Messenger:
God gives us a sharing in His lifeLife in Him. To be authentically
Jesus speaks:
What one loves, they cannot contain.
One who loves God with all their heart
and all their soul will sing from a
burning heart, the joy of the soul.
Singing "We praise you God"
with expression and love.
When people come to My Centers
your hearts should reflect your
love for the Shepherds of Christ
Movement, My Movement. Being so
filled with joy to spread the news
of My Movement entrusted to you.
A person angry inside, does
not show joy. A person that lacks
love for their life as a baptized
Catholic, a married person,
a mother, grandma, a religious
shows little love for their vocation
when talking to others.
I have called you to be My Spouse --
I am the bridegroom of your soul!!
I ask you to love those I send to
you -- with regard to the last two
nights messages -- what good does
it do you to do anything you
believe to be God's will with
lack of love. Why do you do anything
and call yourself "Christ-like"
if you lack love. I am love.
If I ask you to make a home
of love -- a Church for people to
come to -- centered in the Love
of Our Two Hearts, a place of
love anywhere on the earth,
a convent --
Are you so holy -- you think --
you never smile, you talk with
shortness -- love should be "in-you"
you smile in love to speak of God --
to act in love
because your actions are messages
of what a Christian, a Catholic
is all about. Show emotion when
talking about Me -- I am God.
If you hold on to every detail
trying to control everything in your
lives -- you will not know the
spontaneity of acting from love
bubbling with life from your
heart.
Aren't you exuberant!! I give
you Myself in the Eucharist,
truly present, in My Divinity and
humanity and if you aren't --
Read the Blue Books and be no
longer unaware of My overwhelming
love I have for you.
I give you the priest, I
give you My Church, I give
you the sacraments -- through
baptism a sharing in My
life --
Oh you have never let go --
stiff-necked -- A storm can
come and blow away all your
treasured perishable things --
Hold on and block the joy
of rejoicing in My gifts
given to you in My Church
through baptism. You are
members of the body of Christ.
I feed you with My Flesh and
My Blood, I love you so
much I have written all
these letters of love in the
Blue Books.
I give you My Word in
the Scriptures and Myself
in the Eucharist to
feed you.
Are you more concerned with
your body food than even
a thought to My gifts given --
John 6: 53-58
Jesus replied to them:
In all truth I tell you,
if you do not eat
the flesh of the Son of man
and drink his blood,
you have no life in you.
Anyone who does eat my flesh
and drink my blood
has eternal life,
and I shall raise that person up
on the last day.
For my flesh is real food
and my blood is real drink.
Whoever eats my flesh
and drinks my blood
lives in me
and I live in that person.
As the living Father sent me
and I draw life from the Father,
so whoever eats me
will also draw life from me.
This is the bread
which has come down from heaven;
it is not like the bread our ancestors ate:
they are dead,
but anyone who eats this bread
will live for ever.
Ezekiel 34: 11-16
“For the Lord Yahweh says this: Look, I myself shall take care of my flock and look after it. As a shepherd looks after his flock when he is with his scattered sheep, so shall I look after my sheep. I shall rescue them from wherever they have been scattered on the day of clouds and darkness. I shall bring them back from the peoples where they are; I shall gather them back from the countries and bring them back to their own land. I shall pasture them on the mountains of Israel, in the ravines and in all the inhabited parts of the country. I shall feed them in good pasturage; the highest mountains of Israel will be their grazing ground. There they will rest in good grazing grounds; they will browse in rich pastures on the mountains of Israel. I myself shall pasture my sheep, I myself shall give them rest–declares the Lord Yahweh. I shall look for the lost one, bring back the stray, bandage the injured and make the sick strong. I shall watch over the fat and healthy. I shall be a true shepherd to them."
John 10: 11-15
I am the good shepherd:
the good shepherd lays down his life
for his sheep.
The hired man,
since he is not the shepherd
and the sheep do not belong to him,
abandons the sheep
as soon as he sees a wolf coming,
and runs away,
and then the wolf attacks
and scatters the sheep;
he runs away
because he is only a hired man
and has no concern for the sheep.
I am the good shepherd;
I know my own
and my own know me,
just as the Father knows me
and I know the Father;
and I lay down my life for my sheep.

People show so much
emotion at ballgames,
theaters, but many show
little emotion at Church.
Do we go to Mass as spectators
not too responsive at Mass.
How can we do that --
When the Mass is so great?
How can we be so inactive
at Mass when it is
so tremendous that the
Mass is the sacrament of
Calvary, sacramentally
made present --
how can we not beg
for grace for ourselves
and the world?
Oh - Our God is
so good to give us the
Church and the priests.
Message from May 3, 2006
Messenger: Are you doing the job for why Mary
appeared to me all those times? Why did
our Mother appear to get us to spread the
consecration to the Two Hearts to the Hearts
of Jesus and Mary.
It is our job to do so, Mary and Jesus say
to the poor banished children of Eve.
We need to see with the wide vision of
knowing that the souls of this earth must
give themselves to the Hearts of Jesus and
Mary.
We give our lives for this.
Praying for the priests, the Church and the
world. Being prayer apostles.
The Mass can reach the ends of the earth.
We pray deeply uniting every moment to the
Masses being celebrated around the world.
People all over the world uniting in
the Morning Offering. We unite as the body
of Christ, the Church -- we are united to
the Mass -- united to all angels and saints and
souls in purgatory --
Praying to the Father united to the
Mass -- the sacrifice of Calvary -- sacramentally
made present in the Mass -- offering this
sacrifice to the Father in the Holy Spirit.
Go to Mass daily -- Go to Mass and offer
sacrifice -- united to the Holy Sacrifice
of the Mass all day -- spread the morning
offering, spread the consecration,
spread these prayers. Don't be afraid,
don't be self-focused. How can we
not do our part as members of the body
of Christ? Mary appeared in the Americas,
Our Lady of Clearwater, Our Lady of
Fatima in the Americas -- 1) she appeared
to me in an old seminary, 2) she appeared to us
in Clearwater there to tell the people to pray,
to spread the consecration to the
Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart and
to unite so deeply to the Mass.
Christ through His life, death and resurrection
paid the price for our salvation.
The Church the fountain of life
for the human race, the price of this paid for
by our beloved Savior.
The Church, the body of Christ, united in deep
oneness, giving our lives united to the Mass,
as the body of Christ can help to bring down
great grace for the human race to be changed,
to know Christ, the Savior.
We, commissioned in baptism to help
so souls will not be lost.
As we live our lives united to the Mass
at every moment, we as members of the body of Christ
help in the release of this grace, Christ shed His blood
for, to be released to the world.
The Church being the fountain of God's grace --
the sacraments given as gifts to us in the Church.
Every second of our lives, to pray as members
of the body of Christ -- united so deeply to the Mass
going on around the world --
we who are consecrated to the Sacred Heart and
the Immaculate Heart living that life of consecration
pray the Morning Offering daily, begging for grace
to be released on the whole world.
Not to be afraid, but to do
the job as baptized Catholics --
Satan wants us focused on ourselves --
our own little backyard.
With an awareness of the lack
of the people of the human race
recognizing Christ as Savior,
Redeemer, Almighty God
we reach to these heights of
commitment as living as strong
members of the body of Christ,
as baptized Catholics. We cry out at the Lamb of God
at Mass for mercy from our God.
We deeply participate in all Masses
attended not as a passive spectator
but as one deeply united to Christ
all angels and saints, the souls in purgatory,
the universal Church offering sacrifice
to the Father in the Holy Spirit.Mary said at Fatima until a sufficient
number of people have consecrated their
hearts to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary
there would not be peace in the world. The mission of the Shepherds of Christ

to spread this consecration to the priests,
bishops, etc. through the Priestly Newsletter
and to provide an instrument of instruction
rooted in the scriptures, the encyclicals (documents of the Church)
the sound teaching from the mouth of the Good Shepherd.
That the priest would hear the voice of the Good Shepherd
in this instrument and follow Him.Good Sound Catholic truths from a holy,

have dedicated their lives in consecration
to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary
living out that baptismal promise.
Consecration to the Heart of Jesus and Mary
is just a deepening of the baptismal commitment. It is with little regard
that we worry for the perishable things of this world
but stay focused on our lives given to us
in preparation for the heavenly banquet,
for the beatific vision. The Father allowed Mary to appear
Our Lady of Clearwater, Our Lady of Fatima
in the Americas because the soil was rich in the Americas
filled with people of the human race
being Christian in origin. We see that Our Lady appeared at Fatima
and that although Christianity concentrated
around Rome and some of the adjoining areas
there is much work that needs to be done
in spreading the good news of Jesus Christ
the Son of God, Savior and Redeemer. To me, God the Father allowed the Virgin Mary
to appear Our Lady of Fatima in the Americas,
in an attempt to cry especially
to the human race of the Americas
to see the Lady clothed with the sun,
the New Eve and to hear her message
to lead the world to her Son Jesus,

Words of Jesus to Members of
Shepherds of Christ Associates:"My beloved priest-companion, I intend to use the priestly newsletter, Shepherds of Christ, and the movement, Shepherds of Christ Associates, in a powerful way for the renewal of My Church and the world.
"I will use the newsletter and the chapters of Shepherds of Christ Associates as a powerful instrument for spreading devotion to My Heart and My Mother's Heart.
"I am calling many to become members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. To all of them I will give great blessings. I will use them as instruments to help bring about the triumph of the Immaculate Heart and the reign of My Sacred Heart. I will give great graces to the members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. I will call them to be deeply united to My Heart and to Mary's Heart as I lead them ever closer to My Father in the Holy Spirit."

Mary speaks:
PLEASEPLEASE
PRAY
A Prayer before the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass
Let me be a holy sacrifice and unite with God in the sacrament of His greatest love.
I want to be one in Him in this act of love, where He gives Himself to me and I give myself as a sacrifice to Him. Let me be a holy sacrifice as I become one with Him in this my act of greatest love to Him.
Let me unite with Him more, that I may more deeply love Him. May I help make reparation to His adorable Heart and the heart of His Mother, Mary. With greatest love, I offer myself to You and pray that You will accept my sacrifice of greatest love. I give myself to You and unite in Your gift of Yourself to me. Come and possess my soul.
Cleanse me, strengthen me, heal me. Dear Holy Spirit act in the heart of Mary to make me more and more like Jesus.
Father, I offer this my sacrifice, myself united to Jesus in the Holy Spirit to You. Help me to love God more deeply in this act of my greatest love.
Give me the grace to grow in my knowledge, love and service of You and for this to be my greatest participation in the Mass. Give me the greatest graces to love You so deeply in this Mass, You who are so worthy of my love.
From the Mass Book
"In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, Amen."
"The grace of Our Lord, Jesus Christ, and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all."
God pours out His grace in this Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. It is the greatest gift when God gives Himself to us.
We share with God His life, given to us abundantly in the Mass.
He gives Himself to us and we give ourselves to Him. The great love affair between God and man: His Holy Mass.
The priest is another Christ to us. It is Christ present, through the priest, celebrating the Mass. We must see Christ in the priest, see Him celebrate the Mass, see His beautiful brown hair, His gentle face, see Him, our Savior. This Jesus Christ that came was born an infant and gave Himself to His death on the cross that we would share His life. See Him now in the Mass, giving Himself in the greatest gift of all. He gives us His divine love and His divine life.
Oh, we thank You for Your life. We know Jesus died and rose and gave us a sharing in His holy life. His life is now abundantly poured, as a fountain to us, especially in the Mass.
Then we hear His word. Let the word of God penetrate our being. Let us feel this Living Word of God. As a two-edged sword, it comes forth with such conviction and love and it penetrates the souls of the faithful with such love. It is food indeed, food for our soul.
He is the Good Shepherd. He speaks to us. He gives us all we want. "Yahweh is my shepherd, I lack nothing." (Ps. 23:1)
He gives us green pastures, and His water pours out and refreshes us. He outpours His grace as a fountain to feed us with His life.
He is a just God, good and kind, all loving, for He is Love. We want for nothing for He outpours His love and His life to us in the Mass. We feast on His Body and Blood and are fed with His Word. We become one in Him and He shares Himself with us.
It is through the Mass celebrated by the hands of a holy priest that we will experience the Mass the way Christ intends. These writings are insights which hopefully will help lead you to the spring of life-giving water, the fountain of love and life He outpours in the Mass.
There will be a new earth when men will see with the light of seven suns. They will know God. A people walking in darkness will see a great light. They will no longer be blind, they will be enlightened, they will love God with the greatest love in the Mass. They will feast on His Body and Blood and will be united as one body in His holy Church through His life given to us in the Eucharist.
We will drink copiously from the fountain of grace which He pours out in the Mass. We will be filled with His love, absorbed with the love of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit and feasting on His divine life.
We see with the vision of God. We partake in such a union with God. We see with the light the Spirit gives to us. The priest celebrates the Mass and we know God with such an intense knowing in this union. We are saturated with His life flowing from the hands of His consecrated priest.
And I look at Him, the priest, and I see Jesus there. I see Him giving Himself to Me. I see the new and Holy City. I see with such clarity the great gift that God gives to us in the Mass!
We learn how to love in the Mass, for we unite to God. He gives us such an intimate sharing in His divine love that we carry His love out to the world. In this union we know His loving to an intense degree and we carry this love out to others. We share in an intense way in His divine act of loving. He, Who is love, gives Himself to us and we are absorbed in His love and we know intensely how God loves. We are filled with love for God and for each other, for, in the oneness He is loving through us. He gives us lights into His loving capacity and we know His loving power in an intensity we did not know before.
We then pray. We offer up our intentions for this Mass. It is now we who intercede to Him to outpour His grace on us and help us with these intentions.
We pray for this reign of peace when the Sacred Heart of Jesus will reign and the Immaculate Heart of Mary will triumph and men will fervently love and adore God with burning love. We pray for all souls and the Church and we beg for His help, His love, His grace.
We offer ourselves as a sacrifice. We offer the bread that will become the bread of life.
The priest mixes the water and the wine and we realize how His Divinity mixes with our humanity.
We offer the wine that will become our spiritual drink-His blood.
I give myself to Him and I beg to be cleansed of my sins with the washing of the hands.
"May the Lord accept the sacrifice at your hands for the praise and glory of His name, for our good and the good of all His Church."
We ask Him to accept the gifts we want to give Him, we give Him thanks, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise and we sing out:
"Holy, Holy God, of power and might…" we sing Him praise and thank Him-oh, God we love Thee so much."
My heart is so filled with such awe. I cry because I love Him so much.
Every word in the Mass, I love. The priest consecrates the host and changes it into the Body and Blood of Christ.
Oh, it makes me cry for I am so struck with awe at what happens at the Consecration. I unite in the oneness with the priest, with Christ and with all present, with heaven and earth. I am one in that moment, united in the sacrifice of Christ giving Himself to the Father.
This is the moment when I unite in such oneness with Christ in the purity of Mary's heart. I give myself as a sacrifice. I offer myself to the Father.
The Father looks down and He sees us united to His Son's Sacrifice. It is in this oneness that His grace is outpoured on us, that we die to that which is not like Him and that the Holy Spirit works in the heart of Mary and fills us with His life.
I am in ecstasy as I realize more and more the great gift of love that God gives us in His holy Mass. I am taken to such heights, being wrapped in the presence of God. It is rapture, this Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.
It is a great gift, experiencing this intense presence of the Almighty God: Through Him, With Him, and In Him.
We pray to the Father the prayer as Jesus taught us and beg, "thy Kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven."
We pray: "For the Kingdom, the power and the glory are yours, now and forever."
We beg for peace in our hearts. We share this peace with one another. Then we beg of the Lamb of God. I want to get down to the ground and beg for His grace, mercy and forgiveness for our sins.
Please, God, I see us as a sinful people. I want the grace and mercy to flow abundantly.
He raises the Host and says: "This is the Lamb of God Who takes away the sins of the world, happy are those who are called to His supper."
We respond: "Lord, I am not worthy to receive you, but only say the word and I shall be healed."
I receive the Almighty God in Communion. All I want is Him. Oh, God, I want you, I adore you, I worship you, I love you.
Oh, for this moment when God gives Himself to me. Oh, God, words do not express this time-this intense presence of You within my being. Oh, sweet Savior, I love You!
You share Yourself so intimately with me. You imprint on my soul a knowing of Your Divine Being that is so intimate in this Communion when You give Yourself to me.
Oh, let our hearts be open to His grace that we may know this great gift more, that we will partake more fully in this greatest act of love with Divinity.
He shares Himself with us, the Almighty God, in such oneness. This is the greatest way to bind us with each other, to unite with each other in the Mass and Communion.
And so I sing the love of God, the love of His Mass. I beg you to pray for the grace that He can teach you in these writings about His most intimate love affair with man, the gift of Himself-the gift He gives us in the Mass.
The Holy Sacrifice, the sacrifice of Calvary, sacramentally-made-present in the Mass when He gives Himself to us with the greatest love!
And what does He ask in return? He asks that we love one another, that we give Him the glory, the thanksgiving, the adoration that is His due as the Almighty God.
He sends us forth with His blessing to share His most intimate love with all. We go forth as other Christs in the world. For He is alive this day and He lives in us and He gives His love to others through us. We act as channels of His life to one another.
The Mass is the richest source of His life. His life flows through the body, the Church, especially through the Sacraments and the Mass.
Oh Jesus, from the fountain of life that pours forth from Your pierced Heart, give us holy priests whose hearts are consecrated to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary to celebrate the Mass-that there is such oneness between the priest and Christ that His grace will flow copiously.
We thirst for the fountain of life pouring forth from the pierced Heart of Christ. It is His life we seek and find in the Church. It is His love we want and we experience the greatest love affair with God in the Mass.
These books on the Mass are accounts of my intimate love affair with our Almighty God. Many experiences were enlightenments I received in the Mass.
I strongly advise all to pray, to say the Holy Spirit Prayer, the Consecration Prayers, and the Prayer before the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, before Mass. (These prayers follow this message).
This book is the journey into the red room, the inner chamber of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, through the gateway, the pure and Immaculate Heart of His Mother.
It is in the Mass we give ourselves in such love to our Holy God. He gives Himself to us and we give ourselves to Him.

Mary speaks: I am Our Lady of Snows. I come to cover the earth with a soft white blanket of my love.
I come to bring peace to the earth. I tell you to let go of the anxiety in your heart and experience my peace and His love.
I am your heavenly Mother. I come to hold you and caress you and take you to my Immaculate Heart.
May 4, 2006
Recorded from a live rosary and transcribed.
Messenger: And the heavens were opened and a voice from above was heard, "This is My beloved Son in whom I am well pleased." How many times have we been told in the messages that Jesus has given to us to listen to Him. For God is talking to us today and revealing to us what must happen next. But even after Our Lady appeared for 7 1/2 years in Clearwater so everyone could see, and even after she appeared to me every day for 14 months, do we hear the message of Our Lady of Fatima that tells us that we must consecrate our hearts to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, the poor banished children of Eve, the ones who are tainted through original sin. How will it happen that they will change their hearts, and that they will go from a place where they, who were willful will now follow the will of God? The Blessed Mother appeared at Fatima and we see that there are so many non-Christians in the world today. Why did Mary appear in Clearwater? She appeared in Clearwater that the Christians that surround this area of Florida, in the United States, in South America would help us to spread this message. And how have they answered? When she appeared 10 years ago how have they answered this call?
The Virgin Mary, the Mother of God appeared on the building in Clearwater and it is such a struggle to be able to even hold on to the building, to deliver the message that the Mother of God delivered there, because people have held on to their own money or whatever it is, and they will not open their eyes and see, that this is a very important place for heaven to spread the message of what must happen next, in order that the reign of the Sacred Heart and the triumph of Mary's Immaculate Heart will take place.
You can close your eyes but God has not once closed His eyes on the poor banished children of Eve that are tainted in their ways and that operate in the weaknesses from original sin. God has not closed His eyes on you or me. Jesus Christ the Son of God came to this earth that we would have life to the full.
And how do we respond to this great gift that is given from our Lord in the Holy Eucharist and the Church, the gift of the priesthood? How have we responded to the fruits of heaven that have been given to us? Why are we so prideful in our ways that we will not recognize the sinfulness, the pride, the anger, the lust of the poor banished children of Eve.
And why have we overlooked the message of Our Lady of Fatima that said that we were to spread the devotion to the Sacred Heart and to Mary's Immaculate Heart. Now to those that listen to me, I call you to prayer, to China to faithfully answer the messages that God has given. Let your voice be heard throughout the Church for it is only by the grace that we are able to do the work that God has called us to. And He has given us the Church in China, the Eucharistic Center of the Shepherds of Christ Movement, that we would more abundantly share in His life to be able to do the work that He has called us to. Let your voice be heard! Let the breathe in the body shout with exultation to God and petition for our needs, for the needs of the priests, and the Church and the world.
What good does it do any of us if we do a million things and we fail to do the will of God? What good does it do for you to do a job so perfectly and yet when you know that God's will is this for you, to say "I just don't want to do it God" and then in the next breathe turn your voice around and say to God, but "Give me, give me, give me."
Jesus shows us the lesson that He wants us to know tonight, the lesson of obedience, the lesson of gazing upon the cross of Christ and watching Him as He hung to His death in obedience to the will of the Father, giving His blood and suffering for you and me. What lessen did you learn in Holy Week as we read the Passion over and over again and contemplated on the Sorrowful Mysteries of the life of Christ. And how quick we are when we know that God is really asking us to do something, to do everything but that very thing that is the doorway to the locked room.
Its funny that Will, is it not? The baby, the little baby of so many months is learning about the will and what they can and cannot do. And our lives are given to us to learn daily about the will, the will that can be more and more attuned to the plan of the Father through the consecration to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. For Mary complied most perfectly to the will of the Father, and Jesus is God.
Oh yeah poor banished children of Eve, that your eyes would be opened once and for all, that the scales would drop swiftly from them and that you would know what it is that what must come next is in your reach if you only but put forth your hand and grasp it with a cupped hand. But so many times when the cake is before our eyes and the birthday celebration is about to start, one swiftly comes and steals the cake away while others stare with a dripping tongue longing for that which they almost possessed.
Would it not be far better that we all lived our lives focusing on doing the will of God that we would operate in one mind and one heart as a well-oiled machine. For it isn't that God is not speaking in our hearts, especially in the hearts of those who try to live the life of consecration to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. But when we know that we should really do something, how many times is there the temptation that I could do it better this way. I could do it more my way. I could get the old load of wash done. And the old car that's been in the garage for 15 years fixed, while I'm doing this very thing that I know I am being called today.
Let us proceed as an arrow for the target and to doing the will of God accurately and precisely, that our arrow goes straight for the mark, rather than the temptation of the diversion to enter in as we so easily fall for the traps of satan, to later pick up the pieces of the very thing that we set out to do and yet never was accomplished as we ran a marathon around the mark rather than just doing the will of God.
And so to you my beloved ones, I speak the message of Jesus. The message that He gives in book after book after book. For when the time came, the Lord came to this earth in the womb of the Virgin Mary and He was here for some 33 years, not 50 nor 25. He was here exactly the length that was in the plan of the Father. And when the plan was given that He hung to His death on the cross and shed His Blood we hear the words from the garden resound clearly, "Not My Will But Thine Be Done" -- a bullet for the target. Or do I fail to do what God asks me to do while I succumb to the temptation of "ring around the rosey", not rosary, rosey. Amen.
Messenger: And tomorrow is First Friday and Jesus loves the time between 12 and 3. And here is a reading from Mass.
Acts 9: 1-4
Meanwhile Saul was still breathing threats to slaughter the Lord’s disciples. He went to the high priest and asked for letters addressed to the synagogues in Damascus, that would authorise him to arrest and take to Jerusalem any followers of the Way, men or women, that he might find.
It happened that while he was travelling to Damascus and approaching the city, suddenly a light from heaven shone all round him. He fell to the ground, and then he heard a voice saying, ‘Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?’
Messenger: And I remember this when I was going through so much trouble and it was at the Holy Spirit Center and I just got in front of the tabernacle and I just was crying out to Jesus, and I heard Jesus say, "Ask them, ask them, why are they persecuting Me?"
Acts 9: 5-7
‘Who are you, Lord?’ he asked, and the answer came, ‘I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting. Get up and go into the city, and you will be told what you are to do.’ The men travelling with Saul stood there speechless, for though they heard the voice they could see no one.
Messenger: That happens to me.
Acts 9: 8-20
Saul got up from the ground, but when he opened his eyes he could see nothing at all, and they had to lead him into Damascus by the hand. For three days (Messenger: There's that 3 again.) he was without his sight and took neither food nor drink.
There was a disciple in Damascus called Ananias, and he had a vision in which the Lord said to him, ‘Ananias!’ When he replied, ‘Here I am, Lord,’ the Lord said, ‘Get up and go to Straight Street and ask at the house of Judas for someone called Saul, who comes from Tarsus. At this moment he is praying, and has seen a man called Ananias coming in and laying hands on him to give him back his sight.’
But in response, Ananias said, ‘Lord, I have heard from many people about this man and all the harm he has been doing to your holy people in Jerusalem. He has come here with a warrant from the chief priests to arrest everybody who invokes your name.’ The Lord replied, ‘Go, for this man is my chosen instrument to bring my name before gentiles and kings and before the people of Israel; I myself will show him how much he must suffer for my name.’ Then Ananias went. He entered the house, and laid his hands on Saul and said, ‘Brother Saul, I have been sent by the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on your way here, so that you may recover your sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit.’ It was as though scales fell away from his eyes and immediately he was able to see again. So he got up and was baptised, and after taking some food he regained his strength.
After he had spent only a few days with the disciples in Damascus, he began preaching in the synagogues, ‘Jesus is the Son of God.’
Messenger: And the wedding banquet has been prepared for you and for me. And we are given the bread of life at every Mass. And yet we turn away so many times and we do not give ourselves as we should in prayer, praying in the Mass united as members of the body of Christ. Let the grace of that Mass reach so far to the ends of the earth that the souls will be saturated with His life. What is it for you and me that we are so blind that we do not see? When looking at a map how many of the souls of this earth do not take Jesus as the Savior? And yet there is an emptiness upon the earth and a hunger that is within the people that they seek after so many things lustfully, searching and longing and wanting, not to be satisfied having been created by God to be filled by Him and Him alone. And they seek their pleasures in the perishable things of the earth and are left thirsty and crying like babies parched, waiting the milk from their mother's breast.
Oh how many times could the Lord come to us and say -
Jesus: Why do you persecute Me when I gave you the milk and honey from heaven. You chose the creek water full of dirty rocks. Let the scales drop from your eyes and let the wisdom of the Spirit fill your soul that you will see and feast at the heavenly banquet prepared for you by your Father in heaven for all eternity.
Messenger: Pray this prayer - God Our Father impart to us the wisdom in the Spirit to know Your will and to live a deeper life of consecration to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. That we will not wander this barren dessert of this earth as the thirsty children of Eve, but feast at the gifts that You have given to us here and now, thanking You and spreading the good news to the hungry people of the earth. Amen.
Pray for urgent intentions.
