13 Years ago today, May 31, 1994, Fr.
Carter said he got a message
from Jesus to send the
Priestly Newsletter to all the priests
he could all over the world. Jesus
told him - every 2 months — centered
in consecration to the 2 Hearts.
Jesus told him to send it to all the
priests in the United States immediately. He
would do it because Jesus told him
to. They argued with him, but Fr. Carter
always did what Jesus told him, not
what others tried to get him to do.
He sent this Newsletter in July, 1994.
We have circulated about 5
million Newsletters, at least by now
under the editorship of Fr. Carter, S.J.
The same month Father Carter
sent out the first Priestly Newsletter
Mary began to appear to me daily at
an old seminary where the
Cincinnati diocese priests had attended.
Fr. Carter went daily for 4 months. I
began the first core prayer chapter for Shepherds
of Christ where Mary appeared daily at the old
seminary.
2 1/2 years later - the image of
Mary appeared on the building
in Clearwater, Florida and we passed
out Prayer Manuals and Newsletters and
Blue Books where the image appeared.
Right before Fr. Carter got the message
to begin the Priestly Newsletter - the
corner of the old seminary fell off
in minutes —
This was Lucia's birthday the main
Fatima visionary.
We acquired the Virgin Mary building
9 years ago today. Fr. Carter always
told me to put out the Priestly Newsletter and
keep the Virgin Mary building, by
the grace of God — 13 years later
we have done this.
The letters we have received
spreading the Newsletter these 13
years are so numerous.
Every Newsletter was like a
baby — trying to get it out
Fr. Carter circulated 33 Newsletters
every other month until his death —
He circulated them in English and
Spanish.
The Prayer Manual was translated
into 6 languages with the Imprimatur
right away. And prayer chapters were
begun all over the world, right away.
We have circulated so many prayer
manuals all over the world — then I
put the prayer manual in most all books.
Fr. Carter also taped a good many
of the Newsletters and we put out 2
Volumes of Priestly Newsletters
which included all Newsletters but
4 while he was alive.
Here is a message he got from
Jesus on the Feast of St. Ignatius.

Words of Jesus to Members of
Shepherds of Christ Associates:"My beloved priest-companion, I intend to use the priestly newsletter, Shepherds of Christ, and the movement, Shepherds of Christ Associates, in a powerful way for the renewal of My Church and the world.
"I will use the newsletter and the chapters of Shepherds of Christ Associates as a powerful instrument for spreading devotion to My Heart and My Mother's Heart.
"I am calling many to become members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. To all of them I will give great blessings. I will use them as instruments to help bring about the triumph of the Immaculate Heart and the reign of My Sacred Heart. I will give great graces to the members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. I will call them to be deeply united to My Heart and to Mary's Heart as I lead them ever closer to My Father in the Holy Spirit."

In 1996 he got a message to look
for a center and we traveled from his
Jesuit residence to China, Indiana
where we got lost in St. Anthony's Church —
we laughed and laughed - we were in China —
the next week we were told St. Anthony's
was available for some Ministry —
We received the Church from the
Archdiocese for this work. We have
sent the Priestly Newsletter foreign
mailing out of China for
10 years. It is our Eucharistic
Center. We were given the right to have
the Eucharist exposed there 24 hours
a day.
We pray 24 hours a day from our
Church in China for the priests, the
Church and the world. We have prayed
there for 10 years.
I taught in college part time
for a good part of my life —
People at the last faculty meeting
all were like "tooting their own
horn".
I said to myself what focus is there
on the student body, where is
unity as a body working together.
It continued and it was that way
with the faculty — self-focused
Now the instructions Fr. Carter
and I got from Jesus were really
directed. People would argue with
Fr. Carter for his sentence structure
in the Newsletter — He had a doctorate
in theology and authored 17 books on
the spiritual life and to have dominance
first a man putting it out (publishing)
would argue with Fr. Carter for days
about English and he had a 5" high
binding dictionary. Fr. Carter
put up with this. He argued about
all the words in Blue Book III and
my sentence structure and changed
some of the ways. He said that
Revelation 12:1 had nothing to do with
the coronation for example, too many
so muchs when speaking of God's
love. Too much talk in my writings
about oneness.
The Blue Book III was held up
for years and then I went back and put
it all in my original composition.
I always write everything with
no eraser marks and that is how I
speak — directly as They spoke through
me while Mary and Jesus appeared
and they were transcribed from a
tape as in the Apostles Manual and
discerned by Fr. Carter.
Fr. Pasquini has been part of
this Movement for 1 1/2 years.
Fr. Carter a Jesuit theologian
discerned all my books and then they
sent them to 3 Jesuit theologians
to be discerned.
Jesus told me when He began
the 13ths — 3 months before Mary
appeared at Clearwater to have
big days of prayer beginning October 13, 1996
and He would begin with what
He intended to help to bring to
completion the Fatima mission
on the 13ths. And so there were 6
very important 13ths in the Apostles
Manual and Mary appeared in the
middle.
After the man publishing the first
Priestly Newsletters moved on — a woman
continued his process - arguing with
Fr. Carter about his English. All
this is bottom of the mountain stuff,
but it proves a point — how satan
works on a person and they argue and argue
where they have no business meddling.
When I wrote the Mass Book the
Shepherds of Christ Center was in my home.
They came in where I had received
all of the Blue Book messages in my
study and turned it into an office
with metal file cabinets and then
argued how Fr. Carter had no business
taking me away at 1:30 in the
afternoon for Mass for it was right
in the middle of the day.
Fr. Carter told me to pray at
12:00 noon and then go to his Jesuit
residence where he celebrated Mass
at 1:30. I had so many revelations
and the Mass Book was written
because it was the time God
wanted between 12:00 and 3:00 to
tell me about the Mass.
Once they called a big meeting
in my own house, around my own
dining room table, about 17
people to tell me that I got
messages, but they could tell me
what to do about my life.
I am a shy person, God picked
me. I studied Math — I taught Math —
that is how it was — I am just
shy — people would with strong
wills try to knock me over, but
God picked me so— I always
treaded softly with a handicap
to do something, ask somebody
for something was hard — so
hard for me, but the more
Mary appeared and Jesus spoke
I did what I was asked to do.
The messages I received and a
few from Fr. Carter formed the
Shepherds of Christ Movement. Jesus
spoke through my heart under Fr.
Carter's direction to form
this Movement to what it is today.
Fr. Carter said the Blue Books
were as much mine as his and he
worked much harder than me
to see they were published and
discerned 4 times by him.
He listened to my messages and
made sure we obeyed them — he
looked for them — he said any
leader that didn't go on the 13th
could not be a leader and leaders
MUST live by the Blue Books.
Almost every person in this
Movement was brought in through
the Blue Books— their lives
were changed.
Before Mary appeared December 17, 1996 —
Jesus called meetings every 17th since
February 17, 1994 and He had an agenda of
messages and songs — on the internet
under 17th book.
People wanted to change the
date — they argued and argued with
me. I had to stick to the 17th —
Jesus wanted the 17th — they
argued.
Now I know the retreats and 5ths
and Sidney Rosary are days of prayer
that give us tremendous grace to
do what we are doing and days of
grace to pray for the world.
Jesus speaks through me and
when He asks us to sing and pray,
I am doing it in a powerful
way with others who have been
trained for 13 years to be powerful
intercessors at Mass and at these
gatherings praying for the priests,
the Church and the world.
I have written every day for
9 years on the internet and
at least 15 published books
many in English and Spanish.
Now today is a day to rejoice
for I bring you this message —
God has given us the Priestly
Newsletter for 13 years, the building
in Clearwater, the Church in China,
Prayer Chapters all over the
world —
Books of consecration and the
Rosary for Tiny Tots to Elderly,
priests, married people, religious
all vocations —
Discs, videos — English
Spanish with Imprimatur
Help me do the work God called
Fr. Carter to — God called you
to listen to the cry of Mary on
this Feast of the Visitation
By the grace of God we have
visited the priests about 5,000,000
times over the past 13 years and
prayed continuously with a net
work of prayer chapters —
God told Fr. Carter to start
the Shepherds of Christ to help renew
the Church and the world.
Many people came with
their ideas — DO IT MY WAY —
We are here because I did it
Jesus' way.

we have spread 200,000 homemade rosaries,
consecration cards, rosary meditations
to the Catholic Schools yearly.
The rosary program has
been in effect since 1995.

Our Lord and Our Lady —

to bring to completion the mission
Our Lady began at Fatima 90
years ago.
Order a Fatima/Clearwater
statue today. Help us keep the
Virgin Mary building where the
image appeared a place of
prayer to spread the love of the
Church and pray for the priests,
the Church and the world and
also to spread the consecration
to persons, homes, schools,
churches to the Sacred Heart
and Immaculate Heart.
Jesus is God and He was
crucified on a cross by people
who did not see.
Mary appeared in Clearwater
to give a sign that she wants
us to reach the souls with
this message she began
at Fatima.
Help me reach the
hungry souls and pray for
the priests, the Church and
the world.
