Prayer for Grace for our Country

Dear Father united to Jesus in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the Sacrifice of Calvary sacramentally made present, celebrated around the world, in the Holy Spirit. We offer up all we do united to the Mass. We unite in one mind and one heart as members of the mystical body of Christ, with Christ our head in the pure and holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary, through the powerful intercession of Mary with all the angels and saints and souls in purgatory, and we beg for the saving grace, for our country, the United States. Please help us. We further pray for unity to always do the will of God in love. We spread the Blood of Jesus on the leaders and people of the United States and cast the devil into hell. We consecrate our country to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart and all our dioceses, and beg for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit. God help us. We pray for our families, the priests, the Church and the world. In the Name of Jesus please hear us, we pray. We pray for our president and leaders. We pray that we are united as one nation under God to work together in love as God wants.

               The Prodigal Son

                God the Father created
us in the image and likeness
                of Jesus.

                    God the Father created
                us because He loves us
                so much.

                    God the Father wants
                us eternally with Him
                in heaven.

Luke 15: 11-31

The lost son (the ‘prodigal’) and the dutiful son

Then he said, ‘There was a man who had two sons. The younger one said to his father, "Father, let me have the share of the estate that will come to me," So the father divided the property between them. A few days later, the younger son got together everything he had and left for a distant country where he squandered his money on a life of debauchery.

When he had spent it all, that country experienced a severe famine, and now he began to feel the pinch; so he hired himself out to one of the local inhabitants who put him on his farm to feed the pigs. And he would willingly have filled himself with the husks the pigs were eating but no one would let him have them. Then he came to his senses and said, "How many of my father’s hired men have all the food they want and more, and here am I dying of hunger! I will leave this place and go to my father and say: Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you; I no longer deserve to be called your son; treat me as one of your hired men." So he left the place and went back to his father.

‘While he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was moved with pity. He ran to the boy, clasped him in his arms and kissed him. Then his son said, : "Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you. I no longer deserve to be called your son." But the father said to his servants, "Quick! Bring out the best robe and put it on him; put a ring on his finger and sandals on his feet. Bring the calf we have been fattening and kill it; we will celebrate by having a feast, because this son of mine was dead and has come back to life; he was lost and is found." And they began to celebrate.

‘Now the elder son was out in the fields, and on his way back, as he drew near the house, he could hear music and dancing. Calling one of the servants he asked what it was all about. The servant told him, "Your brother has come, and your father has killed the calf we had been fattening because he has got him back safe and sound." He was angry then and refused to go in, and His father came out and began to urge him to come in; but he retorted to his father, "All these years I have slaved for you and never once disobeyed any orders of yours, yet you never offered me so much as a kid for me to celebrate with my friends. But, for this son of yours, when he comes back after swallowing up your property – he and his loose women – you kill the calf we have been fattening.

‘The father said, "My son, you are with me always and all I have is yours. But it was only right we should celebrate and rejoice, because your brother here was dead and has come to life; he was lost and is found.’

                The gift we have been
                    given are these

Joyful Mysteries

The Annunciation

                1. God sent His only begotten Son.

John 3: 16

For this is how God loved the world:
he gave his only Son,
so that everyone who believes in him
    may not perish
but may have eternal life.

                2. The angel Gabriel appeared to Mary
and asked her to be the Mother
                    of Jesus.

For this is how God loved the world:
he gave his only Son,
so that everyone who believes in him
    may not perish
but may have eternal life.

                4. We pray for the increase of
                    hope in our hearts.

                5. We hope that we will be
                    with God eternally in
                    heaven.

                6. We hope for souls to have
                    eternal salvation and
                    we pray for this.

                7. Jesus came to this world,
                    Our Savior, in the womb
                    of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

                8. God the Father created us in
                    the image and likeness
                    of God.

                9. Jesus came in Mary's womb.

                10. Mary is our spiritual
                    Mother, we need to go
                    through Mary's
                    Immaculate Heart –
                    the Holy Spirit sanctifies
                    us, forming us more and
more in the image of God.

                The Visitation

                1. Luke 1: 46-55

And Mary said:

My soul proclaims
    the greatness of the Lord
and my spirit rejoices
    in God my Saviour;
because he has looked upon
    the humiliation of his servant.
Yes, from now onwards
all generations will call me blessed,
for the Almighty
has done great things for me.
Holy is his name,
and his faithful love extends age after age
    to those who fear him.
He has used the power of his arm,
he has routed the arrogant of heart.
He has pulled down princes
    from their thrones
        and raised high the lowly.
He has filled the starving with good things,
    sent the rich away empty.
He has come to the help
    of Israel his servant,
        mindful of his faithful love
—according to the promise
    he made to our ancestors—
of his mercy to Abraham
and to his descendants for ever.

                2. Elizabeth was thought
                    barren and she
                    conceived John
                    the Baptist. He
                    was sent to prepare
                    the way for Jesus.

                3. John and Jesus were cousins.

                4. The plan of the Father is
                    so great –
                    The Father created us and
He wants us to go to
                        heaven and be with
                        Him eternally in heaven.

                5. Adam and Eve our first parents
                    disobeyed God.

                6. John 3: 16

For this is how God loved the world:
he gave his only Son,
so that everyone who believes in him
    may not perish
but may have eternal life.

                7. Mary was conceived sinless
to bear the Son of God.

                8. We have original sin.

                9. Jesus came, Our Redeemer,
                    Our Savior, Our Brother,
                    Our Friend.

                10. Jesus established His Church
                    and gave us the sacraments.
                    Baptism takes away
                    original sin, but we
                    still have a wounded
                    human nature and
                    tendencies toward
                    the deadly sins.

                The Birth of Jesus

                1. Jesus was born in a stable
                    in Bethlehem because
                    there was not room
                    for Him in the Inn.

                2. Jesus is the Light of the World.

                3. Through Jesus, the message
                    of God's love and salvation
will radiate to all the world.

                4. The Glory of God would shine
                    out to the whole world
                    and draw people to
                    walk by this light.
                    Epiphany –

                5. We want the walls of division
                    to tumble down as
                    the Light of Christ will
                    globally rule in men's
                    hearts.

                6. Those in high power,
                    kings, rulers must
                    recognize Jesus as the
                    ruler and king of their
                    hearts if we want God's
                    will.

                7. Shepherds of Christ is to help bring this
Reign of the Sacred Heart and
                    triumph of Mary's Heart.

                8. Consecration of our hearts
                    to Their Two Hearts is
                    vital for this to
                    happen.

                9. This is our vocation and
calling in the Shepherds of Christ –

                10. Jesus came a little child,
Jesus died a criminal in the
                        eyes of men –
                    The rulers must recognize
                        Christ as the first-fruits.

1 Corinthians 15: 20-28

In fact, however, Christ has been raised from the dead, as the first-fruits of all who have fallen asleep. As it was by one man that death came, so through one man has come the resurrection of the dead. Just as all die in Adam, so in Christ all will be brought to life; but all of them in their proper order: Christ the first-fruits, and next, at his coming, those who belong to him. After that will come the end, when he will hand over the kingdom to God the Father, having abolished every principality, every ruling force and power. For he is to be king until he has made his enemies his footstool, and the last of the enemies to be done away with is death, for he has put all things under his feet. But when it is said everything is subjected, this obviously cannot include the One who subjected everything to him. When everything has been subjected to him, then the Son himself will be subjected to the One who has subjected everything to him, so that God may be all in all.

                The Presentation

                1. Christianity spread throughout
                    the world –
                    Jesus paid with His
                        Blood –

                2. Simeon warned Mary at
                    the Presentation in
                    the Temple of the
                    sufferings to come.

                3. The low class of shepherds
                    came to see Jesus in
                    the stable.

                4. The fight against doing God's
                    will comes from people
                    who put themselves
                    above God.

                5. The First Commandment is

  1. I, the Lord, am your God. You shall not have other gods besides me.

                6. The big fight in attaining
                    spiritual sanctity is
                    in living virtuously
                    and not giving into
                    the deadly sins.

                7. We must seek Christ with
                    sincerity and perseverance.

                    Epiphany means "show,
                        appearance, illuminate"

God has appeared to us in Jesus.

                8. Jesus said at the Last Supper
                    "whoever sees Me, sees
                    the Father:"

                9. John 1: 14

                        The Word became flesh,
                        he lived among us,

                    Jesus came so we could
                    know Him – know
                    God.

May the Holy Spirit continue to
                    fill us with light so
                    we can find Jesus in
                    love and deeper knowledge.

                10. Excerpt from Response to God's Love by Fr. Edward Carter, S.J.

... In reference to Christianity, God himself is the ultimate mystery. Radically, God is completely other and transcendent, hidden from man in his inner life, unless he chooses to reveal himself. Let us briefly look at this inner life of God.

The Father, in a perfect act of self-expression, in a perfect act of knowing, generates his son. The Son, the Word, is, then, the immanent expression of God's fullness, the reflection of the Father. Likewise, from all eternity, the Father and the Son bring forth the Holy Spirit in a perfect act of loving.

At the destined moment in human history, God's self-expression, the Word, immersed himself into man's world. God's inner self-expression now had also become God's outer self-expression. Consequently, the mystery of God becomes the mystery of Christ. In Christ, God tells us about himself, about his inner life, about his plan of creation and redemption. He tells us how Father, Son, and Holy Spirit desire to dwell within us in the most intimate fashion, how they wish to share with us their own life through grace. All this he has accomplished and does accomplish through Christ.

The Finding of Jesus in the Temple

                1. It is God's desire to draw
                    all nations to Himself!

                    Jesus is the way,
                    the truth and the life.

                2. Jesus is the Light of the world.

                3. Jesus is the Light that shines,
                    in the darkness.

                4. Luke 2: 41-52

Every year his parents used to go to Jerusalem for the feast of the Passover. When he was twelve years old, they went up for the feast as usual. When the days of the feast were over and they set off home, the boy Jesus stayed behind in Jerusalem without his parents knowing it. They assumed he was somewhere in the party, and it was only after a day’s journey that they went to look for him among their relations and acquaintances. When they failed to find him they went back to Jerusalem looking for him everywhere.

It happened that, three days later, they found him in the Temple, sitting among the teachers, listening to them, and asking them questions; and all those who heard him were astounded at his intelligence and his replies. They were overcome when they saw him, and his mother said to him, ‘My child, why have you done this to us? See how worried your father and I have been, looking for you.’ He replied, ‘Why were you looking for me? Did you not know that I must be in my Father’s house?’ But they did not understand what he meant. He went down with them then and came to Nazareth and lived under their authority. His mother stored up all these things in her heart. And Jesus increased in wisdom, in stature, and in favour with God and with people.

                5. The Bread of Life is the
                    Word and the Eucharist.

                6. Dear Father you showed
                        us Your Son, Jesus
                        who came to this
                        earth –
                        You gave the sign
                        at the Epiphany
                        by the star of great
                        light shining over
                        Jesus' crib.
                        Guide us to You –
                        so we can be with
                        You eternally in
                        heaven and lead
                        all nations to You, Father.

                7. Help us in this mission
Shepherds of Christ to help bring
                        about the
Reign of the Sacred Heart and
                        triumph of Mary's
                        Immaculate Heart.

                8. From the Prayer Manual

Holy Spirit Prayer

Come, Holy Spirit, almighty Sanctifier, God of love, who filled the Virgin Mary with grace, who wonderfully changed the hearts of the apostles, who endowed all Your martyrs with miraculous courage, come and sanctify us. Enlighten our minds, strengthen our wills, purify our consciences, rectify our judgment, set our hearts on fire, and preserve us from the misfortunes of resisting Your inspirations. Amen.

                9. From the Prayer Manual

Act of consecration to the Sacred Heart of Jesus

Lord Jesus, Chief Shepherd of the flock, I consecrate myself to Your most Sacred Heart. From Your pierced Heart the Church was born, the Church You have called me, as a member of Shepherds of Christ Associates, to serve in a most special way. You reveal Your Heart as a symbol of Your love in all its aspects, including Your most special love for me, whom You have chosen as Your companion in this most important work. Help me to always love You in return. Help me to give myself entirely to You. Help me always to pour out my life in love of God and neighbor! Heart of Jesus, I place my trust in You!

                10. From the Prayer Manual

Act of consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary

Dear Blessed Virgin Mary, I consecrate myself to your maternal and Immaculate Heart, this Heart which is symbol of your life of love. You are the Mother of my Savior. You are also my Mother. You love me with a most special love as a member of Shepherds of Christ Associates, a movement created by your Son as a powerful instrument for the renewal of the Church and the world. In a return of love, I give myself entirely to your motherly love and protection. You followed Jesus perfectly. You are His first and perfect disciple. Teach me to imitate you in the putting on of Christ. Be my motherly intercessor so that, through your Immaculate Heart, I may be guided to an ever closer union with the pierced Heart of Jesus, Chief Shepherd of the flock

Mysteries of Light

                The Baptism of Jesus

                1. Every body working together –
                    rejoicing for the gift God
                    gives us.

                    The Kingdom of heaven is
                        at hand.

                2. Throw your nets into the
                    sea, spread this
devotion to the Sacred Heart and
Immaculate Heart to all the nations
                    as God told Fr. Carter.

                3. The heavens were thrown
                    open and the voice of
                    the Father was heard
                    "This is My beloved Son,
                    in whom I am well
                    pleased."

                4. We pray for the Church, may
we be a beacon of God's
light in all peoples and nations
                    all over the world.

                5. July 31, 1994

Words of Jesus to Members of Shepherds of Christ Associates:

"My beloved priest-companion, I intend to use the priestly newsletter, Shepherds of Christ, and the movement, Shepherds of Christ Associates, in a powerful way for the renewal of My Church and the world.

"I will use the newsletter and the chapters of Shepherds of Christ Associates as a powerful instrument for spreading devotion to My Heart and My Mother's Heart.

"I am calling many to become members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. To all of them I will give great blessings. I will use them as instruments to help bring about the triumph of the Immaculate Heart and the reign of My Sacred Heart. I will give great graces to the members of Shepherds of Christ Associates. I will call them to be deeply united to My Heart and to Mary's Heart as I lead them ever closer to My Father in the Holy Spirit."

- Message from Jesus to Father Edward J. Carter, S.J., Founder, as given on July 31, 1994,
feast of Saint Ignatius Loyola, Founder of the Society of Jesus (The Jesuits)

                6. May the nations of this world
                    be freed from hatred,
                    and discrimination,
may the Sacred Heart of Jesus
                    reign in men's hearts and
the Immaculate Heart of Mary triumph.

                7. Jesus healed the sick and
                    preached His message
                    to all –
                    If we follow Jesus, our
                    lives as an example
                    are to teach love
                    and the Gospel
                    message.

                8. Clear - water –
                    We have the sacrament
                        of baptism –
                    Spread the Good News–
                    Spread the Blue Books!!

                9. May we increase in the
                    virtues of faith, hope
                    and love and follow Jesus
                    and what He taught us.

                10. May we seek to give
                    the love of God
                    to men on this earth.

                The Marriage at Cana

                1. We see Jesus socialized –
                    we are social creatures.
                    We learn in the family
                    our strengths and weaknesses.

                2. We learn in the family how
                    to give and take love,
                    how to accept others,
                    how to trust, how
                    to get along, how
                    to work in relationships,
                    loving and forgiving.

                3. We must learn to convert
                    from dysfunctional
                    behavior to grow and
                    be healthy in
                    relationships.

                4. We see interaction between
                    Mary and Jesus in the
                    Marriage at Cana.

                5. Mary has powerful intercession
                    with Jesus.

                6. A family that is seriously
                    dysfunctional teaches
a lot of other things –
                    contrary to getting
                    along, working as a team.

                7. Society depends on the healthy
                    relationships of families.

                8. A disordered, disobedient
                    team does not produce
                    success.

                9. An individual can play
                    a game –
                    a team player can win
                    the game.

                10. In the Shepherds of Christ we are to
                    live in love in the
Hearts of Jesus and Mary –
                    where Jesus reigns
                    in our hearts and
                    Mary triumphs and
                    by witnessing we
                    teach God about
                    unity and love in
                    Their Hearts.

                The Church is ONE, Holy,
                    Catholic and
                    Apostolic.

We are to help the Church
                    in becoming more
                    and more in the
                    image of Jesus.

                The Kingdom of God

                1. Ezekiel 34: 11-12, 15-17

“For the Lord Yahweh says this: Look, I myself shall take care of my flock and look after it. As a shepherd looks after his flock when he is with his scattered sheep, so shall I look after my sheep. I shall rescue them from wherever they have been scattered on the day of clouds and darkness.

I myself shall pasture my sheep, I myself shall give them rest–declares the Lord Yahweh. I shall look for the lost one, bring back the stray, bandage the injured and make the sick strong. I shall watch over the fat and healthy. I shall be a true shepherd to them."

"As for you, my sheep, the Lord Yahweh says this: I shall judge between sheep and sheep, between rams and he–goats.

                2. God is not pleased in this
                    scripture how the
                    leaders led God's
                    people away from God.

                3. 1 Corinthians 15: 20-26, 28

For he is to be king until he has made his enemies his footstool, and the last of the enemies to be done away with is death,

When everything has been subjected to him, then the Son himself will be subjected to the One who has subjected everything to him, so that God may be all in all.

                4. Paul tells us the risen
                    Jesus will reign until
                    all evil in the world
                    is destroyed, even
                    death, and then he will
                    turn the kingdom over
                    to the Father.

                5. We see in this Gospel
                    Christ as a judge.

                    Ref. Matthew 25: 31-46

                6. We see Jesus as King,
                    shepherd, the risen Lord
                    and judge of all nations.

                7. We must love God with
                    our whole heart, our
                    whole soul and our
                    whole being.

                8. We are to love our
                    neighbor as ourselves.

                9. This implies I love
                    myself –
                    to not love oneself,
                    it is impossible
                    to love God and others.

                10. Matthew 5: 3-12

How blessed are the poor in spirit:
the kingdom of Heaven is theirs.
Blessed are the gentle:
they shall have the earth as inheritance.
Blessed are those who mourn:
they shall be comforted.
Blessed are those
who hunger and thirst for uprightness:
they shall have their fill.
Blessed are the merciful:
they shall have mercy shown them.
Blessed are the pure in heart:
they shall see God.
Blessed are the peacemakers:
they shall be recognised
   as children of God.
Blessed are those who are persecuted
   in the cause of uprightness:
the kingdom of Heaven is theirs.

Blessed are you when people abuse you and persecute you and
speak all kinds of calumny against you falsely on my account.
Rejoice and be glad, for your reward will be great in heaven; this
is how they persecuted the prophets before you.

                The Transfiguration

                1. "This is My beloved Son in
                    whom I am well pleased,
                    listen to Him."

                2. Jesus appeared before
Peter, James and John on Mt. Tabor –
                    transfigured.

                3. This must have helped
                    to boost these Apostles'
                    faith.

                4. The light was a blinding
                    light.

                5. We are here to grow so
we will be able to see
                    Jesus face to face
                    in heaven.

                6. We are told to listen to
                    Jesus – that means
                    we must take the
                    time to meditate on
                    what He is teaching
                    us.

                7. We need to let what
                    God wants to tell
                    us grow in our
                    hearts –
                    this takes listening –
                    this takes time –
                    this takes obeying God's
                        commandments and
letting the Holy Spirit work in
                    us.

                8. This takes surrender.

Amen.

                9. Prayer for Union with Jesus

Come to me, Lord, and possess my soul. Come into my heart and permeate my soul. Help me to sit in silence with You and let You work in my heart.

I am Yours to possess. I am Yours to use. I want to be selfless and only exist in You. Help me to spoon out all that is me and be an empty vessel ready to be filled by You. Help me to die to myself and live only for You. Use me as You will. Let me never draw my attention back to myself. I only want to operate as You do, dwelling within me.

I am Yours, Lord. I want to have my life in You. I want to do the will of the Father. Give me the strength to put aside the world and let You operate my very being. Help me to act as You desire. Strengthen me against the distractions of the devil to take me from Your work.

When I worry, I have taken my focus off of You and placed it on myself. Help me not to give in to the promptings of others to change what in my heart You are making very clear to me. I worship You, I adore You and I love You. Come and dwell in me now.

-God's Blue Book, January 17, 1994

                10. We must pray for faith
                    to believe –
                    faith is believing
                    without seeing!!

                The Institution of the Eucharist

                1. Sing: I Am the Bread of Life

                2. Jesus gives us Himself
                    to eat!

                3. Jesus is truly present
                    in His Divinity and
                    humanity in the
                    Eucharist.

                4. Jesus is no less present
                    in the Eucharist
                    than He was in
                    Mary's womb.

                5. Song: I Love You Jesus

                6. A Prayer Before the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass

Let me be a holy sacrifice and unite with God in the sacrament of His greatest love.

I want to be one in Him in this act of love, where He gives Himself to me and I give myself as a sacrifice to Him. Let me be a holy sacrifice as I become one with Him in this my act of greatest love to Him.

Let me unite with Him more, that I may more deeply love Him. May I help make reparation to His adorable Heart and the heart of His Mother, Mary. With greatest love, I offer myself to You and pray that You will accept my sacrifice of greatest love. I give myself to You and unite in Your gift of Yourself to me. Come and possess my soul.

Cleanse me, strengthen me, heal me. Dear Holy Spirit act in the heart of Mary to make me more and more like Jesus.

Father, I offer this my sacrifice, myself united to Jesus in the Holy Spirit to You. Help me to love God more deeply in this act of my greatest love.

Give me the grace to grow in my knowledge, love and service of You and for this to be my greatest participation in the Mass. Give me the greatest graces to love You so deeply in this Mass, You who are so worthy of my love.

                7. Song: Your Presence Pervades My Soul

                8. A Prayer for Intimacy with the Lamb the Bridegroom of the Soul

Oh Lamb of God, Who take away the sins of the world, come and act on my soul most intimately. I surrender myself, as I ask for the grace to let go, to just be as I exist in You and You act most intimately on my soul. You are the Initiator. I am the soul waiting Your favors as You act in me. I love You. I adore You. I worship You. Come and possess my soul with Your Divine Grace, as I experience You most intimately.

                9. From the Mass Book - December 27, 1995

LET US LOVE THE TWO HEARTS OF JESUS AND MARY
IN THE RECEPTION OF THE HOLY EUCHARIST.

HE GAVE HIMSELF TO US ON THE CROSS. HE GIVES HIMSELF TO US IN THE EUCHARIST.

How great was the act of love, God gave to this world, when He gave Himself and died on the cross. He gives Himself to us this day in the Holy Eucharist.

The greatest commandment is that we must love God with our whole heart, our whole soul, and our whole being. This is a commandment. If we are to enter heaven, we must follow the commandments. They are commands given by God for us to follow.

The greatest act we can do on this earth is an act of loving God. The reason for our existence is to love God. In the sacrament of His greatest love, He gives Himself to us. This is an act of love on His part. We are called to respond by giving ourselves in love to Him.

This is the purpose of the Holy Eucharist: to unite in such oneness with our Holy, Loving God. Our all consuming passion should be that of loving God. How many go to the Eucharist with the sole purpose of giving great love to God? He wants us to love Him. He wants souls to tell Him how much they truly love Him. This is the most intimate act of love when Jesus gives Himself-Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity to man. If it is such an act of love, how are we receiving Him in Communion? We should beg God, in this most intimate union with Him, to help us to love Him with greatest love.

Jesus is a Person. He wants our love. The Holy Spirit wants such intimacy with us. Our Father wants us to love Him. In the Eucharist, we unite with God. In this intimate act of uniting with our beloved God, with Divinity, we must pour out our love to God. We must pour out our heart to the most adorable Heart of Jesus. Jesus is so unjustly treated by many of His beloved souls He loves so much. Let us help make reparation to the Almighty God by loving God with our whole heart, our whole soul, and our whole being in the sacrament of His greatest love. This is the Gift of Himself.

Think of how it is to love someone and give your all for that person, to pour out your heart to him or her and then be treated with coldness and neglect. It hurts our heart so much more when we deeply love someone to be rejected by that person. Jesus loves us with the deepest love. We cannot fully comprehend this love. Let us love Him with the deepest love. Let us love Mary and her Immaculate Heart. Let us love her as the Mother of God. Let us love her as the virgin who bore the Son of God. May we, in the reception of the Eucharist pour out our love to Him, to this adorable Heart. May we pour out our love to His Holy Mother.

Mary said at Fatima that Jesus wants His Heart venerated next to the heart of His Mother. Let us love these two Hearts as we receive the Sacrament of the Eucharist. Then we are so deeply united with God. We see Their two Hearts surrounded with thorns for the injustices against Their Hearts. Let us help make reparation daily as we receive Him in the Eucharist. This is a special time to help make reparation to Their wounded Hearts.

Let us remember how He poured His love out to us on the cross and how He pours out His love to us now when He gives us Himself in the Eucharist, the Eucharist which contains His Heart of burning love. His Heart was pierced with a lance. Her heart was invisibly pierced with a sword. As the wounds in Their Hearts are deep, so too is Their love so deep.

He does not want "surface love". He wants hearts filled with deep burning love.

                10. From the Mass Book - January 2, 1997

"In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, Amen."

"The grace of Our Lord, Jesus Christ, and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all."

God pours out His grace in this Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. It is the greatest gift when God gives Himself to us.

We share with God His life, given to us abundantly in the Mass.

He gives Himself to us and we give ourselves to Him. The great love affair between God and man: His Holy Mass.

The priest is another Christ to us. It is Christ present, through the priest, celebrating the Mass. We must see Christ in the priest, see Him celebrate the Mass, see His beautiful brown hair, His gentle face, see Him, our Savior. This Jesus Christ that came was born an infant and gave Himself to His death on the cross that we would share His life. See Him now in the Mass, giving Himself in the greatest gift of all. He gives us His divine love and His divine life.

Oh, we thank You for Your life. We know Jesus died and rose and gave us a sharing in His holy life. His life is now abundantly poured, as a fountain to us, especially in the Mass.

Then we hear His word. Let the word of God penetrate our being. Let us feel this Living Word of God. As a two-edged sword, it comes forth with such conviction and love and it penetrates the souls of the faithful with such love. It is food indeed, food for our soul.

He is the Good Shepherd. He speaks to us. He gives us all we want. "Yahweh is my shepherd, I lack nothing." (Ps. 23:1)

He gives us green pastures, and His water pours out and refreshes us. He outpours His grace as a fountain to feed us with His life.

He is a just God, good and kind, all loving, for He is Love. We want for nothing for He outpours His love and His life to us in the Mass. We feast on His Body and Blood and are fed with His Word. We become one in Him and He shares Himself with us.

It is through the Mass celebrated by the hands of a holy priest that we will experience the Mass the way Christ intends. These writings are insights which hopefully will help lead you to the spring of life-giving water, the fountain of love and life He outpours in the Mass.

There will be a new earth when men will see with the light of seven suns. They will know God. A people walking in darkness will see a great light. They will no longer be blind, they will be enlightened, they will love God with the greatest love in the Mass. They will feast on His Body and Blood and will be united as one body in His holy Church through His life given to us in the Eucharist.

We will drink copiously from the fountain of grace which He pours out in the Mass. We will be filled with His love, absorbed with the love of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit and feasting on His divine life.

We see with the vision of God. We partake in such a union with God. We see with the light the Spirit gives to us. The priest celebrates the Mass and we know God with such an intense knowing in this union. We are saturated with His life flowing from the hands of His consecrated priest.

And I look at Him, the priest, and I see Jesus there. I see Him giving Himself to Me. I see the new and Holy City. I see with such clarity the great gift that God gives to us in the Mass!

We learn how to love in the Mass, for we unite to God. He gives us such an intimate sharing in His divine love that we carry His love out to the world. In this union we know His loving to an intense degree and we carry this love out to others. We share in an intense way in His divine act of loving. He, Who is love, gives Himself to us and we are absorbed in His love and we know intensely how God loves. We are filled with love for God and for each other, for, in the oneness He is loving through us. He gives us lights into His loving capacity and we know His loving power in an intensity we did not know before.

We then pray. We offer up our intentions for this Mass. It is now we who intercede to Him to outpour His grace on us and help us with these intentions.

We pray for this reign of peace when the Sacred Heart of Jesus will reign and the Immaculate Heart of Mary will triumph and men will fervently love and adore God with burning love. We pray for all souls and the Church and we beg for His help, His love, His grace.

We offer ourselves as a sacrifice. We offer the bread that will become the bread of life.

The priest mixes the water and the wine and we realize how His Divinity mixes with our humanity.

We offer the wine that will become our spiritual drink-His blood.

I give myself to Him and I beg to be cleansed of my sins with the washing of the hands.

"May the Lord accept the sacrifice at your hands for the praise and glory of His name, for our good and the good of all His Church."

We ask Him to accept the gifts we want to give Him, we give Him thanks, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise and we sing out:

"Holy, Holy God, of power and might…" we sing Him praise and thank Him-oh, God we love Thee so much."

My heart is so filled with such awe. I cry because I love Him so much.

Every word in the Mass, I love. The priest consecrates the host and changes it into the Body and Blood of Christ.

Oh, it makes me cry for I am so struck with awe at what happens at the Consecration. I unite in the oneness with the priest, with Christ and with all present, with heaven and earth. I am one in that moment, united in the sacrifice of Christ giving Himself to the Father.

This is the moment when I unite in such oneness with Christ in the purity of Mary's heart. I give myself as a sacrifice. I offer myself to the Father.

The Father looks down and He sees us united to His Son's Sacrifice. It is in this oneness that His grace is outpoured on us, that we die to that which is not like Him and that the Holy Spirit works in the heart of Mary and fills us with His life.

I am in ecstasy as I realize more and more the great gift of love that God gives us in His holy Mass. I am taken to such heights, being wrapped in the presence of God. It is rapture, this Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.

It is a great gift, experiencing this intense presence of the Almighty God: Through Him, With Him, and In Him.

We pray to the Father the prayer as Jesus taught us and beg, "thy Kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven."

We pray: "For the Kingdom, the power and the glory are yours, now and forever."

We beg for peace in our hearts. We share this peace with one another. Then we beg of the Lamb of God. I want to get down to the ground and beg for His grace, mercy and forgiveness for our sins.

Please, God, I see us as a sinful people. I want the grace and mercy to flow abundantly.

He raises the Host and says: "This is the Lamb of God Who takes away the sins of the world, happy are those who are called to His supper."

We respond: "Lord, I am not worthy to receive you, but only say the word and I shall be healed."

I receive the Almighty God in Communion. All I want is Him. Oh, God, I want you, I adore you, I worship you, I love you.

Oh, for this moment when God gives Himself to me. Oh, God, words do not express this time-this intense presence of You within my being. Oh, sweet Savior, I love You!

You share Yourself so intimately with me. You imprint on my soul a knowing of Your Divine Being that is so intimate in this Communion when You give Yourself to me.

Oh, let our hearts be open to His grace that we may know this great gift more, that we will partake more fully in this greatest act of love with Divinity.

He shares Himself with us, the Almighty God, in such oneness. This is the greatest way to bind us with each other, to unite with each other in the Mass and Communion.

And so I sing the love of God, the love of His Mass. I beg you to pray for the grace that He can teach you in these writings about His most intimate love affair with man, the gift of Himself-the gift He gives us in the Mass.

The Holy Sacrifice, the sacrifice of Calvary, sacramentally-made-present in the Mass when He gives Himself to us with the greatest love!

And what does He ask in return? He asks that we love one another, that we give Him the glory, the thanksgiving, the adoration that is His due as the Almighty God.

He sends us forth with His blessing to share His most intimate love with all. We go forth as other Christs in the world. For He is alive this day and He lives in us and He gives His love to others through us. We act as channels of His life to one another.

The Mass is the richest source of His life. His life flows through the body, the Church, especially through the Sacraments and the Mass.

Oh Jesus, from the fountain of life that pours forth from Your pierced Heart, give us holy priests whose hearts are consecrated to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary to celebrate the Mass-that there is such oneness between the priest and Christ that His grace will flow copiously.

We thirst for the fountain of life pouring forth from the pierced Heart of Christ. It is His life we seek and find in the Church. It is His love we want and we experience the greatest love affair with God in the Mass.

These books on the Mass are accounts of my intimate love affair with our Almighty God. Many experiences were enlightenments I received in the Mass.

I strongly advise all to pray, to say the Holy Spirit Prayer, the Consecration Prayers, and the Prayer before the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, before Mass. (These prayers follow this message).

This book is the journey into the red room, the inner chamber of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, through the gateway, the pure and Immaculate Heart of His Mother.

It is in the Mass we give ourselves in such love to our Holy God. He gives Himself to us and we give ourselves to Him.

The Descent of the Holy Spirit on the Apostles

1. Acts 2: 1-4

When Pentecost day came round, they had all met together, when suddenly there came from heaven a sound as of a violent wind which filled the entire house in which they were sitting; and there appeared to them tongues as of fire; these separated and came to rest on the head of each of them. They were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak different languages as the Spirit gave them power to express themselves.

Opening Prayer

In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Dear Father, we come to You in the name of Jesus, in union with Him in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, in the Holy Spirit. The Queenship of Mary

1. From Mother at Our Side by Fr. Edward J. Carter, S.J.

Chapter 15 - Queen  Of  Peace

Tell everyone that God gives graces through the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Tell them to ask graces from her, and that the Heart of Jesus wishes to be venerated together with the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Ask them to plead for peace from the Immaculate Heart of Mary, for the Lord has confided the peace of the world to her. (Our Lady of Fatima to Jacinta.)35

2. From Mother at Our Side by Fr. Edward J. Carter, S.J. continues

The world needs peace. Individual nations need peace and families need peace. The Church needs peace. Each of us individually needs peace. We must work for peace through prayer, fasting, and other Christ-like activities.

3. From Mother at Our Side by Fr. Edward J. Carter, S.J. continues

And just what do we mean by peace? St. Augustine says peace is the tranquility of order. God has put order into His creation and this order must be respected and promoted if peace is to prevail. To the extent that the human family lives according to God's will—lives according to the order or the plan God has established for creation—to that extent does peace exist in the various segments of human society. To the extent there are violations of God's plan, of His will, to that extent peace is absent.

4. From Mother at Our Side by Fr. Edward J. Carter, S.J. continues

If we are to be instruments of peace, we ourselves must be at peace. Our personal peace is the tranquility of order which results from our doing God's will. The more we are united through love with God in the doing of His will, the more we experience peace.

5. From Mother at Our Side by Fr. Edward J. Carter, S.J. continues

Sometimes the sense of peace we experience is so strong that we can "feel" it pulsating throughout our being. These are periods of what we may call the experience of extraordinary peace. Unfortunately this type of peace usually is not an everyday occurrence.

6. From Mother at Our Side by Fr. Edward J. Carter, S.J. continues

Most of the time we live immersed in a more subdued kind of peace which results from our daily attempts to do God's will. It is that peace which is a welcome and sustaining companion as we walk the path of everyday life with its usual assortments of joys and disappointments, successes and failures, laughter and tears.

7. From Mother at Our Side by Fr. Edward J. Carter, S.J. continues

Occasionally, very deep suffering may enter our lives. It is during these times that we need special determination to preserve ourselves in a basic peace of spirit despite the very significant pain. One may wonder how a person can be at peace amidst the experience of great suffering. St. Francis de Sales in one of his writings—and I have not been able to locate the exact place—offers an analogy which I think is very helpful. He asks us to picture an ocean body of water at the time of a violent storm. The surface of the water becomes extremely turbulent. Francis asks us, using our imaginations, to descend beneath the surface of water into its depths. What do we find?

8. From Mother at Our Side by Fr. Edward J. Carter, S.J. continues

The deeper one descends away from the turbulent surface, the calmer the water becomes. Likewise, says the saint, should it be with us during times of every significant suffering. Although the surface of the spirit may be very agitated, one can still maintain basic peace of spirit by going deep down to one's center where God is more directly experienced. Here the person experiences a calm, a basic peace, although the suffering remains.

9. From Mother at Our Side by Fr. Edward J. Carter, S.J. continues

If we are trying to do God's will, God intends us to be at peace. The more we conform to God's will, the more we are living according to the order He intends for us. In turn, the more our lives are in harmony with the order established by God, the more we experience peace—peace being the tranquility of order. The more we ourselves live in this manner, the more fit instruments we become for promoting God's order and consequent peace throughout the various segments of society. Let us ask Mary, to whom God has entrusted the peace of the world, to help us become greater instruments of peace. Queen of peace, pray for us.

10. Sing: Hail Holy Queen

You Will Stand As A Mighty Oak

R. I am realizing there is a constant presence of Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Jesus stood before the crowd when they condemned Him to death. He was surrounded by hatred and the mob agreed that our beloved Jesus, Who is love, deserved to be crucified. He had done nothing but give love, but through the hardness of their hearts they surrounded Him and condemned Him to death.

The devil is, oh, so cunning. He is callous. He is hate-filled. He wells up in men's hearts and acts through them. When we are persecuted by those around us, by one person, by many, the example of Jesus is what we must follow. The devil is so strong. There will be more mass persecutions of us, as Christians. By mass, I mean, several or more persons taking a stand against us and persecuting us. Whenever I am innocent and being attacked by several persons accusing me of a misdeed, Satan is at work.

But, the interior awareness of God is what will sustain us! Jesus had a constant awareness of the love between Him and the Father. Jesus knew all the men who persecuted Him and loved them. Jesus had a constant awareness of each person, the divine, unique creation of the Father. He saw all this hatred before Him and still loved these people as the Father loved them.

Jesus: They may persecute you, My child, several in number, and you will stand as the mighty oak. Your roots are rooted firmly in the love of God, and you are aware of My presence within you always. You are never abandoned. Everything that happens, I am allowing. The very hairs of your head are numbered.

R. Jesus stood condemned to death. Jesus, tied to a pillar, allowed men to tear His precious Flesh away. He bled the very Blood in His veins. How did Jesus still love such ruthless men? The constant awareness of men as "divinely created" allowed Him to love them as God the Father's creatures. He saw the divine creation of the Father and loved them. He is one with the Father. He knew the Father's love. He knew the Father's will and He, Who is God, could have stopped all of it, but He wanted to do the will of His Father. He thought of us and His love, so deep for us, and endured all He had to suffer for our salvation.

Jesus: My Blood was spent. My Life was given. I am He Who died and has risen so that you might have new life! In every death there is the resurrection into new life.

R. To constantly keep the Resurrection before our eyes when we experience suffering is a key factor in living the new life.

Jesus: I come to bring you life that you may have it to the fullest. When they persecute you and holler every slander against you, keep your eyes forever set on your heavenly Kingdom.

Then the light in the room returned, the candle went on and the picture became bright, all instantaneously, brighter than ever before. I went to the back of the chapel where Mary would appear, to do the 6:30 p.m. prayers and I cried. I was so shaken from the experience. Father Carter was there for the prayers. I was told to tell Father Smith, which I did.

From Blue Book 4 - First Saturday, September 3, 1994

Vision:

I went to Falmouth with Fr. Carter - that morning I had an experience with Mary's suffering in the back of the same chapel where Mary was appearing to me daily. I suffered so much and was so weak I thought I would not be able to go to Falmouth with Fr. Carter that day. I was suffering in the morning. At 5:00 p.m. I again went to the chapel at the old seminary. I sat in front of the Sacred Heart picture at the main altar, in front of the tabernacle and started to cry. This went on for 20 minutes. The Sacred Heart picture illuminated. The picture remained illuminated for 20 minutes. There was a candle with the Sacred Heart image on it, it was by the picture and it too was lighted. Then the light on the picture, the candle, and the sunlight in the room simultaneously grew dark. I could faintly see the image of Jesus in the picture, it was covered with a black covering. I sat there and stared at the picture, trying to see Jesus, but could barely see through the black covering or darkness - I saw Him a little. It remained this way for about 3 or 4 minutes. Then, slowly, the lights came on, simultaneously they grew brighter and brighter. It took about one minute. Then the lights were brighter than before.

September 3, 1994

R. I am realizing more and more the Presence of God at all times. Interiorly, I am constantly aware of this Presence of Father, Son and Holy Spirit. This Presence is so strong that I cannot feel abandoned.

I am as the baby at the breast. I know my loving Father more and more and I know He will care for me. I know that Jesus and the Holy Spirit are forever with me. I feel as if I have a coating on me, between me and the world, and I am so protected by this interior union.

No one can ever touch this union with God. This is why I live to be forever connected as one with Him. The more I become one in Him, the more I experience this protection.

The wind may come and blow, you may be rocked in your place, but the interior life of the love of God is forever in my breast.

I have an awareness more and more that I love my brothers so much as I see them as created by my loving Father. He loves them so much. He is one with them. How can I not love them? I see less their faults and more their beauty as His creation. I know Jesus gave the last drop of His Blood for them and would die for them this very day. How could I hate anyone that He loves so much! To love Jesus is to love my brother. I cannot love Jesus and hate my brother. He is one with them. He is so good and loving. I love Him. I am one in Him and He is one in me. My brother is one in Him. If I am one with Jesus and I love Jesus, then I must love my brother because he is one with Jesus and we are all one, united in Him.

I am constantly aware that He allows everything that happens and I must accept it. If He allows me to suffer, it is with great love He allows this suffering. He forever watches us and guards us and loves us. A little child doesn't stop and think about its mother's care and love. The child knows and operates with the assuredness he will be taken care of.

Lord, give to me the assuredness of a little child. Let me know I am forever loved by You. Let me operate with this certainly of Your love.

God is loving and caring for me.

To feel the oneness with You, Lord. I want to know oneness with Jesus. Jesus knew oneness with the Father in His passion. Help me to know God's love without stopping and thinking, "God loves me so I will be okay."  The more I grow in this oneness of Him, I have a constant awareness of the love of Father, Son and Holy Spirit and Mary and I do not have to think about it. I act with this assuredness. I don't feel frightened because I know Their love. I don't have to stop and think, They love me, I know it, I am united to Them!

Put on Christ, be Christ to one another, let Him dwell within you, become one in Him. I am living more and more in Him. I realize His presence, the presence of the Trinity within me. I am thirsty for God's love!

Jesus:  I am the Way, I am the Truth, I am the Life. He who abides in Me will live forever. I give you My very own flesh. The way to the Father is through Me, the Holy Spirit is the love between the Father and Me. You, My children, are the chosen ones. The more you realize Our presence within you, the more you become one in God.

I am the Alpha and the Omega. I Am Who Am. I am God and I, child, write this to you. In 40 minutes you receive this teaching. I love you dearly. I want you, My precious one, to share My love with this world. If you, who I talk to, hold back, who will know the love I pour out to you here? I am God, one, true, magnificent - without end. Do not tarry for I go before you.

I Cry For The Souls

R. Notes: When the Host was raised, I kept hearing with emotion the song, "This is My Body". He was talking about passion before Mass. I heard, "This is My Blood". This triggered all His explanations of how He gave His very Flesh and Blood for us.

I wanted to cry. Tears came down. I was filled with immense emotion, couldn't look at Mary's statue. I love Him so much. I am aware of all the souls that will be lost because they do not know His love. I know it so well. I can't speak.

The world stands still and it is so clear to me about the existence of the other side. It is as if I am not here. I know His love so much. He is so much ONE with me. I want to help others to know this love!

He died so they would go to heaven and what do I do to tell others of this love?

I love Him so much and I love all others because they are one in Him and I want to spread His love.

My heart is torn apart in my chest for souls that I know will be lost because they did not know Him and He wants to love them so much. He loves them so much that He gave His Flesh and Blood for them.

I cry for the souls that are on the way to hell if they do not change. I cry for the senseless ones. I cry for my beloved brothers whom I love so deeply.

Crying is no way to release agonies of the heart. That is why He sweat Blood. That is why Mary appears crying blood, her face cracked.

This is reality. This is the world. These are His beloved ones. God, the Father, loves them so dearly. Jesus died for them. The Holy Spirit loves them so. Mary is by their sides and with all this, they will be lost forever to hell if they do not change.

Prayer is the answer. No drop of water will ever quench their thirst if they go to hell. Our prayers are our love for our brothers.

Mary: My children, my heart was pierced with a sword to watch my beloved Son suffer so for love of you. Pray the rosary for our beloved brothers. Sacrifice, offer your days in union with the Mass for their souls. Time is so short, my beloved ones. Pray, pray, pray. Your prayers can help save the lives of your brothers. Time is short. I am Mary, your Mother and thank you for responding to my call.

On September 3, 1994 - First Saturday

R. I suffered the greatest sorrow within my heart for the sorrows of Mary. I had gone to Mass and the priest had done the peace rosary.

This is what would happen to me at Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center. My heart would be in such anguish because of the sorrows of Mary I experienced. I would be buckled over in pain. This day I was before the Sorrowful Mother statue in the back of the main chapel. We were going to the Falmouth, Kentucky Farm, that day to pray. I was so drained and weak from this experience, I thought I could not go. I was weakened, so weakened, the experience lasted about an hour and was so intense. I existed in this intense pain of the Immaculate Heart.

That afternoon we came for the 6:30 p.m. prayers where Our Lady would appear. At 6:00 p.m. I went to the tabernacle in the Rosary Chapel and there was this picture of Jesus to the left of the tabernacleImage of the Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart and a candle with the Sacred Heart of Jesus on it. There was sunlight in the room from the rosary windows. I sat before the tabernacle on the altar as I had done so many times, before the picture and left of the tabernacle. I began to experience the deepest agony of His Heart. I knew the sorrow of His Heart for all who do not come before Him in the Blessed Sacrament. I knew His sorrow so deep within me for all the blocks I had experienced in delivering the messages. I was so weakened and I was suffering. Then the lights in the room dimmed and the picture of the Sacred Heart turned black before me. I could very faintly see His outline behind the blackness. The candle of the Sacred Heart went out. I sat on the end of my chair in pain and suffering and a fear shot through me. I wondered what had happened. It remained this way for about 5 minutes.

Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Litugical Year (2011/2012)
$ 10.00

Guiding Light homily series — Reflect on the Word — Cycle B     The Word leaves an impression on our souls. In my thoughts and reflections are born a more tangible understanding of these eternal concepts presented in the Gospels and the readings. Anyone can read a sentence, but not anyone can absorb it's true meaning. Truth, in this day and age, is almost a matter of opinion or individual entitlement. We believe that Christ's truth is our Roman Catholic Church. We, as priests, champion it's teachings; we are ambassadors for the Pope and Christ to those faces looking at us. We are the light by which our congregation reads to reflect upon real truth and we do it hand in hand. $10

Guiding Light - Steadfast to the Son
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle A of the Litugical Year
$ 10.00

Guiding Light homily series — Steadfast to the Son — Cycle A    The sunflower is a great example of how we should be steadfastly guided by light. What a powerful thought that this exceptional plant is not stuck in one pose day in and day out, yet adaptable and magnetized to the sun. We feel the same about our Son. Our heads turns to face Christ as each day presents its challenges to find light. We join together like plants in a field and soak up the Son through the pulpit. We are a warm circle of strength using the wind of our breath to carry our priests' words, Christ's words, to new rich soil. $10

Guiding Light - Focusing on the Word
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Litugical Year
$ 10.00

Guiding Light — Focusing on the Word — Cycle B    At times we may feel that our path to Christ is a bit "out of focus". Like the disciples in the Book of Mark, this ordinary life clouds our vision of Christ's Divinity. We may doubt the practicality or possibility of applying His teachings and example to our modern life. Cycle B's homilies are a "guiding light" to help us realize Jesus' Messianic greatness and His promise of better things to come. $10

Guiding Light - Feed My Soul
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle C of the Litugical Year
$ 10.00

Guiding Light — Feed My Soul — Cycle C    In a world rapidly advancing and encouraging personal gain, we are faced with modern problems. There is a challenge to find time in our busy schedules for Sunday Mass or a family meal. We are able to research, shop, bank and even work without hearing one human voice. It is no wonder that we may often feel disconnected and famished at our week's end. In Fr. Joe's third book of homilies from Cycle C, we are reminded of the charity that Christ intended us to show each other. We have a calling to turn the other cheek and be the Good Samaritan to others. We are rewarded with the Father's kingdom and love when we are not worthy. We are not left alone or hungry. $10
