Messenger:  Felix will be unveiling the top half
                        of the crucifix for the feast
                        of the Most Holy Body
                        and Blood of Jesus Christ.

Messenger:     I love our priests and our Church so much and I
                    give my life trying to pray for them and get others
                    to do so.

                        What is a priest? He is one called by God to serve God's
                    holy people in a special way. He is so dear to all of us.
                    There is a deep connection I feel with the priest.

                        The priest has power. God gives the priest this power.
                    In the line of power from God to us, I know
                    the power the priest has at Mass, to change
                    bread and wine into the Body and Blood of Jesus.
                    I feel that deep connection to Christ through the
                    priest.

                        I am so grateful for the power given from God to
                    His holy priests.

                        Jesus wants the whole world praying for His holy
                    priests and His beloved Church.

                        Jesus wants us praying for each other.

                    We can see how much we want to pray for our own
                        family, but the whole world is our family
                        and we must love them and pray for them.

                    When Mary appeared over and over again (daily for 14 months)
                    she made it clear to me how she was the Mother of
                    all her children. She cried out for all the souls of
                    the earth.

                    We are all one family of God. We are God's family and
                    Mary is our mother. She loves us more than any
                    earthly mother could.

                    I just wish I could write down all the knowledge I
                   acquired from Mary's daily visits, but messages were
                    given from God, from Mary in the Red and Blue
                    Rosary books. They wanted them called Rosaries
                    from the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.

                        At first I had more difficulty working through
                    Father Carter's death. I keep hearing him say to me,
                    "I am alive." I hear Jesus say he is more alive
                    than when he was  on earth. I keep feeling that deeper
                    connection to him and with it the connection to
                    all the angels and saints in heaven. I feel deeply
                    connected to the souls in purgatory. So much of what
                    I know is given to me in visions.

                        I see purgatory as a darkish, reddish, place,
                    low light.

                        I know my own pain in wanting heaven
                    so much. At times my heart aches with deep pain,
                    gnawing in my chest to want completeness in my
                    relationship with God. It is suffering to know Him,
                    to have had ecstatic experiences with Him, to have
                    been so deeply united to God - Father, Son and Holy Spirit
                    and to not be in that ecstatic union in my every day
                    life.

                    It seems almost impossible to write in words the knowledge
                        of my heart about God and being ecstatically united to
                        Him.

                    When I saw Him on the cross December 5, 1996 it was deep suffering
                        to see the reality of God in such anguishing pain, I cannot
                        even describe the feeling of horror I saw. I cannot
                        even imagine the anguish of His Heart to love so deeply,
                        to give Himself so completely to the souls He loved
                        and to be treated so coldly.

                    I feel deeper love in my heart all the time for my God, for people, for the
                        saints and angels and for the souls in purgatory.

                    My heart feels so deeply united to all the priests and the whole body
                        of Christ. I love the Church so much I want to cry writing
                        this. The Church means so, so much to me.

                        It is in being more one with God that my loving
                    capacity expands more and more every day, but I am
                    left thirsting for a greater capacity to love God
                    and all others, I want to love more purely, I
                    want to be more deeply united.

                        I want to sit in a pew and feel such oneness with
                    all present there, pleading and begging at Mass
                    for grace.

                        Because of sin and the devil we have to be careful
                    of some who may hurt us physically, emotionally etc.
                    I remember when I went to Father Carter's residence one
                    Sunday morning, someone broke the whole passenger window
                    in a million pieces and got in my car. They wanted things
                    in my car.

                        Because sin entered the world people act imperfectly,
                    they commit sins, they hurt others.

                        Every action we do effects everybody else. Even if
                    we are not with them. I can't just protect my little
                    family like a bubble. I sent my children to school,
                    I sent them out to play, whoever they are with effects
                    them, teachers, friends etc.

                        All I have to do is turn on the television and I can
                    hear such untruth.

                         Jesus says: 

John 14: 6

I am the Way; I am Truth and Life.

Messenger:     He is truth. I want truth, I thirst after it. Untruths
                    are so unsettling.

                        In the Reign of the Sacred Heart the truth will be
                    the law of the land.

I could not see any temple in the city since the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb were themselves the temple, and the city did not need the sun or the moon for light, since it was lit by the radiant glory of God, and the Lamb was a lighted torch for it. The nations will come to its light and the kings of the earth will bring it their treasures. Its gates will never be closed by day—and there will be no night there— and the nations will come, bringing their treasure and their wealth. Nothing unclean may come into it: no one who does what is loathsome or false, but only those who are listed in the Lamb’s book of life.

Live only for love of Me.

Messenger: I had been given a message all night on suffering. It
                        was an all night message. He revealed so much
                        to me about suffering and pleasure and I
                        tried to write it down. These accounts appear
                        in God's Blue Book III.

                    That night Father Carter attended the first 17th meeting.
                        We were having them at the Holy Spirit Center and
                        because of some commitment there we were
                        forced to have it on the 16th and he came and
                        sat so strongly with us.

                    He was like that. He was with us so much in the
                        beginning showing his support.

                    I felt totally different having him with me.

                    After the all night message June 16, 1994
                    I received the message later about the seeing
                        more than ever before and seeing the little
                        white lights on my notebook.

                    Jesus referred to all the visions I would soon be
                        receiving at the Holy Spirit Center beginning
                        July 5, 1994.

                    Father Carter came then as soon as Mary began
                        appearing because Jesus and Mary told
                        him to come, he said.

                    He came daily for about 3 1/2 months of those first
                        14 months of visions.

                    These were really the First Shepherd of Christ meetings.
                        There was me and my two youngest children
                        and Father Carter.

                    He was there to support me, but he was there to
                        set up the first prayer meetings at Our Lady
                        of the Holy Spirit Center. He prayed for the
                        whole human family at every sitting and
                        prayed the litanies and recited the
                        promises, he said the seven sorrows
                        after every rosary as Mary still appeared
                        there.

                    My children would leave when we prayed the
                        litanies and when Father Carter stood
                        up Mary would leave.
                        As long as he remained she would  remain.

                    It was at that time Our Lord gave him the
                        prayers for the Prayer Manual.

                    He wrote it and we began our Shepherds of Christ meetings
                        and prayers in that same corner with
                        the core group where Mary appeared. (the last
                        Tuesday of August, 1994).

                    17th Meetings - called Blue Book Meetings had begun
                        February 17, 1994. The first one was in my house,
                        then March 17, 1994, April 17, 1994, May 17, 1994,
                        June 16, 1994, etc were at Our Lady of the
                        the Holy Spirit Center, then again they were done
                        at my house mostly, some at Sheila and
                        Steve's house. These meetings went on and
                        on into September 1996. With the 13ths our
                        focus became the 13ths. It was a habit
                        with us to meet on the 17th since February 17, 1994.

                        I want to focus on the original content of this message,
                    but I must state clearly how Father Carter was there
                    with his support and directing us and the Movement
                    through the messages.

                        From his books, which are many, on spiritual
                    direction, it was clear how he allowed the spirit to work
                    in me to do what God wanted to accomplish through
                    the messages. He was there and he listened, he
                    guided what God was doing, he did not control,
                    nor did he put in his ideas from himself, he
                    received some messages that were major to the
                    framework of the Movement, but the direction he gave
                    with his Jesuit background, rooted so deeply in
                    sound principles of the spiritual life led the
                    Movement to where it is today.

                        In the Shepherds of Christ we have a very defined
                    way of life. Our mission is first and foremost
                    to publish the Newsletter. Father saw that we
                    would be able to have the rights to his books
                    Response to God's Love, Response in Christ and
                    Mother at Our Side. He received permission the month
                    before he died.

                        He is the founder of this Movement and it came
                    through his great sacrifices it was formed as it
                    was.

                        He disciplined himself all his life writing for
                    33 years on the spiritual life as God directed him,
                    writing 18 books and dying on December 18th, 2000.

                        I want to include his section on our relationship
                    with the members of the Church from his Chapter on
                    Grace. A deep study should be done on this Chapter
                    alone. It will help us to be deeper
                    intercessors.

                        We are Shepherds of Christ. Shepherds of Christ are to
                    help lead the strayed ones home to His Heart. We pray
                    for all the sheep and especially those that need to
                    be led home. We circulate the Priestly Newsletter
                    as God directs to His precious priests.

Excerpt from Response in Christ by Father Edward Carter, S.J. - Chapter 3

       e) Relationship with Members of the Church
    There is but one true Church of Christ. Yet this one Church has three different states of existence. There is the pilgrim Church, the Church of this world, composed of members who have received the grace of Christ and strive for its development. They have not yet obtained the goal of their efforts, as have the members of the heavenly Church, who enjoy God in eternal happiness. The Church suffering is an intermediate state of existence necessary for those who had not achieved the required purification as members of the pilgrim Church. Although there are these three phases of the Church's existence, there is a profound union existing between all the members. All these members possess the same basic life of grace in Christ, and this common life establishes the most intimate bonds of love. In our preceding chapter, we discussed the pilgrim Church. Let us now consider the Church suffering and the heavenly Church.

   The members of the Church suffering are those who have departed from this life in an incomplete state of Christian development. Their development is incomplete in the sense that grace has not fully taken possession of them, and, as a result, they are yet closed in upon themselves to a greater or lesser degree. They as yet cannot open themselves out in complete love to the Triune God in the beatific vision. They must undergo a further purification, a purification which could have been achieved upon earth with merit. Now the purification must be achieved with no merit attached. The pain of this purification is mixed with the certain expectation of achieving the vision of God. We can hasten the advent of this vision for this people by the offering of prayers and other good works. Scripture itself refers to our action on behalf of those in purgatory in Chapter 12 of the Second Book of Maccabees beginning with verse 38.

   The members of the heavenly Church are those in whom the life of grace has taken full possession and has reached its completion in the life of glory. Faith now is unnecessary, as the light of glory gives the human intellect a new strength and capacity for seeing God face-to-face. While the Christian was a wayfarer, he received the imprint of the indwelling Trinity as he shared in God's own life. Now in heaven that grace-life and possession of God reaches its completion—the absolute completion is not achieved, however, until the resurrection of the body. The divine persons give Themselves to the beatified in a profound union far surpassing that of the indwelling of the Trinity experienced here below.

   This life of heaven is still the Christ-life, for just as we possess a share in Trinitarian life here below as mediated by Christ, and exercise this grace-life as structured by Him, so also in heaven is the mediation of Christ present. In the words of Rahner, "One always sees the Father through Jesus. Just as immediately as this, for the directness of the vision of God is not a denial of the mediatorship of Christ as man."¹³ And not only does the humanity of Christ unite the blessed to God, but also, in some way, to the whole of creation. This is merely a completion of what is begun here below, namely, the union with Christ in His humanity establishing the Christian in a special relationship with God, with other men, and with the whole of creation. We have a glimpse, therefore, of the fullness of life which members of the heavenly Church possess.

   The heavenly Church, as St. Thomas says, is the true Church.¹⁴ The Church of this earth and the Church of purgatory are, each in its own way, reaching out in loving hope for the heavenly Jerusalem. Vatican II puts it very simply: "The Church, to which we are called in Christ Jesus, and in which we acquire sanctity through the grace of God, will attain her full perfection only in the glory of heaven."¹⁵

   The members of the heavenly Church can help us in living our life of grace until we too share its fullness with them. Their power of intercession on our behalf is but another ramification of the communal aspect of Christianity. We are meant to help others grow in Christ. We, in turn, are intended by God to receive aid from others—yes, from members of the heavenly Church, as well as from those with whom we dwell here below.

   Not only can we be aided by the saints' intercession, but the example of the canonized saints can also be of great value to us. They have concretely proved that full holiness is possible. Such an inspiration is of real worth when we are tempted to think that Christian sanctity in its higher degrees is impossible of attainment. Moreover, the canonized saints, in their diversity, teach us that there are many authentic versions of Christian holiness. They can be innovators in showing us that there are numerous possibilities in assimilating the mystery of Christ, although the basic assimilation remains the same for all Christians of all times. In the opinion of Rahner this is one of the chief roles the canonized saints exert in the life of the Church.¹⁶

Father Carter's whole life was lived to write more and more  about the spiritual life and that deep relationship with the Trinity, Mary, members of the Church, people of the world. June 16, 2001 message continues Messenger:      I look at St. Claude de Columbiere and St. Margaret Mary.     Jesus sent Father Carter at the end of the 2nd millennium, a Jesuit priest with a burning love for the Sacred Heart and he wrote and wrote as he was directed by Jesus for 33 years to help renew the Church and the world. He sent him, a priest, Jesuit who had a doctors in theology to spiritually influence all His priests through his writings.

                        His Jesuit influence is so important in
                    helping to bring about the Reign of the Sacred
                    Heart.

                        Mary appeared a good part of this last century
                    since Fatima to lead the souls to her
                    Son.

                        The Shepherds of Christ is Jesus' movement
                    to lead men deeply into that deep oneness He wants
                    with men.

The Birth of the Full Ministries

   "I wish to share with you part of a message which Jesus gave us on October 13, 1994. The message tells us about the expansion of the Shepherds of Christ movement:

    'My beloved priest-companion, today I come to you with another mission. I am asking you to establish Shepherds of Christ Ministries. At My request you have already begun the priestly newsletter, "Shepherds of Christ", and the prayer chapters, Shepherds of Christ Associates...

    'I am giving you this message on this day, the 77th Anniversary of the Great Apparition at Fatima, because of the close connection between the Shepherds of Christ movement and the Fatima message. The Fatima message is centered in devotion to My Heart and My Mother's Heart, especially in consecration to Our Hearts. Shepherds of Christ Ministries is also centered in devotion to Our Hearts. I will use Shepherds of Christ Ministries as a great instrument in helping to bring about the triumph of the Immaculate Heart and the reign of My Sacred Heart. When this occurs, My Church and the world will be experiencing the great era of peace promised by My Mother at Fatima.

Messenger:    Hear what Jesus told me as I drove into the Holy 
                    Spirit Center for the first Shepherd of Christ
                    Meeting with the first core group of the Shepherds of
                    Christ. He said something like this - These are My
                    Apostles of My Sacred Heart.

                        What is an important part of the Jesuit's mission?
                    It is to promote the devotion to the Sacred Heart.
                    Jesus used Father Carter to do this and Found His movement.
                    I don't want to sound as if he is finished.
                    Father Carter and St. Claude and St. Margaret Mary and
                    St. Ignatius and St. Xavier and all the Jesuit
                    saints and all the popes in heaven and priests
                    and bishops and St. Francis and St. Clair and
                    St. Anthony and the apostles and St. John the
                    Baptist and St. Rita are helping us today. We must
                    pray through their powerful intercession.
                    And we must pray to the Shepherds of Christ
                    members that have died to help us.

                    We have a lot of help on the other side.

                    We have the help of Our Lady of Clearwater,
                       Our Lady of Guadalupe, Our Lady of Fatima.
                       We have the help of our heavenly Mother.
                       She has many titles associated with her mission here.

                    Today I see so much light. I want this light to
                        fall on our beautiful priests that they will
                        see what a gift it is to have Mary and
                        Jesus appear on the building in Florida.

                   The souls in purgatory long to be with God.

                    We are here now and the craving within us is for God.

                    We keep wanting satisfaction, we want to be filled
                        and only He can fill us.

                    Some Saints have had deep satisfaction on earth being
                        mystically married to God, but we will never
                        experience completeness in Him here on earth.

                        In the ecstasies I have had, God lavishly outpours
                   His grace and His love and I know all Three persons
                   of the Trinity most intimately, like December 15, 1995.

                        When I described it December 17, 1995 and
                    December 18, 1995 these were
                    very important dates.

                   Father Carter died exactly 5 years after this writing

IN THE DEEPEST RECESSES OF HIS HEART

The place Jesus took me was into the deepest recesses of His Heart. I was enveloped in His burning love. It was a red room with heat and an intense glow. I was swept away in this embrace, and I only existed in Him. The power of the Almighty God enveloped me, and I only existed in Him. There was no fear, for I was existent in this Almighty Being. My heart was wrapped in the eternal embrace of this Supreme Being. The security, the power I know was His deep presence in which I existed.

I knew the room was red and warm. I knew His immenseness, but I felt my own completeness in Him. I did not feel little, as a speck, but elevated and empowered for I existed then in Him in a most special way.

I was overtaken by the love of God. The fire of the Holy Spirit filled me. I was absorbed by the love of the Father, and I existed IN Him and in the deepest recesses of the Heart of Jesus. Our heaven on earth is these inner chambers of His magnificent Heart - the Heart of the Almighty God, with all the power, with omnipotence, with the fire of the love of God. He took me to the deepest chamber of this fiery Heart, and in that moment, I touched eternity, for I knew what it was to be enveloped in the deep furnace of His love. I now want to exist in this chamber of His Heart, swept away in His burning love, absorbed in my every cell with His love.

We do not understand the fire of His love. We do not understand what it is to be absorbed by love itself. He took me to the inner, deepest chamber of His Heart, and I felt the heat and knew the presence of love itself, and there was no fear, only a feeling of completeness, omnipotence, all-embracing, penetrating love - a power indescribable in words, a saturation of my being in the presence of God, and I was as I was created to be - living in Him!

This is how I will forever live my life, saturated with His divine life and love deep within this inner chamber of His burning Heart, living in Him as He possesses my being, and I operate with His power in me.

Little creatures though we are, we are His, His power, His life, flowing through us. In Him, we are as the Father intended: one in Him, each one of us, dwelling in this fiery furnace of His love. With our fears quieted and our hearts empowered by His life, we live forever in Him - in the Heart of Jesus.

Let no man separate what God has joined together. I am wed in the deepest love with my beloved Spouse, wed to the Heart of Jesus. As I am, I am one in Him. I live and I breathe in Him. He, Who is love, He Who is our all, He Who is mighty and without limits, He Who is, He Who is God and as I live, He lives in me in this world.

I am wed to Him, and I shall not fear for He is God - one, complete, loving, God. Heart of Jesus, I place my trust in Thee. As I live, I live in Your most adorable Heart, the furnace of God's love!

Messenger:    Father Carter believed in the messages Jesus
                    gave me. He spent a lot of time helping
                    to preserve the writings Jesus gave me.

                        These writings together given to us are to help
                    lead the world into a deeper love union
                    with the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

                        Chapter 11 - Two witnesses

Revelation 11: 3-6

But I shall send my two witnesses to prophesy for twelve hundred and sixty days, wearing sackcloth. These are the two olive trees and the two lamps in attendance on the Lord of the world. Fire comes from their mouths and consumes their enemies if anyone tries to harm them; and anyone who tries to harm them will certainly be killed in this way. They have the power to lock up the sky so that it does not rain as long as they are prophesying; they have the power to turn water into blood and strike the whole world with any plague as often as they like.

I Am by Your Side Always

June 16, 1994 3:15a.m.

My little one, be of a clean heart. When you are weary, come to My Heart. I am Jesus, Son of the Living God. I talk in your head. You see Me, you know I am here. Fear not for I will sustain you.

Life here is so short. You must focus only on My love. I truly talk to you. You have nothing to fear. In the days that follow, no matter how difficult, I will be by your side. You must have faith in Me and My work for you.

Your job is to promote My ardent love. Never lose sight of the fact that souls will be saved by your efforts to do this. This is no little matter. The devil constantly will try, in these days, to trip you up. You will be tested to stay steadfast in My love.

I do not want to upset you, only to warn you and tell you that souls are at stake. My letters will turn men's hearts to Me. You must constantly focus on My love for you. Circulate your letters. They are so vital to turning men to the love of God.

Soon your burden will be lifted and you will feel some relief. You must be in constant prayer. Being with your children is a prayer for you. Come to the Center. You feel Real Presence there. I will give you miracles there. Pray in the chapel with your children. They will become closer to Me through prayers as you spend time playing with them. You need simplicity in your life. Live only for love of Me.

                4)  Pray for a special man and son,
                     and family and all involved.
                5)  Pray for all priests, Bishops and Cardinals
                     receiving the Newsletter.
                     Pray for grace for them to respond especially
                     by beginning prayer chapters.
                6)  Pray for the telephone operators.
                7)  Pray for communication and business in
                     general.
                8)  Pray for people to respond to fund letters.
                9)  Pray for money to circulate pictures.

A rosary can be used to pray for healing. It is powerful to unite our prayers to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and pray through the powerful intercession of Our Lady of Clearwater.

In times of trouble, for special prayer, we can use our rosary and pray as follows.

A Rosary for Healing or for Someone with Cancer.

On one Hail Mary bead or as many as you desire, say: 

May God heal                     through the intercession of Our Lady of Clearwater in union with the Mass and all the Masses being celebrated around the world.

Pray the Hail Mary or Hail Mary's then pray this after the Hail Mary.

May the cancer be uprooted and thrown into the sea.

We believe with all our hearts.

After the Glory Be — pray the following petition.

May                     be healed through the intercession of Our Lady of Clearwater if it be the holy will of God.
