Galatians 5: 16-24

    Instead, I tell you, be guided by the Spirit, and you will no longer yield to self–indulgence. The desires of self–indulgence are always in opposition to the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are in opposition to self–indulgence: they are opposites, one against the other; that is how you are prevented from doing the things that you want to. But when you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the Law. When self–indulgence is at work the results are obvious: sexual vice, impurity, and sensuality, the worship of false gods and sorcery; antagonisms and rivalry, jealousy, bad temper and quarrels, disagreements, factions and malice, drunkenness, orgies and all such things. And about these, I tell you now as I have told you in the past, that people who behave in these ways will not inherit the kingdom of God. On the other hand the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, trustfulness, gentleness and self–control; no law can touch such things as these. All who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified self with all its passions and its desires.

God is Omnipotent

                The devil is at the bottom
                    opposing God –
                    hating God –

God is infinite –

To reach more and more upward

To seek the Divine –

To want to grow more and more
in perfection –

To be a reflection of the Divine
God

To be an instrument of God's
love –

                To be so identified with Christ as
                    to know Him in all we
                    do – To seek His will –
                    To seek the Plan of the all –
                        loving – INFINITE – DIVINE
                        God

IS to be up

Is to grow –

Is to be His

Is to be selfless

Is to be a work in process

God is ABSOLUTE TRUTH

                The devil wants
                    destruction – tearing down
                                    – bringing down
                    lies – denial – deviousness

God is light

God is love

God is life

God is Joy

God wants to raise us up –
Supernatural –

God wants us to have the
knowledge of Divine things –

God wants us to see in
vividness –

		Jesus – a bottle is full of a liquid – full of sediment and debris – it is so full of dirt that a person cannot see through the liquid – it is thick with debris –
		Another jar is clear – one can see through it because it is pure liquid – there is little or no debris

                    The more you understand God the
                more you are lifted to heights in
                understanding and seeing the vision
                of God. You are filled with light,
                you are filled with love –
                you are seeing the heights of
                beauty – Beauty is real –

                    Satan wants secrets and satan
                wants a person – not to live at all –
                satan wants the soul to be dark,
                confused, angry, lacking the
                truth that comes from faith from
                seeing God and His plan more and
                more.

                    Actions for the man growing
                in the image of God are actions
                of love and light of not being
                burdened down with stuffed
                anger, darkness, of living
                opposed to God which is what
                satan wants –

                    Being burdened, with secrets,
                darkness, living lies – smothering
                in one's own self - will opposing
                God –

                    I am light – I want a soul eternally
                happy with Me – they must
                let go of darkness and be obedient
                to My rules – live in purity –
                not try to be equal to God –
                burdened with lies and secrets
                that keep them stuck – a clogged
                vessel – a man with a ball and chain –

                    One that is growing in the spiritual
                life is seeking insight into the
                Mysteries of God.

                    You need to know more deeply
                these hidden mysteries of God –
                to seek to know the invisible
                God.

    ... In reference to Christianity, God himself is the ultimate mystery. Radically, God is completely other and transcendent, hidden from man in his inner life, unless he chooses to reveal himself. Let us briefly look at this inner life of God.

    The Father, in a perfect act of self-expression, in a perfect act of knowing, generates his son. The Son, the Word, is, then, the immanent expression of God's fullness, the reflection of the Father. Likewise, from all eternity, the Father and the Son bring forth the Holy Spirit in a perfect act of loving.

    At the destined moment in human history, God's self-expression, the Word, immersed himself into man's world. God's inner self-expression now had also become God's outer self-expression. Consequently, the mystery of God becomes the mystery of Christ. In Christ, God tells us about himself, about his inner life, about his plan of creation and redemption. He tells us how Father, Son, and Holy Spirit desire to dwell within us in the most intimate fashion, how they wish to share with us their own life through grace. All this he has accomplished and does accomplish through Christ.

God calls and we respond to God –

We model our life after Christ –

We seek the mystery of Christ –

We have relationship with God:
Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

                In this lies our eternal destiny
                    until we see God –
                    face to face – forever in heaven –

                Relationship is what God wants
                    (1) Loving God
                    (2) Loving others
                    (3) Loving ourselves

                Because of original sin we see
                    distortedly, but the more the
                    Holy Spirit breathes into our soul the
                    depth of His gifts – the more
                    clearly we see, we perceive, we
                    embrace, we live in the Divine –
                    All - Perfect – All pure God –

Seeking the heights –
Seeking the Mystery of God –

                Knowing reality more and more –
                Living in Him and living life in
                Him – trusting in Him – wanting
                to be that empty vessel ready
                to be filled –

I don't know much about the physical
heart,

                R. Secrets, lies, anger, unaccountability
                    for sin, not taking responsibility
                    for actions –
                    makes these pathways to the
                        heart –
                        Blocked –

Secrets must be brought out
and healed –

                A person can act - out on innocent
                    others and lie to themselves
                    about their actions –

                They become clogged and miserable
                    because God intends us
                    to grow in the spiritual
                    life –
                    to seek the Divine –

To understand His plan and His
mysteries more and more

To be filled with God

To be filled with His light –

To live selflessly for God –

                A person that is in the light is
                    seeking to rid themselves of
                    inordinate attachments – to
                    live more to work in love
                    with their fellow human
                    beings –
                    to be a man of peace –
                    to be other focused
                    to die to themselves and to help
                        lift up all around them –

"Blessed are the clean of heart
for they will see God"

                Renewal of the Church and the
                    world – demands this
                    cleanliness of men's
                    hearts –
                    to be filled with God –
                    to be filled with God's light –
                    to be filled with God's life –

                Jesus tells us about the Blind
                    man – He said –
                    "I want to see"

Jesus shows us the conversion
of Paul

Think of the blind man – how
it would be to not see –

                Think of what we see now with
                    our eyes,
                    the sun,
                    the blue sky,
                    the green trees and flowers
                    the baby –
                    their little hands –
                    the beauty of a baby learning
                        to stand –

Oh my God
"That I may see"

To see God is why we were
created –

To be alive –

                To not be closed down,
                    dark –
                    blind
                    clogged
                    angry, hateful
                    pompous and prideful
                    self-righteous
