Blood of the Martyrs
is the seeds —

                    They had courage to die

Matthew 25: 31-46

‘When the Son of man comes in his glory, escorted by all the angels, then he will take his seat on his throne of glory. All nations will be assembled before him and he will separate people one from another as the shepherd separates sheep from goats. He will place the sheep on his right hand and the goats on his left. Then the King will say to those on his right hand, "Come, you whom my Father has blessed, take as your heritage the kingdom prepared for you since the foundation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you made me welcome, lacking clothes and you clothed me, sick and you visited me, in prison and you came to see me." Then the upright will say to him in reply, "Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? When did we see you a stranger and make you welcome, lacking clothes and clothe you? When did we find you sick or in prison and go to see you?" And the King will answer, "In truth I tell you, in so far as you did this to one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did it to me." Then he will say to those on his left hand, "Go away from me, with your curse upon you, to the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. For I was hungry and you never gave me food, I was thirsty and you never gave me anything to drink, I was a stranger and you never made me welcome, lacking clothes and you never clothed me, sick and in prison and you never visited me." Then it will be their turn to ask, "Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty, a stranger or lacking clothes, sick or in prison, and did not come to your help?" Then he will answer, "In truth I tell you, in so far as you neglected to do this to one of the least of these, you neglected to do it to me." And they will go away to eternal punishment, and the upright to eternal life.’

                    I want only God's will for I know
                that living in God's will makes me happiest.
                I truly know God is love and He loves
                me. I know He is always with me.
                In carrying the cross Jesus knew the
                Father's love.

                    For me I know that God asks us to
                carry crosses — dealing with ourselves
                and others' imperfections is the carrying
                of a cross many times.

                    Some of our actions and others are
                patterned habits ingrained from family
                lessons in childhood. These habits can
                be good habits if they were taught for
                peace and love or they can be very
                bad habits if the rebellion of ones
                human nature has led a person to
                develop the habit. When one is disharmonious,
                tense and argumentative over most
                things in intimate relationships —
                this habit will break down ordinary,
                necessary communication as one seeks
                dominance for dominance sake rather
                than the will of God —

                    The devil wants the person to chose
                their own authority over the real authority —
                the devil wants to discredit a strong
                standing structure — make it look
                weak and wobbly.

                    The devil is relentless — he wants
                to move in and lead a soul through their blindness
                into hell — he uses deception, he uses
                pride, he uses disobedience to get his
                way — he deceives by trying to make right look
                wrong and wrong look right — This confusion,
                deviating from the truth of Jesus
                can help to lead someone off if they
                give into satan —

Habits can be broken

                    The more one practices a bad habit
                the more one has taught themselves
                to operate in dysfunction.

                    God is love — genuine and true —
                God's love teaches us to seek purity.
                People act taintedly when they give into
                anger, pride, envy, lust, slothfulness,
                etc.

                    When one acquires a passive-aggressive
                habit to provoke and stall and control —
                a person is practicing a bad habit
                that hurts everyone they deal with.
                We are to work in harmony and in
                accord. When we act in discord we hurt
                ourselves.

                    With good habits one has good relations
                in acting in harmony with others doing what
                God desires.

With bad habits — one acts rebelliously
with disharmony and against what God wants.

                    In religious orders there is to
                be obedience to a superior and
                chastity. That is the
                "rule" of most religious orders.

                    Satan can work under the guise
                of trying to look good — even beautiful
                to entice someone to do wrong.

                    God is all good. We must seek the truth
                for it will satisfy us and will set us
                free.

                    God is truth —
                    Jesus tells us He is the way, the
                truth and the life —

Truth is light to the eye —

                    The wisdom of the Holy Spirit
                fills us and we seek truth, love and joy —
                Beauty is truth —
                Wisdom our souls delight
                Being filled with the Spirit of God gives
                    us joy.

We must seek to know God —

We want to live in the Plan of the Creator

God is light and in Him there is no darkness

God is love

1 John 1: 5-10

I: TO WALK IN THE LIGHT

This is what we have heard from him and are declaring to you:
God is light,
and there is no darkness in him at all.
If we say that we share in God’s life
while we are living in darkness,
we are lying,
because we are not living the truth.
But if we live in light,
as he is in light,
we have a share in another’s life,
and the blood of Jesus, his Son,
cleanses us from all sin.

If we say, ‘We have no sin,’
we are deceiving ourselves,
and truth has no place in us;
if we acknowledge our sins,
he is trustworthy and upright,
so that he will forgive our sins
and will cleanse us from all evil.
If we say, ‘We have never sinned,’
we make him a liar,
and his word has no place in us.

1 John 2: 24-29

Let what you heard in the beginning
    remain in you;
as long as
    what you heard in the beginning
        remains in you,
you will remain in the Son
and in the Father.
And the promise he made you himself
is eternal life.
So much have I written to you
about those
    who are trying to lead you astray.
But as for you,
    the anointing you received from him
remains in you,
and you do not need anyone to teach you;
since the anointing he gave you
    teaches you everything,
and since it is true, not false,
remain in him just as he has taught you.
Therefore remain in him now, children,
so that when he appears
    we may be fearless,
and not shrink from him in shame
at his coming.

If you know that he is upright you must recognise that everyone whose life is upright is a child of his.

1 Corinthians 15: 54-58

And after this perishable nature has put on imperishability and this mortal nature has put on immortality, then will the words of scripture come true: Death is swallowed up in victory. Death, where is your victory? Death, where is your sting? The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin comes from the Law. Thank God, then, for giving us the victory through Jesus Christ our Lord.

So, my dear brothers, keep firm and immovable, always abounding in energy for the Lord's work, being sure that in the Lord none of your labours is wasted.

Romans 6: 4, 9

baptism into his death we were buried with him, so that
as Christ was raised from the dead by the Father’s
glorious power, we too should begin living a new life.}}

We know that Christ has been raised from the dead and will never die again. Death has no power over him any more.

                                                  The Mystery of Christ and
                                                  Christian Existence

         ...In reference to Christianity, God himself is the ultimate mystery. Radically, God is completely other and transcendent, hidden from man in his inner life, unless he chooses to reveal himself. Let us briefly look at this inner life of God.
        The Father, in a perfect act of self-expression, in a perfect act of knowing, generates his son. The Son, the Word, is, then, the immanent expression of God's fullness, the reflection of the Father. Likewise, from all eternity, the Father and the Son bring forth the Holy Spirit in a perfect act of loving.
        At the destined moment in human history, God's self-expression, the Word, immersed himself into man's world. God's inner self-expression now had also become God's outer self-expression. Consequently, the mystery of God becomes the mystery of Christ. In Christ, God tells us about himself, about his inner life, about his plan of creation and redemption. He tells us how Father, Son, and Holy Spirit desire to dwell within us in the most intimate fashion, how they wish to share with us their own life through grace. All this he has accomplished and does accomplish through Christ. St. Paul tells us: "I became a minister of this Church through the commission God gave me to preach among you his word in its fullness, that mystery hidden from ages and generations past but now revealed to his holy ones. God has willed to make
known to them the glory beyond price which this mystery brings to the Gentiles—the mystery of Christ in you, your hope of glory. This is the Christ we proclaim while we admonish all men and teach them in the full measure of wisdom, hoping to make every man complete in Christ" (Col 1:25-28).
