirit Center                 3 times – after being invited back twice.                     The Red Rosary Book left the printer, discerned                 by Fr. Carter who prayed every day at Mass for this. It                 left the printer December 17, 1996 when Mary's image                 was seen on the building in Clearwater, that                 same day December 17, 1996 and she appeared in                 rainbow color.

                R. The Parents and Children's Rosary Book was
                written from Junior Shepherds of Christ Gatherings
                in which I received the meditations orally while
                the children prayed – they were taped and transcribed
                by Melanie Noe.

They were put in a book with a lot of assistance                 of my daughter and it was discerned by Fr. Carter                 and then received the Imprimatur from Indianapolis                 Diocese where the China Church –                 was given to us for our ministry from the Archdiocese                 at a very cheap price –                 Fr. Carter was led to this place to find a center,                 we got lost and turned around in an                 abandoned Church – St. Anthony's China, Indiana.

                We visited someone who bought a lot nearby
                and Fr. Carter looked into it and the Archdiocese
                gave us the Church for a $1 for our Ministries.
                We have had 24 hour adoration for 12 years
                and since 1998 - 18 years – adoration all day
                before the Blessed Sacrament.

                    Fr. Carter found the Morrow Center and we dedicated
                it December 8, 1996. Before this the Center was in my house
                and the offices there, tapes made etc. 5ths were
                once a month in my house.

                    We began circulating materials right away
                after Mary's image appeared in Clearwater, Florida.
                On July 5, 1998 we did the first prayer service,
                we then began leasing the building in Clearwater and
                doing the 5th every month, the Daily Message began,
                and daily prayer services.

                    Fr. Carter died December 18, 2000 and after we celebrated
                December 17, 2000 – we closed on the first loan on the
                building December 31, 2000.

                    Fr. Carter began circulating the Priestly Newsletter
                on July, 1994 to 75,000 priests and hierarchy – every
                priest in the United States and all Bishops and hierarchy
                around the world as far as we were able –
                he did it every other month –

                    He advanced to 85,000 Priestly Newsletters every other
                month and had them translated in Spanish – he told
                me he could reach 80% of the world in English and Spanish.
                His goal was to reach as many priests around the
                world as possible with the Priestly Newsletter –
                We also published 3 books of Fr. Carter's Priestly Newsletters
                and sent all the priests in the United States – the Priestly Newsletter
                Book II.
 

                R. We sent all Catholic Grade Schools in the United States –
                the Parents and Children's Rosary Book with
                the Imprimatur. We would supply very cute
                rosaries to all grade schools that asked for them.

                    We have 18 Blue books telling many stories
                of our formation –

                R. After Fr. Carter's death we circulated his writings,
                Priestly Newsletters etc. –

                    Then a Jesuit's Priestly Newsletter

                    Then Fr. Pasquini's Priestly Newsletters and
                        Books we published.

                R. Then we began circulating my brother's homilies –
                        I was encouraged to do so in a letter from
                        Cardinal George –
 

                R. We have the Audio Department –
                    the original recordings of the rosaries
                    received while Fr. Carter was there and he
                    discerned them.
                    October 13, 1996, November 13, 1996,
                    December 13, 1996, January 13, 1997,
                    February 13, 1997.
                    These were prepared for this by my daughter.

                R. Consecration of Homes to Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart

Consecrate Your Churches, Home, and Workplace to Our Hearts

Jesus: I want you to consecrate the human race to Sacred Heart of Jesus. I want to be enthroned in all homes, churches, and businesses.

June is the month of the Sacred Heart. I want to be king and center of all hearts. I will keep My promises given to St. Margaret Mary of Alacoque. I promise all this from My most Sacred Heart. Consecrate your chapter to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Consecrate the church or room in which you hold your meeting.

Today is First Friday. I want you to circulate the message I gave to you on consecrating your homes to My Sacred Heart. Make booklets available for people to be able to consecrate their homes and businesses easily. Use the message I gave to you when you consecrated your home.

The Sacred Heart of Jesus will reign and the Immaculate Heart of Mary will triumph. Consecrate all homes and businesses to Our Two Hearts. Tell all to have displayed and honored, pictures of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary. May and June are the months of Mary and the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Tell all to consecrate their homes to Our Two Hearts. I am the Sacred Heart of Jesus. On this day, the 5th of May, 1995, First Friday, I request that you spend the next two months encouraging all to do this consecration.

Gather your friends and say the prayers I have instructed you to say. Sing "To Jesus Heart All Burning" and "Immaculate Mary." May these Two Hearts of love give all members of the human race peace, joy and love in their hearts.

R. Jesus said He desires to be honored by men in the Blessed Sacrament.

Jesus: Circulate the Blue Book messages. They promote this devotion. How My Heart is filled with happiness by the souls who come to the tabernacle and sit with Me. I am Jesus Christ, I wait and long and thirst for My precious souls to come. The souls of men have turned cold. I want souls to come to daily communion and be with Me in front of the tabernacle.

Men's hearts have turned cold. They do not know what love really means. I want hearts that are filled with fire for love of God. Men's hearts have turned to stone.

You are to promote devotion to My most Sacred Heart. I want hearts that burn with love for My Heart. It is through Me that you will know the Father's love. I am the Way, I am the Truth, I am the Life.

Offer a holy hour for the indifference, ingratitude, and sacrileges committed against Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament, the Sacrament of His greatest love.

R. He promises great graces to those who give reparation to His Sacred Heart and who tell others about offering reparation to Him.
