    I am the Lady of the Rosary. I have come to warn the faithful to amend their lives and to ask pardon for their sins. They must not offend Our Lord any more, for He is already too grievously offended by the sins of men. People must say the Rosary. Let them continue saying it every day.⁽¹⁷⁾

    While the people in attendance were beholding the great Miracle of the Sun, the three young visionaries, and they alone, were privileged to see striking visions in the heavens:

    As Our Lady had promised, St. Joseph had come with the Holy Family and had blessed the world. Then, Our Lady appeared as the Mother of Sorrows, accompanied by her Divine Son, Who also blessed the world. Finally, Lucy had seen the Blessed Virgin, dressed in the brown robes of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, crowned as Queen of Heaven and Earth, holding a brown Scapular in her hand, with her infant Son upon her knee. However, in none of these visions had any of the figures spoken to the children. ⁽¹⁸⁾

     We have sent 6,000,000 Priestly Newsletters to the hierarchy in 14 years to which there are 10” of letters from hierarchy in the Vatican, Cardinals and Nuncios around the world – 

     Our main focus is the Priestly Newsletter. The secondary purpose is the Shepherds of Christ Prayers. We have the Prayer Manual in 7 languages with the Church’s Imprimatur and a network of prayer chapters formed over the world in 14 years spreading the Consecration to the Sacred Heart and Mary’s Immaculate Heart. 

     We spread 250,000 homemade rosaries and consecration cards, rosary meditations with the Imprimatur in 4 languages to grade schools in the United States every year since about 1995 when the school rosary program began. 

     We visit nursing homes and prisons conducting prayers in the rosary, morning offering and the prayer manual for the priests, the Church and the world – 

     We pray 24 hours a day before the exposed Eucharist for this mission, the priests, the Church and the world and the diocese. We have prayed all day for this for 11 years in China, Indiana. We conduct 8 days of retreat a month, 4 days in China, Indiana and 4 days in Florida – singing songs of the Word, Psalms, read Scriptures, and homilies and writings of Fr. Pasquini, Fr.      The Messages of Rita Ring are about the Mass, Baptism, the Word, Prayers, Consecration to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, Adoration, the Rosary – 

     These writings some messages are about these things and Fr. Carter discerned the Blue Books, Apostles Manual, Rosary books etc. and it was checked by the Jesuit theologians. 

     Rita is under the guidance of several priests and her cousin is the censor in Cincinnati for the diocese. 

     The focus for the Shepherds of Christ is the Priestly Newsletter and Prayer Chapters, the Rosary. 

     The building in Clearwater has been the seat of 10 years of prayers at 6:20 about 2 hours daily for the priests, the Church and the world – Also prayers at 12:00 and 3:00 everyday and the diocese allows us to have a private Mass in the building on the 5^th and we communicate with the diocese through a designated priest. 

     For 10 years the building in Clearwater has been the seat of spreading the Newsletter to all who come all over the world for the prayers in the prayer manual in 7 languages with the Churches Imprimatur – Images of the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart – the Saints – Consecration packets for homes, the rosary coloring books for children and other religious goods to spread prayer, devotion to the Eucharist, consecration – 

     Fr. Pasquini has published 7 books in the past 2 years under the Shepherds of Christ Publishing on the spiritual life for the hierarchy and priests, nursing homes, fallen away Catholics, the Eucharist, Catholics about their faith – Cardinal Poupard President of the Vatican last March wrote to him and wrote a 2 page Foreward for his book Ecce Fides endorsing the Shepherds of Christ. 

     We circulated over 2 million newsletters in the past 2 years to the hierarchy and priests and 100,000 books of Fr. Pasquini’s with Fr. Carter’s books to which the hierarchy responded in 10” of letters. All this was done under the direction of Rita Ring. 

     Rita Ring has led this Movement since 2000 when Fr. Carter died. She has led it with me, John Weickert and several priests for 8 years – to produce these fruits –

     Fr. Carter set up the Movement with Rita Ring co-founder of the Shepherds of Christ and he saw everything was as it is today before his death.

P.S. Rita Ring’s Blue Books that have been published have been out since late 1993 to January of 1995.  The first 3 Blue Books have been out 12 to 14 years now and Father Carter discerned her writings 4 times up to the time of his death, December 18, 2000. 

The last 6 years of his life he mostly spent instructing Rita daily and directing her, saying daily mass for the movement, much of it in China, IN, and he made her do the directions to run the movement - which she never understood until he died.  He was with her most of those last 6 years running the movement with her.
