Messenger: I write to you of the glories of heaven.
I write from a soul that is so filled with love for Him
and all His precious souls.I ask you to help me to do what God is asking us to do.
I plead and I beg as one who has seen the Blessed Virgin
and the Divine God.He has taken me into such ecstasies in Him.
Oh the glory of that heavenly embrace.
And I want to cry out that you will hear and help me,
but so many just do not hear.Oh, our time is so short here.
And it is so serious for souls will be lost for all
eternity.How can you not help them,
When Our precious Jesus calls, Himself, and tells us
what we should do to help the priests, the Church,
and the world.Oh, my life is His and the thoughts of my days are filled
with the desire to be so one in Him in the
deepest love for all eternity, but He wants me
here on this earth to plead and beg united to
the Mass and united to heaven for grace for
souls.This is my life, it is but one of surrender to Him and
the moments here are spent only to love and serve
Him as the King, the real King of heaven and earth.We have put all kinds of things on the throne and worshipped
them. Today I deliver a message from Our beloved
God. As February comes to a close and another
month begins, our days are numbered here. One
season turns into another, one night gives way
to another day and soon our children are
grown and what is in our thoughts?Oh the empty whims of the mind many times, to
try to hold onto something here that is but
ashes around our feet when all is said and

Messenger: The Newsletter will soon

There are 100,000 prayer manuals being printed now.
The company printing the Newsletter will not begin
any printing of additional Prayer Manuals until
the Newsletter is paid for.
We have not sent a Newsletter before in the United States
to the priests with the Prayer Manual.
With the availability of 100,000 prayer manuals we couldn't
send two Prayer Manuals to each priest if they responded.
Father Carter will only die once and this was his request
from Jesus the Newsletter went out in the first
month of the new millennium.
Mary appeared in Florida, in the United States. Please
help us get the Prayer Manuals so we will have
them available to the priests when they call.
Envision a world in which men love God with their
whole heart, their whole soul and their whole
being.
If you are reading this letter. God is calling you to
help us in some way. You must pray and ask God
how you can help to bring about this great
era of peace.
A big part is to pray the rosary for peace, Jesus
told Father Carter to ask people to pray
the rosary when they pray the prayers in
the Prayer Manual.
The recitation of the litanies to the Blessed Mother
and to the Sacred Heart will help make
reparation to Their Hearts for the offenses
against them.
The prayers given by Jesus are designed to end
with the consecration to Their Hearts after
a five minute meditation.
We have one handmaid of the Good Shepherd in Brazil
working with the bishop there to begin prayer
chapters.
We do not have funds for booklets. They must
use papers with the prayers on it in Brazil.
They speak Portuguese.
The prayers are translated and have the Imprimatur
in French, but we do not have funds to have
the Prayer Manuals printed.
Jesus said praying the prayers would majorly help
to change the face of the earth.

"I am calling many to become members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. To all of them I will give great blessings. (17)I am the Lady of the Rosary. I have come to warn the faithful to amend their lives and to ask pardon for their sins. They must not offend Our Lord any more, for He is already too grievously offended by the sins of men. People must say the Rosary. Let them continue saying it every day.
While the people in attendance were beholding the great Miracle of the Sun, the three young visionaries, and they alone, were privileged to see striking visions in the heavens:
(18)As Our Lady had promised, St. Joseph had come with the Holy Family and had blessed the world. Then, Our Lady appeared as the Mother of Sorrows, accompanied by her Divine Son, Who also blessed the world. Finally, Lucy had seen the Blessed Virgin, dressed in the brown robes of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, crowned as Queen of Heaven and Earth, holding a brown Scapular in her hand, with her infant Son upon her knee. However, in none of these visions had any of the figures spoken to the children.
Besides the messages associated with the major Fatima apparitions, there were other revelations given by Our Lady. Before Jacinta died, she told of other messages given her (during her illness) by Mary:
More souls go to Hell because of sins of the flesh than for any other reason.
Certain fashions will be introduced that will offend Our Lord very much.
Many marriages are not good; they do not please Our Lord and are not of God.
Priests must be pure, very pure. They should not busy themselves with anything except what concerns the Church and souls. The disobedience of priests, to their superiors and to the Holy Father, is very displeasing to Our Lord.
I can no longer restrain the hand of my Divine Son from striking the world with just punishments for its many crimes.
If the government of a country leaves the Church in peace and gives liberty to our Holy Religion, it will be blessed by God.
(19)Tell everybody that God gives graces through the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Tell them to ask grace from her, and that the Heart of Jesus wishes to be venerated together with the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Ask them to plead for peace from the Immaculate Heart of Mary, for the Lord has confided the peace of the world to her.

I give to you the rule which God commands you to live by. I ask you to pray for the children of this earth for they are being taught so many sinful things in their own homes through the television. I am so sorry for the little ones and what your world has taught them.
Tell the children about their Mother. Encourage youth to come on Sunday to pray with me for their Church and their world. All the hours of the day spent on so many useless things. I want to teach them to pray as I taught my Son Jesus from an early age. I am their heavenly Mother, I love them more than any earthly mother. Mary speaks: I appear my children on this former bank building in Florida, Our Lady Clothed with the Sun. I ask you to circulate my Mary Message tape made on the feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Dec 12, 1996. The message given to my messenger from me and my Son Jesus was to make the tape that day and label the tape made on Dec 12, 1996, the feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe. I appeared on the building five days later, looking as Our Lady of Guadalupe.
You wish a sign, my sinful world. I, Mary your Mother and my Son Jesus give you a sign. He gave Himself on the cross. I tell you today the heavenly Father gave the sign at Guadalupe and He gives this sign today and you ignore the sign.
The fires in Florida are a sign. Do you wish the fire from His Heart to get your attention or do you wish the fire that can destroy all those things you hold on to?
When I appeared at Falmouth I was ignored and even after the flood they did not respond.
When I appeared at Fatima, 1917, you did not obey the messages I gave you and there was World War II which has hurt your hearts more than your earth.
We give you the sign, you do exactly as you wish.

Many of your television's programs have become as a beast invading the minds of my children and a second beast is your video games. Many are so vile.

After World War II many men made their minds their gods. They lost the sensitivity in their hearts. More than the devastation that occurred from the war was the spiritual loss of love in your hearts.
You have disobeyed the requests I gave at Fatima, now I tell you today to listen to the words of my Son, to pray the prayers for the renewal of the Church and the World given in the prayer manual.
Use the rosary meditations We have given from Our Hearts to lead you into your hearts where Christ will come alive in your hearts.
I appeared over 500 times to my messenger giving Rosaries from the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.

On Dec 17, 1991 my Son gave to my messenger a vision of His Sacred Heart on fire, ablaze with love for men (This appears on the front of God's Blue Book II). On Dec 17, 1996 I appeared on the building, looking as Our Lady of Guadalupe. This apparition was 5 days after my request to circulate the Mary Message tape which states this tape was made on Dec 12, 1996. This tape was circulated at my request and the request of my Son on Dec 13, 1996 at Tom's farm. It was played and given to all present.
After I appeared on the 5th of the month from July 5, 1994 to Oct 5, 1996, my Son Jesus appeared at the point of death in my church, Holy Cross - Immaculata. For a period of twenty minutes he appeared in anguishing pain to my messenger with His mouth moving because no one was listening.
I appeared to this messenger over 500 times delivering these messages to lead men to the light.
We gave the direction to make Mary's Message tape. Five days later I appeared on the building in Clearwater as a permanent sign to this world, Our Lady Clothed with the Sun to lead the men to the light where they would see with the light of seven suns.
I appeared in a rainbow which matched the rainbow of the Rosary Book. This book was to arrive from the publisher on the same day as my apparition Dec 17, 1996.

"To prevent this, I shall come to ask for the consecration of Russia to my Immaculate Heart and the Communion of Reparation on the five first Saturdays. If my requests are granted, Russia will be converted and there will be peace. If not, she will scatter her errors throughout the world, provoking wars and persecutions of the Church. The good will be martyred, the Holy Father will have much to suffer, and various nations will be destroyed....
