Messenger:          Last September 5, 2001, we didn't have money 
                         for the payment on the Virgin Mary building.
                         Our Lord wants us to call the Building, the Building 
                        of the Two Hearts and we didn't have money all 
                        summer (2001) even for rosary beads.  
    
                            When I went to Florida the building was
                        dark during the prayer service.
                        Look at the 5ths and then look at September 5, 2001.
                        On September 6th after I returned and drove back
                        from Columbus, I attended Mass at the hospital  
                        and prayed deeply for an hour begging God to
                        answer me if the Shepherds of Christ members were
                        supposed to come up with the money and were we doing
                        something wrong—He came back very strong with this
                        message—

                        I appeared and my mother appeared

                            for the whole world.

                        The apparition is not appreciated.

                        The fact you cannot even make

                            the rent payment for the

                            building is proof.

                        So much money in the world and the

                        Look at your news on television.

                        Look at what the news is on the
                            television.

                        MARY HAS APPEARED ON THE

Messenger:         The September 8, 2001 message was really strong.
                        I received it in the Sorrowful Mother Chapel,
                        before Mary at Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center 
                        on Saturday morning after Mass. John the president 
                        was there and Emily. It was so strong.

Messenger:        This month we do not have funds for the building 
                        payment again and we do not even have any money
                        toward the payment.

                             I pray and everyone prays, but I remember
                        the message of September 6, 2001. The people that
                        are Shepherd of Christ apostles, servants, and 
                        handmaids have given so very much. Thank God 
                        they were able to do so.

                            I write to you as a messenger of God. Please
                        help us to pay the rent on the 2 Hearts Building
                        or if you know someone who could help us so we
                        can do what Jesus and Mary have asked us to do.
                            Jesus wants the whole world dedicated to
                        His Heart and praying for the priests. 

I want to put on the message I got                         yesterday. I think if we realized the                         blessing Jesus has promised from faithfully                         praying the Shepherds of Christ Prayers                          —we would all look forward to doing them                         in our homes and other places everyday.

Messenger:     Father loved the priest so much and you
                            can see in all his writings his deep
                            love for the world. Jesus loves the world.
                       You can see from Fr. Carter's writings and his dedication
                            to this mission, that he loves the
                            Church so much.

                        From the first time I prayed with Father Carter, he
                            prayed for all the souls of the earth.

                        He loved the souls so much.

                        I learned a lot from Fr. Carter.

                        Jesus led a private life for
                            30 years and look at all He did in
                            His life.

                        I saw Fr. Carter reaching 75,000 priests
                            all over the world, being like
                            a spiritual director to them,
                            under the direction of Jesus
                            and he did it all from a little
                            room in the Faber Jesuit Community,
                            he was very quiet about it.

                        He often said that, that little community the
                            Jesuit Faber Community, 
                            had one of the greatest libraries and
                            he said Jesus put him there right
                            with that library to write the
                            Newsletter.

                            Well the pain settles in our hearts as we

                        see so many people on the earth do not believe 

                        Jesus Christ is the Son of God.

                            Most people don't have any idea how

                        big the population of people is that don't

                        believe Jesus is the Son of God.

                        This is why Jesus begged me to get His

                        Blue Book Messages out.  He cries out all

                through them—I am Jesus, the Son of

                        God. That was one of the first things Jesus

                        said to me in 1991 "I am Jesus, the Son

                        of God." I had asked Him, October 5, 1992 

                        if He would write a book for the world would 

                        He use my hand and did I get a message.

                            Oh Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, we

                        love You and we make You the King and Center

                        of our hearts.

My dear fellow Associate Members,

Jesus is calling special apostles to join a new division of the Shepherds of Christ Movement. Here is a message from Jesus given to Father Carter:

My beloved priest-companion, I am requesting that a new prayer movement be started under the direction of Shepherds of Christ Ministries. I am asking for volunteers who are willing to pray before the Blessed Sacrament for one hour, twice-weekly. Members of the Shepherds of Christ prayer chapters, as well as others, are to be invited to join this movement.

These apostles are to pray for the intentions I am giving you. For part of the hour they are to use the prayers of the Shepherds of Christ Associates Handbook. They may spend the rest of the hour as they so choose.

I will use this new prayer movement within My Shepherds of Christ Ministries in a powerful way to help in the renewal of My Church and the world. I will give great graces to those who join this movement. The name, Apostles of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus, is to be given to this movement.

I am inviting My beloved Rita Ring to be coordinator for this activity.

I pour out the great love of My Sacred Heart to all. I am Jesus, Chief Shepherd of the flock.

    This is indeed a special calling for us to unite in one heart with His Eucharistic Heart and pray for the following intentions:

1. For the spread of the devotion to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary culminating in the reign of the Sacred Heart and the triumph of the Immaculate Heart.
2. For the Pope.
3. For all bishops of the world.
4. For all priests.
5. For all sisters and brothers in the religious life.
6. For all members of the Shepherds of Christ Movement, and for the spread of this movement to the world.
7. For all members of the Catholic Church.
8. For all members of the human family.
9. For all souls in purgatory.

                            I opened the Bible to this writing from

                                    Zephaniah 1: 4 - 3: 4

                        This is where I began

                            in the middle of verse 4.
  

Zephaniah 1: 4 - 3: 4

...and from this place 
    I will wipe out Baal’s remnant, 
the very name of his priests, 
and those who prostrate themselves 
    on the roofs 
before the array of heaven, 
and those who prostrate themselves 
    before Yahweh 
but swear by Milcom, 
and those who have turned their back 
    on Yahweh, 
who do not seek Yahweh 
and do not consult him. 

Silence before Lord Yahweh, 
for the Day of Yahweh is near! 
Yahweh has prepared a sacrifice, 
he has consecrated his guests.

   Against the courtiers

On the Day of Yahweh’s sacrifice, 
I shall punish the courtiers, 
the royal princes 
and all who dress 
in outlandish clothes. 
On that day I shall punish 
all who go up the Step 
and fill the Temple of their lords,

‘Yahweh can do nothing, 
either good or bad.’ 
For this, their wealth will be looted 
and their houses laid in ruins; 
they will build houses 
    but not live in them,

   The Day of Yahweh

The great Day of Yahweh is near, 
near, and coming with great speed. 
How bitter the sound 
    of the Day of Yahweh, 
the Day when the warrior 
    shouts his cry of war. 
That Day is a day of retribution, 
a day of distress and tribulation, 
a day of ruin and of devastation, 
a day of darkness and gloom, 
a day of cloud and thick fog, 
a day of trumpet blast and battle cry 
against fortified town 
and high corner–tower. 
I shall bring such distress on humanity 
that they will grope their way 
    like the blind 
for having sinned against Yahweh. 
Their blood will be poured out like mud, 
yes, their corpses like dung; 
nor will their silver or gold 
be able to save them. 
On the Day of Yahweh’s anger, 
by the fire of his jealousy, 
the whole earth will be consumed. 
For he will destroy, yes, annihilate 
everyone living on earth.

Chapter 2

   Conclusion: a call to conversion

Gather together, gather together, 
nations without shame, 
before you are dispersed like chaff 
which disappears in a day; 
before Yahweh’s burning anger 
    overtakes you 
(before the Day of Yahweh’s anger 
    overtakes you). 
Seek Yahweh, 
all you humble of the earth, 
who obey his commands. 
Seek uprightness, 
seek humility: 
you may perhaps find shelter 
on the Day of Yahweh’s anger.

II: AGAINST THE NATIONS

   The enemy to the west: the Philistines

For Gaza will be abandoned 
and Ashkelon reduced to ruins; 
Ashdod will be driven out 
    in broad daylight 
and Ekron uprooted. 
Disaster to the members 
    of the coastal league, 
to the nation of the Cherethites! 
This is the word of Yahweh against you: 
I shall subdue you, land of the Philistines, 
I shall destroy you 
    till there are no inhabitants left; 
and the coastal league 
    will be reduced to pasture land, 
to grazing grounds for shepherds 
and folds for sheep; 
and the league will belong 
to the remnant of the House of Judah; 
they will pasture their flocks there, 
at night they will rest 
    in the houses of Ashkelon; 
for, when Yahweh their God 
    has punished them, 
he will restore their fortunes.

   The enemies to the east: Moab and Ammon

I have heard the taunt of Moab 
and the insults of the Ammonites, 
as they taunted my people 
and boasted of their own domains. 
For this, as I live—
    declares Yahweh Sabaoth, 
God of Israel—
Moab will become like Sodom 
and the Ammonites like Gomorrah: 
a realm of nettles, a heap of salt, 
a desolation for ever. 
What is left of my people 
    will plunder them, 
the survivors of my nation 
    will take their heritage. 
This will be the price of their pride 
for having taunted and boasted 
over the people of Yahweh Sabaoth. 
Yahweh will be fearsome to them, 
for he will scatter all the gods of the earth, 
and they will bow down to him, 
each from his own place—
all the islands of the nations.

   The enemy to the south: Ethiopia

You Ethiopians too 
will be run through by my sword.

   The enemy to the north: Assyria

He will raise his hand against the north 
and bring Assyria down in ruins; 
he will make Nineveh a waste, 
as dry as a desert. 
Flocks will rest inside there, 
so will wild animals; 
pelican and porcupine 
will nest round her cornices at night; 
the owl will hoot at the window 
and the raven croak on the doorstep—
for the cedar has been torn down. 
This is what the city will be like, 
once living happy and carefree 
and thinking to itself, 
‘I have no rival—not I!’ 
And what will it be now? A ruin, 
a lair for wild beasts to rest in, 
and everyone who passes by 
will whistle and throw up his hands.

III: AGAINST JERUSALEM

Chapter 3

   Against the rulers of Judah

Disaster to the rebellious, 
    the befouled, 
the tyrannical city! 
She has not listened to the call, 
she has not bowed to correction, 
she has not trusted in Yahweh, 
she has not drawn near to her God. 
The rulers she has 
are roaring lions, 
her judges are wolves of the wastelands 
which leave nothing over 
    for the morning, 
her prophets are braggarts, 
impostors, 
her priests have profaned what is holy 
and violated the Law.
