Prayer for Grace for our Country

Dear Father united to Jesus in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the Sacrifice of Calvary sacramentally made present, celebrated around the world, in the Holy Spirit. We offer up all we do united to the Mass. We unite in one mind and one heart as members of the mystical body of Christ, with Christ our head in the pure and holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary, through the powerful intercession of Mary with all the angels and saints and souls in purgatory, and we beg for the saving grace, for our country, the United States. Please help us. We further pray for unity to always do the will of God in love. We spread the Blood of Jesus on the leaders and people of the United States and cast the devil into hell. We consecrate our country to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart and all our dioceses, and beg for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit. God help us. We pray for our families, the priests, the Church and the world. In the Name of Jesus please hear us, we pray. We pray for our president and leaders. We pray that we are united as one nation under God to work together in love as God wants.

John 3: 16

For this is how God loved the world:
he gave his only Son,
so that everyone who believes in him
    may not perish
but may have eternal life.

                R. God has given us a sharing in His life in baptism –
We live the Christ-life in our life. God is love.
We must let love permeate us to our very core.
This takes a willingness to give ourselves. This
takes God's grace at work in us.

We were created in the image and likeness
of God. Our knowing and loving capacity is
elevated in baptism. So we can partake in God's
                loving and knowing activity.

It is a capacity, and we must give ourselves
and all the Holy Spirit to move in us –
molding us more and more in the image of
God. This takes surrender of our will to
desire with all our hearts to live according
                to God's will.

The incarnation goes on in us. Here is a
message Fr. Carter received from Jesus with
                regards to the Holy Spirit.

From Tell My People by Fr. Edward J. Carter, S.J.

The Holy Spirit

Jesus: "My beloved friend, tell My people to pray daily to the Holy Spirit. They are to pray for an increase in His gifts. My people must realize that the Holy Spirit comes to transform them. The Spirit desires to transform you more and more according to My image. Those who are docile to His touch become increasingly shaped in My likeness. He performs this marvel within Mary's Immaculate Heart. The more one dwells in My Mother's Heart, the more active are the workings of the Spirit. The Spirit leads Mary to place you within My own Heart. In both Our Hearts, then, your transformation continues. The more you are formed after My own Heart, the more I lead you to the bosom of My Father. Tell My people all this. Tell them to pray daily for a greater appreciation of these wondrous gifts. I am Lord and Master. All who come to My Heart will be on fire to receive the gifts of the Spirit in ever greater measure! I love and bless My people!"

Reflection: The Holy Spirit is given to us to fashion us ever more according to the likeness of Jesus. And the more we are like Jesus, the more Jesus leads us to the Father. Do we, each day, pray to the Holy Spirit to be more open to His transforming influence? Do we strive each day to grow in union with Mary? The greater our union with our Mother, the spouse of the Holy Spirit, the greater is the transforming action of the Holy Spirit within us.

Prayer: Come, Holy Spirit, fill us with your gifts of wisdom, understanding, knowledge, counsel, fortitude, piety and fear of the Lord. As we dwell in the Heart of Mary, Your spouse, fashion us more and more according to the Heart of Jesus. end of excerpt

                R. God commands us to love. At our
core is our willingness to love – to give –
to want to be molded more and more by the Holy
Spirit to what God wants us to be in our core
existence, created by God the Father. We were
                meant for love.

In the Eucharist, God feeds us with
Himself. God feeds the life we received in
baptism with Himself. Love is powerful.
Love can operate in the heart making the
                world more Christic.

The world, the Church and the
individual person as Fr. Carter says in his
book Response to God's Love are becoming.
We are to become more and more Christic –
more and more in the image of Christ –
this is the Father's Plan for us.

Excerpt from Response to God's Love by Fr. Edward Carter, S.J.

... In reference to Christianity, God himself is the ultimate mystery. Radically, God is completely other and transcendent, hidden from man in his inner life, unless he chooses to reveal himself. Let us briefly look at this inner life of God.

The Father, in a perfect act of self-expression, in a perfect act of knowing, generates his son. The Son, the Word, is, then, the immanent expression of God's fullness, the reflection of the Father. Likewise, from all eternity, the Father and the Son bring forth the Holy Spirit in a perfect act of loving.

At the destined moment in human history, God's self-expression, the Word, immersed himself into man's world. God's inner self-expression now had also become God's outer self-expression. Consequently, the mystery of God becomes the mystery of Christ. In Christ, God tells us about himself, about his inner life, about his plan of creation and redemption. He tells us how Father, Son, and Holy Spirit desire to dwell within us in the most intimate fashion, how they wish to share with us their own life through grace. All this he has accomplished and does accomplish through Christ.

                R. The Trinity is the most perfect community.
3 Persons in one God. We are to live to
the depth of love in our hearts, love
like Jesus, who loved us so much He
came to this earth, took flesh and
gave Himself for us to His death on the cross
so we could live with Him – eternally
in heaven. Love should permeate our
being and our activities – love of God
and neighbor and self as God intends
us to become – more and more likened
                to Christ.

Not hard – focused on self –
details – love we stick on the outskirts
of our activities – love we send
away from our hearts – far away.

John 3: 16

For this is how God loved the world:
he gave his only Son,
so that everyone who believes in him
    may not perish
but may have eternal life.

                R. Love is the center of being a Christian!
Meditate on what it means to love one another –
to be Christ-like, to love those even who
may be unloving to us. Loving is what
life is all about in Jesus. Love is a force
in our hearts. It is the power behind
our activities. When we love like Jesus
there is an energy. The absence of love is
                DRAINING – depressing – emptying –
Love fills us up!! The Love of Jesus fills
                us up.

Definition of Love

The definition of love used by Father Carter is as follows.

Love is the gift of self to promote the true good of those loved.

                R. Love is a gift of self – We have different
relationships – we give as God intends –
we give the love proportional to our state
in life. We give as a husband and wife to
the other – A man may be ill and require
the other to give more and more in the
                sacrament of marriage.

A mom and dad give tremendously to
                their small children.

A religious - like a priest, sister, brother is
giving to Christ in serving the Body of Christ –
in trying to help the Church to be more
and more in the image of Jesus.
We give more in significant relationships
with a few special others, but our
love of God in prayer, service is the
joy God calls us to in loving God's
                creatures, loving the Church,
loving the community, God calls us
                to serve.

In love we are willing to suffer when love
demands this. If we do not wish to give in
the suffering demanded in our vocation
as God intends, we are not giving in
love as needed. In love there is suffering.
                Christ showed us this.

I think of that quote in Revelation –

Revelation 2: 4-5

Nevertheless, I have this complaint to make: you have less love now than formerly. Think where you were before you fell; repent, and behave as you did at first, or else, if you will not repent, I shall come to you and take your lamp-stand from its place.

                R. When we refuse to love as we should –
we bring sufferings upon ourselves in
                selfishness.

We see Jesus with His arms open on
the cross. He opened His arms stretched
on the cross. This is love. He sweat
blood in the Garden – this is love –
He died and gave the last beat of His
Heart – the last drop of His blood
for us – This is love.

John 13: 34-35

I give you a new commandment:
    love one another;
    you must love one another
just as I have loved you.
It is by your love for one another,
    that everyone will recognise you
    as my disciples.

Revelation 21: 1-5

Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth; the first heaven and the first earth had disappeared now, and there was no longer any sea. I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride dressed for her husband. Then I heard a loud voice call from the throne, ‘Look, here God lives among human beings. He will make his home among them; they will be his people, and he will be their God, God–with–themHe will wipe away all tears from their eyes; there will be no more death, and no more mourning or sadness or pain. The world of the past has gone.’

Then the One sitting on the throne spoke. ‘Look, I am making the whole of creation new. Write this, "What I am saying is trustworthy and will come true."

Acts 14: 22

They put fresh heart into the disciples, encouraging them to persevere in the faith, saying, ‘We must all experience many hardships before we enter the kingdom of God.’

                R. We pray to God to give us the grace we need most
                    to expand our hearts.

We also must learn to permit others
to be able to love us – this is
                    an act of love!

We grow to the extent we love and allow others
to love us properly as God intends.
We give others a chance to grow
                        by loving us.

We love others in the ordinariness of every day.
Telling others when they 'do good'. Thanking others
for giving themselves in prayer, in love, in
kindness and gifts of themselves. Authentic - Affection.

Not telling someone in flattery to manipulate another.
Encouragement – Affirming the good others do.
God has given us all unique gifts and talents
we are to develop and use!!

We can feel secure ourselves by serving God
and do not hold back in giving
encouragement to others. God calls us
to love and help mature in the spiritual life.

Going out of our self as Christ did,
                    not selfishness, self enclosure
                    because of our own insecure
                    self-concept!

                Being like Christ!

Truly affirming others is an expression
of love – not being able to do
this is a fault we need to pray
                    to correct and change!!

We cannot be possessive and jealous to
try to stop the other of doing the work God wants
of them and growing in the talent and maturity
God wants for the fruits of His Kingdom.

Loving others is allowing them to do what
                    God wants of them.

We must pray to lift people up by our
presence, see the good in others
and events – not try to control
                    them in selfish possessiveness
                    and self-enclosure!!

God has given each great gifts. We must
be aware of evil in the world and help to
                encourage God-given gifts.

Because of a person's own insecurity
in their self-concept they can become
                controlling, selfish and block what
God wants in His Plan of eternal
                salvation.

God is with us. The stars shine in the
darkness. If God is with us – we
                should be optimistic.

                Fr. Carter says

"If God is with us, how can pessimism
                rather than optimism, dominate our
                thoughts?"

The voice of love listens to God's
call to help the sick and needy ones
He calls us to help. It's not all or
nothing. We live as Christ lives
                and operates in us.

                    Jesus says –
                        Love one another –

Jesus came to show us how to love!!

We are to live in love –

We are to model our lives like Jesus loved!

                    We are to follow Jesus.

                    Love is to live –

To not love is to choose death.

                Song: Choose Life

Sorrowful Mysteries

                The Agony in the Garden

                1. Mark 14: 32-44

They came to a plot of land called Gethsemane, and he said to his disciples, ‘Stay here while I pray.’ Then he took Peter and James and John with him. And he began to feel terror and anguish. And he said to them, ‘My soul is sorrowful to the point of death. Wait here, and stay awake.’ And going on a little further he threw himself on the ground and prayed that, if it were possible, this hour might pass him by. ‘Abba,  Father!’ he said, ‘For you everything is possible. Take this cup away from me. But let it be as you, not I, would have it.’ He came back and found them sleeping, and he said to Peter, ‘Simon, are you asleep? Had you not the strength to stay awake one hour? Stay awake and pray not to be put to the test. The spirit is willing enough, but human nature is weak.’ Again he went away and prayed, saying the same words. And once more he came back and found them sleeping, their eyes were so heavy; and they could find no answer for him. He came back a third time and said to them, ‘You can sleep on now and have your rest. It is all over. The hour has come. Now the Son of man is to be betrayed into the hands of sinners. Get up! Let us go! My betrayer is not far away.’

And at once, while he was still speaking, Judas, one of the Twelve, came up and with him a number of men armed with swords and clubs, sent by the chief priests and the scribes and the elders. Now the traitor had arranged a signal with them saying, ‘The one I kiss, he is the man. Arrest him, and see he is well guarded when you lead him away.’

Scriptural Reflections

In all this Mary offers an example. Selfishness was totally foreign to her. She did not belong to herself. She belonged to God. She was not closed in upon herself. She was completely open to God. When God spoke, she listened. When God pointed the way, she followed. She realized that life is not a process a person masters by carefully mapping out one's own self-conceived plans of conquest, but a mystery to be gradually experienced by being open to God's personal and loving guidance.

                3. From the Priestly Newsletter September/October 1997 continued

Selfishness, then, did not close Mary off from God's call. Neither did fear. God asked her to assume a tremendous responsibility. He asked her to be the Mother of Jesus. Mary did not engage in a process of false humility and say that such a great role was above her. She did not say that she did not have the proper qualifications for this awesome mission. Briefly, she did not waste time looking at herself, making pleas that she was not worthy, telling the angel he had better go look for someone else. No, Mary did not look at herself. Her gaze was absorbed in God. She fully realized that whatever God asked of her, His grace would accomplish. She fully realized that although she herself had to cooperate, this work was much more God's than hers.

                4. From the Priestly Newsletter September/October 1997 continued

Mary's words, then, truly sum up what is the authentic Christian response at any point of life, in any kind of situation: "I am the handmaid of the Lord," said Mary, "let what you have said be done to me".

                5. From the Priestly Newsletter September/October 1997 continued

People are Looking at Us. “You are the light of the world. A city built on a hill-top cannot be hidden. No one lights a lamp to put it under a tub; they put it on the lamp-stand where it shines for everyone in the house. In the same way your light must shine in the sight of men, so that, seeing your good works, they may give the praise to your Father in heaven” (Mt 5:14-16).

                6. Luke 22: 42

Father,' he said, 'if you are willing, take this cup away from me. Nevertheless, let your will be done, not mine.'

8. R. And I hear the noises and I hear them questioning Jesus and asking Jesus, “what did you say, what did you say, tell us what you said, who are you?” And He answers them very quickly and directly, but Jesus does not argue. And I hear the noises and I hear them battering Him and beating Him and Jesus constantly proceeds ahead in the Father’s will. Is this not how it is in our life? For we are walking in Jesus’ footsteps and we are persecuted and we are battered. But we know that we too are doing the Father’s will. We follow in the footprints of Jesus.

From the Rosary of June 22, 1997 The Agony in the Garden

9. R. ...Jesus sweat blood in the garden because of His great love for us. And He is calling us today to die to our imperfections. God is calling us to be more and more in the image of Jesus. Dear Jesus, I am sorry for my imperfections. Help me to die to them that I may be more like You.

                10. Luke 1: 38

Mary said, 'You see before you the Lord's servant, let it happen to me as you have said.' And the angel left her.

                The Scourging at the Pillar

                1. Matthew 27: 24-26

Then Pilate saw that he was making no impression, that in fact a riot was imminent. So he took some water, washed his hands in front of the crowd and said, ‘I am innocent of this man’s blood. It is your concern.’ And the people, every one of them, shouted back, ‘Let his blood be on us and on our children!’ Then he released Barabbas for them. After having Jesus scourged he handed him over to be crucified.

10. R. And so we see Jesus through the passion. And we see how He suffered. We see Him bound, at the pillar and we say to ourselves he was bound at the pillar. But was He bound? For true freedom is in living according to the Father’s will.

From the Rosary of June 1, 1997  The Agony in the Garden

10. R. It was in His suffering as He sweat the blood in the garden as He was bound at the pillar, as He was crowned with thorns, as He shed His most Precious Blood that He gave Himself for our sins to His death on the cross.

3. R. ...Jesus offered Himself as a sacrifice to the Father. This is the most pleasing sacrifice to the Father. If He gave His Son Who died for love of us, will He deny us when we unite our petitions with Jesus and offer these at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass?

                6. From Blue Book 15 by Rita Ring

From the Rosary of June 1, 1997  The Scourging at the Pillar

5. R. Bound at the pillar, look at the man, do you see Him? And they come down on Jesus and they tear Jesus’ flesh. Jesus bleeds and Jesus is wide open. Look at Jesus. Jesus is King. Is this a king? Today is the Feast of the Precious Body and Blood of Christ. Oh my God, to receive Jesus and to know Jesus’ presence. Jesus, I long to be one with You. And you just want Jesus to take you to Himself. You are united in the great oneness with God and with all of humanity. This is the gift that Jesus has showed us for He has raised the veil and He has let us experience Himself in a most intimate fashion. And so the world does not seem very connected to us. Pray for great grace that the world will be more united in Him.

10. R. And He says that the blood represented the blood He shed to give them life. But the blind just saw ordinary blood and were scared to death. It is so hard for me to even get the prayer manuals into a church. It is just an unbelievable feat to even try to start a little prayer group in which we are praying to consecrate our hearts to Jesus and Mary. This is what Jesus wants. Jesus wants us to pray these prayers and to spread this to the far corners of the earth...

                8. From Blue Book 15 by Rita Ring

From the Rosary of June 1, 1997  The Scourging at the Pillar continues

10. R. ... But I did not realize the power of these prayers or how important they were to Jesus and Mary, until He gave the message on Bloody Friday that said, that He would give special grace when we pray at the hours of 3, 6, 9 and 12 is the most important. And when we pray that He will dress us in His Precious Blood and the more that we suffer then we will be waiting for 3 o’clock to come to pray the Divine Mercy, and to pray these prayers, because we will realize the power of the prayers and how important they are.

                9. From Blue Book 15 by Rita Ring

From the Rosary of June 1, 1997  The Scourging at the Pillar continues

10. R... And then we will be motivated to spread this to the far corners of the earth. Jesus told us in many messages how important the prayers were, how important the Priestly Newsletter is, we pray every hour. But in your heart where else can you go? Does it matter if there’s 2 or 500 people in that Church where Jesus is exposed? That’s where my heart is. That’s where I want to be. If we are tied at the pillar or if we are feeling an immense joy, our heart is with Jesus, whatever it is, it is the will of God that we want because we want God.

                The Crowing with Thorns

                1. Matthew 27: 27-31

Then the governor’s soldiers took Jesus with them into the Praetorium and collected the whole cohort round him. And they stripped him and put a scarlet cloak round him, and having twisted some thorns into a crown they put this on his head and placed a reed in his right hand. To make fun of him they knelt to him saying, ‘Hail, king of the Jews!’ And they spat on him and took the reed and struck him on the head with it. And when they had finished making fun of him, they took off the cloak and dressed him in his own clothes and led him away to crucifixion.

                2. From Blue Book 15 by Rita Ring

From the Rosary of June 22, 1997 The Crowning with Thorns (excerpt)

2. R. How are we bearing the cross that He gives to us? And how are we wearing the crown that He gives to us? For we are walking in His bloody footprints and why we think that if we are doing His work that it would not be a trial and a struggle many times. Jesus struggled on this earth. We look at His life and see Him walk with a crown on His head and His cross on His back. We see them spit at Him, mock Him and laugh at Him and it is hard, it is so hard that I cannot even sometimes understand how I can make it any different. But it is hard to deal with one another in this intimate relationship that we have with one another. And the devil knows this and the devil wants to divide us to stop the work that we are doing. We see that the Father allowed Jesus to suffer and to die but it was through His life, death and resurrection that we share in His life.

3. R. This new era is characterized by what things? First of all, it will be everyone complying to the will of the Father. Secondly, it will be intimacy, deep intimacy in love relationships between all of us, between God and us. This is not how it is this day. People are not connected as they should be, the one holy, happy family. “The time is nigh”, Mary says. And the King, the Sacred Heart of Jesus, will Reign on His throne. And it depends on what we do in the Shepherds of Christ Movement that will help bring this about. The world is not like us. The world is disobedient in many cases. This is why He is saying that when it reaches the peak of pain He will pour down the antidote in these revelations. He is giving us the antidote for what is wrong. And the people are looking at us and they are saying, “you’re the poison, you’re the one that’s wrong.” But we know we’re not. We know how important the Eucharist truly is. How Jesus wants to be loved in the Eucharist. We know how important it is that we are praying for holy priests, that we are praying for the renewal of the Church and the world. These are the things that the people are objecting to, that we are spreading the rosary, that we are talking about this when many people do not even know how to pray the rosary.

                3. From Blue Book 15 by Rita Ring

From the Rosary of June 22, 1997 The Crowning with Thorns (excerpt)

3. R. ... But Mary says we must pray the rosary. And so we’re in the boat and it is rocking, they try to tip the boat because satan does not want us doing what we are doing. We can say because of our lack of faith, “God, are You going to help us because we are going to drown?” Jesus is telling us today that He is helping us, that this is His Movement, that He is behind us l00% and that if we get afraid and we run the other way, there is going to be millions of souls that will be affected. Did you say millions? Yes, I did, because we are the core group, the center of this Movement. And it is spreading out and the people that should be answering His call are not answering His call. Majorly, if someone does not spend the time in front of the tabernacle, the devil works on them until they get involved in many other things. We need help so bad out here to do what He is asking us to do. And a lot of people are not doing what He is asking them to do that should be helping us. But I was told yesterday something really important. It is obedience that He wants. Those that remain will be dealt with accordingly. No one will exist doing their will. This is His plan to lead the strayed ones in the Church and the world into one. Anyone having their own plan will not stay in the Movement. I will give you the grace to deal with all of this. Willfulness will be dealt with. Those who have opposed you in the past are suffering tremendous interior suffering. They are trying to fight the will of God.

Those at Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center who have persisted in their own wills and disobeyed to the bitter end despite the warnings will suffer immense interior sufferings. They are fighting the plan of God. It pleases the Father when you obey, when you pray the hourly prayers and follow the messages. The moon will turn to blood and you will be protected by the Blood of the Lamb.

                4. From Blue Book 15 by Rita Ring

From the Rosary of June 22, 1997 The Crowning with Thorns (excerpt)

3. Jesus: You are being dressed in My Blood at the appointed hours of 3, 6, 9 and 12. I am requesting you make a tape of the Morning Offering. Do not be afraid, I will protect you with My Blood. Acts of obedience please the Father. You are against a willful world and some priests have been neglectful of the authority in the Church. Man is reconciled to God through the Blood of the Lamb shed for man’s sins. Oh, night greatly blessed, you will know a time of terror and a time of joy for you will know that I am God, I will have no gods before Me. I have made a covenant with man and man has broken this covenant. You will suffer a fate for the deeds. This Movement will be one in the Father’s will. You must be obedient to the directions given, to bring about the Reign of My Sacred Heart.

                5. From Blue Book 15 by Rita Ring

From the Rosary of June 22, 1997 The Crowning with Thorns (excerpt)

3. R. Jesus says that the Father looks to the earth when we are doing these hourly prayers and that when we do them He is greatly pleased because He knows the little family that He has called, which is the Shepherds of Christ Movement, to lead all into one flock, is doing His will. And this pleases Him greatly and He will give us great favors in helping us to spread the movement when we do what He is asking us to do.

                6. They mocked Jesus –
                    spit on Him and
                    pounded thorns into His
                        Head.

                7. From Blue Book 15 by Rita Ring

From the Rosary of June 22, 1997 The Crucifixion (excerpt)

Jesus: I am God, I will calm the storm. Why are you afraid? It is My Might. It is My Movement. You are My beloved ones, My apostles. I am teaching you My way, this day. I am teaching you to be the strong apostles, the strong ones that I have called that will carry out this Movement.

                8. From Blue Book 15 by Rita Ring

From the Rosary of June 22, 1997 The Crucifixion continues (excerpt)

Jesus: ... And as you are learning, you are suffering and you are being tested and tried in fire. Do not give up your post for what you do will affect the lives of millions of souls. I am well pleased with the work that you have put forth. I am asking you to come to Me and to help Me to spread My love so that My kingdom will come with the greatest love to this earth.

                9. June 26, 1995 - The Pain - Naples, Florida

R. He spread His arms, He gave His all, Jesus, the Son of God, the greatest sacrifice, He gave Himself entirely for the good of all men. He opened His arms, He died on the cross.

His arms were covered with blood, His arms so weak and filled with pain, wounded. His arms, the pain shot up His arms and the final blow to each arm a nail through each precious hand.

All the agony He experienced, all the pain, and the crown, to each arm, a nail hammered into the hand.

All the nerves cut and severed by the nail, the pain shooting up His precious arms, the final blow given to His most precious members.

                10. June 26, 1995 - The Pain - Naples, Florida continues

The legs that carried Him, that carried the heavy cross, the legs that were forced and cajoled, that continues to Calvary - the legs weakened, skinned, bleeding, beaten, burned, the legs that knew patience and perseverance, the legs connected to a sore foot that was rubbed and gashed and bleeding, the members of Jesus, filled with such pain and exhaustion, now is crowned with the final glory. The nail that was driven into the foot, the pain shot up this already weakened leg, covered with blood and wounds and pain, the final blow, the nerves severed by the hammered nail.

A blow to each hand, a blow to each foot, a blow to the head, a stamping that pressed down and continued in excruciating pain.

Jesus: They numbered all My bones. They gave Me vinegar and gall to drink. They gave Me a cloth to wipe My blood-covered flesh.

What did they give to Me? Love is giving, My dear ones. How many of you are wounded when you are not given things by your brothers you love?

My members were in such pain, the pain shot up My arms. My legs were so weak I could scarce move them. I was filled with pain within them.

To all who watched, they saw a man, weakened and covered with blood and wounds. They did not see the pain inside that shot up My legs and arms, the nerves inside My body that sent signals of deep pain to My central nervous system. They did not see the nerves inside sending pain signals everywhere.

The final blow being to each hand and foot, the severing of My nerves by the blunt and rusted nails.

An arm extended. A final blow. I beheld a nail pounded into My hand and the pain shot up My arms, unbearable to a human mind.

Do you know of the pain within My body? Signals sending messages of deep pain everywhere. I knew all of these sufferings in the garden. So great were the sufferings to My mind, I sweat blood.

My flesh was covered with wounds. My arms were stretched from their sockets. My body was beaten and bleeding, every inch of My body covered with deep wounds. But, My loved ones, you miss the depth of My love. My wounds were so deep, but the final wound, the pounding of the nails in My hands and feet, a severing of the nerves, an ending of the deepest pain, to experience even deeper pain, beyond your human comprehension, it was done to the Almighty God, a Divine Person, I suffered the final blow to each member.

                The Carrying of the Cross

                1. June 26, 1995 - The Pain - Naples, Florida continues

Jesus: The pounding in the hands and feet, the crown to each member, and they numbered all My bones. My nerves a network of pain running throughout My entire body.

The pain within the body, the pain recorded in My loving head, the pain sent by a network of nerves in My body, now records the final blows, the nails in the hands and feet, the pain being recorded from every thorn that pierced My skull, every gash to My body, the pain, the pain, the pain - a network of signals and pain, running through My body and the final hour, the pains recorded on the cross, arms outstretched - a surrendering to all pain. I surrendered to a body laden with pain.

You focus on your little problems, your little aches and pains. You discuss them and show the world your pin pricks and sufferings.

                2. June 26, 1995 - The Pain - Naples, Florida continues

Jesus: Do you want to know holiness and love? They gave Me vinegar mixed with gall. This was their offering. They gave Me a cross. They crowned My head with a crown of thorns.

This, My dear ones, is suffering, My beloved souls, I gave My life for and this is their return.

A severing of My nerves, the final blows to all the aches and pains recorded in My nervous system. This was one of the final blows - the rusted nails pounded into My hands.

You will feel little aches and pains in your hands and feet to remind you of this message. Your understanding of the immense pain within will deepen. What was visible to the eye on My battered body was nothing compared to the pains within. I gave My all. I gave My insides, My mind, My Heart, wounded for the love of men.

                3. June 26, 1995 - The Pain - Naples, Florida continues

Jesus: All functions in the body were stopped.

The final curtain, blood and water pouring out from My Heart, show that all functions of the body had ended.

R. All signals that carried messages of immense pain had ended, the final act of surrender for God to die to this human body and surrender His flesh.

Jesus: And end, a beginning, the water and blood flowed from My Heart, the beginning of My life in the Church, life flowing into your spirit.

R. Come give me life, abundant life. I thirst to be with Thee.

                4. June 26, 1995 - The Pain - Naples, Florida continues

Jesus: My blood was spent. My human flesh and blood offered as the sacrifice, the sacrifice of Calvary is now made present at every Mass.

An end, a beginning, and the grace and life flow through the sacraments in the Church. My life flows to you in the Mass. Mary, the Mediatrix of all grace, stands by the side of the altar and the grace flows from the Father, through My body offered up as a sacrifice in the Holy Spirit, given through the Mothership of Mary to you in the Church.

You stand under the cross with My Mother and you receive the gift given, My Body, My Blood.

                5. June 26, 1995 - The Pain - Naples, Florida continues

R. Man is reconciled with the Father through the Divine Person, Jesus Christ, and you receive His life poured out to you as Calvary is made present in the unbloody sacrifice of Jesus Christ.

Do you feel the graces poured out to you at this sacrifice of the Son of God at every Mass? Do you feel the presence of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit and Mary, all the angels and saints, and the souls in purgatory? Do you feel united as one at the sacrifice of Calvary sacramentally made present upon the altar through the priest? The priest who now puts on Christ and through Him the dispenser of this life given to man.

                6. June 26, 1995 - The Pain - Naples, Florida continues

Jesus: Oh, My beloved ones, love so dearly your priest. Give him such reverence. He is the chosen instrument of God and you treat him with such ordinariness. You are so blind and so dumb in your ways.

And they numbered all My bones. Each nerve carrying a message of My love of mankind, each member in My Church carrying a special message, all united as one working in harmony according to the Father's will, each carrying a message of love to one another.

The body is many members, you are the messengers of My love. Christ is the head. The message does not flow as it should when some are cut off from the Head.

They nailed My hands and feet and My nerves were severed by the nails, such pain, undescribable in words, the severing of My nerves from the body, the severing of many members from the body of Christ.

                7. June 26, 1995 - The Pain - Naples, Florida continues

Jesus: My Body given for all on the cross, the network of nerves within carrying the messages of My love to all mankind. My body covered on the outside with blood and wounded, the pain recorded within.

Your Church, covered with blood on the outside, the slaughter of innocent babies, the homosexuality, the sins of the flesh, the members that have severed themselves from the source by their sins, but the pain is carried in the nerves inside. The blood of the Lamb shed for each and every soul, the real pain carried within. The life is weakened in your Church because the love of God is so weak in many members. The messages of love are not being transmitted as they should be. Your body shows the wounds, but your pain within is the root of the problems. The pain is from the messages of love that are not being transmitted.

Unless you seek to fill your priests and sisters with the fire of God's love, fill their hearts with burning love for God, your Church will continue to show the marks of the blood shed without. I give to you these letters as a mighty medicine for this world, directed to make men's hearts burn with love of God and love of one another. The rosaries are meditations and messages given from the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.

                8. June 26, 1995 - The Pain - Naples, Florida continues

Jesus: These messages will make men's hearts burn with fire for love of God.

You have ignored the importance of these letters.

I send to you the mighty medicine to heal a hurting world.

My priests and religious need these messages. The love of God will be transmitted to the Church from these messages when you circulate these letters.

The devil has blocked the minds of men involved in these messages because of their importance to the world and the Church.

I am speaking to you Fr. Carter to help to get these messages published and circulated as soon as possible. I give to you a mighty medicine for a sick world.

Read St. Thomas Aquinas about the medicine for the sick Church.

                9. June 26, 1995 - The Pain - Naples, Florida continues

Jesus: You know what these messages have done for you. I am Jesus. I give to you the mighty medicine for a sick world, for a sick Church, rosaries and letters from the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.

Your Church shows the wounds of bloodshed, abortion, homosexuality, sins of the flesh, murder of little children's minds with sex education in Catholic schools and you hold back the gifts of God's love I am giving to the Church and this world.

My arms were weak and wounded but the final blow as the nail put in My hand. It severed the nerves.

The final blow is the bloodshed in the Church, the slaughtering of children's minds in Catholic schools. My children are pure and innocent. They are not being taught messages of God's love, they are being taught messages of sick sex and coldness.

Men's hearts have turned cold. They have been severed from the life of the body. The body is decaying from within. Only with the love of God enkindled in men's hearts will this bloodshed stop.

                10.June 26, 1995 - The Pain - Naples, Florida continues

Jesus: I beg you to publish and circulate these messages in the Church. I am Jesus. I am giving you the mighty medicine for the world. Your body wears the marks of the bloodshed, only with messages of My on-fire love will it stop.

Mary leads you to Jesus. Never is she the end. The Father has a plan. Mary's messages have led men and will lead men to Jesus. Satan has tried to stop all efforts to publish and circulate these messages. I am the Almighty God. The funds will come when you circulate and publish these messages and rosaries under the Shepherds of Christ Publishing. I am working with Fr. Carter and Rita as messenger to renew the Church and the world. Each messenger has a very vital role in the Father's plan. The significance of these messages are being overlooked. You are not studying the messages as a whole and their content. There are five unpublished Blue Books and more than four Rosary Books which I and My Mother have given to this world in the last 14 months. I have also given 15 songs of My love. I am begging you to see to the recording and publishing of this music. I beg you to listen. This is the mighty medicine for the Church and the world to draw men to the burning love of Jesus. Please harken to My call. I will send you the money. You must study and read these messages. This is a fulfillment of Fatima - these messages were given to bring priests to the burning love of Jesus. I am Jesus, your beloved Savior.

                The Crucifixion

                1. Mark 15: 24-38

When the sixth hour came there was darkness over the whole land until the ninth hour. And at the ninth hour Jesus cried out in a loud voice, ‘Eloi, eloi, lama sabachthani?’ which means, ‘My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?’ When some of those who stood by heard this, they said, ‘Listen, he is calling on Elijah.’ Someone ran and soaked a sponge in vinegar and, putting it on a reed, gave it to him to drink saying, ‘Wait! And see if Elijah will come to take him down.’ But Jesus gave a loud cry and breathed his last. And the veil of the Sanctuary was torn in two from top to bottom.

                2. Mary's Message - from the Rosary of August 27, 1996

Mary:  I stood beneath the cross of my Son, and my Heart was in such pain for I saw Him before my eyes. I saw Him covered with blood. I saw Him die. My Heart, my children, my Heart to watch my Son, but my Heart, my Heart, how I suffered for my little children of the world that give in to this world and give up the love of my Son. O my little children of light, I give you this message. Carry this light into the darkness for your Mother Mary, for I stood beneath the cross and I cried. I cried for the little ones. I cried for the young ones, the ones that do not care and will lose their souls. How do I make you see for you will not listen to me? What can I do? I come. I appear. I beg. I plead. I give you these gifts from my Son, and you reject me. I do not deliver messages very often anymore for I have been ignored. The message is the same. You do not read the messages I have given to you. Please help me. Help the little children. I appear. I appear. I appear, and I am ignored. I stood beneath the cross, and I cried. I cried, and my Heart was in such anguish for my little children, for I am searching for them this day as I searched for the Child Jesus. Please, please help me. I cannot hold back the hand of my Son any longer. I am Mary, your Mother. I ask you to help my children. You are my children of light. end of Mary's Message

                10. May 13, 1993 - Cling to Me

Jesus: My dear child, if you stay close to Me, then I live in you and you live in Me. I am He Who created you and I love you with such an intensity that you will never know. My words are your truth. You must abide in My heart in all things. There is no room for doubt. My ways are steadfast, direct, and without error.

You must stay rooted in Me to ward off the power of the evil one. His grip is paralyzing and crippling. His power is stronger every day.

When you live in Me, I am in your heart and he has no power over Me. I am your God. I am your true lover. I want to protect you. I want to guard you from this force. Stay rooted firmly in Me and he will have no power.

I am He Who comforts you. My hand is upon you. Hold tight to Me, My child. My eyes are fixed right on you. You are My most precious child. I love you as no other can. My arms are about you. My tenderness surrounds you. My love is in your heart. You go not alone. I walk with you.

I share every aspect of your life with you. Cling to Me, feel My presence. It is warm and secure within your chest. There is no room for fear, for I cast out fear and bring you comfort and joy. end of May 13, 1993

$ 10.00

Guiding Light homily series — Reflect on the Word — Cycle B     The Word leaves an impression on our souls. In my thoughts and reflections are born a more tangible understanding of these eternal concepts presented in the Gospels and the readings. Anyone can read a sentence, but not anyone can absorb it's true meaning. Truth, in this day and age, is almost a matter of opinion or individual entitlement. We believe that Christ's truth is our Roman Catholic Church. We, as priests, champion it's teachings; we are ambassadors for the Pope and Christ to those faces looking at us. We are the light by which our congregation reads to reflect upon real truth and we do it hand in hand. $10

Guiding Light - Steadfast to the Son
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle A of the Litugical Year
$ 10.00

Guiding Light homily series — Steadfast to the Son — Cycle A    The sunflower is a great example of how we should be steadfastly guided by light. What a powerful thought that this exceptional plant is not stuck in one pose day in and day out, yet adaptable and magnetized to the sun. We feel the same about our Son. Our heads turns to face Christ as each day presents its challenges to find light. We join together like plants in a field and soak up the Son through the pulpit. We are a warm circle of strength using the wind of our breath to carry our priests' words, Christ's words, to new rich soil. $10

Guiding Light - Focusing on the Word
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Litugical Year
$ 10.00

Guiding Light — Focusing on the Word — Cycle B    At times we may feel that our path to Christ is a bit "out of focus". Like the disciples in the Book of Mark, this ordinary life clouds our vision of Christ's Divinity. We may doubt the practicality or possibility of applying His teachings and example to our modern life. Cycle B's homilies are a "guiding light" to help us realize Jesus' Messianic greatness and His promise of better things to come. $10

Guiding Light - Feed My Soul
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle C of the Litugical Year
$ 10.00

Guiding Light — Feed My Soul — Cycle C    In a world rapidly advancing and encouraging personal gain, we are faced with modern problems. There is a challenge to find time in our busy schedules for Sunday Mass or a family meal. We are able to research, shop, bank and even work without hearing one human voice. It is no wonder that we may often feel disconnected and famished at our week's end. In Fr. Joe's third book of homilies from Cycle C, we are reminded of the charity that Christ intended us to show each other. We have a calling to turn the other cheek and be the Good Samaritan to others. We are rewarded with the Father's kingdom and love when we are not worthy. We are not left alone or hungry. $10
