Prayer for Grace for our Country
Dear Father united to Jesus in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the Sacrifice of Calvary sacramentally made present, celebrated around the world, in the Holy Spirit. We offer up all we do united to the Mass. We unite in one mind and one heart as members of the mystical body of Christ, with Christ our head in the pure and holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary, through the powerful intercession of Mary with all the angels and saints and souls in purgatory, and we beg for the saving grace, for our country, the United States. Please help us. We further pray for unity to always do the will of God in love. We spread the Blood of Jesus on the leaders and people of the United States and cast the devil into hell. We consecrate our country to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart and all our dioceses, and beg for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit. God help us. We pray for our families, the priests, the Church and the world. In the Name of Jesus please hear us, we pray. We pray for our new president as he takes office. We pray that we are united as one nation under God to work together in love as God wants.

R. Golden Rule –
Do unto others as you would
have them do unto you.
Dear God, I love You, I give
You my day. Help me to do Thy holy will

R. The 4th through the 10th
Commandments deal with our
relationships with others.
God commands us to love Him –
to put Him first – We are
commanded to love our God with
our whole heart, our whole soul, our
whole being –
John 13: 34
R. We express our love to God – doing
as He asks of us, but we are also
loving others in doing this and
love means we are motivated for
God, we love Him, we want to
serve Him, we have the right
attitude.
We should be more and more
in the image of Jesus. We
are to be committed to be more
and more in this image of Jesus.
God created us and we owe
respect to others because
they were created by God.
A person may act - out when
they are stressed. A person not
comfortable with others will
feel anxiety when they eat and
work with others. If they do
what they did as a child to
stay isolated – they are acting
out all the time –
We must keep our focus on Jesus,
and what His will is for us –
Get over fear, working with others –
God intends us to co-operate and
do the work He calls us to. Giving
into bad habits when a person
feels anxious can be used by satan
to stop what God wants done.
Keep you focus on Jesus, on the
will of God the Father – give
what He wants – a boulder or
a pebble, does it matter –
Work for God – have the right
attitude – giving into isolation
and blocking God's Plan can
become such a habit.
We only have so many days left
to our lives to do as God wants,
and learn and be like Jesus.
Jesus Christ died so we could, hopefully,
one day go to heaven. Surrender
and do what God wants –
1 John 4: 17-21
Love comes to its perfection in us when we can face the Day of Judgement fearlessly, because even in this world we have become as he is. In love there is no room for fear, but perfect love drives out fear, because fear implies punishment and no one who is afraid has come to perfection in love. Let us love, then, because he first loved us. Anyone who says 'I love God' and hates his brother, is a liar, since whoever does not love the brother whom he can see cannot love God whom he has not seen. Indeed this is the commandment we have received from him, that whoever loves God, must also love his brother.
R. God gives us dignity – God created
us. God gives this dignity to others –
Jesus died for us. When we respect
and treat others with dignity
and love – we are doing it to Jesus.
We are commanded by God – to love our
brothers – not to try to be over them,
rule them, use tricks to be in control
act - out old practiced behavior so we
can be distant and isolated and
hurt others.
We are commanded to love God
and love our brothers.
The 10 Commandments are gifts
given from God, teaching us how
to live! Love is what God
will judge us on – Love of God,
Love of others –
The Law of God is LOVE.
Love is the Law of our Life.
God is first –
When we look at the deadly sins –
the person who is prideful,
envious, jealous, angry,
slothful, lustful, gluttonous
has things out of order –
God is above – God is the Creator –
we are the creatures and we
must obey Him –
We are to rejoice at our brothers
doing good and living
in love according to the
will of God – not be envious, angry,
prideful and hurting them –
Help them and do God's will!

time in dysfunctional homes
where people were always
fighting – in rivalry –
We need to see the goal and work
together –
My grandson had a little hand out
and he had to circle where people were
being kind and there were lots of
pictures of people interacting –
being kind
being unkind –
It was really good.
Can we measure love?
God's love for us in infinite –

R. Dear Jesus, Give me Your hand to write this book for you. I am your servant. I want to be Your hand to this world. If you, Lord Jesus, would write a book, what would you say?
Jesus: My dear children,
Today I come to deliver a message to each of you. I want to tell you of each person's dignity, of their beauty and their self-worth. Each child is, oh, so uniquely precious to My Most Sacred Heart. Each child is full of the talents I have given to them. Each person is divinely created by God and given all these gifts to be happy and love one another.
The problem comes when you feel you will be left out. That you will be left by another who has trodden on you and will do it again. I see you all as My most precious children. I watch your every move and know all pain and anguish in your heart. My Heart aches, you have insecure feelings about yourself. I came to this earth I died for you. I felt cold, hungry, lonely on this earth. You need not worry that no one knows the pain and anguish in your heart. God created you with such special gifts and talents. It is important for you to raise above your wound and forgive those who hurt you.
You need only turn your will and your life over to Me and I will guide you in all your ways. I have all the Power. Many are not of My ways. The key to life is to recognize your faults, but still know you are this precious gift of My Father a gift to this world. This world is in need of your strength. Running yourself down, blaming others hurting them can cause you misery and pain. At this very moment, you are the precious creation of God!! You must operate with Me in your heart.
You need not run yourself down. I am with you every day guiding your ways, lest your foot stumble and you lose your way. You will not wander far from your path if every day you keep bringing your focus back to Me. If you dare let Me be at the helm, if you dare to really let Me run your life, I will do with you such wonders that you yourself would be amazed. But you will know with such ease when you did these things that you did not do them alone. You will know My power, moving the mountain, My power chipping at the stone, My power working on your hardest problem and you will be set free.
Oh yes, you will be set free and know a serenity that only comes from letting go and letting Me run your life. To you, My child, I have given all that is good. I made you My holy soldier, My warrior in a world of pain and hatred. You are the light that shines in the darkness, you are the coat to a cold child, you are the smile that warms a troubled and lonely heart. You are the comfort for everyone you meet, because My most precious Heart powers you, smiles through you, understands and loves through you.
Love your fellows for Me. There are so many troubled hearts that need to know My love. I can love through you if you let Me, I can be their friend through you if you let Me. I am He who comforts you and you are he who comforts them. My power is endless, it never runs out, there is not a power failure EVER. In your darkest hour, My light shines in the darkness and I say to you, "Oh blessed of My Father, look at yourself with awe, you are My creation, you are indeed so precious to Me, you are My light to this world, you are My hands and My feet and most of all My Heart."
Oh, you are My loving Heart, to those who are bowed down, to those who are lost in the darkness, you carry My smile and wear My armor in a world that is trying to tear one another down with hate and ugliness. There is gentleness, there is love, there is hope in you, if you open yourself up to Me. Be My knight to the world, wear My armor. I am your God and I will protect you from the darkness. Plug into My power, be not afraid, I go before you always and you can rest in My arms when you feel weary. You can put your head in My lap and weep, you will know, I am truly with you and you are My light to this world. I created you so special - to cast out fear in the darkness, to clothe the naked, to give hope to the oppressed, to be as I live in you and love through you and you are My smile and I touch My hurting ones through your love.
You are he who loves this world. You must stay plugged into My power-source. This world is hungry for My love. It needs My love, I give to them through you. I am your God and I made you as a gift to the world. You are filled.
Focus on Me and your life will be abundant and whole, joy in suffering, freedom — but you can take the knocks because you will know you do not go it alone, but with Me. I love you My precious child.

the vocation God gives us.

Response in Christ
Response to God's Love
Fr. Carter told us how we are to
respond to Christ.
God calls us –
God called the people in the Old Testament
Abraham, Noah, Joseph,
Isaac, Jacob, Ruth,
Esther – all answered God's call.
The Apostles answered God's call –
St. Paul answered God's call.
Fr. Carter, S.J. answered God's call.
Fr. Robinson answered God's call.
You have to work and keep saying
"yes" to working new things
out every day that may not
be pleasant –
But that is life – working through
problems in love – to build the
Kingdom of God –
a coward gives up –
a call from God is serious
we see in studying the Bible –
In justice we are to do what
God calls us to – to give
back to the world when
we are gone.
Our decisions are to be based
on what is God's will for
us, done in love and
living in faith and hope –
Baptism commissions us
to go out and spread the Good News.
Baptism is bringing us to
a special relationship
with God. We share in
His life –
It opens up the supernatural
world to us –
We need hearts soft and supple
like the Sacred Heart of Jesus –
Not hard hearts!
We make a firm commitment
to God!
We love God!
We trust God!
We have faith in God!
We open our hearts to God!
We listen to God's directions
and call, to us –
We live the Gospel.
We need right reasoning.
We take the responsibility
given to us seriously.
We know our actions bring
consequences –
We give ourselves to God.
Prayer for Union with Jesus
Come to me, Lord, and possess my soul. Come into my heart and permeate my soul. Help me to sit in silence with You and let You work in my heart.
I am Yours to possess. I am Yours to use. I want to be selfless and only exist in You. Help me to spoon out all that is me and be an empty vessel ready to be filled by You. Help me to die to myself and live only for You. Use me as You will. Let me never draw my attention back to myself. I only want to operate as You do, dwelling within me.
I am Yours, Lord. I want to have my life in You. I want to do the will of the Father. Give me the strength to put aside the world and let You operate my very being. Help me to act as You desire. Strengthen me against the distractions of the devil to take me from Your work.
When I worry, I have taken my focus off of You and placed it on myself. Help me not to give in to the promptings of others to change what in my heart You are making very clear to me. I worship You, I adore You and I love You. Come and dwell in me now.

R. Dear God You teach us about death/resurrection –
Dear God we learn from suffering if we surrender
to You and let You teach us. Suffering may cause
one to learn to endure and to still raise above
the suffering in virtue.
Many times God teaches us to endure and
to wait on Him. In a world that wants instant
gratification we learn we must wait until
a sprained ankle heals, or some such healing
is done in the body. God has taught us
to wait on Him and we may suffer greatly as we
wait, but He can be teaching us a much needed
lesson for the future as we are forced to wait
on something He can teach us to trust in
Him – even in a trial, like we had to do
with Irma in Florida and He helped us
to leave quietly and quickly.
But we know life here comes in
sufferings and raising to greater life in
Him if we live out the Pascal Mystery of
Death / Resurrection as we should.
Jesus showed us in His life the mystery
of Death / Resurrection. We must ask God for
the faith we need to believe without seeing
many times.
I believe in Him. I am here to prepare
more and more for the beatific vision.
God is preparing us to see more perfectly
through His eyes and helping us with
our unbelief.
In baptism God opens the supernatural
world to us. We see what we never saw before
not with eyes of the body, but with the
eyes of the soul. We co-operate with God in
His plan for us and we surrender to let
Him run our life.
Come to me Lord and possess my soul.
Come into my heart and permeate my soul –
Help me to sit in silence with You and
let You work in my heart.
I am Yours to possess. I am Yours
to use. Did you think of Christ dying on
the cross – giving the last beat of His
Heart and the last drop of His Blood –
teaching us about giving – enduring –
a greater end of suffering and death –
Who has seen the sun rise unless
we are willing to stretch or to wake early or
to see beyond the eyes and senses to
a magnificent show beyond the scope
of human reasoning – seeing without
the human eyes takes faith –
Rising to new life, greater and greater,
takes vision – Do we dare surrender and
say with the giving of ourselves
"Come to me Lord and Possess my Soul"
"Come into my heart and permeate my soul"
We have to really let go to Him – let go that
we should worry once we surrendered
that He would not do what we thought
He should do –
But that is not surrender – A small child
has to trust his parents – let go and
surrender because he is entirely dependent
on them.
We have to be like that little small child –
that surrenders to Our heavenly Father who is
really there in all the suffering and struggles,
in the tests for endurance, in the morning
after a night of pain and then again –
we trust and surrender and we learn
this. We learn endurance, we learn
that God increases faith and hope in
us as we surrender – We are given the
greater gift as a little child – so
dependent on their Father –
Come to me Lord and possess my soul –
Come into my heart and permeate my soul –
And we can be tempted to give in – when
God is asking us to endure and trust –
A lesson we need to learn – A lesson He
is teaching – even in the smallest thing –
A love for Him to have this relationship
of love so deep we can touch the vision
God gives us – not with earthly vision –
but the vision of the soul –
The Father's vision, the Father's Plan –
our energy is given to this – not to worry,
control, doing needless tasks because
of anxiety that makes things fall apart.
"Wait on the Lord and He will grant
your hearts requests"
The time of endurance and suffering
may open up a new world with the
strength of God behind it, but if you don't
wait – when God calls us to – you will
not see Him working in the miracle –
Seeing through the eyes of God –
Seeing the miracles in our life –
Not with earthly vision, but with
the eyes of the soul –
Whatever He is teaching us today to
wait on the Lord and be
attentive in love to answer His call when
He makes Himself clear
For if He calls us and we say "no"
let me bury the dead, let me do this
first, let me make you wait on me
Lord – we are not surrendering to Him
at all –
Relationship – Relationship – Relationship,
Love, dependency on God, being ready,
waiting, doing the job when He calls –
knowing when to sit and when to stand –
seeing the unseen, reaching with the
eyes of God –
Loving God first – giving our hearts
like Jesus taught us on the cross –
surrendering when God calls us to surrender –
acting when God calls us to act –
Praying to God to fill us – so we have
more and more oneness in Him –
So we can say with St. Paul –
Galatians 2: 19-20
...I have been crucified with Christ and yet I am alive; yet it is no longer I, but Christ living in me.
R. Will we be there to answer?
Will we be waiting for Him?
Will we do "junk" because we were
anxious – "junk" that made us
like the foolish virgins – that
missed the call of the bridegroom –
"Yes" Jesus is knocking at the door
of our heart – RIGHT NOW
R. Do we have an agenda or are
we the bride waiting for the groom –
He loves us – what He brings is love –
But we must be ready to say "yes" –
"yes" like Mary – in suffering and in joy –
Fr. Carter would say –
"Does it matter if God asks for us to carry
a pebble or a boulder"
The guy suffering – like I watched Monsignor
for 6 weeks before his death is
saying "yes"
Jerry says "yes"
Fr. Joe says "yes"
The "yes" of those so one in Him are
all around us.
Fr. Mike says "yes" – thank God –
these are self-less ones who teach
us about the "yes" we need to
learn –
Come to me Lord and possess my soul –
Come into my heart and permeate my soul –
Help me to sit in silence and
Let you work in my heart.
I waited on the Lord and He granted my
heart's desires –
In suffering, in death, He is the
bridegroom calling us to sit, to
stand, to lay, to weep, to be
so one with Him –
Come to me Lord and possess my soul –
Let me see with eyes unveiled –
Let me be part of the miracle You
are unfolding around me, through
me, in me, with me –
Don't let me miss that one Lord, while
I am anxious and out changing
an old car battery that needs
more than anything I could
ever do to it and in my anxiousness
miss the call You give.
Waiting on the Lord –
Answering the call –
Living in Him –
Seeing through His eyes –
Walking in faith –
Trusting in the Sacred Heart of Jesus –
Being at Our Lady of Clearwater's side –
Yes it takes surrender –
Surrender when we want some busy
job to not have to wait –
Surrender when we need to do the
job He calls us to and not
put it off –
Surrender – His timing is perfect –
Let's get on His program –
