I do this in the name of Jesus in as far as I am able, united to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, praying to the Father, in the Holy Spirit, with all the angels and saints and the souls in purgatory through the powerful intercession of Mary, Queen of Peace. Amen.
I further consecrate myself, all members of my family and ask the Holy Spirit to fill us. I spread the Blood of Jesus on all above, I cast the devil into hell away from all of us and consecrate all persons, in as far as I am able, to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart.
Prayer for Grace for Election and our Country
Dear Father united to Jesus in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the Sacrifice of Calvary sacramentally made present, celebrated around the world, in the Holy Spirit. We offer up all we do united to the Mass. Please help us. We further pray for unity to always do the will of God in love. We spread the Blood of Jesus on the leaders and people of the United States and cast the devil into hell. We consecrate our country to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart and all our dioceses, and beg for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit. God help us. We pray for our families, the priests, the Church and the world. In the Name of Jesus please hear us, we pray. We pray for our president and leaders. Happy 4th!!
June 28, 2024
R. Mary has appeared asking us to pray
for her
children.
Mary loves her children so much.
Mary gives us the rosary to pray.
Many souls are baptized and do not go to Church.
Many children are not even baptized.
Mary appears to tell us to spread the Good News.
God the Father created us to help build the
Kingdom of God.
Someone prayed for us.
We have been called by Jesus to be witnesses
and spread the Good News.
Here is a message Jesus gave to Fr. Carter,
July 31, 1994 and Prayers to pray for the
priests,
the Church and the world.
July 31, 1994
Words of Jesus to Members of Shepherds of Christ Associates:
"My beloved priest-companion, I intend to use the priestly newsletter, Shepherds of Christ, and the movement, Shepherds of Christ Associates, in a powerful way for the renewal of My Church and the world.
"I will use the newsletter and the chapters of Shepherds of Christ Associates as a powerful instrument for spreading devotion to My Heart and My Mother's Heart.
"I am calling many to become members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. To all of them I will give great blessings. I will use them as instruments to help bring about the triumph of the Immaculate Heart and the reign of My Sacred Heart. I will give great graces to the members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. I will call them to be deeply united to My Heart and to Mary's Heart as I lead them ever closer to My Father in the Holy Spirit."
- Message from Jesus to Father Edward J. Carter, S.J., Founder, as given on July 31, 1994,
feast of Saint Ignatius Loyola, Founder of the Society of Jesus (The Jesuits)
R. Dear Friend please hear the call of
the
Sacred Heart of Jesus to Fr. Carter and all
of us.
We are printing Fr. Joe’s homily book now
for the hierarchy and priests. This is our
Priestly Newsletter.
It will be finished July 10th and we will send
to the priests and hierarchy (over 25,000).
Please pray for us and help us with your
donations.
Let’s spread the Good News and pray as
Jesus asked Fr. Carter 30 years ago.
God is all powerful, He promised to help
us if we pray for the priests, the Church and
the world with these prayers He gave Fr. Carter.
R. Please dear Holy Spirit possess
our hearts
with love.
Our hearts were created for love. Our true
treasure is in love of God, others and ourselves
in our hearts.
Where our hearts are that is where our treasure
lies.
Jesus called Fr. Carter to spread the Priestly
writing to the priests and hierarchy,
and pray these prayers centered in devotion to
the two Hearts for the priests, the Church and
the world -
On the Feast of St. Ignatius July 31, 2024, it
will be for 30 years, we have sent Fr. Carter's
writings, and Fr. Joe's books for these years -
still going strong.
Mary appeared in Clearwater 7 and 1/2 years
and her image head was destroyed 20 years ago.
We need these prayers for the priests, the
Church and the world, giving devotion to Mary's
Immaculate Heart and Jesus' Sacred Heart.
Please help us by praying and sending Fr. Joe's
book with the prayers and Good News.
What can help the most?
Grace being outpoured from priests celebrating
Mass and the sacraments.
Without the priest we would not have the
Eucharist.
Please help us.
Please answer Jesus' call to Fr. Carter 30 years
ago
July 31, 1994.
Don’t you love this?
Melanie, Mary & Fr. Carter
R. Life is about learning to love.
With love comes sacrifice, going out to
meet the one loved.
Jesus showed us He emptied Himself.
Jesus laid down His life for us, His friends.
So we lay down our lives in loving God, in
sacrifice, offering ourselves as a sacrifice,
an offering united to the Mass.
Giving of ourselves in loving and helping
each other.
Love isn’t love until you give it away.
Jesus showed us this, did He not?
In loving we are most like Jesus and there
is joy.
God’s beauty in nature is all around us.
There is beauty in the skies, the waters, the
stars.
We are surrounded by God’s gifts, the
uniqueness of it all.
This is our path we walk down here and we
see the gifts of the Lord, or we can be caught
up in so much and miss it all or much of it.
What do we miss in our lives, on our path?
Our Lady of Clearwater
Thank you, Jesus!!
Jesus:
Keep your eyes on what is above!!
God is Almighty!
God waters the earth.
Thank You dear God for another day, such a
gift.
God paints the sky before bed
On my street.
Thank You, God!!!
Mary is Mother of the Roses.
Mary knew beauty, love and suffering.
Mary did the will of God if she was asked
to carry a pebble or a boulder.
Mary is Mother of the Eucharist.
Mary Mother of Jesus, our Mother,
take us to your Immaculate Heart and
then place us in Jesus’ Sacred Heart. Amen.
We love you, Mary.
Jesus’ love is forever.
Jesus’ love is eternal.
Jesus’ love is infinite .
Novena to the Infant of Prague
O Jesus, who said, "Ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be opened to you," through the intercession of Mary, Your most holy Mother, I knock, I seek, I ask that my prayer be granted.
O Jesus, who said, "All that you ask of the Father in My Name He will grant you," through the intercession of Mary, Your most holy Mother, I humbly and urgently ask Your Father in Your Name that my prayer be granted.O Jesus, who said, "Heaven and earth shall pass away, but My word shall not pass," through the intercession of Mary, Your most holy Mother, I feel confident that my prayer will be granted.
The
mystical process is one in which
God more and more takes possession
of the soul. The person becomes
increasingly docile to the workings
of the Holy Spirit.
Fr. Carter with Sophie and Doris
We just need to obey God.
R. Jesus leads us on the path of life. Do
we see all God’s beauty along the way.
Are our spiritual hearts open to the
fruits of the Holy Spirit?
Are we open and feed our soul in gratitude
for all the beauty and gifts God gives us.
For the beauty of the earth…
Beauty on our path we thank God for.
Even the plain things in nature are
beautiful
when seen a gift on our path from God.
Doesn’t Mary look real?
Luke 12: 49-50
'I have come to bring fire to the earth, and how I wish it were blazing already! There is a baptism I must still receive, and what constraint I am under until it is completed!
So sweet!!
R. Look at this flair.
Everything is a unique picture. No 2 leaves
are the same.
So too, with the way God created us, each
with a special unique calling on our path
and a unique contribution to make in loving
and serving in the building of God’s Kingdom
according to our heavenly Father’s Plan.
It is, we are all so beautiful, created by God!

Dear Holy Spirit infuse in my intellect
wisdom, knowledge and understanding.
Counsel me Holy Spirit from the mind of
God.
Help me, dear Holy Spirit to know the loving
embrace of God all the days of my life.
I turn to You. Amen.
When I find doing God's desire for my life
difficult give me the gift of fortitude, dear
Holy Spirit.
Sanctify my heart to act purely for the
honor and glory of God.
I may be willing, but I need Your gift to
give me courage to act as You desire.
Help me to know and love the heavenly
Father's will for me and to do it in love
for the honor and glory of God.

in love for God in my heart.

God is the Creator.
Help me to be patient and strong and
persevere in my life until I rest with Thee
forever in heaven.
Please Holy Spirit give me the gift of fear
of God that I do not offend you in sins
of unloving ways against God.
You are so good and deserving of all my
love.
I worship You and love You -
Help my interior disposition at Mass to be
that of purity in pleasing the Heavenly
Father, in my offering united to Jesus in
the Mass.
Dear Holy Spirit please help me in the gift
of piety to do that which please my Heavenly
Father with the tenderness as His little child.
Thank you God for all You give to me.
I pray this "All for the honor and Glory of
God". Amen.
Matthew 22: 36-40
'Master, which is the greatest commandment of the Law?' Jesus said to him, 'You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and the first commandment. The second resembles it: You must love your neighbour as yourself. On these two commandments hang the whole Law, and the Prophets too.'
Dear Holy Spirit, strengthen our will and
move like a Divine breath in our soul, to
be docile sons and daughters of our
Heavenly Father. Amen.
Alleluia.

Mysteries of Light
The Baptism of Jesus
1. Mark 1: 9-11It was at this time that Jesus came from Nazareth in Galilee and was baptised in the Jordan by John. And at once, as he was coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens torn apart and the Spirit, like a dove, descending on him. And a voice came from heaven, ‘You are my Son, the Beloved; my favour rests on you.’
2. Jesus: The
Father has a Plan.
He created us because He loves us
and wants us in heaven with
Him
one day.
3. Jesus: You have a free will to obey
My
Father’s will and live in love or
do your own
will and be unloving.
4. The Baptism of John the Baptist
was a Baptism
of Repentance.
5. Jesus: I am the Good Shepherd, I
laid
down My life for My Flock.
6. Jesus: The hired man sees the
wolf
coming and runs away.
7. Jesus: I am the Good Shepherd I
know
Mine and Mine know Me.
8. The voice of the Father was heard,
“This is
My beloved Son in whom
I am well pleased.”
9. The sky was thrown open and the
Holy Spirit
was seen in the form
of a dove.
10. Dear God:
Life is so fragile. We live the life,
death and resurrection
of Jesus in
our lives.
You are our Creator, God.
We are Your creatures.
Help us to die to those ways in our
lives not
like Jesus, so we can rise in
Him.
God, please help me to do Your will
in love.
Help me to live virtuously and to
discipline my
will to follow Your will.
I am sorry for my sins of rebellion
doing my own
will.
Amen.
God is a God of miracles.
Miracles are normal to God.
We receive the supernatural virtues of
faith,
hope and love in baptism.
The Marriage at
Cana
1.
John
2: 1-10
On the third day there was a wedding at Cana in Galilee. The mother of Jesus was there, and Jesus and his disciples had also been invited. And they ran out of wine, since the wine provided for the feast had all been used, and the mother of Jesus said to him, ‘They have no wine.’ Jesus said, ‘Woman, what do you want from me? My hour has not come yet.’ His mother said to the servants, ‘Do whatever he tells you.’ There were six stone water jars standing there, meant for the ablutions that are customary among the Jews: each could hold twenty or thirty gallons. Jesus said to the servants, ‘Fill the jars with water,’ and they filled them to the brim. Then he said to them, ‘Draw some out now and take it to the president of the feast.’ They did this; the president tasted the water, and it had turned into wine. Having no idea where it came from—though the servants who had drawn the water knew—the president of the feast called the bridegroom and said, ‘Everyone serves good wine first and the worse wine when the guests are well wined; but you have kept the best wine till now.’
2. Eve disobeyed
God, she wanted to
be equal to God.
3. Jesus in the marriage of Cana referred
to
Mary as "woman".
Mary is the "New Eve"
4. Mary is the perfect handmaid of the
Lord.
5. Water was turned into wine at the
wedding of Cana.
6. In the Mass, bread and wine is changed
into
the Body and Blood of Jesus.
7. This is a miracle.
8. At the foot of the cross on Calvary,
Jesus
referred to Mary as "woman"
as He gave us Mary
for our spiritual
Mother.
9. Jesus is the "New Adam" and Mary
is the "New
Eve”.
10. Prayer is love.
Mary has powerful intercession.
Building the
Kingdom of God
1. John
18: 36-37
Jesus replied, ‘Mine is not a kingdom of this world; if my kingdom were of this world, my men would have fought to prevent my being surrendered to the Jews. As it is, my kingdom does not belong here.’ Pilate said, ‘So, then you are a king?’ Jesus answered, ‘It is you who say that I am a king. I was born for this, I came into the world for this, to bear witness to the truth; and all who are on the side of truth listen to my voice.’
2. God is love, to
build the Kingdom of
God is to build the Kingdom
of love.
3. Love gives for the good of the other.
4. Building the Kingdom of God has to
be
dependent on God, the focus is
on God and God’s
will.
5. God calls us in our vocation to spread
the
Good News - the Good News is
about God.
6. We were created to know, love and
serve God
and thereby attain our
eternal salvation.
7. God created us in love, He is the
Creator, we
are the creatures.
8. The first commandment tells us God
must be
first.
9. The greatest commandment is this:
Matthew 22: 36-40
'Master, which is the greatest commandment of the Law?' Jesus said to him, 'You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and the first commandment. The second resembles it: You must love your neighbour as yourself. On these two commandments hang the whole Law, and the Prophets too.'
10. Jesus: Oh
precious one, spread the
Good News of the love
of My Sacred
Heart.
I am love. I am the New Adam and
Mary is the New
Eve.
Eve disobeyed God. Eve wanted to be
equal to
God.
A person living to help others and
building My
Kingdom is obedient to
God. They seek to know
God.
They live a virtuous life. They have
supernatural virtues of faith, hope,
and love.
They are humble and prudent and just.
They live in loving obedience to
My Father’s
will.
They don’t base their lives on their
will, their
focus, they are dying to the
imperfections in
their behavior and
rising above, living in My
image and
likeness, witnessing to God before
others, growing in love.
R. Oh God, I love you so much, thank
You for Your
gifts to me, give me
the grace I need most to be
as You
want me to be.
Prayer for Union with Jesus
Come to me, Lord, and possess my soul. Come into my heart and permeate my soul. Help me to sit in silence with You and let You work in my heart.
I am Yours to possess. I am Yours to use. I want to be selfless and only exist in You. Help me to spoon out all that is me and be an empty vessel ready to be filled by You. Help me to die to myself and live only for You. Use me as You will. Let me never draw my attention back to myself. I only want to operate as You do, dwelling within me.
I am Yours, Lord. I want to have my life in You. I want to do the will of the Father. Give me the strength to put aside the world and let You operate my very being. Help me to act as You desire. Strengthen me against the distractions of the devil to take me from Your work.
When I worry, I have taken my focus off of You and placed it on myself. Help me not to give in to the promptings of others to change what in my heart You are making very clear to me. I worship You, I adore You and I love You. Come and dwell in me now.
-God's Blue Book, January 17, 1994
The
Transfiguration
1.
2 Peter 1:16-19
When we told you about the power and the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, we were not slavishly repeating cleverly invented myths; no, we had seen his majesty with our own eyes. He was honoured and glorified by God the Father, when a voice came to him from the transcendent Glory, This is my Son, the Beloved; he enjoys my favour. We ourselves heard this voice from heaven, when we were with him on the holy mountain.
So we have confirmation of the words of the prophets; and you will be right to pay attention to it as to a lamp for lighting a way through the dark, until the dawn comes and the morning star rises in your minds.
2. Jesus showed the
Apostles Himself
transfigured, they had just seen Jesus
normal before.
3. God has given many signs and
miracles in our
lives.
To those with great faith miracles are
not needed, to those
lacking faith no
sign or miracle is enough.
4. The focus must be on God, some
focus on God
His will and some
focus on themselves
and some reject God and give
themselves the credit.
5. Virtues are good habits that grow
in a person
to make them more like
Jesus.
6. The deadly sins are sins.
They are bad habits.
God calls us to love our brothers.
The deadly sins come from
the
wounded human nature. They are
unloving to
our brothers.
The deadly sins are being unloving
to others.
They are pride, anger, jealousy, envy,
slothfulness, gluttony
and lust.
7. Jesus: I am the way, the truth and the
life.
I am love. You were created to love.
8. John 13: 34-35
I give you a new commandment:
love one another;
you must love one another
just as I have loved you.
It is by your love for one another,
that everyone will recognise you
as my disciples.
9. 1 John 4:20
Anyone who says 'I love God' and hates his brother, is a liar, since whoever does not love the brother whom he can see cannot love God whom he has not seen.
10. Isaiah 53:7-9
Ill–treated and afflicted,
he never opened his mouth,
like a lamb led to the slaughter–house,
like a sheep dumb before its shearers
he never opened his mouth.
Forcibly, after sentence, he was taken.
Which of his contemporaries
was concerned
at his having been cut off
from the land of the living,
at his having been struck dead
for his people's rebellion?
He was given a grave with the wicked,
and his tomb is with the rich,
although he had done no violence,
had spoken no deceit.
The Institution
of the Eucharist
1.
1 Corinthians 11: 23-26
For the tradition I received from the Lord and also handed on to you is that on the night he was betrayed, the Lord Jesus took some bread, and after he had given thanks, he broke it, and he said, 'This is my body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of me.' And in the same way, with the cup after supper, saying, 'This cup is the new covenant in my blood. Whenever you drink it, do this as a memorial of me.' Whenever you eat this bread, then, and drink this cup, you are proclaiming the Lord's death until he comes.
2. Self-denial.
If a person doesn't discipline themselves,
they
can be wild.
God gives us a sharing in His life in
Baptism.
God gives us the commandments to
live by.
We are under God, He is Creator, we
are
creatures, we can't demand we
can do what we
want.
2. Man has unruly passions, a wounded
human
nature,
He must disciple his will and live
by the Law of
God, in love with his
brothers.
3. We see Judas at the Last Supper. Judas
was
loved by Jesus.
Judas was sneaky behind Jesus' back.
Judas betrayed Jesus with a kiss for
30 pieces
of silver.
4. When we discipline our lives, our
virtues
deepen, when we refuse to
obey God and live
willfully and
rebelliously against God's Law, the
virtues run down.
5. We see Peter wasn't perfect, he
denied
Christ, cut off the ear of the
high priest’s
servant.
But Jesus made him the first pope.
6. God offers us forgiveness for our sins
when
we are sorry and confess them.
God is merciful.
The proud person puts themselves
before God.
God wants us to be sorry for our
sins, sin
offends God.
7. The more we realize our dependence
on God,
the more we can grow in
holiness.
8. Justice is a virtue where we give to
God and
others, what is their due.
We have a lifetime to
curb our
unruly passions and to grow more
and
more in the image of God.
Song: I Am a God of Justice
9. When we go to the Eucharist, God
feeds the
life He gives us in
baptism with Himself.
10. A Prayer before the Holy Sacrifice of the
Mass
Let me be a holy sacrifice and unite with God in the sacrament of His greatest love.
I want to be one in Him in this act of love, where He gives Himself to me and I give myself as a sacrifice to Him. Let me be a holy sacrifice as I become one with Him in this my act of greatest love to Him.
Let me unite with Him more, that I may more deeply love Him. May I help make reparation to His adorable Heart and the heart of His Mother, Mary. With greatest love, I offer myself to You and pray that You will accept my sacrifice of greatest love. I give myself to You and unite in Your gift of Yourself to me. Come and possess my soul.
Cleanse me, strengthen me, heal me. Dear Holy Spirit act in the heart of Mary to make me more and more like Jesus.
Father, I offer this my sacrifice, myself united to Jesus in the Holy Spirit to You. Help me to love God more deeply in this act of my greatest love.
Give me the grace to grow in my knowledge, love and service of You and for this to be my greatest participation in the Mass. Give me the greatest graces to love You so deeply in this Mass, You who are so worthy of my love.
-Mass Book, December 27, 1995
Colossians 1:24
It makes me happy to be suffering for you now, and in my own body to make up all the hardships that still have to be undergone by Christ for the sake of his body, the Church,
John 12:24-25
In all truth I tell you,
unless a wheat grain falls into the earth
and dies,
it remains only a single grain;
but if it dies
it yields a rich harvest.
Anyone who loves his life loses it;
anyone who hates his life in this
world will keep it for eternal life.
Romans 6:8
But we believe that, if we died with Christ, then we shall live with him too.
Luke 24:26
Was it not necessary that the Christ should
suffer before entering into his glory?'
R. We should ask God to help us to love
Him deeply.
John 10:10
The thief comes only to steal and kill and
destroy.
I have come so that they may have life and have it to the
full.

Guiding Light homily series — Reflect on the Word — Cycle B The Word leaves an impression on our souls. In my thoughts and reflections are born a more tangible understanding of these eternal concepts presented in the Gospels and the readings. Anyone can read a sentence, but not anyone can absorb it's true meaning. Truth, in this day and age, is almost a matter of opinion or individual entitlement. We believe that Christ's truth is our Roman Catholic Church. We, as priests, champion it's teachings; we are ambassadors for the Pope and Christ to those faces looking at us. We are the light by which our congregation reads to reflect upon real truth and we do it hand in hand. $10 |
Guiding Light homily series — Steadfast to the Son — Cycle A The sunflower is a great example of how we should be steadfastly guided by light. What a powerful thought that this exceptional plant is not stuck in one pose day in and day out, yet adaptable and magnetized to the sun. We feel the same about our Son. Our heads turns to face Christ as each day presents its challenges to find light. We join together like plants in a field and soak up the Son through the pulpit. We are a warm circle of strength using the wind of our breath to carry our priests' words, Christ's words, to new rich soil. $10 |
Guiding Light — Focusing on the Word — Cycle B At times we may feel that our path to Christ is a bit "out of focus". Like the disciples in the Book of Mark, this ordinary life clouds our vision of Christ's Divinity. We may doubt the practicality or possibility of applying His teachings and example to our modern life. Cycle B's homilies are a "guiding light" to help us realize Jesus' Messianic greatness and His promise of better things to come. $10 |
Guiding Light — Feed My Soul — Cycle C In a world rapidly advancing and encouraging personal gain, we are faced with modern problems. There is a challenge to find time in our busy schedules for Sunday Mass or a family meal. We are able to research, shop, bank and even work without hearing one human voice. It is no wonder that we may often feel disconnected and famished at our week's end. In Fr. Joe's third book of homilies from Cycle C, we are reminded of the charity that Christ intended us to show each other. We have a calling to turn the other cheek and be the Good Samaritan to others. We are rewarded with the Father's kingdom and love when we are not worthy. We are not left alone or hungry. $10 |
