John 6: 63
‘It is the spirit that gives life,
the flesh has nothing to offer.
The words I have spoken to you are spirit
and they are life.
Matthew 11: 28-30
‘Come to me, all you who labour and are overburdened, and I will give you rest. Shoulder my yoke and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. Yes, my yoke is easy and my burden light.’
Jesus: If a man does not build a house, he has no dwelling —
Yet you build not for yourselves, but for all you
will come in contact with —
No man lives alone, if he does his heart is united to
others or he is sad — for you were created to
love God and one another.
Work for what is above, not what is below —
Shout cries of joy for the Lord —
Let your suffering be not in vain —
You wear a mask, and satan is telling you how to
travel —
Let your face look into the portrait of the One who
teaches you truth —
You fight Me for your own will.
Your own will leads you in the wrong direction —
Because of pride and your selfishness, you follow —
Follow the road I trod —
I was obedient to My Father to My death on the cross
You wear My ring as My spouse —
Your eyes are every where, but on Me and pleasing
My Father.
How can I help you when you fight God's will —
You are willful and want to dominate.
Even when it is clear to you of your selfish ways —
You follow the wrong road - to be in control —
My ways I make clear to you in your heart —
I want obedience to My law —
You write your own law —
When you sleep at night — you put your willful
day to bed on the pillow next to you and
dismiss Me to the closet to wait another
day - you control —
Wear clothes of love — wear My ring of peace —
Peace comes in doing God's will — you oppose
My will for control — Your god is your control —
Who can move a concrete wall
I uprooted the trees, they split at My command —
You are hard and unable to move — your control is
your god —
Open your heart to My Heart — let your heart be pure —
do not give into jealousy, anger, envy, seeking
dominance for dominance sake
When I called you to My altar — you come not with
sweetness, but with an angry agenda —
me, me, me, Lord — I come to do my will —
not Yours —
The Ten Commandments
- I am the Lord thy God; thou shalt not have strange gods before Me.
- Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain.
- Remember thou keep holy the Sabbath day.
- Honor thy father and thy mother.
- Thou shalt not kill.
- Thou shalt not commit adultery.
- Thou shalt not steal.
- Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor.
- Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's wife.
- Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's goods.
Matthew 11: 28-30
‘Come to me, all you who labour and are overburdened, and I will give you rest. Shoulder my yoke and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. Yes, my yoke is easy and my burden light.’
Come and refresh yourselves by living lives of
peace. There is evil in the murdering of the babies —
You feel the tension — What do split trees mean —
division — the tree cannot live when it is split
down the middle, how can you live a spiritual
life when you are split with anger, envy, division
in your heart.
I want My parishes, the family, religious communities
to be strong — united — vibrant and loving —
The division in your hearts, your jealousy,
anger, possessiveness is how your hearts are
divided
Tree outside church at China
When a child of two looks into a mother or father's
face — they know they are loved, accepted, parents
who criticized little ones learning about acceptance
can hurt a little child's self-esteem, trust —
The face of the mother and father should be
that of love, acceptance, as they teach the
child — It should not be perfection — wanting
the child to eat perfect, be perfect.
Little children are learning important things —
learning to hold on and let go. People who are
controlling because they were severely hurt
may say to themselves "I will never trust
again." But we were created to love — to live
in obedience under God. People who have
control as their god - don't let go — they don't
want to trust another — they lock up their
heart like a bricked up wall — spontaneity
is out of the question — because they have
to control — so they are never hurt again —
like a guy with a sore knee — they guard their
heart and don't let nobody too close —
How can such a person be one with God
and know love — How can such a person be
one with others in community, in marriage —
in family.
They wear a sign — stay away — don't get
to close — while their heart cries out from
the box — walled in — 'I was created to love' —
Controlling others because of deep wounds
is normal to them. In addition to this — seeing
with impure vision to control — they don't
see with the eyes of the Father —
At age 40 a man can still be looking into
the face of their dad or mom that constantly
demeaned them and they think they need
approval to prove to themselves they are
okay. They are tense because they never
healed — they hear the voice of dad say
"You won't amount to much", "You should
be ashamed", etc. They have walled up their
heart for dad's lack of love, selfishness
or maybe fiendish perfection —
Compulsive perfection, correcting a child,
withholding approval because the parent
had low self-esteem and was shamed — these
dysfunctions don't die — somebody to stop
it has to be "man enough" to say
"the buck stops here" — I want to heal — I want
to love — I want to build the Kingdom of God —
Do you want to love and be loved — then there
must be interaction with others — and looking
into the face of God — knowing God's plan —
seeing through His eyes — not selfish, tainted,
eyes of others who taught us imperfect
ways.
We are not perfect.
Children mess themselves up.
Children are learning.
