October 29, 1993 - After Mass
I am the Good Shepherd. I know Mine and Mine know Me. I care for you every day. I am hyper-vigilant. I am by your side. I never leave. Picture Me, child, sitting in your pew. Feel My presence beside you, clothed in a white tunic with a chord about My waist. My shoes are sandals and you feel Me right next to you. Do not focus on anything but Me. I am the way. I am the truth. I am the life. I know all things. You feel perfectly calm and taken care of. Nothing else matters. The world is Mine to care for. You needn't worry about anything. I want to give you My strength and My gifts. I want to give you all that I have for you. Sit and let Me fill you. Your body is filled by My light. It is the light of Jesus. You radiate a warmth from this filling. You feel My power within you and you are transformed from tightness to calmness. You experience a real letting go. Let go, My child. Let Me work on your heart. Your heart I fill with a fire of love. The heat in your heart warms your entire body. Open yourself entirely up to this transformation.
Be engulfed by the fire of My love. It is deep within your breast now. Concentrate on this aliveness within you.
Oh, ye beloved of My Father, what treasures indeed He has in store for you. You have no idea of Our ways, Our giving of love. You cannot experience such things in your human form. Try to imagine this warmth, presence deep in your soul. Try to be entirely alone with Me so I can work in your heart. Focus on My presence as heat and fire radiating in your heart. It is a place you long to be, never to leave. This is how Our love is, a place you can get totally wrapped up in and never want to leave! You must be alone to focus on this and let Me work on you. You do not do My work. I bring Myself to you. I work in your heart. You remain open, totally open and fixed on Me. Let all distractions go. Go to a totally still place and practice this. You will have a feeling as you never knew.
I love you, child. Come to Me and let Me wrap you in My arms. Let Me give you My warmth. Let Me dwell deeply in your soul. It is up to you to find this place. Pray to Me for guidance on this place. It must be totally quiet and free of all distractions. I want to be with you this way, to fill you. Nothing else matters, child. Find this place for Me. I love you so. Jesus.

Messenger: After
Father's death, I felt so much pain, I
found comfort in my cookies. I worked
hard for Jesus and listened to all Father Carter
told me to carry on after his death.
Today I write to you as He directs, it became more
difficult to genuflect and move as I
rewarded myself with food.
Today I realize that my body is to give Him
honor and glory. My life is to be spent
in doing His work, but all I do must
be as He wills.
A little exercise can make a big difference to
our bodies, riding a bike, taking a walk
and listening to a tape of the prayers or
praying the rosary. This cannot take the
place of our hour before the tabernacle.
What is God's will for me today?
He has so much power He can do anything.
Sometimes we feel we have to do it all.
Praying hourly really makes a difference.
I believe in it whole heartily.
A short prayer on the hour even if we can't
do them all.
We can make our bodies our god, adorn
it, focus on it, we must realize
our bodies are our friends.
What a friend to help us do all we have done
already to love and serve Him.
We should thank God for our bodies.
They aren't instruments we use to just
give us pleasure, they are instruments
we use to do God's work.
We want everything according to God's will.
I must note caffeine affects me, sugar, sweeteners
the good thing is to try to eat
natural foods given to us by God.
Some foods affect our moods.
We must pray about our diet. We can't take
this to extremes, but we must have discipline
in what we are eating and how
we treat our bodies, they are instruments
to serve God.
This is not to say we go on rigid diets. Our Lord
does not like the fad diets to lose weight,
this is just to say, we pray that we love
and serve Him in all we do and do His
will, for me that means I have to ask Him
to help me eat right. This message was
written as He directed me to do so but the
thoughts came from my own personal experience.
He has made it clear to us in the Shepherds of
Christ He wants us eating enough to have
energy to do His work. I think it is good to
eat three meals a day so we do not get "let
downs" and eating vegetables, celery, broccoli,
cauliflower instead of cookies and sweets
that may give us a fast energy.
He wanted me to drink water, caffeines
dry out my voice and then I can't sing or
talk, I really like decaf coffee and sometimes
a little regular coffee etc. I need His help to help me
control it. When I eat sugar, it gives me a quick
pick up and I want more.
I want to be using my body to serve Him,
I want to eat right, I am tempted to give
into things that give me a quick energy pick up.
I had to stay up many nights putting on the message
before Father's death to get the outline of his
materials. Our Lord told me putting certain things out
then was urgent. After doing a rosary I feel I need
energy because my body feels drained. I may
have to stay up late the night before doing
the message or getting ready for Florida, I
have to rely totally on Him and get the
proper rest. We all had to work hard to move
the message up in the day. Our days are centered
in bringing the message to you and doing what
Jesus has asked in the Movement. I have so much
help from all the servants and handmaids
and apostles. They really live to serve God.
A special priest helps us and sometimes other priests.
The
president works so hard to do what Jesus and
Mary want us to do. There is such dedication on
the people that serve in the Movement. They have
given their lives to this mission and live deeply
their spousal union with Jesus. We pray fervently,
united as a body, we go to Mass and do our hour
and most of us pray hourly prayers.
I noticed that I got a lot of grace from doing
6:20 prayers to help me eat right. I am praying
now whenever I do the 6:20 prayers, sometimes
morning and night, that I am healed of whatever
I need to be healed of interiorly. Jesus told me to
do this. Also Jesus told me to take spelt everyday.
It is a really healthy grain, it really helps me.
I take it in the morning about twenty minutes after
I eat some fruit. It really helps me.
I want natural energy. I do not want my
body run by caffeine and sugar. I want to be
exactly where He wants me to be. Some food can
be addictive. I want to live for Him, not for the
reward although eating is a tremendous gift
God gives us and a wonderful pleasure in life.
He wants us to gather and eat together.
It is a gift that He gives us. This message
was written not that we focus on ourselves,
but that we pray about our diet and try
to eat healthy. Touching our toes, stretching,
doing some form of exercise daily, not carrying
this to extremes, not taking up all our time, but
enough exercise so we can better serve Jesus.
As soon as we think of this the devil can carry
everything to extreme too much - too little -
we want God's will.
I remember a quote from Jesus in a message I got.
He said something like "put aside your thoughts
of burgers".
What do we think about when we pray, our worries,
our problems, our rewards - He is our lover -
He wants us to be so attentive to Him.
He also spoke of chains.

Jesus speaks: Talk of chains, for you have some. Your have bars and are enclosed in your stone or brick houses. A mighty fortress is your dwelling, you think. A mighty fortress is in the walls of My Heart.

May 27, 2001 message continues
Messenger: This
message is not about dieting to lose weight.
This message is not about strong fasting from food
because Jesus didn't want the apostles, servants and
handmaids especially those living in community
to do this.
This message is about eating right, sleeping
right and doing God's will. Father Carter
worked late hours and worked hard, I
have to work late hours, but sometimes
we waste time during the day that makes
us stay up too late, we have to try to do
God's will.
We have a body, it is meant to be used to love
and serve God. We cannot abuse our body,
we must use it to serve Him.
This is talking about balance in our diet, this is
talking about starting now to pray to do His
will in all things. What is Your will for me?
Please God, give me the grace to do it.
This is talking about asking God to remove
the chains that hold us.
This is about eating with each other and
being social, it is not about a
astringent diet, it is about being
healthy and loving our body and
realizing God can heal us of
our ills so we can better serve Him.
This is about giving ourselves to God in
everything. I love the September 22, 1994 message.
I want to be that baby in the Father's lap,
I feel such deep connection to the Father and
to Jesus as the bridegroom of my soul and
to the Holy Spirit.
Jesus said we should pray the Morning Offering
every day for servants, handmaids and
apostles if we are one of them and we
(all of us) pray the prayer for union
with Jesus all through the day. We don't
want to focus on ourselves and what
people think of us, we want to be focused
on Him, we want to do God's will.
I am praying for healing now, especially at
6:20. I want to be as He wants me to be without
chains.
God has to be our main focus.
God is the one that fills us.
We cannot be attached to persons,
places or things above God, our
main focus must be God.
Our gift we give God is ourselves to
love and serve Him as He desires.
He gave Himself to us.
He gives Himself to us in the Eucharist.
He wants us to love Him first, with
all our hearts.
First Commandment:
I, the Lord, am your God. You shall not have other gods besides me.
My son was born on Ascension Thursday.
My daughter was born on the Epiphany,
these are the two children in the room when
Mary appeared daily.

at an early age. You can't take your
money and treasures with you. When you die
you must let go of everything, you no longer
walk as a physical person alive on the earth.
I ask you to help Me today.
Your reward for everything you do here for the good of

A rosary can be used to pray for healing. It is powerful to unite our prayers to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and pray through the powerful intercession of Our Lady of Clearwater.
