A Prayer for Intimacy with the Lamb, the Bridegroom of the Soul

Oh Lamb of God, Who take away the sins of the world, come and act on my soul most intimately. I surrender myself, as I ask for the grace to let go, to just be as I exist in You and You act most intimately on my soul. You are the Initiator. I am the soul waiting Your favors as You act in me. I love You. I adore You. I worship You. Come and possess my soul with Your Divine Grace, as I experience You most intimately.

How to Attend the Mass

Messenger: On this first day of the month of the Sacred Heart He came to me and filled me with a presence of His deep love for us and a sorrow deep within my heart because we as a body of creatures have offended Him by rejecting Him and not living according to God's Commandments.

The great gift of the Mass and its power to overcome the enslavement of sin overtook me with the light given by the Holy Spirit. I let go of self, realizing my whole focus must be to exist in an elevated state of oneness with Him, to savor every word and every note sung, to feel the depth of God's love so deep in my heart in the Mass. The music filled my soul, for it is in this great gift of God I can better get to the depth of my heart and experience Him and His great love for us.

So it becomes a focus on my part to put aside the self and let go and experience this connection in my heart and soul with God. I do not worry about incidental matters, bills, body, whatever, even though they are in my consciousness. My heart is filled with a desire to let go and connect with God. Music from the heart with tender words helps create an atmosphere of love and letting go of self in order to more fully partake deeply in the Spirit.

LET GO OF THE SELF-CONSCIOUSNESS - focus on God and our connection to Him and all gathered in profound, deep love, everyone accepting one another, no one feeling rejected or isolated, but accepted and loved with the greatest connection being in Him. If possible I consecrate my heart with the priest in some way even as short as "I give my heart to Jesus and Mary with you in love." If this is impossible I consecrate the priest's heart and all present to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary. I really feel my connection to all souls of the earth. I feel sorrow because we as a human race have offended God. I desire with my whole heart for the people of the earth to be as God wishes. I want "His Kingdom to come, His will to be done on earth as it is in heaven." And then I must let go and experience the Mass, let Him as Initiator act in my soul as He so chooses.

The enemy is the self when I keep focusing on myself and what others are thinking. This keeps me stiff, locked in self and not free to let go to the Spirit and feel Him acting in Me. There must be this letting go, letting go of control of all these things in my life, feeling His overwhelming power and surrendering to Him as the Almighty God that loves us. I encourage all musicians to play songs that take people into their hearts feeling the love of God, that help people to see their creaturehood and their connection to the Almighty God. They must consecrate their hearts to Jesus and Mary and let go of self. They should not worry how they sound and what people think. We are all there in loving communion, wanting to communicate most deeply with God. Sing praise to Him because we love Him so much. We are really talking to Him, not to the wall, nor first of all to the other people. We are singing to Him and we want Him to hear us. At the "Holy, Holy" we sing from our hearts, honoring Him. We must focus on our communication with Him.

Priest, people; lectors, musicians, must let go of self and self-consciousness. We must all realize we are there to honor, love, serve God, to beg for help, to beg for grace, to petition, to give thanksgiving. All must want to communicate in a great communal offering to God. This is most powerful and can help to release so much grace on the world. It pleases God so much. This is what He wants: heart-felt prayer, love, devotion, our focus on Him.

Oh God, we love Thee so much.

Prayer for Union with Jesus

Come to me, Lord, and possess my soul. Come into my heart and permeate my soul. Help me to sit in silence with You and let You work in my heart.

I am Yours to possess. I am Yours to use. I want to be selfless and only exist in You. Help me to spoon out all that is me and be an empty vessel ready to be filled by You. Help me to die to myself and live only for You. Use me as You will. Let me never draw my attention back to myself. I only want to operate as You do, dwelling within me.

I am Yours, Lord. I want to have my life in You. I want to do the will of the Father. Give me the strength to put aside the world and let You operate my very being. Help me to act as You desire. Strengthen me against the distractions of the devil to take me from Your work.

When I worry, I have taken my focus off of You and placed it on myself. Help me not to give in to the promptings of others to change what in my heart You are making very clear to me. I worship You, I adore You and I love You. Come and dwell in me now.
