Month of the Sacred Heart
R. Unity means I am free to be with others –
Love means my heart is open –
I see others with an open heart –
Dear Holy Spirit,
Open my heart to love –
Open my heart to let go of those
bad habits to stop unity
and working with others
I am to work with.
Dear Holy Spirit,
Help me to open wide to allow You
to come with Your breathe and
love to fill me, to move in
me, to be people where I seek
the will of God – first in my
life –
The will of God – to serve Him with
my life and to let go of
fear and control, that inhibit
unity.
I am a temple of the Holy Spirit.
Fill me with light to be grateful
for my vocation and to
give myself without fear to
God, trusting God will help
me and work in me to have
right reasoning to produce
fruit for the Kingdom of God –
to help build the City of God –
Holy Spirit help me to surrender to God
Dear Holy Spirit help me to let go so You
can move in me most powerfully
as a breath – letting go of
the balls and chains of the
past –
to be possessed by God –
Dear Holy Spirit I pray to be healed of
bad habits, of fighting others
for control and being right –
of fighting to do my own will –
opposed to God's will because
I feel I will find my comfort
zone in isolating and doing
things my way and stopping –
the work You want done – if
I let go of my selfish will.
Jesus: An open heart, My child, a heart
of love – a heart that is giving
to God – control of your heart –
so the Holy Spirit can move with the fire
of God's love, with energy and joy
to serve God and to love and serve
God and others.
I died on the cross and My Heart
was filled with love for you –
I did what I did for love,
child, I did what I did
freely given for your salvation –
for you – with love –
Love is the answer
Love is filled with energy and
joy –
Love gives freely –
Like I give you a free will –

R. The attack of the German on Poland
began World War II on September 1, 1939.
The Germans were aggressive attacking
Poland –
attacking France
attacking Britain by land and sea –
They wanted war –
Mary gave this message July 13, 1917
while World War I was then raging.
Excerpt from The Spirituality of Fatima
by Fr. Edward Carter, S.J.
July 13, 1917
"During this same July
apparition, Mary showed the three children a vision of Hell. She
told them:
"You have seen Hell, where
the souls of poor sinners go. To save them, God wishes to
establish, in the world, devotion to my Immaculate Heart. If
people do what I tell you, many souls will be saved and there
will be peace.
"The war (World War I,
then raging) is going to end. But if people do not stop
offending God, another and worse one will begin in the reign of
Pius XI. When you shall see a night illuminated by an unknown
light [January 2, 1938],
know that this is the great sign that God gives you that He is
going to punish the world for its many crimes by means of war,
hunger, and persecution of the Church and the Holy Father.
(12)
"To prevent this, I shall
come to ask for the consecration of Russia to my Immaculate
Heart and the Communion of Reparation on the five first
Saturdays. If my requests are granted, Russia will be converted
and there will be peace. If not, she will scatter her errors
throughout the world, provoking wars and persecutions of the
Church. The good will be martyred, the Holy Father will have
much to suffer, and various nations will be destroyed....
"But in the end, my
Immaculate Heart will triumph, the Holy Father will consecrate
Russia to me, Russia will be converted, and a certain period of
peace will be granted to the world." (13)

R. The invasion of Poland September 1, 1939
came in the early morning hours.
Pope John Paul II was in Poland
then a young man.
Pope John Paul II's life
blessed the whole world
for over 25 years as pope –
Where one man wanted to wipe
out Poland.
Poland was attacked from 3 directions.
The Germans wanted to wipe out
Poland –
They attacked by air and land
breaking through the main
defenses –
Hitler attacked leaders and
culture, education –
killing Jews especially –
Jews were put in ghettos for
future elimination.
Poles were sent to consecration
camps
I would like to recall the martyrdom
of St. Felicitas and her
7 children –
She was holy – a devout follower
of Christ –
The pagans out of jealousy told
the Emperor –
They tried to make her sacrifice
to the gods.
Felicitas said she had
the Holy Spirit in her –
The eldest son was beaten
to death with whips –
the second and third were clubbed
to death –
the fourth thrown in the Tiber,
She and her last three children
were beheaded.
We have the Church today
and it is strong because of
the blood of these martyrs.
There is the story of many
martyrs tortured and murdered,
who suffered so for their
faith.
Do you remember Our Lady of
Perpetual Help –
R. Do you remember
Our Lady of Guadalupe?

R. Do you remember
St. Thomas More!
Jesus Christ is the central figure
in history!
Jesus Christ is the Divine God –
Jesus instituted the Church!
Jesus suffered and died and

the dead.
In the
name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Dear
Father, we come to You in the name of Jesus, in union with Him in the
Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, in the Holy Spirit. We come to You united to
the Child Jesus of Good Health and the Infant of Prague. We come to You
in the perfect, sinless heart of Our Mother Mary, asking her powerful
intercession, uniting ourselves to her holy tears. We come to You united
to all the angels and saints, and the souls in purgatory.
Prayer for Holy Spirit
We pray
for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit on us, to be baptized by the Holy
Spirit, that He will descend mightily on us as He did on the Apostles at
Pentecost. That the Holy Spirit will transform us from fear to
fearlessness and that He will give us courage to do all the Father is
asking of us to help bring about the Reign of the Sacred Heart and the
triumph of Mary's Immaculate Heart. We pray for the Holy Spirit to
descend mightily on the Jesuits and the Poor Clares on the Shepherds of
Christ leaders and members and on the whole Body of Christ and the
world.
Protection by the Blood of Jesus
We pray
that the Blood of Jesus will be spread on us, everyone in our families,
and the Shepherds of Christ Movement, that we will be able to move
steadfastly ahead and be protected from the evil one.
Healing
We pray
for healing in body, mind, and soul and generational healing in
ourselves, in all members in our families, and in all members of the
Shepherds of Christ Movement, the Jesuit Community, the Poor Clares, the
Body of Christ, and the world.
Prayer for Strength and Light
We adore
You, oh Holy Spirit. Give us strength, give us light, console us. We
give ourselves entirely to You. Oh Spirit of light and grace, we want to
only do the will of the Father. Enlighten us that we may live always in
the Father's will.
Eternal
Spirit fill us with Your Divine Wisdom that we may comprehend more fully
insight into Your Divine Mysteries.
Give us
lights, Oh Holy Spirit that we may know God. Work within the heart, the
spiritual womb of the Virgin Mary, to form us more and more into the
image of Jesus.
Prayer to Be One with God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit
We long
for You, Oh Spirit of Light, we long to know God, we want to be one with
Him, our Divine God. We want to be one with the Father, know Him as a
Person most intimately. We want to know the beloved One, the Sacred
Heart of Jesus, and live and dwell in Him at all times, every moment of
our lives. We want to be one with You, Oh Spirit of Light, that You move
in us in our every breath.
Prayer to Be One in Jesus
Let us
experience life in the Sacred Heart of Jesus, so we can say as Saint
Paul, "I have been crucified with Christ and yet I am alive; yet it is
no longer I, but Christ living in me...." Let us live, united to the
Mass, all through the day being one in Him. Let us be able to love and
know in this elevated state of oneness with our God. We long for Thee,
oh beauteous God, we love You, we love You, we love You. We praise You,
worship You, honor You, adore You, and thank You, our beloved God,
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Prayer to Dwell in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary
We seek to
be one in God, to live and dwell in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, our
little heaven on earth, to experience life in the all perfect, pure,
sinless heart of our Mother. We want the Holy Spirit to move in us and
to be united to Jesus as the Bridegroom of our souls and be a most
perfect sacrifice offered to the Father at every moment as we unite in
the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass around the world to help in the salvation
of souls.
Prayer for the Holy Spirit and His Gifts
Come Holy
Spirit, come, come into our hearts, inflame all people with the fire of
Your love.
Leader: Send forth Your Spirit and all will be reborn. All: And You will renew the face of the earth.
We pray
for the seven gifts of the Holy Spirit, we ask for perfection in our
souls to make us holy, holy souls likened to God.
Dear Holy
Spirit, we give ourselves to You soul and body. We ask You to give us
the Spirit of Wisdom, Understanding, Counsel, Fortitude, Knowledge,
Piety, and Fear of the Lord.
Prayer for the Word Alive in Our Hearts
We know,
dear Holy Spirit, the Word in His human nature was brought forth within
the womb of the woman. We pray that His word will be brought forth in
our hearts as He lives and dwells in us. We want the incarnation to go
on in our lives. Dear Holy Spirit, work in us.
Little Prayers to the Holy Spirit
Dear Holy
Spirit, help us not to be ignorant or indifferent or weak, help us to be
strong with the love of God.
Dear Holy
Spirit, please pray for our needs for us.
Dear Holy
Spirit, help us to respect God and to avoid sin. Help us to live in the
Father's will.
Dear Holy
Spirit, help us to keep Your commandments and to respect authority. Help
us to love all things as You will us to love them. Help us to want to
pray and always serve God with the greatest love. Help us to know the
truth. Help us to have the gift of faith, hope, and love. Help us to
know what is right and what is wrong.
A
Prayer for Intimacy with the Lamb, the Bridegroom of the Soul
Oh Lamb of
God, Who take away the sins of the world, come and act on my soul most
intimately. I surrender myself, as I ask for the grace to let go, to
just be as I exist in You and You act most intimately on my soul. You
are the Initiator. I am the soul waiting Your favors as You act in me. I
love You. I adore You. I worship You. Come and possess my soul with Your
Divine Grace, as I experience You most intimately.
First Period
Meditations Nine Days
1. Romans 8:14-17
All who are guided by the Spirit of God are sons of God; for what you received
was not the spirit of slavery to bring you back into fear; you received the Spirit of
adoption, enabling us to cry out, 'Abba, Father!' The Spirit himself joins with
our spirit to bear witness that we are children of God. And if we are children, then we
are heirs, heirs of God and joint-heirs with Christ, provided that we share his suffering,
so as to share his glory.
2. Romans 8:5-9
Those who are living by their natural inclinations have their minds on the things human
nature desires; those who live in the Spirit have their minds on spiritual things. And
human nature has nothing to look forward to but death, while the Spirit looks forward to
life and peace, because the outlook of disordered human nature is opposed to God, since it
does not submit to God's Law, and indeed it cannot, and those who live by their natural
inclinations can never be pleasing to God. You, however, live not by your natural
inclinations, but by the Spirit, since the Spirit of God has made a home in you. Indeed,
anyone who does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him.
3. 1 John 4:12-16
No one has ever seen God, but as long as we love one another God remains in us and his
love comes to its perfection in us. This is the proof that we remain in him and he in us,
that he has given us a share in his Spirit. We ourselves have seen and testify that the
Father sent his Son as Saviour of the world. Anyone who acknowledges that Jesus is the Son
of God, God remains in him and he in God. We have recognised for ourselves, and put our
faith in, the love God has for us. God is love, and whoever remains in love remains in God
and God in him.
4. 1 John 4:17-21
Love comes to its perfection in us when we can face the Day of Judgement fearlessly,
because even in this world we have become as he is. In love there is no room for fear, but
perfect love drives out fear, because fear implies punishment and no one who is afraid has
come to perfection in love. Let us love, then, because he first loved us. Anyone who says
'I love God' and hates his brother, is a liar, since whoever does not love the brother
whom he can see cannot love God whom he has not seen. Indeed this is the commandment we
have received from him, that whoever loves God, must also love his brother.
5. 1 John 4:7-11
My dear friends, let us love one another, since love is from God and everyone who loves is
a child of God and knows God. Whoever fails to love does not know God, because God is
love. This is the revelation of God's love for us, that God sent his only Son into the
world that we might have life through him. Love consists in this: it is not we who loved
God, but God loved us and sent his Son to expiate our sins. My dear friends, if God loved
us so much, we too should love one another.
6. Acts of the Apostles 1:1-5
In my earlier work, Theophilus, I dealt with everything Jesus had done and taught from the
beginning until the day he gave his instructions to the apostles he had chosen through the
Holy Spirit, and was taken up to heaven. He had shown himself alive to them after his
Passion by many demonstrations: for forty days he had continued to appear to them and tell
them about the kingdom of God. While at table with them, he had told them not to leave
Jerusalem, but to wait there for what the Father had promised. 'It is', he had said, 'what
you have heard me speak about: John baptised with water but, not many days from now, you
are going to be baptised with the Holy Spirit.'
7. Acts of the Apostles 1:6-9
Now having met together, they asked him, 'Lord, has the time come for you to restore the
kingdom to Israel?' He replied, 'It is not for you to know times or dates that the Father
has decided by his own authority, but you will receive the power of the Holy Spirit which
will come on you, and then you will be my witnesses not only in Jerusalem but throughout
Judaea and Samaria, and indeed to earth's remotest end.'
As he said this he was lifted up while they looked on, and a cloud took him from their
sight.
8. Acts of the Apostles 1:12-14
So from the Mount of Olives, as it is called, they went back to Jerusalem, a short
distance away, no more than a Sabbath walk; and when they reached the city they went to
the upper room where they were staying; there were Peter and John, James and Andrew,
Philip and Thomas, Bartholomew and Matthew, James son of Alphaeus and Simon the Zealot,
and Jude son of James. With one heart all these joined constantly in prayer, together with
some women, including Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brothers.
9. Acts of the Apostles 2:1-4
When Pentecost day came round, they had all met together, when suddenly there came from
heaven a sound as of a violent wind which filled the entire house in which they were
sitting; and there appeared to them tongues as of fire; these separated and came to rest
on the head of each of them. They were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak
different languages as the Spirit gave them power to express themselves.
Second Period Meditations Nine Days
1. John 14:21-31
Whoever holds to my commandments and keeps them is the one who loves me; and
whoever loves me will be loved by my Father, and I shall love him and reveal myself to
him.'
Judas-not Judas Iscariot-said to him, 'Lord, what has happened, that you intend to show
yourself to us and not to the world?' Jesus replied:
Anyone who loves me will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we shall come to
him and make a home in him. Anyone who does not love me does not keep my words. And the
word that you hear is not my own: it is the word of the Father who sent me. I have said
these things to you while still with you; but the Paraclete, the Holy Spirit, whom the
Father will send in my name, will teach you everything and remind you of all I have said
to you. Peace I bequeath to you, my own peace I give you, a peace which the world cannot
give, this is my gift to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled or afraid. You heard me
say: I am going away and shall return. If you loved me you would be glad that I am going
to the Father, for the Father is greater than I. I have told you this now, before it
happens, so that when it does happen you may believe. I shall not talk to you much longer,
because the prince of this world is on his way. He has no power over me, but the world
must recognise that I love the Father and that I act just as the Father commanded. Come
now, let us go.
2. John 17:11-26
I am no longer in the world, but they are in the world, and I am coming to you.
Holy Father, keep those you have given me true to your name, so that they may be one like
us. While I was with them, I kept those you had given me true to your name. I have watched
over them and not one is lost except one who was destined to be lost, and this was to
fulfil the scriptures. But now I am coming to you and I say these things in the world to
share my joy with them to the full. I passed your word on to them, and the world hated
them, because they belong to the world no more than I belong to the world. I am not asking
you to remove them from the world, but to protect them from the Evil One. They do not
belong to the world any more than I belong to the world. Consecrate them in the truth;
your word is truth. As you sent me into the world, I have sent them into the world, and
for their sake I consecrate myself so that they too may be consecrated in truth. I pray
not only for these but also for those who through their teaching will come to believe in
me. May they all be one, just as, Father, you are in me and I am in you, so that they also
may be in us, so that the world may believe it was you who sent me. I have given them the
glory you gave to me, that they may be one as we are one. With me in them and you in me,
may they be so perfected in unity that the world will recognise that it was you who sent
me and that you have loved them as you have loved me.
Father, I want those you have given me to be with me where I am, so that they may always
see my glory which you have given me because you loved me before the foundation of the
world. Father, Upright One, the world has not known you, but I have known you, and these
have known that you have sent me. I have made your name known to them and will continue to
make it known, so that the love with which you loved me may be in them, and so that I may
be in them.
3. I Corinthians 15:20-28
In fact, however, Christ has been raised from the dead, as the first-fruits of all who
have fallen asleep. As it was by one man that death came, so through one man has come the
resurrection of the dead. Just as all die in Adam, so in Christ all will be brought to
life; but all of them in their proper order: Christ the first-fruits, and next, at his
coming, those who belong to him. After that will come the end, when he will hand over the
kingdom to God the Father, having abolished every principality, every ruling force and
power. For he is to be king until he has made his enemies his footstool, and the
last of the enemies to be done away with is death, for he has put all things under his
feet. But when it is said everything is subjected, this obviously cannot include the
One who subjected everything to him. When everything has been subjected to him, then the
Son himself will be subjected to the One who has subjected everything to him, so that God
may be all in all.
4. Revelation 3:1-3,12,16-19
'Write to the angel of the church in Sardis and say, "Here is the message of the one
who holds the seven spirits of God and the seven stars: I know about your behaviour: how
you are reputed to be alive and yet are dead. Wake up; put some resolve into what little
vigour you have left: it is dying fast. So far I have failed to notice anything in your
behaviour that my God could possibly call perfect; remember how you first heard the
message. Hold on to that. Repent! If you do not wake up, I shall come to you like a thief,
and you will have no idea at what hour I shall come upon you.
Anyone who proves victorious I will make into a pillar in the sanctuary of my God, and it
will stay there for ever; I will inscribe on it the name of my God and the name of the
city of my God, the new Jerusalem which is coming down from my God in heaven, and my own
new name as well.
'...but since you are neither hot nor cold, but only lukewarm, I will spit you out of my
mouth. You say to yourself: I am rich, I have made a fortune and have everything I want,
never realising that you are wretchedly and pitiably poor, and blind and naked too. I warn
you, buy from me the gold that has been tested in the fire to make you truly rich, and
white robes to clothe you and hide your shameful nakedness, and ointment to put on your
eyes to enable you to see. I reprove and train those whom I love: so
repent in real earnest.'
5. Revelation 5:9-14
They sang a new hymn: You are worthy to take the scroll and to break its seals,
because you were sacrificed, and with your blood you bought people for God of every race,
language, people and nation and made them a line of kings and priests for God, to
rule the world.
In my vision, I heard the sound of an immense number of angels gathered round the throne
and the living creatures and the elders; there were ten thousand times ten thousand of
them and thousands upon thousands, loudly chanting:
Worthy is the Lamb that was sacrificed to receive power, riches, wisdom, strength,
honour, glory and blessing.
Then I heard all the living things in creation-everything that lives in heaven, and on
earth, and under the earth, and in the sea, crying:
To the One seated on the throne and to the Lamb, be all praise, honour, glory and
power, for ever and ever.
And the four living creatures said, 'Amen'; and the elders prostrated themselves to
worship.
6. Revelation 7:14-17
I answered him, 'You can tell me, sir.' Then he said, 'These are the people who have been
through the great trial; they have washed their robes white again in the blood of the
Lamb. That is why they are standing in front of God's throne and serving him day and night
in his sanctuary; and the One who sits on the throne will spread his tent over them.
They
will never hunger or thirst again; sun and scorching wind will never plague them,
because the Lamb who is at the heart of the throne will be their shepherd and will
guide them to springs of living water; and God will wipe away all tears from
their eyes.'
7. Revelation 12:1-8
Now a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman, robed with the sun, standing on the moon,
and on her head a crown of twelve stars. She was pregnant, and in labour, crying aloud in
the pangs of childbirth. Then a second sign appeared in the sky: there was a huge red
dragon with seven heads and ten horns, and each of the seven heads crowned with a coronet.
Its tail swept a third of the stars from the sky and hurled them to the ground,
and the dragon stopped in front of the woman as she was at the point of giving birth, so
that it could eat the child as soon as it was born. The woman was delivered of a boy,
the son who was to rule all the nations with an iron sceptre, and the child was
taken straight up to God and to his throne, while the woman escaped into the desert, where
God had prepared a place for her to be looked after for twelve hundred and sixty days.
And now war broke out in heaven, when Michael with his angels attacked the
dragon. The dragon fought back with his angels, but they were defeated and driven out of
heaven.
8. Revelation 14:1-7
Next in my vision I saw Mount Zion, and standing on it the Lamb who had with him a hundred
and forty-four thousand people, all with his name and his Father's name written on their
foreheads. I heard a sound coming out of heaven like the sound of the ocean or the roar of
thunder; it was like the sound of harpists playing their harps. There before the throne
they were singing a new hymn in the presence of the four living creatures and the elders,
a hymn that could be learnt only by the hundred and forty-four thousand who had been
redeemed from the world. These are the sons who have kept their virginity and not been
defiled with women they follow the Lamb wherever he goes; they, out of all
people, have been redeemed to be the first-fruits for God and for the Lamb.
No
lie was found in their mouths and no fault can be found in them.
Then I saw another angel, flying high overhead, sent to announce the gospel of eternity to
all who live on the earth, every nation, race, language and tribe. He was calling, 'Fear
God and glorify him, because the time has come for him to sit in judgement; worship
themaker of heaven and earth and sea and the springs of water.'
Revelation 19: 7-8
let us be glad and joyful and give glory to God, because this is the time for the marriage
of the Lamb. His bride is ready, and she has been able to dress herself in dazzling white
linen, because her linen is made of the good deeds of the saints.'
9. Revelation 21:1-10
Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth; the first heaven and the first
earth had disappeared now, and there was no longer any sea. I saw the holy city, the new
Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride dressed for her
husband. Then I heard a loud voice call from the throne, 'Look, here God lives among human
beings. He will make his home among them; they will be his people, and he will be
their God, God-with-them. He will wipe away all tears from their eyes;
there will be no more death, and no more mourning or sadness or pain. The world of the
past has gone.'
Then the One sitting on the throne spoke. 'Look, I am making the whole of creation new.
Write this, "What I am saying is trustworthy and will come true."' Then he said
to me, 'It has already happened. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End.
I will give water from the well of life free to anybody who is thirsty; anyone who proves
victorious will inherit these things; and I will be his God and he will be my
son. But the legacy for cowards, for those who break their word, or worship
obscenities, for murderers and the sexually immoral, and for sorcerers, worshippers of
false gods or any other sort of liars, is the second death in the burning lake of
sulphur.'
One of the seven angels that had the seven bowls full of the seven final plagues came to
speak to me and said, 'Come here and I will show you the bride that the Lamb has married.'
In the spirit, he carried me to the top of a very high mountain, and showed me
Jerusalem, the holy city, coming down out of heaven from God.
Revelation 22:20
The one who attests these things says: I am indeed coming soon.
Amen; come, Lord Jesus.

Excerpt
from Response to God's Love
by Fr. Edward Carter, S.J.
...
In reference to Christianity, God himself is the ultimate
mystery. Radically, God is completely other and transcendent, hidden
from man in his inner life, unless he chooses to reveal himself. Let us
briefly look at this inner life of God.
The
Father, in a perfect act of self-expression, in a perfect act of
knowing, generates his son. The Son, the Word, is, then, the immanent
expression of God's fullness, the reflection of the Father. Likewise,
from all eternity, the Father and the Son bring forth the Holy Spirit in
a perfect act of loving.
At the destined
moment in human history, God's self-expression, the Word, immersed
himself into man's world. God's inner self-expression now had also
become God's outer self-expression. Consequently, the mystery of God
becomes the mystery of Christ. In Christ, God tells us about himself,
about his inner life, about his plan of creation and redemption. He
tells us how Father, Son, and Holy Spirit desire to dwell within us in
the most intimate fashion, how they wish to share with us their own life
through grace. All this he has accomplished and does accomplish through
Christ. St. Paul tells us: "I became a minister of this Church through
the commission God gave me to preach among you his word in its fullness,
that mystery hidden from ages and generations past but now revealed to
his holy ones. God has willed to make known to them the glory beyond
price which this mystery brings to the Gentiles—the mystery of Christ in
you, your hope of glory. This is the Christ we proclaim while we
admonish all men and teach them in the full measure of wisdom, hoping to
make every man complete in Christ" (Col 1:25-28).

The Father's Will for Us - Our Source
of Peace
Pope John
Paul II instructs us: "The Church, as a
reconciled and reconciling community, cannot
forget that at the source of her gift and
mission of reconciliation is the initiative,
full of compassionate love and mercy, of
that God who is love (see 1 John 4:8) and
who out of love created human beings (see
Wisdom 11:23-26; Genesis 1:27: Psalms
8:4-8)…He created them so that they might
live in friendship with Him and in communion
with one another.
"God is
faithful to His eternal plan even when man,
under the impulse of the evil one (see
Wisdom 2:24) and carried away by his own
pride, abuses the freedom given to him in
order to love and generously seek what is
good, and (instead) refuses to obey his Lord
and Father. God is faithful even when man,
instead of responding with love to God’s
love, opposes Him and treats Him like a
rival, deluding himself and relying on his
own power, with the resulting break of
relationship with the One who created him.
In spite of this transgression on man’s
part, God remains faithful in love.
"It is
certainly true that the story of the Garden
of Eden makes us think about the tragic
consequences of rejecting the Father, which
becomes evident in man’s inner disorder and
in the breakdown of harmony between man and
woman, brother and brother (see Genesis 3:12
ff; 4:1-16). Also significant is the Gospel
parable of the two brothers (the parable of
the ‘prodigal son’; see Luke 15:11-32) who,
in different ways, distance themselves from
their father and cause a rift between them.
Refusal of God’s fatherly love and of His
loving gifts is always at the root of
humanity’s divisions.
"But we know
that God…like the father in the parable (of
the prodigal son), does not close His heart
to any of His children. He waits for them,
looks for them, goes to meet them at the
place where the refusal of communion
imprisons them in isolation and division. He
calls them to gather about His table in the
joy of the feast of forgiveness and
reconciliation.
"This
initiative on God’s part is made concrete
and manifest in the redemptive act of
Christ, which radiates through the world by
means of the ministry of the Church."

Mary's
Message from the Rosary of August 27, 1996
Mary:I stood beneath the cross of my Son, and my Heart was in such pain for I
saw Him before my eyes. I saw Him covered with blood. I saw Him die. My
Heart, my children, my Heart to watch my Son, but my Heart, my Heart, how I
suffered for my little children of the world that give in to this world and
give up the love of my Son. O my little children of light, I give you this
message. Carry this light into the darkness for your Mother Mary, for I
stood beneath the cross and I cried. I cried for the little ones. I cried
for the young ones, the ones that do not care and will lose their souls. How
do I make you see for you will not listen to me? What can I do? I come. I
appear. I beg. I plead. I give you these gifts from my Son, and you reject
me. I do not deliver messages very often anymore for I have been ignored.
The message is the same. You do not read the messages I have given to you.
Please help me. Help the little children. I appear. I appear. I appear, and
I am ignored. I stood beneath the cross, and I cried. I cried, and my Heart
was in such anguish for my little children, for I am searching for them this
day as I searched for the Child Jesus. Please, please help me. I cannot hold
back the hand of my Son any longer. I am Mary, your Mother. I ask you to
help my children. You are my children of light.

Excerpt from The Spirituality of Fatima
by Fr. Edward Carter, S.J.
July 13, 1917
"During her appearance in
July, Our Lady, in answer to Lucia's plea, promised that in
October she would work a great miracle so that all might believe
and know who she was. Again, the Mother of God told the children
to sacrifice themselves for sinners and to say many times,
especially when making a sacrifice, this prayer:
"O my Jesus, I offer this for love of Thee, for
the conversion of poor sinners, and in reparation for all the
sins committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary."
(11)

Patricia’s story
Planned Parenthood and the
body parts
October 18, 2012
The following story
was sent out by the Sacramento 40 Days
for Life group on October 13 with this
note: “Patricia worked at the Planned
Parenthood here in Sacramento and is now
helping the Rachel’s Vineyard
post-abortion healing ministry.”
My name is Patricia.
I have the best
childhood memories. The only thing
missing in our family was God. We never
went to Mass on Sundays, never read the
bible, and I had no idea how to pray the
rosary. Since we didn’t have a strong
religious foundation in our family, my
mother practiced new-age beliefs and my
parent’s marriage (and our family) fell
apart. My parents divorced and my
younger brother and I decided to live
with our father. The divorce deeply
wounded us all.
As a young girl, I was
popular in school. I had good grades,
won school recognition awards, and felt
confident. I was definitely the apple of
my father’s eyes. I noticed when I was
12 (when my parents began to have
problems) that I started to pull out my
hair when I was anxious or worried. it
would actually make me feel better.
My father and I
developed a close relationship when he
was going through his divorce. We would
go to the movies, shop and dine out
often. In a way, this filled in the void
for my mom. My father meant everything
to me.
At 19 I had my first
serious boyfriend. He was 5 years older
than me and I cared for him very much.
We became sexually active, which I was
not prepared for. Looking back I think
that the security, love and unity that
was lost in my family, I tried to find
in my relationship with my boyfriend. A
couple of months into our sexually
active relationship “bingo” I was
pregnant. All my dreams and goals just
went down the drain.
The one thing that
struck my heart the most was the thought
of disappointing my father. How could I
do this when he is still grieving over
his divorce? How am I going to leave him
alone and also abandon him? The gossip
in our family will humiliate him after
he speaks so fondly of me to everyone.
That night I gave my
boyfriend the news. He was so happy and
joyful to be a father. That gave me a
feeling of security and support so we
decided to keep the baby. My friends at
the time were not too pleased with my
pregnancy. One of my best friends at the
time did not have the courage to tell me
in person how she felt about my
pregnancy so she sent me a sentimental
letter in the mail. The letter basically
said that I was making a complete
mistake, I was too young to be a mother
and I had a long future to look forward
too. Therefore, I should get an abortion
before 4 months and a half – before I’m
too far along.
Soon all my friends
ganged up on me and felt the same way. I
knew they wanted the best for me but it
was pure ignorance. I was so confused at
this point. I decided to proceed with my
abortion and I would lie to my mother
and boyfriend and tell them I had a
miscarriage.
The day of my abortion
my girlfriend accompanied me. I was very
scared. When I was brought into the
procedure room the doctor saw that I was
nervous. She tried to calm me down by
saying, “Patricia, I had two abortions
myself and I performed two abortions on
my daughter, she is ok, I am ok and you
are going to be ok also. Look at me.
Everything is fine. You are not doing
anything wrong. This will only take 5
minutes.”
I have to admit I did
feel better especially when she told me
that she went through the same thing.
During the procedure, as the baby was
getting sucked out of my womb, I felt
disgusted with myself and felt like the
biggest traitor to my child. Deep down I
knew I was doing something horrible,
but, at the same time I felt relieved.
The “problem” was taken care of. That
night I told my boyfriend the news. I
lied and said I miscarried. He cried and
was devastated, but I expressed no
emotion. The guilt and shamed buried my
feelings.
As our relationship
continued, my feelings towards him
started to change. I was less attracted
to him and I was unsure about him. At
times I started to feel some depression
and inner grief and I didn’t understand
why. The clinic where I had my abortion
encouraged me to resume my sexual
relationship but this time practicing
safe sex. They gave me birth control
pills, but, I was taking them
irresponsibly. 4 or 5 months after my
abortion “round two” I was pregnant for
the second time. How could I be such an
idiot and put myself in this same
situation? Immediately I knew I was not
going to keep this child. I booked my
appointment at Planned Parenthood
because it would be embarrassing to go
back to the clinic I just recently had
my first abortion at. What would they
think of me? This abortion was quick,
emotion-less and no one knew about it. I
still felt ashamed of myself.
The relationship with my
boyfriend (on my end) worsened. I had a
hard time kissing him or being
affectionate. I felt disgusted by him.
As my depression and grief increased, I
felt more distant from my boyfriend.
6 months later, you
guessed it, I was pregnant for the third
time. I gave my boyfriend the news again
and he was so excited. I gave him all my
reason on why we should not have this
baby and basically forced him to go with
me to the abortion clinic. He did not
want to but he was scared I would leave
him.
During the third
abortion I was very emotional. My
boyfriend was terrified for me and he
would squeeze my hand tightly. I looked
up and saw the tears flowing from his
eyes. At that very moment I thought to
myself, “What a wicked person I am, he
is thinking this is my first abortion
when I have already killed two of our
children. I am trash. I am a killer, a
murderer.” Our relationship after that
grew further and further apart but it
was mostly me. I couldn’t bare him
touching me. I waited a few weeks and I
broke off the relationship. He was
devastated and completely heartbroken. I
had no emotions. He would not leave me
alone so I decided to move to
Sacramento, California and start my life
over.
I needed a job in
California. I saw an ad in the newspaper
that Planned Parenthood was seeking a
bilingual person for back office work. I
thought to myself, “This is awesome – I
want to work for Planned Parenthood
since they were so nice and caring when
I had my second abortion – plus, they
provided me with free condoms and birth
control pills.”
I interviewed with the
manager at Planned Parenthood. She said,
“Ok – we do about 40 abortions a week,
20 on Wednesdays and 20 on Fridays.” I
told her I had no problem with seeing
blood and she told me that Hispanic
woman and African-American woman were
the 2 top ethnicities having the most
abortions in their clinic.
I was hired on the spot.
My first day was on a Monday. Mondays
were consultation days at Planned
Parenthood. The manager instructed me,
“You must do everything in your power to
convince these girls to keep their
appointments for their abortions. If you
see that they are frightened and want to
back out, console them by telling them
you had one yourself. Oh, and never EVER
call it a baby, a he, or a she. You call
their baby an “it.”
When she said these
things to me I was shocked. It seemed
hypocritical and deceiving. Something
inside didn’t feel right. I didn’t think
too much about it and began counseling
woman and young girls (in English and in
Spanish) and encouraging them to have
their abortions – giving them my full
support.
Wednesday came – my
first day assisting the doctor with the
abortions. My manager that morning
instructed me, “Patricia never ever tell
a woman what you see happen in the back
office after the abortions are
performed. You must never tell the
patient that we basically throw their
baby away in the garbage.” I was
appalled by this. Is she really saying
this to me so bluntly? I didn’t know
what to think.
With the first patient,
I held her hand while she underwent her
abortion. Of course she was crying
uncontrollably and she nearly fainted.
After the procedure was over, my job was
to take the bag attached to the machine
that was used to perform the abortion,
empty the bag out in a back room and
dump all the contents out onto a huge
glass petri- dish. 5 body parts were to
be found in order to give the physician
the “ok” that the abortion was
successful and the patient was able to
leave the procedure room.
When the medical
assistant who was training me emptied
out the contents from the bag into the
petri-dish I couldn’t handle the smell.
She then grabbed a pair of tweezers and
started searching inside the petri-dish.
She then found an arm, grasped it with
the tweezers and held it up to the
light. She said, “This is one part -it’s
the arm.” I could see the detail in the
baby’s hand, the knuckles and the
fingernails formed. She then found the
second arm. I was horrified at what I
was witnessing. I tried to act normal
like it wasn’t affecting me. She then
lifted one of the legs up to the light
with the tweezers. I could see the small
tiny hairs on the skin, the lines around
the knees forming and the toenails. But
when she held up the head of the baby,
that’s when I knew I had murdered my
three children. On the head I could see
the nose, the nostrils, the eyelashes
and even the eyebrows forming.
I thought to myself “My
God what have I done? I was also lied to
and deceived.” 20 body parts would get
thrown into this bag and at the end of
the day the bag is tied into a knot and
placed inside this big freezer. It turns
into a block of ice. The place looked
like a holocaust on abortion days. I was
falling into more depression working
there. I would cry at my lunch hour in
my car almost every day. One day, I left
and never went back.
My self esteem was so
low and I wasn’t that confident gal I
once was. I started dating, what you
might say was, a loser who was also a
drug addict. I started doing Cocaine. I
had experienced it before but didn’t do
it habitually. I would tell my boyfriend
that I felt a deep grief and depression
and he recommended doing Cocaine when I
felt those emotions because it helped to
numb the pain.
My boyfriend then showed
me how to smoke Methamphetamine out of a
pipe. The rest is history. I became
extremely addicted quickly. I was living
a whole different life with different
people. I didn’t know who I was; I was
so lost. Little by little I started
losing my possessions. I lost everything
6 months later. I was severely addicted
to smoking speed/crack for about 3
years.
During those three years
I would sleep in motels, cars, hung out
on sidewalks for the night or slept in
the homes of drug dealers or other crack
addicts. I was around people who were
deeply addicted to heroin, people who
possessed guns and people who had
warrants out for their arrest. I had so
much anxiety especially when I was high.
Of course the hair pulling trauma
worsened. I pulled so much hair out
daily, I soon had bald patches
everywhere. I was frail, thin, and my
bones where starting to pop out,
especially my ribs. My eyes developed
dark circles and were sunken in. I
looked in the mirror and didn’t
recognize the person I was looking at. I
would just see an empty person looking
back at me. I was a dead woman walking.
I completely lost my identity.
Towards the end of my
addiction, I would hear voices speak to
me and I would speak back to them and
argue with them. I was spun. One day
while in a motel room with a bunch of
drug addicts my boyfriend and I got into
a huge argument. He snapped his fingers
at me and told me to leave. I didn’t
know where to go so I sat down onto the
sidewalk in the motel parking lot. I
then saw all my “friends” get into a car
and leave me. I was all alone – with no
food, no water, no friends, no family
and no drugs. I sat there all day. I
curled up into a semi fetal possession
with my head buried into my knees and I
sobbed and sobbed. I had nothing. I hit
the lowest point I could possibly hit,
rock bottom.
At that moment, I felt
God’s presence looking down at me. I
lifted my head up while still in tears
and started to speak to Him. I told Him,
“You are all that I have left. I don’t
know how I let my life end up this way.
I want to thank you for the beautiful
childhood and family you gave to me and
I’m sorry I ruined my life. Thank You
for everything.”
As soon as I finished my
short conversation with the Lord, a
young blonde girl my age (22) with a
name tag that said “Bonnie” knelt down
beside me, embraced me with a hug,
looked at me in the eyes and said,
“Jesus loves you.” I looked back at her
– confused. She smiled and said “I’m a
waitress at the restaurant right over
there. I was taking an order and the
Lord spoke to me. He said, “Look out
that window and tell that girl sitting
on that curb that I love her and that I
will never abandon nor forsake her until
the end of times.” So I put my order
down to come out and tell you this.”
I couldn’t believe God
responded so quickly. I was amazed.
Bonnie took me into the restaurant and
with the sweetest smile told me to order
whatever meal that was on the menu. She
was a daughter of a pastor and she told
me she would drive me wherever home was.
And she did.
After being away from my
father’s home for 3 years, there I was
standing at his front door. I was so
nervous and I shook as I knocked on the
door. My father opens the door to see
his little princess looking like a
skeleton with hardly any hair and deep
sadness in her eyes. I started bawling
and threw myself to his feet and begged
his forgiveness – very much the prodigal
daughter.
Years went by and I
would hear people talking about Rachel’s
Vineyard retreats (for healing after
abortion) or I would see a pamphlet from
time to time. I would avoid thinking
about going because I made the decision
that it was not for me. I thought to
myself, “No way, I already went to
confession. Jesus has healed me and
there’s nothing more healing in this
area He could possibly do for me.” I
admit I was ashamed and I was
frightened.
When Valerie Fish, the
coordinator of the Rachel’s Vineyard
Retreats in Northern California called
to help me register for the retreat, the
tone of her voice and the love she
transmitted made me feel peaceful and at
ease.
When I arrived, the
staff was so caring and loving. They
made me feel extremely comfortable and
welcome. That weekend was so powerful
and transforming for me. God revealed
many things to me and not only did he
heal the wounds from my three abortions,
he also healed the open wounds I still
had regarding my parent’s divorce and my
past drug addiction.
The most powerful thing
for me that weekend was that I went in
the retreat feeling like a murderer a
horrible sinner who aborted three
children. When I left the retreat, I
realized that I was a MOTHER of three
beautiful children that Jesus and Mary
were taking care of and that they’re
waiting to meet me one day in heaven. My
heart was so joyful.
My first child, my
daughter, is named Marianna in honor of
the Virgin Mary. The second child, my
son, is named Emmanuel in honor of
Jesus. My third child, my daughter is
named Rose in honor of the Rosary.
That weekend I made a
vow to my three children. Since I
terminated their life and didn’t give
them a chance to live, in their honor I
would do everything I could to stand up
and defend life.
God has blessed me to be
a part of the Rachel’s Vineyard staff
and to share my testimony in front of
hundreds of youth in the Bay area. God
has also blessed me to be leader in our
first Spanish Rachel’s Vineyard Retreats
in Northern California beginning in
October 2011.
But, the biggest
blessing is that God gave me spiritual
parents in Valerie and Bob Fish. Valerie
has guided me spiritually, and, through
her, God has blessed me to be His
servant. I thank God for the opportunity
to share my testimony. But, my testimony
is not about me – it’s about Him and for
His glory. Amen.

He was still speaking to the crowds when suddenly his mother and his
brothers were standing outside and were anxious to have a word with
him. But to the man who told him this Jesus replied, 'Who is my
mother? Who are my brothers?' And stretching out his hand towards
his disciples he said, 'Here are my mother and my brothers. Anyone
who does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister
and mother.'
Fr. Carter had a dream.
R. Joseph had a dream.
Matthew 1:18-23
Joseph adopts Jesus as his son
This is how Jesus Christ came to be born. His
mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph; but before they came to
live together she was found to be with child through the Holy
Spirit. Her husband Joseph, being an upright man and wanting to
spare her disgrace, decided to divorce her informally. He had
made up his mind to do this when suddenly the angel of the Lord
appeared to him in a dream and said, ‘Joseph son of David, do
not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because she has
conceived what is in her by the Holy Spirit. She will give birth
to a son and you must name him Jesus, because he is the one who
is to save his people from their sins.’ Now all this took place
to fulfil what the Lord had spoken through the prophet:
Look! the virgin is with child
and will give birth to a son
whom they will call Immanuel,
a name which means ‘God–is–with–us’.
R. Mary was absolutely obedient

R.
I give
my heart to Jesus and Mary with you in love.
All of my experiences are recorded in
notebooks, rosary meditations and materials spread throughout the
Ministry on computers, discs, etc. I do not know how to use a
computer.
There are so many things that have
happened, but the experiences and dates are engraved in my soul. I
write from all I remember of these experiences. On the morning of
August 12, 1996, I was told to go to Our Lady of the Holy Spirit
Center. There in those early morning hours Mary appeared all night.
I remember the darkness of the Sorrowful Mother Chapel, black, and I
only saw the light of Mary. She appeared in that same glorious light
of hers, light like fluorescent, but not like that at all because it
is like nothing I have ever seen. I cried out to her and begged the
Father to please help me to do what They had asked me, and all of
us, to do. I felt I prayed as never before.
The next morning of the 13th of
August Mary appeared again in the same place for several hours in
the same exact setting in that white light in the darkened Sorrowful
Mother Chapel in the corner. In the late afternoon of the 13th, I
would go to the Sorrowful Mother Chapel again.
The Eucharist was exposed and the
whole front of the chapel was covered with a celestial aura and she
appeared again. This time the light and the aura were a golden
light, almost like a gold glistening veil across the whole front of
the chapel in front of the exposed Eucharist and before Mary. I did
not want to leave there. I drove to the rosary at Tom's farm, the
mikes for the rosary were missing. The younger shepherds had to go
to the store to get some mikes. John Weickert was there for the
first time on the farm. I asked him to say the 7 Sorrows of Mary.
What appeared to me to be a mixed-up situation without the mikes
and equipment turned out to be a night of great grace. I didn't know
all what was happening. Here is an account of what happened to two
others there at the rosary. It is accounted because Father Carter
asked that it be written down.
R. Jesus was protected in the flight into Egypt.

1 Timothy 6: 2c-8
This is what you are to teach and
urge. Anyone who teaches anything different and does not keep to
the sound teaching which is that of our Lord Jesus Christ, the
doctrine which is in accordance with true religion, is proud and
has no understanding, but rather a weakness for questioning
everything and arguing about words. All that can come of this is
jealousy, contention, abuse and evil mistrust; and unending
disputes by people who are depraved in mind and deprived of
truth, and imagine that religion is a way of making a profit.

prophet are, and their torture will not come to an end,
day or night, forever and ever.
Genesis 3:1-24
Now, the snake was the most subtle of all
the wild animals that Yahweh God had made. It asked the
woman, ‘Did God really say you were not to eat from any of
the trees in the garden?’ The woman answered the snake, ‘We
may eat the fruit of the trees in the garden. But of the
fruit of the tree in the middle of the garden God said, "You
must not eat it, nor touch it, under pain of death." ’ Then
the snake said to the woman, ‘No! You will not die! God
knows in fact that the day you eat it your eyes will be
opened and you will be like gods, knowing good from evil.’
The woman saw that the tree was good to eat and pleasing to
the eye, and that it was enticing for the wisdom that it
could give. So she took some of its fruit and ate it. She
also gave some to her husband who was with her, and he ate
it. Then the eyes of both of them were opened and they
realised that they were naked. So they sewed fig–leaves
together to make themselves loin–cloths.
The man and his wife heard the sound of
Yahweh God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and
they hid from Yahweh God among the trees of the garden. But
Yahweh God called to the man. ‘Where are you?’ he asked. ‘I
heard the sound of you in the garden,’ he replied. ‘I was
afraid because I was naked, so I hid.’ ‘Who told you that
you were naked?’ he asked. ‘Have you been eating from the
tree I forbade you to eat?’ The man replied, ‘It was the
woman you put with me; she gave me some fruit from the tree,
and I ate it.’ Then Yahweh God said to the woman, ‘Why did
you do that?’ The woman replied, ‘The snake tempted me and I
ate.’
Then Yahweh God said to the snake,
‘Because you have done this,
Accursed be you
of all animals wild and tame!
On your belly you will go
and on dust you will feed
as long as you live.
I shall put enmity
between you and the woman,
and between your offspring and hers;
it will bruise your head
and you will strike its heel.’
To the woman he said:
I shall give you intense pain
in childbearing,
you will give birth to your children
in pain.
Your yearning will be for your husband,
and he will dominate you.
To the man he said, ‘Because you listened
to the voice of your wife and ate from the tree of which I
had forbidden you to eat,
Accursed be the soil because of you!
Painfully will you get your food from it
as long as you live.
It will yield you brambles and thistles,
as you eat the produce of the land.
By the sweat of your face
will you earn your food,
until you return to the ground,
as you were taken from it.
For dust you are
and to dust you shall return.’
The man named his wife ‘Eve’ because she
was the mother of all those who live. Yahweh God made tunics
of skins for the man and his wife and clothed them. Then
Yahweh God said, ‘Now that the man has become like one of us
in knowing good from evil, he must not be allowed to reach
out his hand and pick from the tree of life too, and eat and
live for ever!’ So Yahweh God expelled him from the garden
of Eden, to till the soil from which he had been taken. He
banished the man, and in front of the garden of Eden he
posted the great winged creatures and the fiery flashing
sword, to guard the way to the tree of life.
R. We can request the grace to be obedient
to God and do His will –
Sin has consequences
Romans 1: 18 - 2: 11
The retribution of God
from heaven is being revealed against the
ungodliness and injustice of human beings who in
their injustice hold back the truth. For what can be
known about God is perfectly plain to them, since
God has made it plain to them: ever since the
creation of the world, the invisible existence of
God and his everlasting power have been clearly seen
by the mind's understanding of created things. And
so these people have no excuse: they knew God and
yet they did not honour him as God or give thanks to
him, but their arguments became futile and their
uncomprehending minds were darkened. While they
claimed to be wise, in fact they were growing so
stupid that they exchanged the glory of the
immortal God for an imitation, for the image
of a mortal human being, or of birds, or animals, or
crawling things.
That is why
God abandoned them in their inmost cravings to
filthy practices of dishonouring their own bodies-
because
they exchanged God's truth for a lie and have
worshipped and served the creature instead of the
Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen
That is why
God abandoned them to degrading passions: why their
women have exchanged natural intercourse for
unnatural practices; and the men, in a similar
fashion, too, giving up normal relations with women,
are consumed with passion for each other, men doing
shameful things with men and receiving in themselves
due reward for their perversion.
In other
words, since they would not consent to acknowledge
God, God abandoned them to their unacceptable
thoughts and indecent behaviour. And so now they are
steeped in all sorts of injustice, rottenness, greed
and malice; full of envy, murder, wrangling,
treachery and spite, libellers, slanderers, enemies
of God, rude, arrogant and boastful, enterprising in
evil, rebellious to parents, without brains, honour,
love or pity. They are well aware of God's
ordinance: that those who behave like this deserve
to die-yet they not only do it, but even applaud
others who do the same.
So no matter who you
are, if you pass judgement you have no excuse. It is
yourself that you condemn when you judge others,
since you behave in the same way as those you are
condemning. We are well aware that people who behave
like that are justly condemned by God. But you-when
you judge those who behave like this while you are
doing the same yourself-do you think you will escape
God's condemnation? Or are you not disregarding his
abundant goodness, tolerance and patience, failing
to realise that this generosity of God is meant to
bring you to repentance? Your stubborn refusal to
repent is only storing up retribution for yourself
on that Day of retribution when God's just verdicts
will be made known. He will repay everyone as
their deeds deserve. For those who aimed for
glory and honour and immortality by persevering in
doing good, there will be eternal life; but for
those who out of jealousy have taken for their guide
not truth but injustice, there will be the fury of
retribution. Trouble and distress will come to every
human being who does evil-Jews first, but Greeks as
well; glory and honour and peace will come to
everyone who does good-Jews first, but Greeks as
well. There is no favouritism with God.
R. When we sin we show ingratitude
to God.
Hell is the ultimate consequence of sin.

136. THE FOURTH DAY
A MEDITATION ON TWO STANDARDS
The one of Christ, our supreme leader
and lord, the other of Lucifer, the deadly enemy of our human nature
PRAYER. The usual preparatory prayer.
window at a former Jesuit
Seminary
137. FIRST PRELUDE. This is the
history. Here it will be that Christ calls and wants all beneath His standard,
and Lucifer, on the other hand, wants all under his.
138. SECOND PRELUDE. This is a
mental representation of the place. It will be here to see a great plain,
comprising the whole region about Jerusalem, where the sovereign
Commander-in-Chief of all the good is Christ our Lord; and another plain about
the region of Babylon, where the chief of the enemy is Lucifer.
139. THIRD PRELUDE. This is to
ask for what I desire. Here it will be to ask for a knowledge of the deceits
of the rebel chief and help to guard myself against them; and also to ask for
a knowledge of the true life exemplified in the sovereign and true Commander,
and the grace to imitate Him.
FIRST PART
THE STANDARD OF SATAN
140. FIRST POINT. Imagine you
see the chief of all the enemy in the vast plain about Babylon, seated on a
great throne of fire and smoke, his appearance inspiring horror and terror.
141. SECOND POINT. Consider how
he summons innumerable demons, and scatters them, some to one city and some to
another, throughout the whole world, so that no province, no place, no state
of life, no individual is overlooked.
142. THIRD POINT. Consider the
address he makes to them, how he goads them on to lay snares for men and bind
them with chains. First they are to tempt them to covet riches (as Satan
himself is accustomed to do in most cases) that they may the more easily
attain the empty honors of this world, and then come to overweening pride.
The first step, then, will be
riches, the second honor, the third pride. From these three steps the evil one
leads to all other vices.
SECOND PART
THE STANDARD OF CHRIST
143. In a similar way, we are to
picture to ourselves the sovereign and true Commander, Christ our Lord.
144. FIRST POINT. Consider
Christ our Lord, standing in a lowly place in a great plain about the region
of Jerusalem, His appearance beautiful and attractive.
145. SECOND POINT. Consider how
the Lord of all the world chooses so many persons, apostles, disciples, etc.,
and sends them throughout the whole world to spread His sacred doctrine among
all men, no matter what their state or condition.
146. THIRD POINT. . . .

313. RULES FOR DISCERNMENT OF SPIRITS
I
Rules for understanding to some extent the
different movements produced in the soul and for recognizing those that
are good to admit them, and those that are bad, to reject them. These
rules are more suited to the first week
314. I.
In the case of those who go from one mortal sin to another, the enemy is
ordinarily accustomed to propose apparent pleasures. He fills their
imagination with sensual delights and gratifications, the more readily to
keep them in their vices and increase the number of their sins.
With such persons the good spirit uses
a method which is the reverse of the above. Making use of the light of
reason, he will rouse the sting of conscience and fill them with remorse.
315. 2. In the case of those who go on
earnestly striving to cleanse their souls from sin and who seek to rise in
the service of God our Lord to greater perfection, the method pursued is the
opposite of that mentioned in the first rule.
Then it is characteristic of the evil
spirit to harass with anxiety, to afflict with sadness, to raise obstacles
backed by fallacious reasonings that disturb the soul. Thus he seeks to
prevent the soul from advancing.
It is characteristic of the good
spirit, however, to give courage and strength, consolations, tears,
inspirations, and peace. This He does by making all easy, by removing all
obstacles so that the soul goes forward in doing good.
316. 3. SPIRITUAL
CONSOLATION. I call it
consolation when an interior movement is aroused in the soul, by which it is
inflamed with love of its Creator and Lord, and as a consequence, can love
no creature on the face of the earth for its own sake, but only in the
Creator of them all. It is likewise consolation when one sheds tears that
move to the love of God, whether it be because of sorrow for sins, or
because of the sufferings of Christ our Lord, or for any other reason that
is immediately directed to the praise and service of God. Finally, I call
consolation every increase of faith, hope, and love, and all interior joy
that invites and attracts to what is heavenly and to the salvation of one's
soul by filling it with peace and quiet in its Creator and Lord.
317. 4. SPIRITUAL
DESOLATION. I call
desolation what is entirely the opposite of what is described in the third
rule, as darkness of soul, turmoil of spirit, inclination to what is low and
earthly, restlessness rising from many disturbances and temptations which
lead to want of faith, want of hope, want of love. The soul is wholly
slothful, tepid, sad, and separated, as it were, from its Creator and Lord.
For just as consolation is the opposite of desolation, so the thoughts that
spring from consolation are the opposite of those that spring from
desolation.
318. 5. In time of desolation we should never
make any change, but remain firm and constant in the resolution and decision
which guided us the day before the desolation, or in the decision to which
we adhered in the preceding consolation. For just as in consolation the good
spirit guides and counsels us, so in desolation the evil spirit guides and
counsels. Following his counsels we can never find the way to a right
decision.
319. 6. Though in desolation we must never
change our former resolutions, it will be very advantageous to intensify our
activity against the desolation. We can insist more upon prayer, upon
meditation, and on much examination of ourselves. We can make an effort in a
suitable way to do some penance.
320. 7. When one is in desolation, he should
be mindful that God has left him to his natural powers to resist the
different agitations and temptations of the enemy in order to try him. He
can resist with the help of God, which always remains, though he may not
clearly perceive it. For though God has taken from him the abundance of
fervor and overflowing love and the intensity of His favors, nevertheless,
he has sufficient grace for eternal salvation.
321. 8. When one is in desolation, he should
strive to persevere in patience. This reacts against the vexations that have
overtaken him. Let him consider, too, that consolation will soon return, and
in the meantime, he must diligently use the means against desolation which
have been given in the sixth rule.
322. 9. The principal reasons why we suffer
from desolation are three:
The first is because we have been tepid
and slothful or negligent in our exercises of piety, and so through our own
fault spiritual consolation has been taken away from us.
The second reason is because God wishes
to try us, to see how much we are worth, and how much we will advance in His
service and praise when left without the generous reward of consolations and
signal favors.
The third reason is because God wishes
to give us a true knowledge and understanding of ourselves, so that we may
have an intimate perception of the fact that it is not within our power to
acquire and attain great devotion, intense love, tears, or any other
spiritual consolation; but that all this is the gift and grace of God our
Lord. God does not wish us to build on the property of another, to rise up
in spirit in a certain pride and vainglory and attribute to ourselves the
devotion and other effects of spiritual consolation.
323. 10. When one enjoys consolation, let him
consider how he will conduct himself during the time of ensuing desolation,
and store up a supply of strength as defense against that day.
324. 11. He who enjoys consolation should take
care to humble himself and lower himself as much as possible. Let him recall
how little he is able to do in time of desolation, when he is left without
such grace or consolation.
On the other hand, one who suffers
desolation should remember that by making use of the sufficient grace
offered him, he can do much to withstand all his enemies. Let him find his
strength in his Creator and Lord.
325. 12. The enemy conducts himself as a
woman. He is a weakling before a show of strength, and a tyrant if he has
his will. It is characteristic of a woman in a quarrel with a man to lose
courage and take to flight if the man shows that he is determined and
fearless. However, if the man loses courage and begins to flee, the anger,
vindictiveness, and rage of the woman surge up and know no bounds. In the
same way, the enemy becomes weak, loses courage, and turns to flight with
his seductions as soon as one leading a spiritual life faces his temptations
boldly, and does exactly the opposite of what he suggests. However, if one
begins to be afraid and to lose courage in temptations, no wild animal on
earth can be more fierce than the enemy of our human nature. He will carry
out his perverse intentions with consummate malice.
326. 13. Our enemy may also be compared in his
manner of acting to a false lover. He seeks to remain hidden and does not
want to be discovered. If such a lover speaks with evil intention to the
daughter of a good father, or to the wife of a good husband, and seeks to
seduce them, he wants his words and solicitations kept secret. He is greatly
displeased if his evil suggestions and depraved intentions are revealed by
the daughter to her father, or by the wife to her husband. Then he readily
sees he will not succeed in what he has begun. In the same way, when the
enemy of our human nature tempts a just soul with his wiles and seductions,
he earnestly desires that they be received secretly and kept secret. But if
one manifests them to a confessor, or to some other spiritual person who
understands his deceits and malicious designs, the evil one is very much
vexed. For he knows that he cannot succeed in his evil undertaking, once his
evident deceits have been revealed.
327. 14. The conduct of our enemy may also be
compared to the tactics of a leader intent upon seizing and plundering a
position he desires. A commander and leader of an army will encamp, explore
the fortifications and defenses of the stronghold, and attack at the weakest
point. In the same way, the enemy of our human nature investigates from
every side all our virtues, theological, cardinal, and moral. Where he finds
the defenses of eternal salvation weakest and most deficient, there he
attacks and tries to take us by storm.
328. RULES FOR DISCERNMENT OF SPIRITS II
Further rules for understanding the different
movements produced in the soul. They serve for a more accurate discernment
of spirits and are more suitable for the second week
329. I. It is characteristic of God and His
Angels, when they act upon the soul, to give true happiness and spiritual joy,
and to banish all the sadness and disturbances which are caused by the enemy.
It is characteristic of the evil one to
fight against such happiness and consolation by proposing fallacious
reasonings, subtilties, and continual deceptions.
330. 2. God alone can give consolation to the
soul without any previous cause. It belongs solely to the Creator to come into
a soul, to leave it, to act upon it, to draw it wholly to the love of His
Divine Majesty. I said without previous cause, that is, without any preceding
perception or knowledge of any subject by which a soul might be led to such a
consolation through its own acts of intellect and will.
331. 3. If a cause precedes, both the good angel
and the evil spirit can give consolation to a soul, but for a quite different
purpose. The good angel consoles for the progress of the soul, that it may
advance and rise to what is more perfect. The evil spirit consoles for
purposes that are the contrary, and that afterwards he might draw the soul to
his own perverse intentions and wickedness.
332. 4. It is a mark of the evil spirit to
assume the appearance of an angel of light. He begins by suggesting thoughts
that are suited to a devout soul, and ends by suggesting his own. For example,
he will suggest holy and pious thoughts that are wholly in conformity with the
sanctity of the soul. Afterwards, he will endeavor little by little to end by
drawing the soul into his hidden snares and evil designs.
333. 5. We must carefully observe the whole
course of our thoughts. If the beginning and middle and end of the course of
thoughts are wholly good and directed to what is entirely right, it is a sign
that they are from the good angel. But the course of thoughts suggested to us
may terminate in something evil, or distracting, or less good than the soul
had formerly proposed to do. Again, it may end in what weakens the soul, or
disquiets it; or by destroying the peace, tranquility, and quiet which it had
before, it may cause disturbance to the soul. These things are a clear sign
that the thoughts are proceeding from the evil spirit, the enemy of our
progress and eternal salvation.
334. 6. When the enemy of our human nature has
been detected and recognized by the trail of evil marking his course and by
the wicked end to which he leads us, it will be profitable for one who has
been tempted to review immediately the whole course of the temptation. Let him
consider the series of good thoughts, how they arose, how the evil one
gradually attempted to make him step down from the state of spiritual delight
and joy in which he was, till finally he drew him to his wicked designs. The
purpose of this review is that once such an experience has been understood and
carefully observed, we may guard ourselves for the future against the
customary deceits of the enemy.
335. 7. In souls that are progressing to greater
perfection, the action of the good angel is delicate, gentle, delightful. It
may be compared to a drop of water penetrating a sponge.
The action of the evil spirit upon
such souls is violent, noisy, and disturbing. It may be compared to a drop of
water falling upon a stone. In souls that are going from bad to worse, the action of
the spirits mentioned above is just the reverse. The reason for this is to be
sought in the opposition or similarity of these souls to the different kinds
of spirits. When the disposition is contrary to that of the spirits, they
enter with noise and commotion that are easily perceived. When the disposition
is similar to that of the spirits, they enter silently, as one coming into his
own house when the doors are open.
336. 8. When consolation is without previous
cause, as was said, there can be no deception in it, since it can proceed from
God our Lord only. But a spiritual person who has received such a consolation
must consider it very attentively, and must cautiously distinguish the actual
time of the consolation from the period which follows it. At such a time the
soul is still fervent and favored with the grace and aftereffects of the
consolation which has passed. In this second period the soul frequently forms
various resolutions and plans which are not granted directly by God our Lord.
They may come from our own reasoning on the relations of our concepts and on
the consequences of our judgments, or they may come from the good or evil
spirit. Hence, they must be carefully examined before they are given full
approval and put into execution.

What is important is no treasures
of the earth –
but Christ has told us –
the treasure depends on our hearts!!
Our hearts are to be like Christ's heart!
It's all about our hearts.

Hebrews 9: 27
Since human beings die only once, after which
comes judgement,
R. We will see all our works when
we die, good or evil –
we will receive the punishment
or reward we deserve –
We will be judged on our entire
life, our thoughts, our
words, our evil deeds,
good deeds, deeds of
omission
But the final decision is based
on our soul at death –
How often in life have we
told ourselves a sin
wasn't a sin –
Even when we were warned by our
conscience
Mary has said souls are dropping
into hell like rain –
Mary speaks:
Why would you who know
I appear with such a message
block it from those who
need to hear it –
Why would you do this or
why would you block Jesus'
message –
God is all just my children.
You will be judged and give
an account of your
lives –
This is right after you die –
time no longer exists –
eternity begins –
You will be rewarded or
punished by what you
have done during life.
Hell is eternal misery
An eternity of hell –
Mark 9: 43
And if your hand should be your
downfall, cut it off; it is better for you to enter into life
crippled, than to have two hands and go to hell, into the fire
that can never be put out.
Matthew 25: 31-46
The Last Judgement
‘When the Son of man comes in his
glory, escorted by all the angels, then he will take his seat on
his throne of glory. All nations will be assembled before him
and he will separate people one from another as the shepherd
separates sheep from goats. He will place the sheep on his right
hand and the goats on his left. Then the King will say to those
on his right hand, "Come, you whom my Father has blessed, take
as your heritage the kingdom prepared for you since the
foundation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me food,
I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you
made me welcome, lacking clothes and you clothed me, sick and
you visited me, in prison and you came to see me." Then the
upright will say to him in reply, "Lord, when did we see you
hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? When did we
see you a stranger and make you welcome, lacking clothes and
clothe you? When did we find you sick or in prison and go to see
you?" And the King will answer, "In truth I tell you, in so far
as you did this to one of the least of these brothers of mine,
you did it to me." Then he will say to those on his left hand,
"Go away from me, with your curse upon you, to the eternal fire
prepared for the devil and his angels. For I was hungry and you
never gave me food, I was thirsty and you never gave me anything
to drink, I was a stranger and you never made me welcome,
lacking clothes and you never clothed me, sick and in prison and
you never visited me." Then it will be their turn to ask, "Lord,
when did we see you hungry or thirsty, a stranger or lacking
clothes, sick or in prison, and did not come to your help?" Then
he will answer, "In truth I tell you, in so far as you neglected
to do this to one of the least of these, you neglected to do it
to me." And they will go away to eternal punishment, and the
upright to eternal life.’
Mary: Those who refused to obey
the laws of God will
be punished.
God is all just –
There is eternal pain in hell.
Mark 9: 44-15
And if your hand should be your
downfall, cut it off; it is better for you to enter into life
crippled, than to have two hands and go to hell, into the fire
that can never be put out. And if your foot should be your
downfall, cut it off; it is better for you to
enter into life lame, than to have two feet and
be thrown into hell.

"Are you willing to offer yourselves to God and bear all the
sufferings He wills to send you, as an act of reparation for the sins by
which He is offended, and in supplication for the conversion of sinners?
"Pray the Rosary every day in order to obtain peace for the
world, and the end of the war."(8)

"Again, the
Mother of God told the children to sacrifice themselves for sinners
and to say many times, especially when making a sacrifice, this
prayer: "O my Jesus, I offer this for love of Thee, for the
conversion of poor sinners, and in reparation for all the sins
committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary." (11)

I am the Lady of the Rosary. I have come to warn the
faithful to amend their lives and to ask pardon for their sins. They
must not offend Our Lord any more, for He is already too grievously
offended by the sins of men. People must say the Rosary. Let them
continue saying it every day.(17)

Excerpt from Response in Christ
by Fr. Edward Carter, S.J.
e) Relationship with Members of the Church
There
is but one true Church of Christ. Yet this one Church has three different
states of existence. There is the pilgrim Church, the Church of this world,
composed of members who have received the grace of Christ and strive for its
development. They have not yet obtained the goal of their efforts, as have
the members of the heavenly Church, who enjoy God in eternal happiness. The
Church suffering is an intermediate state of existence necessary for those
who had not achieved the required purification as members of the pilgrim
Church. Although there are these three phases of the Church’s existence,
there is a profound union existing between all the members. All these
members possess the same basic life of grace in Christ, and this common life
establishes the most intimate bonds of love. In our preceding chapter, we
discussed the pilgrim Church. Let us now consider the Church suffering and
the heavenly Church.
The
members of the Church suffering are those who have departed from this life
in an incomplete state of Christian development. Their development is
incomplete in the sense that grace has not fully taken possession of them,
and, as a result, they are yet closed in upon themselves to a greater or
lesser degree. They as yet cannot open themselves out in complete love to
the Triune God in the beatific vision. They must undergo a further
purification, a purification which could have been achieved upon earth with
merit. Now the purification must be achieved with no merit attached. The
pain of this purification is mixed with the certain expectation of achieving
the vision of God. We can hasten the advent of this vision for this people
by the offering of prayers and other good works. Scripture itself refers to
our action on behalf of those in purgatory in Chapter 12 of the Second Book
of Maccabees beginning with verse 38.
The
members of the heavenly Church are those in whom the life of grace has taken
full possession and has reached its completion in the life of glory. Faith
now is unnecessary, as the light of glory gives the human intellect a new
strength and capacity for seeing God face-to-face. While the Christian was a
wayfarer, he received the imprint of the indwelling Trinity as he shared in
God’s own life. Now in heaven that grace-life and possession of God
reaches its completion—the absolute completion is not achieved, however,
until the resurrection of the body. The divine persons give Themselves to
the beatified in a profound union far surpassing that of the indwelling of
the Trinity experienced here below.
This
life of heaven is still the Christ-life, for just as we possess a share in
Trinitarian life here below as mediated by Christ, and exercise this
grace-life as structured by Him, so also in heaven is the mediation of
Christ present. In the words of Rahner, "One always sees the Father
through Jesus. Just as immediately as this, for the directness of the vision
of God is not a denial of the mediatorship of Christ as man."14
And not only does the humanity of Christ unite the blessed to
God, but also, in some way, to the whole of creation. This is merely a
completion of what is begun here below, namely, the union with Christ in His
humanity establishing the Christian in a special relationship with God, with
other men, and with the whole of creation. We have a glimpse, therefore, of
the fullness of life which members of the heavenly Church possess.
The
heavenly Church, as St. Thomas says, is the true Church.15
The Church of this earth and the Church of purgatory are,
each in its own way, reaching out in loving hope for the heavenly Jerusalem.
Vatican II puts it very simply: "The Church, to which we are called in
Christ Jesus, and in which we acquire sanctity through the grace of God,
will attain her full perfection only in the glory of heaven."16
The
members of the heavenly Church can help us in living our life of grace until
we too share its fullness with them. Their power of intercession on our
behalf is but another ramification of the communal aspect of Christianity.
We are meant to help others grow in Christ. We, in turn, are intended by God
to receive aid from others—yes, from members of the heavenly Church, as
well as from those with whom we dwell here below.
Not
only can we be aided by the saints’ intercession, but the example of the
canonized saints can also be of great value to us. They have concretely
proved that full holiness is possible. Such an inspiration is of real worth
when we are tempted to think that Christian sanctity in its higher degrees
is impossible of attainment. Moreover, the canonized saints, in their
diversity, teach us that there are many authentic versions of Christian
holiness. They can be innovators in showing us that there are numerous
possibilities in assimilating the mystery of Christ, although the basic
assimilation remains the same for all Christians of all times. In the
opinion of Rahner this is one of the chief roles the canonized saints exert
in the life of the Church.17

Rosary in the Afternoon - Clearwater,
Florida
R. In the name of the Father, the
Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Dear God the Father, in the name of
Your Son Jesus, in the Holy Spirit, with all the angels and the
saints and the souls in purgatory, through the powerful intercession
of Our Lady of Clearwater, we are here to pray as God has asked us
to, for this election, to pray for our country, to ask that the
blood of Jesus is spread on all these people, to consecrate their
hearts, to cast the devil out, and to ask for a special outpouring
of the Holy Spirit. We pray for all of us. We pray for all of our
members and our donors. We pray for their families and anybody that
touches them. We pray for special healing, pray for Mike, pray for
Dan, pray for Catherine and her husband. Pray for Jimmy, pray for
all the people that we promised to pray for, and have asked us to
pray for them, pray for Don.
We ask you dear Lady, Queen of
Peace, that you will please hear the prayers that Jesus has asked me
to come and to do here. We want to be united to the Masses going on
around the world. The Mass is the sacrifice of Calvary sacramentally
made present. And so we focus on the gift of Jesus who died on the
cross for our sins. We focus on this special day, the Feast of All
Souls, and we thank You dear Jesus, for dying for our sins. We thank
You dear Jesus for the gifts that You have given to us and we ask
You please, that graces be outpoured to souls in purgatory, that as
we pray here, that they may know eternal rest in Your heavenly
Kingdom.
Dear God, forgive us for our sins
and help us to be one. Help the Church and the world and the
individual Christians to be more and more in that image of Jesus. As
the Incarnation goes on in us, let us realize that the great message
that God has given to us, the message of how Our Lady is so
important in our lives, in the life of the Church, in the life of
the world, that the individual Christian, the Church and the world
is in the state of becoming. And so we ask you, Our heavenly Mother,
Queen of Peace, Our Lady of Clearwater, to wrap your arms, your
mantle around us, that as we go to the Immaculate Heart of our
Spiritual Mother, that the Holy Spirit indeed will outpour, will
shower His graces upon us, for all of our needs, that the will of
God be done on this earth as it is in heaven.
Dear God, we are sorry for our sins,
we are sorry for those that have not understood in the Church and in
the world, how important the role of Our Lady is. That she is the
Mother of the Church, that she is our heavenly Mother, that as we go
to the Immaculate Heart of Our Mother that the Holy Spirit works
more and more, forming us in that Christic image, for which the
Church and the world and the individual Christian exist for.
Dear God, it is a pilgrim Church.
Dear God, as we look to the world, we see all the secularism and the
killing of the babies, the killing of the babies in the womb of
their mother, the tearing of the arms and their legs and their head
in abortion. And we cry out to you in great pain to hear our sorrow,
as Mary has appeared to me since 1994 - 18 years, with these
messages. The messages that God wants us to do today are found in
the Blue Book 9. It's actually a rosary that I was given in front of
the Blessed Sacrament on October 13, 1995, in Jackson, Michigan. In
doing this retreat and meditating on the Joyful Mysteries now, we
begin.
Song: The Rosary Song
R. And we pray dear God, please
look into our hearts and hear our plaintiff cry, for our country,
for this election, that Thy will be done on earth as it is in
heaven. Please dear God, hear our prayer, please dear God, please
dear Jesus, You have called us here to this building in Clearwater
to pray,
where Our Lady appeared as Our Lady of Clearwater. Please heavenly
Mother, intercede for us to God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, to
forgive us for our sins, to help make reparation for our offenses
against God and to look upon those in the country that are trying to
raise their families, that are trying to be united, that are trying
to live and do what God wants, even though they may not do it
perfectly, but their hearts are willing and open and wanting this
country to be the land of Our Lady, the land that God wants it to
be. Dear God hear our prayer.

Apostles Creed
I believe in God, the Father
Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth; and in Jesus Christ, His only Son,
our Lord; who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried. He
descended into hell; on the third day he arose again from the dead; he
ascended into heaven; and is seated at the right hand of God the Father Almighty;
from there he will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in
the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church, the communion of Saints, the
forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting.
Amen.
I long to unite in the deepest union with Him in
the Eucharist. I long for the Mass. I long for Thee, oh God. My
every moment, I join as I did to You December 15 under the
cross, where I felt Your presence. You whisked me away, and I
was totally absorbed in that moment of celestial union with You.
For that time, I existed only in You, in the deepest union, and
I was in this moment existing in You. The earth stopped, and I
touched the heavens, all my bodily cares were existent in You. I
existed in Your Divinity, my being was in You. There was no
desire or wish or wanting, for in that moment, I had all I
wanted in You. I was satisfied and wanted nothing but to remain
in that embrace. You were the Being, and my being existed in
You, but I was only as I was in You - merged in You, knowing and
being in Your Divinity and being so full as to feel complete in
myself.
You are so enormous, and You surrounded me in a
burning embrace, the presence of red fire. I was not little, or
"nothing", but existed in this enormous power and being so
complete!
I touched eternity, and in that embrace, I knew
all the waiting was worth the glory. You enveloped my being, and
I was truly merged in the Divine Presence. I was merged in Your
being. I existed IN You, with You, in the highest union with
You, although I knew I was still distinct from You.
I was fused and absorbed in You, feeling
complete and satisfied. To describe this union is far beyond any
work of my pen and paper. I pray for the reader of this page to
receive the grace to share this experience with Him, I will now
live for this union-to be forever merged In Him, to be One in
Him, to reach higher perfection as I exist in Him, for He takes
the lowly and gives to them a sharing in Himself. He merges with
us and we exist in Him. The word "in" - I could write pages
about. I long for the deepest union with Him, where I am swept
up in the heavenly embrace of the Divine God, and I am IN Him.
This is heaven on earth: to be merged as one
with Divinity, although remaining distinct from God, to take our
feeble hearts, our lowly status and to unite ourselves with the
Divine, Almighty, powerful God and in this union to be meshed
with Him, that His power dominates and our humanity reaches its
heights of fulfillment in this union, in this oneness with Him.
The word I have looked for is "oneness." I
understand some of the meaning of the words "One in Him."
Oneness is the word to describe this union of our humanity with
His Divinity. The depth to which we could meditate on oneness
with God is incomprehensible. In that moment, the earth stood
still, and He, my Divine Lover, the Bridegroom of my soul, took
me to Himself, and I knew the embrace of the Divine God.
Nothing on the face of this earth can describe
our union with Divinity. Oh, good God, that creatures are so
ungrateful regarding Your divine love. I am so sorry. Let me
help make reparation to Your adorable Heart. Please unite with
me now that I may more deeply love Thee.
Oh, Divine Lover of my soul, let me help make
reparation to Your adorable Heart for the neglect and
indifference against You.
Song from Jesus: I come to you with greatest
love. I am your loving Savior. I am your God. I died for you. I
come to you this day.
He allowed me to experience such pain in my
heart - wanting Him so badly, so many times-and then on Dec. 15,
1995 - He gave Himself to me in the deepest union.
Nothing satisfies the soul but Him. He wants the
nuns and priests to love Him. He chose them to spread His love.
Souls are hungry. They will only be fed with His
burning love. Priests need to talk about Jesus' love for us from
the pulpit. Priests need hearts burning for love of Jesus. This
will feed the hungry souls - lip service love doesn't do it.
He is alive today. He is a Person. He wants us
to love Him.

Hebrews 12: 22-24
But what you have come to is Mount Zion and the city
of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem where the
millions of angels have gathered for the festival,
with the whole Church of first-born sons, enrolled
as citizens of heaven. You have come to God himself,
the supreme Judge, and to the spirits of the upright
who have been made perfect; and to Jesus, the
mediator of a new covenant, and to purifying blood
which pleads more insistently than Abel's.
Hebrews 9: 11-28
But now Christ
has come, as the high priest of all the blessings
which were to come. He has passed through the
greater, the more perfect tent, not made by human
hands, that is, not of this created order; and he
has entered the sanctuary once and for all, taking
with him not the blood of goats and bull calves, but
his own blood, having won an eternal redemption. The
blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a heifer,
sprinkled on those who have incurred defilement, may
restore their bodily purity.
How much more will the blood of
Christ, who offered himself, blameless as he was, to
God through the eternal Spirit, purify our
conscience from dead actions so that we can worship
the living God.
This makes him
the mediator of a new covenant, so that, now
that a death has occurred to redeem the sins
committed under an earlier covenant, those who
have been called to an eternal inheritance may
receive the promise. Now wherever a will is in
question, the death of the testator must be
established; a testament comes into effect only
after a death, since it has no force while the
testator is still alive. That is why even the
earlier covenant was inaugurated with blood, and
why, after Moses had promulgated all the
commandments of the Law to the people, he took
the calves’ blood, the goats’ blood and some
water, and with these he sprinkled the book
itself and all the people, using scarlet wool
and hyssop; saying as he did so: This is the
blood of the covenant that God has made with
you. And he sprinkled both the tent and all
the liturgical vessels with blood in the same
way. In fact, according to the Law, practically
every purification takes place by means of
blood; and if there is no shedding of blood,
there is no remission. Only the copies of
heavenly things are purified in this way; the
heavenly things themselves have to be purified
by a higher sort of sacrifice than this. It is
not as though Christ had entered a man–made
sanctuary which was merely a model of the real
one; he entered heaven itself, so that he now
appears in the presence of God on our behalf.
And he does not have to offer himself again and
again, as the high priest goes into the
sanctuary year after year with the blood that is
not his own, or else he would have had to suffer
over and over again since the world began. As it
is, he has made his appearance once and for all,
at the end of the last age, to do away with sin
by sacrificing himself. Since human beings die
only once, after which comes judgement, so
Christ too, having offered himself only once
to bear the sin of many, will manifest
himself a second time, sin being no more, to
those who are waiting for him, to bring them
salvation.
Hebrews 10: 5-17
and that
is why he said, on coming into the world:
You wanted no sacrifice or cereal offering,
but you gave me a body.
You took no pleasure in burnt offering'
or sacrifice for sin;
then I said, 'Here I am, I am coming,'
in the scroll of the book it is written of
me,
to do your will, God.
He says
first You did not want what the Law lays down
as the things to be offered, that is: the
sacrifices, the cereal offerings, the burnt
offerings and the sacrifices for sin, and you
took no pleasure in them; and then he says:
Here I am! I am coming to do your will. He is
abolishing the first sort to establish the second.
And this willwas for us to be made
holy by the offering of the body of
Jesus Christ made once and for all.
Every priest stands at his duties
every day, offering over and over again the same
sacrifices which are quite incapable of taking away
sins. He, on the other hand, has offered one single
sacrifice for sins, and then taken his seat for
ever, at the right hand of God, where he is now
waiting till his enemies are made his footstool.
By virtue of that one single offering, he has
achieved the eternal perfection of all who are
sanctified. The Holy Spirit attests this to us, for
after saying:
No, this is the covenant
I will make with them,
when those days have come.
the Lord says:
In their minds I will plant
my Laws
writing them on their hearts,
and I shall never more
call their sins to mind,
or their offences.

Where there is doubt, faith.
Where there is despair, life.
Where there is darkness, light.
Where there is sadness, joy.
O Divine Master, grant that I
may not so much seek
to be consoled, as to console;
to be understood, as to understand;
to be loved, as to love;
for it is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned.
It is in dying that we are born to eternal life.

Given July 16, 2013 - Feast of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel
R. We are to know, love and serve God, Servants –
Jesus came and showed us we were to be
servants of each other – help each other –
God has called me to deliver His message of
truth – I am a servant. Like one serving
food, God has asked me to serve His letters
of love. He has asked others to help me
circulate His messages. Servants, we are
all servants in the building of His Kingdom,
in helping the souls Jesus died for to get to
heaven. Of uniting to the Holy Sacrifice of the
Mass and as members of the mystical
body of Christ to help bring down grace
so the individual Christian, the Church
and the world will be more and more as
God intended in the image and likeness
of God.
Servants in the Shepherds of Christ to pray
for the priests, the Church and the world. Servants
to understand we have offended God in
our selfish ways, when He is the Almighty
God and we were created with a purpose
to serve Him. To be witnesses of the truth,
witness of hope in a troubled world.
SERVANTS not selfish for our own
selfish promotion.
I believe souls are dropping into
hell as Mary told me for 19 years.
"Souls are dropping into hell like rain."
When a dad or mom is focused on their
own self-promotion they can forget
about providing needs of love and service
to the family.
If a priest is focused on himself he
could not be witnessing as he should of
his love for his vocation and real love
for Jesus and the Church.
A person focused on themselves can
forget about the work God has called
them to and do lots of things for
their own selfish promotion and vain
glory.
Do we see ourselves always and
miss the call of God to us for service –
Like Jesus who gave Himself to His
death for love of us and the souls –
What does God teach us about service
in the life of Mary?
Mary served God –
Luke 1: 46-55
And Mary said:
My soul proclaims
the greatness of the Lord
and my spirit rejoices in God my Saviour;
because he has looked upon the humiliation of his servant.
Yes, from now onwards
all generations will call me blessed,
for the Almighty
has done great things for me. Holy is his name,
and his faithful love extends age after age to those who fear him.
He has used the power of his arm,
he has routed the arrogant of heart. He has pulled down princes
from their thrones and raised high the lowly. He has filled the starving with good things,
sent the rich away empty. He has come to the help of Israel his servant, mindful of his faithful love
—according to the promise
he made to our ancestors—
of his mercy to Abraham
and to his descendants for ever.

R. SERVICE with a capital S –
We provide the service – God gives the
grace for a man to know Him, to love Him,
Man is not alone ever – God is working
in the action we have to provide
knowledge, love, truth to another man –
How blind is man to think he does
it all – he has the plan – he - he - he or
should we say me - me - me –
We are creatures and we depend on God
to know, We need to be mindful of God,
pray to Him, ask for His help, live
under Him willingly, surrender to
Him and surrender to His Plan.
We need God to know Him,
We need God's grace to love –
Love is a theological virtue –
We need God to hope and have greater
faith.
Isn't faith by many these days
'waning'
We must pray to God to give man a grace
to change his stubbornness to God's
will.
Faith gives us vision –
Man is to strive to work harmoniously
with his neighbor in God's plan –
The devil has tempted man to
rebel against God's plan, be
selfish and be in competition with
those God intends him to work
with.
The devil tempts man to give into
jealousies of his brother and
envy thinking if his brother
is succeeding, it takes away from
him and wishing to stop his brother's
success, rather
than count it as a gift from God
for all to promote God's Kingdom.
Jesus says:
Stingy and narrow-minded,
giving into sin, selfish and
self-promoting –
This is like satan wants –
It is not in the image of God –
Stingy men, making their own
plan, coming from a
place that is caved in and
like satan wants man to
be – not liking himself –
seeking glory for himself
from other men – not be a
servant and living to promote
My Kingdom –
Sing: Servant Song
Jesus: I gift you with your intellect –
your knowing and loving capacity
is elevated in baptism –
Man is subject to death and disease
because of the sin of Adam and
Eve, yet I give you a sharing
in My life in baptism –
I raise you up –
Elevate your human nature –
You have a free will to choose
life or death –
You can be blinded to act against
what is really good for you –
You can injure your own
physical health by setting
up rules of eating and bad
habits that threaten your
health –
Balance –
Living according to God's will –
not too much –
not too little –
Balance
What is justice?
What is the disorder tendencies
in man because of original
sin?
Can you control your sense appetite?
Struggling is there with your
reason and will.
Do you seek God's will with all
your heart as your plan in
life?
Do you use truthful reasoning
based on living
My commandments and
structure?
Do you disobey and try to
tell yourself wrong is
right and right is wrong?
Who is first in your lives?
Have you put yourself on the throne
and thrown out the baby with
the bath water –
arguing with distorted reasoning –
distorted vision toward your brother,
distorted vision toward God,
distorted vision toward yourself?
You have a wounded human nature
because of original sin.
You have evil inclinations to sin –
A vice moves a man to evil
actions –
It interferes with your goal of
having God as first in your life.
Capital sins lead you to other sins,
pride,
jealousy,
envy,
slothfulness –
choosing to not act when you
are called to - is a
choice to not do God's will –
sins of omission –
A person may lie about another
to try to make themselves
look better –
Envy leads another to destroy
property of another,
good of another,
excellence of reputation.

Prayer for Union
with Jesus
Come to me, Lord, and possess my
soul. Come into my heart and permeate my soul. Help me to sit in silence
with You and let You work in my heart.
I am Yours to possess. I am Yours to
use. I want to be selfless and only exist in You. Help me to spoon out all
that is me and be an empty vessel ready to be filled by You. Help me to
die to myself and live only for You. Use me as You will. Let me never draw
my attention back to myself. I only want to operate as You do, dwelling
within me.
I am Yours, Lord. I want to have my
life in You. I want to do the will of the Father. Give me the strength to
put aside the world and let You operate my very being. Help me to act as
You desire. Strengthen me against the distractions of the devil to take me
from Your work.
When I worry, I have taken my focus
off of You and placed it on myself. Help me not to give in to the
promptings of others to change what in my heart You are making very clear
to me. I worship You, I adore You and I love You. Come and dwell in me
now.

Holy Spirit Novena
Daily Novena Prayers
Opening Prayer
In the name of the Father and of the Son and
of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Dear Father, we come to You in the name of
Jesus, in union with Him in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, in the Holy Spirit. We come to
You united to the Child Jesus of Good Health and the Infant of Prague. We come to You in
the perfect, sinless heart of Our Mother Mary, asking her powerful intercession, uniting
ourselves to her holy tears. We come to You united to all the angels and saints, and the
souls in purgatory.
Prayer for Holy Spirit
We pray for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit
on us, to be baptized by the Holy Spirit, that He will descend mightily on us as He did on
the Apostles at Pentecost. That the Holy Spirit will transform us from fear to
fearlessness and that He will give us courage to do all the Father is asking of us to help
bring about the Reign of the Sacred Heart and the triumph of Mary's Immaculate Heart. We
pray for the Holy Spirit to descend mightily on the Jesuits and the Poor Clares on the
Shepherds of Christ leaders and members and on the whole Body of Christ and the world.
Protection by the Blood of Jesus
We pray that the Blood of Jesus will be
spread on us, everyone in our families, and the Shepherds of Christ Movement, that we will
be able to move steadfastly ahead and be protected from the evil one.
Healing
We pray for healing in body, mind, and soul
and generational healing in ourselves, in all members in our families, and in all members
of the Shepherds of Christ Movement, the Jesuit Community, the Poor Clares, the Body of
Christ, and the world.
Prayer for Strength and Light
We adore You, oh Holy Spirit. Give us
strength, give us light, console us. We give ourselves entirely to You. Oh Spirit of light
and grace, we want to only do the will of the Father. Enlighten us that we may live always
in the Father's will.
Eternal Spirit fill us with Your Divine
Wisdom that we may comprehend more fully insight into Your Divine Mysteries.
Give us lights, Oh Holy Spirit that we may
know God. Work within the heart, the spiritual womb of the Virgin Mary, to form us more
and more into the image of Jesus.
Prayer to Be One with God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit
We long for You, Oh Spirit of Light, we long
to know God, we want to be one with Him, our Divine God. We want to be one with the
Father, know Him as a Person most intimately. We want to know the beloved One, the Sacred
Heart of Jesus, and live and dwell in Him at all times, every moment of our lives. We want
to be one with You, Oh Spirit of Light, that You move in us in our every breath.
Prayer to Be One in Jesus
Let us experience life in the Sacred Heart of
Jesus, so we can say as Saint Paul, "I have been crucified with Christ and yet I am
alive; yet it is no longer I, but Christ living in me...." Let us live, united to the
Mass, all through the day being one in Him. Let us be able to love and know in this
elevated state of oneness with our God. We long for Thee, oh beauteous God, we love You,
we love You, we love You. We praise You, worship You, honor You, adore You, and thank You,
our beloved God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Prayer to Dwell in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary
We seek to be one in God, to live and dwell
in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, our little heaven on earth, to experience life in the all
perfect, pure, sinless heart of our Mother. We want the Holy Spirit to move in us and to
be united to Jesus as the Bridegroom of our souls and be a most perfect sacrifice offered
to the Father at every moment as we unite in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass around the
world to help in the salvation of souls.
Prayer for the Holy Spirit and His Gifts
Come Holy Spirit, come, come into our hearts,
inflame all people with the fire of Your love.
Leader: Send forth Your
Spirit and all will be reborn. All: And You will renew the face of the earth.
We pray for the seven gifts of the Holy
Spirit, we ask for perfection in our souls to make us holy, holy souls likened to God.
Dear Holy Spirit, we give ourselves to You
soul and body. We ask You to give us the Spirit of Wisdom, Understanding, Counsel,
Fortitude, Knowledge, Piety, and Fear of the Lord.
Prayer for the Word Alive in Our Hearts
We know, dear Holy Spirit, the Word in His
human nature was brought forth within the womb of the woman. We pray that His word will be
brought forth in our hearts as He lives and dwells in us. We want the incarnation to go on
in our lives. Dear Holy Spirit, work in us.
Little Prayers to the Holy Spirit
Dear Holy Spirit, help us not to be ignorant
or indifferent or weak, help us to be strong with the love of God.
Dear Holy Spirit, please pray for our needs
for us.
Dear Holy Spirit, help us to respect God and
to avoid sin. Help us to live in the Father's will.
Dear Holy Spirit, help us to keep Your
commandments and to respect authority. Help us to love all things as You will us to love
them. Help us to want to pray and always serve God with the greatest love. Help us to know
the truth. Help us to have the gift of faith, hope, and love. Help us to know what is
right and what is wrong.
A Prayer for Intimacy with the Lamb, the Bridegroom of the Soul
Oh Lamb of God, Who take away the sins of the
world, come and act on my soul most intimately. I surrender myself, as I ask for the grace
to let go, to just be as I exist in You and You act most intimately on my soul. You are
the Initiator. I am the soul waiting Your favors as You act in me. I love You. I adore
You. I worship You. Come and possess my soul with Your Divine Grace, as I experience You
most intimately.
First Period Meditations Nine Days
They do not
belong to the world any more than I belong to the world. Consecrate them in the truth;
your word is truth.
I saw the holy city, the new
Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride dressed for her
husband. Then I heard a loud voice call from the throne, 'Look, here God lives among human
beings. He will make his home among them; they will be his people, and he will be
their God, God-with-them. He will wipe away all tears from their eyes;
there will be no more death, and no more mourning or sadness or pain.

The Holy
Spirit And Mary
The late
Archbishop Luis M. Martinez of Mexico
strikingly speaks of the ongoing cooperation
of Mary with the Holy Spirit regarding the
reproduction of Jesus within us: "Christian
life is the reproduction of Jesus in souls…
"Now, how
will this mystical reproduction be brought
about in souls? In the same way in which
Jesus was brought into the world, for God
gives a wonderful mark of unity to all His
works. Divine acts have a wealth of variety
because they are the work of omnipotence;
nevertheless, a most perfect unity always
shines forth from them because they are the
fruit of wisdom; and this divine contrast of
unity and variety stamps the works of God
with sublime and unutterable beauty.
"In His
miraculous birth, Jesus was the fruit of
heaven and earth…The Holy Spirit conveyed
the divine fruitfulness of the Father to
Mary, and the virginal soil brought forth in
an ineffable manner our most loving Savior,
the divine Seed, as the prophets called Him…
"That is
the way He is reproduced in souls. He is
always the fruit of heaven and earth.
"Two
artisans must concur in the work that is at
once God’s masterpiece and humanity’s
supreme product: the Holy Spirit and the
most holy Virgin Mary. Two sanctifiers are
necessary to souls, the Holy Spirit and the
Virgin Mary, for they are the only ones who
can reproduce Christ.
"Undoubtedly, the Holy Spirit and the Virgin
Mary sanctify us in different ways. The
first is the Sanctifier by essence; because
He is God, who is infinite sanctity; because
He is the personal Love that completes, so
to speak, the sanctity of God, consummating
His life and His unity, and it belongs to
Him to communicate to souls the mystery of
that sanctity. The Virgin Mary, for her
part, is the co-operator, the indispensable
instrument in and by God’s design. From
Mary’s maternal relation to the human body
of Christ is derived her relation to His
Mystical Body which is being formed through
all the centuries until the end of time,
when it will be lifted up to the heavens,
beautiful, splendid, complete, and glorious.
"These
two, then, the Holy Spirit and Mary, are the
indispensable artificers of Jesus, the
indispensable sanctifiers of souls. Any
saint in heaven can co-operate in the
sanctification of a soul, but his
co-operation is not necessary, not profound,
not constant: while the co-operation of
these two artisans of Jesus of whom we have
just been speaking is so necessary that
without it souls are not sanctified (and
this by the actual design of Providence),
and so intimate that it reaches to the very
depths of our soul. For the Holy Spirit
pours charity into our heart, makes a
habitation of our soul, and directs our
spiritual life by means of His gifts. The
Virgin Mary has the efficacious influence of
Mediatrix in the most profound and delicate
operations of grace in our souls. And,
finally, the action of the Holy Spirit and
the co-operation of the most holy Virgin
Mary are constant; without them, not one
single character of Jesus would be traced on
our souls, no virtue grow, no gift be
developed, no grace increased, no bond of
union with God be strengthened in the rich
flowering of the spiritual life.
"Such is
the place that the Holy Spirit and the
Virgin Mary have in the order of
sanctification. Therefore, Christian piety
should put these two artisans of Christ in
their true place, making devotion to them
something necessary, profound, and
constant." 18

From Tell My People
by Fr. Edward J. Carter,
S.J.
The Holy Spirit
Jesus: "My beloved friend, tell My people to pray daily to
the Holy Spirit. They are to pray for an increase in His gifts. My people
must realize that the Holy Spirit comes to transform them. The Spirit
desires to transform you more and more according to My image. Those who are
docile to His touch become increasingly shaped in My likeness. He performs
this marvel within Mary's Immaculate Heart. The more one dwells in My
Mother's Heart, the more active are the workings of the Spirit. The Spirit
leads Mary to place you within My own Heart. In both Our Hearts, then, your
transformation continues. The more you are formed after My own Heart, the
more I lead you to the bosom of My Father. Tell My people all this. Tell
them to pray daily for a greater appreciation of these wondrous gifts. I am
Lord and Master. All who come to My Heart will be on fire to receive the
gifts of the Spirit in ever greater measure! I love and bless My
people!"
Reflection:
The Holy Spirit is given to us to fashion us ever
more according to the likeness of Jesus. And the more we are like Jesus,
the more Jesus leads us to the Father. Do we, each day, pray to the Holy
Spirit to be more open to His transforming influence? Do we strive each
day to grow in union with Mary? The greater our union with our Mother,
the spouse of the Holy Spirit, the greater is the transforming action of
the Holy Spirit within us.

(10) Mark 14: 32-44
They came to a
plot of land called Gethsemane, and he said to his disciples,
‘Stay here while I pray.’ Then he took Peter and James and John
with him. And he began to feel terror and anguish. And he said to
them, ‘My soul is sorrowful to the point of death. Wait here, and
stay awake.’ And going on a little further he threw himself on the
ground and prayed that, if it were possible, this hour might pass
him by. ‘Abba, Father!’ he said, ‘For you
everything is possible. Take this cup away from me. But let it be as
you, not I, would have it.’ He came back and found them sleeping,
and he said to Peter, ‘Simon, are you asleep? Had you not the
strength to stay awake one hour? Stay awake and pray not to be put
to the test. The spirit is willing enough, but human nature is
weak.’ Again he went away and prayed, saying the same words. And
once more he came back and found them sleeping, their eyes were so
heavy; and they could find no answer for him. He came back a third
time and said to them, ‘You can sleep on now and have your rest.
It is all over. The hour has come. Now the Son of man is to be
betrayed into the hands of sinners. Get up! Let us go! My betrayer
is not far away.’
And at once, while
he was still speaking, Judas, one of the Twelve, came up and with
him a number of men armed with swords and clubs, sent by the chief
priests and the scribes and the elders. Now the traitor had arranged
a signal with them saying, ‘The one I kiss, he is the man. Arrest
him, and see he is well guarded when you lead him away.’

The Crowning with Thorns
(1) Matthew
27: 27-31
Then the governor’s soldiers took Jesus with them
into the Praetorium and collected the whole cohort round him. And
they stripped him and put a scarlet cloak round him, and
having twisted some thorns into a crown they put this on his head
and placed a reed in his right hand. To make fun of him they knelt
to him saying, ‘Hail, king of the Jews!’ And they
spat on him and took the reed and struck him on the head with it. And
when they had finished making fun of him, they took off the cloak
and dressed him in his own clothes and led him away to crucifixion.

R. We pray all prayers to the Father,
in union with Jesus in the Holy
Sacrifice of the Mass going on

(3) Excerpt from March 5, 2015 Rosary
R.
Dear God the Father, in the name of Your Son, Jesus, in the Holy Spirit,
with all the angels and saints and the souls in purgatory, we come in
one mind and one heart and we ask you to please help us in all of our
needs. We ask that the Blood of Jesus is spread on all these people,
consecrate their hearts, cast the devil, ask for a special outpouring of
the Holy Spirit. Pray to the Father, in the name of Jesus, united to the
Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, pray through the powerful intercession of
Our Lady of Clearwater, and we pray united with all the people that are
listening on the radio. I want to pray for some special people, for Eva,
for Sonny, especially for Melanie and Dan, and the people that ask us to
pray for them, a little boy named Jack, and another little boy named
Matthew, that are just like so heroic, in their sicknesses. Pray for
Amanda, and all the people that are suffering with that fear of their
health, and knowing that they are completely dependent on God, and we
pray, of course, for the priests, the Church and the world, and the
people, consecrate all their hearts, cast the devil far away, and ask
for a special outpouring of the Holy Spirit. We pray that we will be
united in body, mind and soul and that God will outpour His grace on all
of our members and donors and leaders, and all of their families, and
anybody that touches their families. You know that since July 5, 1994
that is 21 years, I have been doing the 5ths, it's a lot of years, and
doing them every month like this. And in all the years that God, has
called me to do these 5ths, I can say that He has said that He outpours
His grace, especially on the 5ths, and He gave us this building, it is a
great gift that He has given to us. And the Blessed Mother appeared on
this building for 7 1/2 years for everybody to see, and I don't think
ever in the history of the world, was there such a beautiful image of
the Blessed Mother like she appeared here. She would wear her different
little dresses, as the sun hit her in different ways. When we used to
pray the 5ths outside, there was just this, it was hard to explain, it
was just a presence that I knew out there. And even after her image head
got knocked off, then there was, the face of Jesus, that was out there.
I could really feel, you know that, that special gift how God was really
close to us, as we prayed. There has been a lot of prayers that have
gone out of Shepherds of Christ, the first 5th that Mary appeared to me,
which was July 5th, 1994, and I was a lot younger then, and so I have
kind of grown old with the 5ths. And today, of course, is no less
special in the mind of God. It stands for the 5 blasphemies and the 5
wounds of Christ, which is what They told me in the beginning. Now lets
all think about the 5 wounds of Christ because we are in Lent right now.
Why did God want us to venerate 5 wounds? Think of the wounds that were
all over the entire body of Christ, the wounds that were the bashing to
His head. You know we can hit our head on the wall in the dark, and if
we don't put some ice on it, we might end up having a knot on our head.
You know, there was nobody there to put ice on the head of Jesus, when
they pounded the thorns into His head. There was nobody there to hold
the hand of Jesus, as I'm sure, there was splinters all over His hands
and gashes, from the way that the men beat Him and made Him carry His
cross. How about the feet of Jesus, that carried this wounded, whipped,
bloodied body, with the cross on His back, ladden with our sins. When we
look in pride and we say to ourselves, 'I did nothing!' And we know in
our hearts, we must really look at ourselves honestly, if our pride is
growing more and more. We need humility. Humility needs to blossom so
people can see us as a witness for Christ. The 5 wounds of Christ, and
so they pounded into His head a crown of thorns. God has called us to be
more and more in His image and likeness, and to be more and more in His
image and likeness, God is love. God is the source of love, the Divine
Almighty God. How can we be unloving when God is so good to us. God has
given us all these years on this earth, to learn how to love Him and to
love others as ourselves. And if we pass that test, it's like going to
school, like I went to college and I taught college, and you end up
giving the people material and then at the end, then they have to take a
test, if they don't go to the classes, if they don't do the work, they
will fail the test. Well, the test that God is giving to us, is the
test, in the question that we will have on the day of judgment, which
is, did you love God with your whole heart, your whole soul, your whole
being and love your neighbor as yourselves. Have we reported for the
classes that God has given to us, day after day, in dealing with
ourselves and others in the world, in trying to be witnesses, that are
growing more and more, in the image and likeness of God. And I look at
the Blue Books that He has given to me, the writings that He has given
to me since 1991, when He first showed me His heart, which used to be on
the first cover on the Blue Book II. And it was a Heart that was
on fire for love of us. And the lessons that we need to learn in His
school, are the lessons of love. They are lessons of unity. They are the
lessons of having that imprint, more and more, of the Divine Creator on
our hearts, where He has given to us the Blessed Mother, who appeared in
this image on the building here, to teach us how important she is in our
spiritual life. What is the lesson that Mary, the Mother of God, is
teaching us, when she appears on this building, that her heart is a
heart that we can go to, because she was conceived without sin.
(4) Excerpt from March 5, 2015 Rosary continues
R.
And it says in John, if we go through our whole life and say, I'm not a
sinner, then we are liars. Lent is a time to go into the desert and to
say to ourselves – I am a sinner. I am prideful. God, give me the
increase of faith, of believing in You, not in myself – in believing in
You more, of imprinting Yourself on my soul, more and more, as I
increase in the virtues of faith, hope and love. There's work to be
done. This is the biggest school that there is, of our life, and many of
us, were given that entrance into His school as babies, in baptism. And
if it wasn't as babies in baptism, some where down the line, if we were
baptized, we were given such a gift in baptism, to share in His Divine
life, to be on our way, more and more, in knowing God, as God reveals
Himself to us, as God gives us this elevated capacity to know and to
love. And the world is always flinging before our eyes, their wares, and satan comes in and he wants us to think about ourselves, in pride, in
anger, and jealousy, and all this kind of stuff. And do you see Christ,
like I see Him, with a crown of thorns on His head, with blood running
down into His eyes and in His ears, because of our sins of pride,
because of our sins of trying to take what is wrong and tell us that it
is right, when it was just as easy, to be other focused, instead of
self-focused, and selfish, which led to division, rather than unity,
building relationship with others, so that the world would see our love
and they would know that we are Christians by our love. The choice is
ours, because we do have a free will. We can look at the 5 wounds of
Christ, and we look at His crowned head, and say to ourselves, 'Well, I
didn't know, I am without sin' or we can say 'Oh, my God I am sorry for
I have sinned.' This is what Lent is about, to look at the hands of
Christ, with the nails and to think of how many times we were grabbing
out for our selfish interest, rather than asking ourselves, what would
Jesus want me to do here. How is He calling me to give my hands, to open
up my heart to others? Where have our feet taken us, in serving our own
selfish interest, instead of seeing the feet of Jesus, on the cross? Can
you imagine how awful it was for Christ to hang on that Cross by two
nails, after being beaten?
(5) Excerpt from March 5, 2015 Rosary continues
R.
You know yesterday, we had a trying day and I was really worn out just
because we had to do a lot of stuff. Can you imagine how worn out Christ
was, after going through the whipping at the pillar, the crowning with
thorns, the carrying of the cross, and then for them to hang Him as a
spectacle in front of the world, and He endured it all. Because He wants
us to know how much He loves us and He has given us all these Blue Book
writings. He is calling us to be in the front of the class, saying 'I
report for class today, Jesus, to help build Your Kingdom, to love my
neighbor as myself. To have You in my heart day and night, Jesus. That
you are never far from my heart.' Because that is the 5th wound. It is
the piercing of the Heart of Jesus, because He said over and over again,
in Blue Book II, His greatest agony was not the agony that He
suffered on the cross, but the agony that He suffered for those that
treat Him so dishonorable, rejecting Him after all He has given. God is
Divine. God is Supreme. God gives us a sharing in His life in baptism
and our knowing and loving capacity is elevated.

(10) 2 Corinthians 5: 17-21
So for anyone who is in Christ,
there is a new creation: the old order is gone and a new being
is there to see. It is all God's work; he reconciled us to
himself through Christ and he gave us the ministry of
reconciliation. I mean, God was in Christ reconciling the world
to himself, not holding anyone's faults against them, but
entrusting to us the message of reconciliation.
So we are ambassadors for
Christ; it is as though God were urging you through us, and in
the name of Christ we appeal to you to be reconciled to God. For
our sake he made the sinless one a victim for sin, so that in
him we might become the uprightness of God.
The Crucifixion
(1)
Luke 15: 1-3, 11-32
The tax collectors and sinners, however,
were all crowding round to listen to him, and the Pharisees
and scribes complained saying, ‘This man welcomes sinners
and eats with them.’ So he told them this parable:
Then he said, ‘There was a man who had two sons.
The younger one said to his father, "Father, let me have the
share of the estate that will come to me," So the father divided
the property between them. A few days later, the younger son got
together everything he had and left for a distant country where
he squandered his money on a life of debauchery.
When he had spent it all, that country
experienced a severe famine, and now he began to feel the pinch;
so he hired himself out to one of the local inhabitants who put
him on his farm to feed the pigs. And he would willingly have
filled himself with the husks the pigs were eating but no one
would let him have them. Then he came to his senses and said,
"How many of my father’s hired men have all the food they want
and more, and here am I dying of hunger! I will leave this place
and go to my father and say: Father, I have sinned against
heaven and against you; I no longer deserve to be called your
son; treat me as one of your hired men." So he left the place
and went back to his father.
‘While he was still a long way off, his father
saw him and was moved with pity. He ran to the boy, clasped him
in his arms and kissed him. Then his son said, : "Father, I have
sinned against heaven and against you. I no longer deserve to be
called your son." But the father said to his servants, "Quick!
Bring out the best robe and put it on him; put a ring on his
finger and sandals on his feet. Bring the calf we have been
fattening and kill it; we will celebrate by having a feast,
because this son of mine was dead and has come back to life; he
was lost and is found." And they began to celebrate.
‘Now the elder son was out in the fields, and on
his way back, as he drew near the house, he could hear music and
dancing. Calling one of the servants he asked what it was all
about. The servant told him, "Your brother has come, and your
father has killed the calf we had been fattening because he has
got him back safe and sound." He was angry then and refused to
go in, and His father came out and began to urge him to come in;
but he retorted to his father, "All these years I have slaved
for you and never once disobeyed any orders of yours, yet you
never offered me so much as a kid for me to celebrate with my
friends. But, for this son of yours, when he comes back after
swallowing up your property—he and his loose women—you kill the
calf we have been fattening.
‘The father said, "My son, you
are with me always and all I have is yours. But it was only
right we should celebrate and rejoice, because your brother here
was dead and has come to life; he was lost and is found.’
(2) Sing: China Song
(3) R. When the blood is on the

he will pass over the home –
Exodus 12: 21-27
Injunctions relating to the Passover
Moses summoned all the elders of Israel and said to
them, ‘Go and choose a lamb or kid for your families, and kill the
Passover victim. Then take a bunch of hyssop, dip it in the blood
that is in the basin, and with the blood from the basin touch the
lintel and both door–posts; then let none of you venture out of the
house till morning. Then, when Yahweh goes through Egypt to strike
it, and sees the blood on the lintel and on both door–posts, he will
pass over the door and not allow the Destroyer to enter your homes
and strike. You will observe this as a decree binding you and your
children for all time, and when you have entered the country which
Yahweh will give you, as he has promised, you will observe this
ritual. And when your children ask you, "What does this ritual
mean?" you will tell them, "It is the Passover sacrifice in honour
of Yahweh who passed over the houses of the Israelites in Egypt, and
struck Egypt but spared our houses." ’ And the people bowed in
worship. The Israelites then went away and did as Yahweh had ordered
Moses and Aaron.
(4) Exodus 24: 3-8
Moses went and told the people all Yahweh's words and all the
laws, and all the people answered with one voice, 'All the words
Yahweh has spoken we will carry out!' Moses put all Yahweh's
words into writing, and early next morning he built an altar at
the foot of the mountain, with twelve standing-stones for the
twelve tribes of Israel. Then he sent certain young Israelites
to offer burnt offerings and sacrifice bullocks to Yahweh as
communion sacrifices. Moses then took half the blood and put it
into basins, and the other half he sprinkled on the altar. Then,
taking the Book of the Covenant, he read it to the listening
people, who then said, 'We shall do everything that Yahweh has
said; we shall obey.' Moses than took the blood and sprinkled it
over the people saying, 'This is the blood of the covenant which
Yahweh has made with you, entailing all these stipulations.'
(5) Hebrews 9: 11-15
But now Christ has
come, as the high priest of all the blessings which were to come. He
has passed through the greater, the more perfect tent, not made by
human hands, that is, not of this created order; and he has entered
the sanctuary once and for all, taking with him not the blood of
goats and bull calves, but his own blood, having won an eternal
redemption. The blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a heifer,
sprinkled on those who have incurred defilement, may restore their
bodily purity. How much more will the blood of Christ, who offered
himself, blameless as he was, to God through the eternal Spirit,
purify our conscience from dead actions so that we can worship the
living God.
Christ seals the new
covenant with his blood
This makes him the
mediator of a new covenant, so that, now that a death has occurred
to redeem the sins committed under an earlier covenant, those who
have been called to an eternal inheritance may receive the promise.
(6) A Prayer before the Holy Sacrifice of the
Mass
Let me be a holy sacrifice and unite
with God in the sacrament of His greatest love.
I want to be one in Him in this act of
love, where He gives Himself to me and I give myself as a sacrifice to Him.
Let me be a holy sacrifice as I become one with Him in this my act of
greatest love to Him.
Let me unite with Him more, that I may
more deeply love Him. May I help make reparation to His adorable Heart and
the heart of His Mother, Mary. With greatest love, I offer myself to You and
pray that You will accept my sacrifice of greatest love. I give myself to
You and unite in Your gift of Yourself to me. Come and possess my soul.
Cleanse me, strengthen me, heal me.
Dear Holy Spirit act in the heart of Mary to make me more and more like
Jesus.
Father, I offer this my sacrifice,
myself united to Jesus in the Holy Spirit to You. Help me to love God more
deeply in this act of my greatest love.
Give me the grace to grow in my
knowledge, love and service of You and for this to be my greatest
participation in the Mass. Give me the greatest graces to love You so deeply
in this Mass, You who are so worthy of my love.
