Today's Readings
Yahweh appeared to him at the Oak of Mamre while he was sitting by the entrance of the tent during the hottest part of the day. He looked up, and there he saw three men standing near him. As soon as he saw them he ran from the entrance of the tent to greet them, and bowed to the ground. ‘My lord,’ he said, ‘if I find favour with you, please do not pass your servant by. Let me have a little water brought, and you can wash your feet and have a rest under the tree. Let me fetch a little bread and you can refresh yourselves before going further, now that you have come in your servant’s direction.’ They replied, ‘Do as you say.’
Abraham hurried to the tent and said to Sarah, ‘Quick, knead three
measures of best flour and make loaves.' Then, running to the herd, Abraham took a fine and tender calf and gave it to the servant, who hurried to prepare it. Then taking curds, milk and the calf which had been prepared, he laid all before them, and they ate while he remained standing near them under the tree.
‘Where is your wife Sarah?’ they asked him. ‘She is in the tent,’ he replied. Then his guest said, ‘I shall come back to you next year, and then your wife Sarah will have a son.’
Psalm 15: 2-5
The guest of Yahweh
Psalm Of David
Whoever lives blamelessly,
who acts uprightly,
who speaks the truth from the heart,
who keeps the tongue under control,
who does not wrong a comrade,
who casts no discredit on a neighbour,
who looks with scorn on the vile,
but honours those who fear Yahweh,
who stands by an oath at any
cost,
who asks no interest on loans,
who takes no bribe to harm the innocent.
No one who so acts can ever be shaken.
Colossians 1: 24-28
It makes me happy to be suffering for you now, and in my own body to make up all the hardships that still have to be undergone by Christ for the sake of his body, the Church, of which I was made a servant with the responsibility towards you that God gave to me, that of completing God's message, the message which was a mystery hidden for generations and centuries and has now been revealed to his holy people. It was God's purpose to reveal to them how rich is the glory of this mystery among the gentiles; it is Christ among you, your hope of glory: this is the Christ we are proclaiming, admonishing and instructing everyone in all wisdom, to make everyone perfect in Christ.
Luke 10: 38-42
In the course of their journey he came to a village, and a woman named Martha welcomed him into her house. She had a sister called Mary, who sat down at the Lord's feet and listened to him speaking. Now Martha, who was distracted with all the serving, came to him and said, 'Lord, do you not care that my sister is leaving me to do the serving all by myself? Please tell her to help me.' But the Lord answered, 'Martha, Martha,' he said, 'you worry and fret about so many things, and yet few are needed, indeed only one. It is Mary who has chosen the better part, and it is not to be taken from her.'

Fr. Joe said:
Just image the Lord sitting at the table
with me, walking with me and I
just tell him what is on my mind —
Forms of prayer
Saying Shepherds of Christ prayers
Singing
Eucharist — summit of all our prayer
Saying the Morning Offering —
Prayer must be done on a regular basis
so my relationship with God grows —
The Christian life is about being good —
The Christian life is about doing good —
and having a loving relationship with
Christ —
Martha and Mary had a big house —
When Christ came to Jerusalem
for a big Feast He would stay
there —
Martha was doing a good thing, but
she was "too" busy —
She needed to sit down and listen
to Jesus
This tells us about our busy lives
today —
Slow down
To be holy
When the body hurts we have to take
care of it — it hurts — we need to work
on the pain —
Christ carried our sins on His back —
The pain from our sins in His body —
the Heart of Christ ached for the sins of
men —
He suffered in the garden so much He
sweat Blood —
So deep the pain in His body
Animals were used for sacrifices — slaughtered —
cut, burned —
Christ — the Lamb of God
Lamb of God
Lamb of God, Who takes away the sins of the world, have mercy on us.
Lamb of God, Who takes away the sins of the world, have mercy on us.
Lamb of God, Who takes away the sins of the world, grant us peace.
Jesus: In pain I teach you about the depth of My love —
Deep pain — you choose to love as I loved in
My suffering and dying on the cross —
I carried your sins
I suffered for your sins
I love you —
My body is suffering
You suffer for Me
Your work, your prayers in the Shepherds of Christ,
praying for the priests, the Church and
the world are so important to Me —
I love you so much —
Do not take your calling lightly to spread
this devotion to Our Two Hearts
so you can grow in greater holiness
and lead others to greater holiness —
Put out the old rosaries about dwelling
in our Hearts —
Publish the picture of Mary and put
your family picture in Mary's
Heart —
Let go to Me — Let go, Let go, Let go
R. Come Holy Spirit fill us with grace and love and joy —
We unite to all the Masses all over the world and
give our lives, all we do, as an offering
for souls —
We love you so very much Jesus —
We offer our lives in love —
Giving
Going out
Not focused on selfish things
Think of the earthquake in Haiti —
Think of people dying, suffering,
others capable helping —
Now think of the spiritual condition of
the souls of this earth —
God has given us messages and writings to
help, the mighty medicine —
Jesus has taught us how to pray —
We have been given these books to spread —
We have been called to pray for the body of
Christ —
We are the Spouse of Christ —
We are to think of this union of being in
one mind and one heart in the
Hearts of Jesus and Mary
Come Lord Jesus —
Help us to be holy —
Help us to sacrifice by offering our
lives — lived according to the
Father's will in love
Life is a celebration —
God has called us to celebrate knowing
what we do will help souls —
Celebrate the gifts God gives us —
Be filled with Light
Be filled with Love
Cry for joy
Christ has died
Christ has risen
Christ will come again

Glorious Mysteries
The Resurrection
l. R. Mary appeared six times at Fatima. She appeared as the Lady of the Rosary and each time she asked us to pray the rosary. She has called us here to pray this rosary. Jesus and Mary promise us, whenever we pray the rosary, They are here in a special way.
2. R. These messages and meditations are received from Jesus through this rosary.
3. Jesus: Open wide your hearts, My beloved ones. Let Me penetrate your heart with My love. I am giving to you great graces in this rosary. You must open your hearts that you will hear the message that I speak to you.
4. R. Let us see the withered body of Jesus as He hung on the cross—this was the love that God has for us, that He gave Himself — that He gave His life for love of us.
5. R. Next to this picture of the withered body of Jesus, see His body as He rose victorious from the dead on the third day—His body glistening in white; His body glorified. This is the Almighty God. This is the love that He has for us: that He came to this earth a helpless baby, that He gave His life and died and that He rose on the third day, that we would share in His life.
6. Song: New life - New life
7. Jesus: I am with you at every second, as you breathe and as your heart beats. I am with you, I am guarding you and I am protecting you. I come to you, My beloved ones, to give to you a greater sharing in My life. Open your hearts and let Me penetrate your soul with My life. I love you. I love you. I love you.
8. R. We reach, in our lives, for so many incidental things and God is alive and He is waiting for us, to come and give our love to Him, to spend time with Him, to realize how close He truly is to us.
9. R. We see Jesus all through the Passion. We see Him suffer. We see Him fall under the cross. His enemies thought that they had won. They locked Him in a tomb and on the third day He came forth victorious—these are the glorious mysteries.
1 Corinthians 15: 35-58
Someone may ask: How are dead people raised, and what sort of body do they have when they come? How foolish! What you sow must die before it is given new life; and what you sow is not the body that is to be, but only a bare grain, of wheat I dare say, or some other kind; it is God who gives it the sort of body that he has chosen for it, and for each kind of seed its own kind of body.
Not all flesh is the same flesh: there is human flesh; animals have another kind of flesh, birds another and fish yet another. Then there are heavenly bodies and earthly bodies; the heavenly have a splendour of their own, and the earthly a different splendour. The sun has its own splendour, the moon another splendour, and the stars yet another splendour; and the stars differ among themselves in splendour. It is the same too with the resurrection of the dead: what is sown is perishable, but what is raised is imperishable; what is sown is contemptible but what is raised is glorious; what is sown is weak, but what is raised is powerful; what is sown is a natural body, and what is raised is a spiritual body.
If there is a natural body, there is a spiritual body too. So the first man, Adam, as scripture says, became a living soul; and the last Adam has become a life–giving spirit. But first came the natural body, not the spiritual one; that came only afterwards. The first man, being made of earth, is earthly by nature; the second man is from heaven. The earthly man is the pattern for earthly people, the heavenly man for heavenly ones. And as we have borne the likeness of the earthly man, so we shall bear the likeness of the heavenly one.
What I am saying, brothers, is that mere human nature cannot inherit the kingdom of God: what is perishable cannot inherit what is imperishable. Now I am going to tell you a mystery: we are not all going to fall asleep, but we are all going to be changed, instantly, in the twinkling of an eye, when the last trumpet sounds. The trumpet is going to sound, and then the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed, because this perishable nature of ours must put on imperishability, this mortal nature must put on immortality.
And after this perishable nature has put on imperishability and this mortal nature has put on immortality, then will the words of scripture come true: Death is swallowed up in victory. Death, where is your victory? Death, where is your sting? The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin comes from the Law. Thank God, then, for giving us the victory through Jesus Christ our Lord.
So, my dear brothers, keep firm and immovable, always abounding in energy for the Lord’s work, being sure that in the Lord none of your labours is wasted.
R. Jesus wants us to love Him with our whole heart, our whole soul and our whole being. The Father created us with this desire—for the love of God. Nothing will fill the starved soul but this love.
l0. R. It is through Baptism that we receive a sharing in His life. Life comes from the Father, in the Spirit, through the pierced Heart of Jesus, through the heart of Mary to us. We are to be God's instrument in the world.
The Ascension
l. Luke 24: 50-51
Then he took them out as far as the outskirts of Bethany, and raising his hands he blessed them. Now as he blessed them, he withdrew from them and was carried up to heaven.
R. Can you imagine the apostles as they saw our beloved Lord ascend into the sky? We see with such limited vision. We see these things before us and stay so focused on so many things, and He asks us for faith.
2. Jesus: I am calling you to be My apostles, to go forth into this world this day and to carry the messages of My love to all those that are suffering and in pain.
3. Jesus: Satan is pressing hard on this earth. He aims to stop the messages that I am delivering. I am calling out to you to open your hearts that you will hear the messages of love for I want to live in your hearts.
4. R. Jesus no longer walks this earth. He ascended into heaven but He left the apostles behind to carry out His work. This day we are His apostles to carry the messages of His love to this world for many this day are blind, they do not even realize how God truly loves them and how He is alive and in our midst.
5. R. We see the apostles. We see how they were afraid and how they lacked faith. Jesus promised to send the Holy Spirit to them.
6. Jesus: Oh, My beloved ones, I am asking you to surrender and to give Me your hearts. It is in surrendering that I will unite in such oneness with you. If you give yourselves to My Sacred Heart we will unite in this oneness. You must not hold back.
7. R. The seeds of time move exceedingly slow and the hearts of men are slow to change. The messages that God delivers to this earth are urgent for the world is in such a state—a state of serious sin. Man must stop offending God or we will suffer much.
8. Jesus: In the Shepherds of Christ Movement I am calling you to be My apostles to go into this world to carry the messages of My love. This world is hurting and in pain. I am Jesus. I am calling you to this state of urgency. My dear ones, look at the children in this world and how they are suffering. Look at the hearts of so many men that are so focused on vileness. I am calling out to you this day to help in spreading the messages of My love to this world.
9. R. We are never alone. The Almighty God is with us when we are baptized and when we are in the state of grace. God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit dwell within us in a very, very special way. If we could see our own graced soul and see the beauty of our soul, we would know more how beautiful it is that God lives in us. He calls out to us, "I am alive, I am alive, I am alive and I beg you to go into this world and to spread the message of My love to the world that is hurting."
l0. Hail Mary
Descent of the Holy Spirit
l. Jesus: I am with you in a very special way. You must surrender and let go. Let the messages that I deliver to you penetrate your heart. Do not give in to the tauntings of satan to distract you. I am with you at this moment and I am delivering these messages of My love to all those present. You will go forth in this world. You will carry this message for I am giving to you this grace. I am filling you with strength and courage. You are My apostles. You are My chosen ones that I am sending into the world to carry this message.
2. Acts 2: 1-3
When Pentecost day came round, they had all met together, when suddenly there came from heaven a sound as of a violent wind which filled the entire house in which they were sitting; and there appeared to them tongues as of fire; these separated and came to rest on the head of each of them.
3. R. We see in the Bible how the apostles went from town to town and thousands were converted. It was the fearlessness that they had in their hearts that they proceeded ahead. When the Holy Spirit descended upon the apostles they were transformed from fear to fearlessness. It is hard this day to stand up and to talk about God. God wants us to love Him with our whole heart, our whole soul, and our whole being. Man is offending God and God has come to tell us that we must stop offending God. But man will not listen. We must pray for the fearlessness of the apostles that we will have this courage to go into the world and to do what God is calling us to do for He says to us, "who will I send if you turn away?"
4. Song: Here I am Lord
5. R. Mary appeared at Fatima and she told us we must stop offending God. We must pray and we must sacrifice. There are many people this day in nursing homes and hospital that are sick, that sit so many hours each day and do not even think about God. We need to reach this world with the messages of God's love. We need to reach the world and to tell them that they need to pray, that God is alive and He is calling out, that He is asking us to offer our sufferings to help in the renewal of the Church and our world.
6. R. So much suffering this day is wasted. If we give our hearts to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary and unite to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, so much grace can be released as we unite to the Mass and pray for the souls. We need to say the Morning Offering every day and offer up every act that we do to help souls to get to heaven.
7. R. "I am alive, I am alive, I am alive", our beloved Lord calls out to us. He lives within us. His life is alive in each one of us. He is giving to us great graces to grow more and more in our union with Him. He lives in the graced, baptized soul, He lives today in us. We look at a person that is deeply united to the Almighty God and His life radiates from their being. He is calling us to this deep union with Him that He will live in us and we will spread the Good News to the world as He operates in us.
Jesus: I am alive, I am alive, I am alive, and I live in the hearts of men. You can close your heart. Open your heart. The Heart of Jesus is a heart of love.
8. R. In the Heart of God there is love. God is love. In Jesus' Heart there is not division, bitterness, anger or hatred. Jesus' Heart is a Heart of love. If we are to unite in one mind, in one heart, we must rid ourselves of all bitterness and hatred in our heart and turn our hearts to God.
9. R. Satan is attempting to divide families, friends . . .
l0. Jesus: My Heart is a Heart of love. So as you are in your hearts, you will be in this world. I am calling you to prayer and to sacrifice, to come to Me, to die of yourselves and to give yourselves to Me.
The Assumption
l. R. Mary was taken, body and soul, into heaven. Can you imagine the feelings within our Lady's heart as she was taken into heaven. Let us live our lives in the heart of Mary. Let us feel as she felt. Let us love her Son, through Mary's heart. Let us love the Father through the heart of Mary. Let us love her spouse, the Holy Spirit, through her pure and sinless heart, the heart of such love.
2. R. Oh, Mary - we love your pure and sinless heart, I want to love the Heart of Jesus with a heart more likened to Mary all pure your heart. I want to love Him with this great love. I give my heart to you, Oh heavenly mother. I want to dwell in your heart, to love with your heart, to speak with your heart, to act with your heart, to see with your eyes, to see the lost children of this world—your lost children, and to love them as you would love them. I give my heart to you, Mary, to do with it as you want.
3. R. Mary is calling us to be the children of light, to go into this world and to spread the love of her Son in this world. As we dwell in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, our hearts will be saturated with Their love and we will be more His instruments in the world. His love will radiate to the world that is around us. We must surrender and give ourselves to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary and pray for the grace to love as He loves.
4. R. We seek always to love more perfectly. We do not love perfectly but we try to love more and more perfectly and we beg for the grace to love more as He loves.
5. R. "Until the messages of His burning love are circulated on this earth, there will continue to be so much suffering and pain in the hearts of so many men—the hearts that have turned cold and lifeless. They need the messages of His love."
6. R. It is in going to the heart of Mary that she will teach us to love more perfectly.
7. R. It is in the heart of Mary, with the permeating action of the Holy Spirit that we are formed more and more into the image and likeness of Jesus. Let us go to the heart of Mary and forever be united to the Heart of Jesus — the Hearts of perfect love.
8. Song: Immaculate Mary
9. R. The heart of Mary is kind and very gentle in heart. The heart of Mary is a heart of love. It is in dwelling in her heart that she will place us in the Heart of her Son and that the love of these two Hearts will radiate from our being.
l0. R. We surrender our lives to You, Jesus and Mary. We give You our hearts.
Coronation of Mary
l. R. We see in the life of Mary how the plan of the Father unfolds. We see the angel Gabriel appear to Mary.
Luke 1: 46
And Mary said: My soul proclaims the greatness of the Lord and my spirit rejoices in God my Saviour;
We see Mary crowned Queen of Heaven and Earth.
2. R. We see the plan of the Father unfold. As we read the Scriptures, we see the plan of the Father unfold. We see the plan of the Father unfold but we do not see the plan of the Father at work in our own lives. From the day we were born we have been guarded and watched. He is giving to us all that we need to help in this plan of the Father, to help with the work of redemption. Let us pray for the grace to know more clearly the plan of the Father and to be able to watch it unfold in our lives, to watch it unfold with great joy for God, the Father, loves us so much that He uniquely created each one of us and gave to us such talents that we could help to lead souls to heaven.
3. Jesus: My beloved ones, your hearts are filled with fear and your minds are tormented by many things. You must come to Me in your fear and I will fill you with My love.
4. Jesus: You must not give into the temptation of Satan to distract you, to encourage you to worry. I am Jesus. I am guarding you and I am watching you. You must come to My Heart and I will fill you with My love.
5. R. Each day we must spend time alone with God, that He can tell us about His plan for us. This time each day is so important to our lives.
6. R. We see heaven as so far off but Jesus, the Almighty God, is here and He is alive and He is giving to us so many graces that we can unite in deep union with Him, here on earth.
7. R. And the day will come and we will be wrapped in that divine embrace. We will know and love the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. We will be satisfied if we go to heaven. We will have peace and joy beyond any human comprehension.
8. R. We must pray that we will see more and more this vision of God. We must pray for faith.
