Readings Today
1 Timothy 6: 13-16
Now, before God, the source of all life, and before Jesus Christ, who witnessed to his noble profession of faith before Pontius Pilate, I charge you to do all that you have been told, with no faults or failures, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ,
who at the due time will be revealed
by God, the blessed and only Ruler of all,
the King of kings and the Lord of lords,
who alone is immortal,
whose home is in inaccessible light,
whom no human being has seen
or is able to see:
to him be honour and everlasting power.
Amen.
Psalm 100: 1-5
Acclaim Yahweh, all the earth,
serve Yahweh with gladness,
come into his presence with songs of joy!Be sure that Yahweh is God,
he made us, we belong to him,
his people, the flock of his sheepfold.Come within his gates giving thanks,
to his courts singing praise,
give thanks to him and bless his name! For Yahweh is good,
his faithful love is everlasting,
his constancy from age to age.
Luke 8: 4-15
With a large crowd gathering and people from every town finding their way to him, he told this parable:
‘A sower went out to sow his seed. Now as he sowed, some fell on the edge of the path and was trampled on; and the birds of the air ate it up. Some seed fell on rock, and when it came up it withered away, having no moisture. Some seed fell in the middle of thorns and the thorns grew with it and choked it. And some seed fell into good soil and grew and produced its crop a hundredfold.’ Saying this he cried, ‘Anyone who has ears for listening should listen!’
His disciples asked him what this parable might mean, and he said, ‘To you is granted to understand the secrets of the kingdom of God; for the rest it remains in parables, so that
they may look but not perceive,
listen but not understand.‘This, then, is what the parable means: the seed is the word of God. Those on the edge of the path are people who have heard it, and then the devil comes and carries away the word from their hearts in case they should believe and be saved. Those on the rock are people who, when they first hear it, welcome the word with joy. But these have no root; they believe for a while, and in time of trial they give up. As for the part that fell into thorns, this is people who have heard, but as they go on their way they are choked by the worries and riches and pleasures of life and never produce any crops. As for the part in the rich soil, this is people with a noble and generous heart who have heard the word and take it to themselves and yield a harvest through their perseverance.
R. St. Paul encourages Timothy to be faithful —
Jesus kept His commitment to the Father —
Timothy is not to follow any whim that comes along —
Be faithful to the teaching St. Paul taught —
God sows the seed and He is generous —
there is more than is needed,
But some falls on thorns — until temptation
comes — they choose the pleasure of
the temptation over the good seed —
We have to do more than hear —
we have to put it in practice —
and bear fruit with the seed —
Jesus is raising us —
When you fall — pick yourself up —
The Mass takes away venial sin —
We are cleaned in the Penitential rite —
Day after day — Jesus is asking
us to be sorry —
to have a good resolution to
not sin again —
to bear great fruit —
Circulate These Messages
October 19, 1993
Jesus: Child, I have longed for and waited for you here. Totally focus on Me and My light beaming into your soul. Put aside Satan and all his prompting to not publish these letters. It is indeed he who drums up doubt. He doesn't want you to know he is there creating all that in your head. Doubt, doubt, doubt!
Do you hear My voice, child? I am talking to you in an audible voice. I want you to write all I tell you, little one. I am truly here in this tabernacle, body and soul. I am with you, little love. Do not get upset and bowed down. You know I have been talking to you for two years. Read your letters. One letter tells you that you couldn't write it. Satan does not want you to spread these messages. I do. Put him in his place. By the Body and Blood of Christ, I cast out Satan and all his evilness and I command him to leave in Jesus' name. Go and begone!
I am your true Jesus, the Savior of this world. I am ever by your side and I am loving you in all your doubts and trials. I never leave you, little one, even for a split second. I love you, in your doubt. Pray for faith and trust in Me. These are two virtues you should ask God to give you. Beg for them. They are gifts. You strengthen your trust in God when you practice trust in the face of adversity. I am your Savior. I am He Who saves you. I protect you from Satan's lies and he has no power over Me or you if you focus on Me and My divine wisdom. I am the God of Jacob and Joseph and all your Fathers and you are never alone. I watch you as I did them and they for all their lives were taken care of, even if they never knew it. You are taken care of, little one, and I want you to know it.
As a child of God, you are cared for by your birth father and birth mother and loved with the greatest love. You are Our child, too, precious, beautiful, full of God's love and you are truly favored. Know your specialness and your dignity. Know your uniqueness. Feel warm and secure in My love and then you will run and not get weary. You will shine like the brightest stars in the darkest night. Your lights are bright lights in the night, but you must be feeling good inside to do this. Satan wants you bowed down. You can't shine when you are bowed down. Shine as a beacon light in the darkest night. Let all who see you praise Him Who is your Father. You are a reflection of Our love for you if you keep yourself holy. Strive to be holy as your heavenly Father. In all things, do that which is the saintly thing. I love you so much, little one. Come and rest in Me.
You are being called by Me to be here. Don't doubt-that is Satan, I tell you. He wants to stop your letters. You are taking messages from Me for your brothers. Listen and write what I tell you. You must get them out, I tell you. You tarry too much. I want My flock to return to Me. Your messages are of My love and My waiting for them. They need to know this. The harvest is ripe. Their hearts are longing for these words that I give to you. You must do your part now. Have no fear. I make you selfless. You are serving Me. You are not doing it for yourself! This is for My honor and glory and for love of your brothers. I don't want any doubts. Do My will, child. Circulate these messages. I am a jealous God and I want My children to return to Me. I have so much to give them. They will be attentive to these letters but you must circulate them now, child. Do not tarry. Do not doubt. That is from the evil one. He wants to stop My letters from reaching My children. I love you and I know I can count on you to do My will. You said you would do My will. This is My will for you. The harvest is ripe. You have the seeds. I provide water and sunlight. They will drink if they are thirsty. They will feed if they turn their hearts to Me. You provide the seeds. I provide everything they need. Many will answer My call through you if you circulate these messages. Come and do My work now! Don't be afraid. Don't even think. This is not trust in Me or faith in Me when you worry and look for proof. My proof is found in reading these messages. You do not have such wisdom. Child, I am God and these messages were written by Me. That is why they are so simple. I love you all so much. Be selfless and obedient. Don't look for proof and answers. I will provide you with all you need to do My work. You must be free in heart. This only comes from total trust in Me. The time is right and the harvest is ready. Go and do your work. Be obedient. I need you to do My work. You are My hands. You are My sower. You are My instrument. You are only as I am in you. Be selfless and unattached to any glory or persecution. You must do My work and remain selfless but steadfast in My love. I beckon you to follow My commands. My love is there. My truth is there. You needn't worry. The harvest is ripe and you are the sower. Do My work, My child. I go in you to reach My children. I love you
Do not get anxious. Get closer to Me. Pray constantly. You must remain in Me in total trust to do this work. I have primed the pump with many letters of trust and faith to you. I have sent you letters about fear. You were prepared for this, My child. Remain only in Me. Every day at least one hour in front of the tabernacle. Don't think. Your proof is in the truth in these letters. Go now and do as I command you to do. I am your strength. I am your power. I am your might. I am all you need.

Shepherds of Christ Meeting
Glorious Mysteries
Feast of SS. Perpetua and Felicity
The Resurrection
1. R. Jesus was locked in the tomb for three days and on the third day, He rose from the dead. Death has no power over Jesus!
2. R. See Jesus in His glorified body! See His gentle eyes! See His body with the wounds in His hands and in His feet! Jesus has truly risen from the dead!
3. Mary Magdalene and some of the others went to the tomb. When they arrived at the tomb, the stone had been rolled back and in His place there was an angel who said: Luke 24: 5 ‘Why look among the dead for someone who is alive?’
4. R. The risen Lord is in our midst this very day. He lives in us, His precious ones!
5. R. Look into the gentle eyes of Jesus. Do we look into the eyes of our brother and see Jesus Who lives within them?
6. R. Do we see the hungry? Do we see the old? Do we ever go to the nursing homes and see those poor souls that are there, loved by Jesus, but so rarely loved by some here. Do we give to those souls a hug? Are we so blind that we do not see Jesus in our brothers? He has said to us that what we do to the least of our brothers, we do unto Him!
7. Luke 24: 5 Terrified, the women bowed their heads to the ground. But the two said to them, ‘Why look among the dead for someone who is alive?’
R. Why do we not see Jesus in the eyes of our brothers?
8. Song: Whatsoever You Do to the Least of My Brothers
9. R. How blind we are that we see only what we want to see. God looks at all His children. He looks at all the precious souls. Jesus knows all the precious souls that He gave His life for. The Father created each and every soul with such love. God lives in us today. Do we see or do we cover our eyes?
10. R. Take the blinders from our eyes that we may see more and more with the vision of God!
Song between decades: Come Holy Spirit, fill our hearts
1. R. Jesus remained with them forty days, appearing to them and breaking bread with them.
2. R. Jesus gave to the apostles the power to baptize and to forgive sins. It is through baptism that we are made children of God and heirs of heaven. We are given a sharing in His Divine life through Baptism. Our God is so good to us that He gives to a priest the power to forgive our sins. Are we blind or do we not see how Jesus is with us today in Church? We are the body of Christ. He is the Head, we are the members. We are all one body in Him. How He loves each and every precious member of His body. Every person is precious to Him.
Song: Whatsoever You Do
3. Luke 24: 50-51 Then he took them out as far as the outskirts of Bethany, and raising his hands he blessed them. Now as he blessed them, he withdrew from them and was carried up to heaven.
John 14:27 Peace I bequeath to you, my own peace I give you, a peace which the world cannot give, this is my gift to you.
4. R. Jesus ascended into Heaven. Think of the apostles in the field below as they watch Jesus ascend into Heaven. They were awestruck! Jesus had told them things would happen, but they did not see and they did not hear. Jesus speaks to us this day through His Word. Jesus gives us His Word. We must pray to the Spirit to open our hearts to hear His Word and let it live in our hearts.
5. R. Out of greatest love for each of us, Jesus remains with us this day in the Eucharist. Jesus is as present in the Eucharist as the day He walked the earth. He is truly present in His Divinity and humanity, Jesus remains waiting for us to come and to be with Him. Our beloved Savior, rose from the dead to give us new life. Jesus gives us His Divine Love. Jesus gives us His Body and Blood every day in the Mass.
6. R. These are truly the glorious mysteries that Jesus rose from the dead and ascended into Heaven and the Holy Spirit descended upon the Apostles.
7. Jesus: Meditate on the mysteries of My life and My Mother's life. I give to you the rosary. I give to you this rosary. My Mother and I are one. Meditate on Our lives and you will realize more and more that We are with you this day. We live in your heart.
8. R. See the consecrated host. See the risen Lord, Jesus Christ, Who remains with us. The Son of God! Jesus is no less present than the day that Mary carried Him in her womb. Jesus calls out to us to come and be close to Him. Look at the consecrated host. Pray to the Spirit to open our eyes for we are truly blind and we do not see.
9. Song: I Love You Jesus
10. R. Jesus died so that we may have life and have it to the full in heaven.
Song: I am the Bread of Life
R.
Jesus remains with us this day in the Eucharist. Who are we that He gives us His Body and His Blood to eat?Song between decades: Come Holy Spirit
The Descent of the Holy Spirit
1. Before Jesus ascended into Heaven, Jesus told the Apostles:
2.
Acts 2: 1-3 When Pentecost day came round, they had all met together, when suddenly there came from heaven a sound as of a violent wind which filled the entire house in which they were sitting; and there appeared to them tongues as of fire; these separated and came to rest on the head of each of them.3. Jesus: Live the mysteries of this rosary in your lives. Pray to the Holy Spirit every day. I beckon you to pray to Him. The Spirit will live within you and lead you to closer union with Me and with the Father. You can not go one day without praying to the Spirit. I beckon all of you to pray to the Spirit to work in your lives. It is so important that you listen to My call.
4. R. They were filled with the Spirit and began to speak in foreign tongues as the Spirit prompted them to do.
5. R. They went out to preach the Gospel and all understood!
6. Jesus: It is through the rosary that you know more and more the oneness between Me and My Mother. You should realize this oneness of Our Two Hearts, this intimacy between Our Two Hearts. The Spirit works to transform you more and more into My image and lead you ever closer to the Father. It is in praying the rosary and meditating on Our lives that you know the unity of My Heart and My Mother's Heart. Whenever you pray the rosary, begin the rosary by praying to the Spirit to lead you into a deep meditation into Our lives. Allow the Spirit to work in your heart so that you may meditate more deeply on the mysteries in the rosary. I am Jesus, Your Savior. I forever want to be so close to you. The rosary is My most powerful tool to help bring you closer to My Most Sacred Heart. I am burning and on fire for love of each of you this day. Please beckon to My call. I am with you in such a special way. You are My soldiers that I will send into battle, to fight the battle, to spread the love of My Heart and My Mother's Heart into this world. Meditate on the mysteries of the rosary as given here. Meditate from your heart. Say each prayer and pray to the Spirit to lead you on your way.
7. R.
Move in our hearts, O Spirit of God! Come alive inside of us so
that we may be filled with the fire of the love of God, so we may know
this vibrancy, this deep burning love, the love of God!
Song: Come Holy Spirit
Jesus: My Heart is burning ever deeper and deeper for
love of you. I long to bring you so close to My Heart. God is love. The
Father, Son and Holy Spirit exist in perfect love. The more you are one
with the Trinity, the more you will unite to others. You must forever
model yourself after the love of the Trinity. I want you to
love your brothers with such deep love. God is love! Love. God loves
you!
8. Jesus: There are Three Persons in one God in the Trinity. I call you to be one. As you become more one, you will know greater peace.
9. Song: One Bread One Body
Jesus: I give you My Body and Blood this day! When you receive Me in the Eucharist, you become more one in Me! When your brothers receive Me in the Eucharist, they become more one in Me! You are so closely united in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass with those who receive My Body and Blood.
10. Jesus: I call you to unity! I call you to love! If you are to unite, there cannot be hatred or anger in your heart. You must rid yourself of the debris in your heart. There is such love between the Father and the Holy Spirit and Me. You must focus on love always. Your hearts must be pure and holy. Rid yourself of anger and hatred toward your brother. I call you today to clean your hearts, to come to Me with a heart that is pure.
Song: Come Holy Ghost
Jesus: I love you! I love you! I love you!
Song between decades: Come Holy Spirit
The Assumption of Mary into Heaven
1. R. Mary remained on the earth many years after Jesus was taken into Heaven.
2. R. Mary loved Jesus so much.
3. R. Mary is one with God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
4. R. Our union in Heaven depends on the union we have with God here on earth. He longs to be close to each one of us. In Heaven we will be united for ever and ever and ever in the deepest union with Him.
5. John 14: 2 In my Father’s house there are many places to live in
Jesus: I long to be closely united to each one of you, My precious souls! Come closer and closer to My Most Sacred Heart for I am waiting for you with My Burning Heart. I beg you this day, take time in your busy lives and come to Me. As you are in your hearts, you will be in this world. As you become one in Me, you will give My love to this world that is hurting. I want to be one with you. I want to be one in you. Come to Me, My precious ones! How I long and am waiting for you to be joined closely to Me!
6. R. Dear Blessed Mary, if we ever lose our way, please lead us back to the Sacred Heart of your beloved Son through your tender Immaculate Heart.
7. R. Our true home is in Heaven!
8. R. All we have to do is walk down the halls of a nursing home to see how very frail we are and how this life is so short. But what awaits he who loves and serves the Lord!
9. Jesus: I call out to you, My Mother calls out to you this day, to come for Our love and to spread this love in the highways and the byways, to the souls that are hurting, the souls that will be lost. I beg you as My soldiers to take this job seriously. Who will I call if you do not answer? My precious chosen ones, I call you to spread My love throughout this world! I am Jesus, your beloved Savior. I died for you! Will you answer My call to love your brothers?
10. Jesus: How many of My precious children are hungry and in pain, are hurting and unloved? Pray to the Spirit to open your eyes to see the world that is before you, to not close your eyes and your hearts, but to open them wide to see what I am calling you to do on this earth. You are here for such a short while and what awaits is eternity for those who love and serve the Lord. I call to you! Will you answer?
Song between decades: Come Holy Spirit.
The Coronation of Mary as Queen of Heaven and Earth
1. R. How Jesus loves His beloved Mother. He wants us ever closer to her, to realize she is with us. Mary walks forever by our side. She mothers us with such maternal love and wants to lead us closer and closer to His love.
2. Revelation 12: 1 And there appeared in the sky a woman clothed as the sun and the moon under her feet and there were twelve stars about her head.
3. Song: Immaculate Mary
4. R. We are so frail! Life is so short, the batting of an eye, the dropping of a pin! Jesus calls to us this day to focus on Him, to realize that life is passing. But what awaits he who loves and serves the Lord!
5. Song: Eye Has Not Seen
6. R. The Father sent His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, the Son of God, into this world so that we might be saved and live for ever in the courts of Heaven.
7. R. God took on a human nature out of greatest love for us. Our God is so good that He wants us forever to live in such celestial bliss with Him in Heaven!
8. Song: May the Angels Lead You Into Paradise
9. R. Jesus wants us holy as saints! Jesus wants us to be His spouse! How is our soul? Is it pure for the marriage of our souls? Jesus longs to be so close to us, to think of Him as our Spouse! Jesus loves us dearly and wants to unite, to be one with us!
10. Song: A Song from Jesus
Song after decade: Come Holy Spirit

This rosary was prayed at the Shepherds of Christ Meeting at the front of the Rosary Chapel.
Readings for Sunday Mass
Isaiah 55: 6-9
Seek out Yahweh
while he is still to be found,
call to him while he is still near.
Let the wicked abandon his way
and the evil one his thoughts.
Let him turn back to Yahweh
who will take pity on him,
to our God, for he is rich in forgiveness;
for my thoughts are not your thoughts
and your ways are not my ways,
declares Yahweh.
For the heavens are as high above earth
as my ways are above your ways,
my thoughts above your thoughts.
Psalm 145: 2-3, 8-9, 17-18
Day after day I shall bless you,
I shall praise your name for ever and ever.
Great is Yahweh and worthy of all praise,
his greatness beyond all reckoning.
Yahweh is tenderness and pity,
slow to anger, full of faithful love.Yahweh is generous to all,
his tenderness embraces all his creatures.Upright in all that he does,
Yahweh acts only in faithful love.
He is close to all who call upon him,
all who call on him from the heart.
Philippians 1:20-24, 27
all in accordance with my most confident hope and trust that I shall never have to admit defeat, but with complete fearlessness I shall go on, so that now, as always, Christ will be glorified in my body, whether by my life or my death. Life to me, of course, is Christ, but then death would be a positive gain. On the other hand again, if to be alive in the body gives me an opportunity for fruitful work, I do not know which I should choose. I am caught in this dilemma: I want to be gone and to be with Christ, and this is by far the stronger desire—and yet for your sake to stay alive in this body is a more urgent need.
But you must always behave in a way that is worthy of the gospel of Christ, so that whether I come to you and see for myself or whether I only hear all about you from a distance, I shall find that you are standing firm and united in spirit, battling, as a team with a single aim, for the faith of the gospel,
Matthew 20: 1-16
‘Now the kingdom of Heaven is like a landowner going out at daybreak to hire workers for his vineyard. He made an agreement with the workers for one denarius a day and sent them to his vineyard. Going out at about the third hour he saw others standing idle in the market place and said to them, "You go to my vineyard too and I will give you a fair wage." So they went. At about the sixth hour and again at about the ninth hour, he went out and did the same. Then at about the eleventh hour he went out and found more men standing around, and he said to them, "Why have you been standing here idle all day?" "Because no one has hired us," they answered. He said to them, "You go into my vineyard too." In the evening, the owner of the vineyard said to his bailiff, "Call the workers and pay them their wages, starting with the last arrivals and ending with the first." So those who were hired at about the eleventh hour came forward and received one denarius each. When the first came, they expected to get more, but they too received one denarius each. They took it, but grumbled at the landowner saying, "The men who came last have done only one hour, and you have treated them the same as us, though we have done a heavy day’s work in all the heat." He answered one of them and said, "My friend, I am not being unjust to you; did we not agree on one denarius? Take your earnings and go. I choose to pay the lastcomer as much as I pay you. Have I no right to do what I like with my own? Why should you be envious because I am generous?" Thus the last will be first, and the first, last.’

INTRODUCTION
– (Isaiah 55: 6-9; Philippians 1: 20c-24,27a, Matthew 20: 1-16) When God’s people were in exile in Babylon, they were as depressed as anyone could possibly be. They had lost everything. They weresure they had even lost God’s love because of their sinfulness. Today we hear God’s prophet assure them it is never too late to return to the Lord. Even though they knew they were not worthy of it, they will have God’s mercy if they will reform their lives. God is forgiving, not because we are worthy, but because it is God’s nature to be generous and forgiving. The theme of God’s generosity prepares us for today’s gospel.HOMILY
– Jesus’ parables, as always, are designed to shock us into thinking. It’s normal for us to feel the employer was unfair and that’s exactly how Jesus knew we would feel. It is true, the owner was more generous with some than with others, but was he unfair with anyone? In Jesus’ society a laborer was paid at the end of the day and the normal pay was just enough for a person to feed his family for one day. Could it be that the owner of the vineyard was more generous with some so that none of the people who worked for him that day would have to beg, borrow or steal in order to feed their families the next day? Would that be unfair for the employer to do that? What do you think Jesus was trying to tell us?
The clue to understanding the parable is the first line where Jesus tells us this is what the kingdom of heaven is like. Jesus was telling us why he was always willing to reach out to sinners, something he was frequently criticized for doing. He wants us to know it’s never too late to find God if we wish to. Remember the good thief whom Jesus forgave on the cross. If we’ve not been living right, though, does that mean we can wait until the last minute to straighten ourselves out? If we do we’ll miss out on the joy of knowing God’s love and presence in our lives right now and who knows whether we’ll get the opportunity to repent at the last minute. I think it was St. Augustine who prayed: “God, make me good, but not right now!” Not a good prayer. Fortunately God paid attention only to the first part of the prayer (God, make me good), and the Church was greatly blessed because God led Augustine from his wayward life to a life of holiness. “The usual daily wage” in the parable is a symbol for the immense happiness we will all have in God’s kingdom. Some individuals may be closer to God because they served and loved God more faithfully than others, but we will all be equal in one way, whether we receive God’s grace early or late in life, we will all be as happy as we can possibly be.
Jesus explained his forgiveness of sinners by this parable. St. Matthew found it helpful to use this same parable for a similar purpose when he wrote his gospel probably 50 or 60 years after Jesus preached it. During this period, many Jewish Christians, who had lived their whole lives faithful to God’s law, had difficulty accepting new converts into the Church, converts coming from paganism, who represented those who came late to the vineyard. The parable was meant to help Jewish Christians welcome those who came to know Christ later in life and accept them as equals in God’s kingdom.
Today we have no problem with these ideas. We are always happy to see people turn their lives toward God, whether they had strayed away at some time in their lives and came back, or whether for the first time, even late in life, they become believers in Christ and join his Church. But there may be a couple of ideas that are relevant for us today. First of all, the people who worked all day complained about unfair treatment. Is Jesus telling us we shouldn’t complain when we feel we’ve been treated unfairly? Well, sometimes complaining is good. It sometimes helps get things done, it helps us get things off our chest, it may help us clarify our thoughts and come to realize we haven’t been treated too badly after all. If people didn’t complain, counselors and psychologists and doctors would not be able to help people. Politicians wouldn’t have anything to do. Friends and family members wouldn’t be able to give support and sympathy to each other if they didn’t know how their friend or family member hurt. Complaining can be positive, but we have to be careful not to make it a way of life. If we want to complain, it helps to stop and count our blessings and we might realize God has treated us far better than any of us deserve!
The other idea today’s parable connects with is envy. Envy makes us miserable. Envy is when we look around at others and think they have much more than we do, they have had more breaks in life than we have, etc. We feel life is not fair and we are depressed over it. I believe God is more than fair with all of us. If we want to compare ourselves with others, we need to compare ourselves also with those who have not been as blessed as we have. Always wanting more may motivate us to achieve in life, but it can also be a formula for constant unhappiness. We need to always focus on the positive, on our blessings and give thanks. I always preach that the key to joy in life is gratitude. God’s ways are not our ways, Isaiah tells us. Part of the joy of eternity will be praising God for his abundant love and goodness to us. The “Eucharist” which we pray now, a word which means “thanksgiving,” is the most perfect way to do that. Amen.

Guiding Light - Steadfast to the Son
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle A of the Liturgical Year
$ 10.00 plus postageGuiding Light homily series - Steadfast to the Son - Cycle A — The sunflower is a great example of how we should be steadfastly guided by light. What a powerful thought that this exceptional plant is not stuck in one pose day in and day out, yet adaptable and magnetized to the sun. We feel the same about our Son. Our heads turns to face Christ as each day presents its challenges to find light. We join together like plants in a field and soak up the Son through the pulpit. We are a warm circle of strength using the wind of our breath to carry our priests' words, Christ's words, to new rich soil. $15
Guiding Light - Feed My Soul
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle C of the Liturgical Year
$ 10.00 plus postageGuiding Light - Feed My Soul - Cycle C — In a world rapidly advancing and encouraging personal gain, we are faced with modern problems. There is a challenge to find time in our busy schedules for Sunday Mass or a family meal. We are able to research, shop, bank and even work without hearing one human voice. It is no wonder that we may often feel disconnected and famished at our week's end. In Fr. Joe's third book of homilies from Cycle C, we are reminded of the charity that Christ intended us to show each other. We have a calling to turn the other cheek and be the Good Samaritan to others. We are rewarded with the Father's kingdom and love when we are not worthy. We are not left alone or hungry. $15
Guiding Light - Focusing on the Word
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Liturgical Year
$ 10.00 plus postageGuiding Light - Focusing on the Word - Cycle B — At times we may feel that our path to Christ is a bit "out of focus". Like the disciples in the Book of Mark, this ordinary life clouds our vision of Christ's Divinity. We may doubt the practicality or possibility of applying His teachings and example to our modern life. Cycle B's homilies are a "guiding light" to help us realize Jesus' Messianic greatness and His promise of better things to come. $15
Guiding Light - The Word Alive in Our Hearts
Inspiring Homilies covering partial year of Cycle A by Fr. Joe Robinson
$ 5.00 plus postageGuiding Light - The Word Alive in Our Hearts. - Cycle A (partial) — Homilies by the Reverend Joe Robinson given at St. Boniface Church in Cincinnati, Ohio. It is a tremendous honor Fr. Joe has allowed us to share these great gifts with you – for greater holiness and knowing more and more about God. $10
