Prayer for Grace for our Country

Dear Father united to Jesus in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the Sacrifice of Calvary sacramentally made present, celebrated around the world, in the Holy Spirit. We offer up all we do united to the Mass. We unite in one mind and one heart as members of the mystical body of Christ, with Christ our head in the pure and holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary, through the powerful intercession of Mary with all the angels and saints and souls in purgatory, and we beg for the saving grace, for our country, the United States. Please help us. We further pray for unity to always do the will of God in love. We spread the Blood of Jesus on the leaders and people of the United States and cast the devil into hell. We consecrate our country to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart and all our dioceses, and beg for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit. God help us. We pray for our families, the priests, the Church and the world. In the Name of Jesus please hear us, we pray. We pray for our president and leaders. We pray that we are united as one nation under God to work together in love as God wants.

 Joyful Mysteries

                The Annunciation

                1. Mary was conceived without
                    sin.

                2. The Father has a plan.

John 3: 16

For this is how God loved the world:
he gave his only Son,
so that everyone who believes in him
    may not perish
but may have eternal life.

                3. Jesus is the Son of God.

                4. Mary conceived by the Holy Spirit –

Luke 1: 26-38

In the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent by God to a town in Galilee called Nazareth, to a virgin betrothed to a man named Joseph, of the House of David; and the virgin’s name was Mary. He went in and said to her, ‘Rejoice, you who enjoy God’s favour! The Lord is with you.’ She was deeply disturbed by these words and asked herself what this greeting could mean, but the angel said to her, ‘Mary, do not be afraid; you have won God’s favour. Look! You are to conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you must name him Jesus. He will be great and will be called Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his ancestor David; he will rule over the House of Jacob for ever and his reign will have no end.’ Mary said to the angel, ‘But how can this come about, since I have no knowledge of man?’ The angel answered, ‘The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will cover you with its shadow. And so the child will be holy and will be called Son of God. And I tell you this too: your cousin Elizabeth also, in her old age, has conceived a son, and she whom people called barren is now in her sixth month, for nothing is impossible to God.’ Mary said, ‘You see before you the Lord’s servant, let it happen to me as you have said.’ And the angel left her.

                5. The Incarnation goes on in us.

                6. Mary is our spiritual Mother.

                7. Mary loved the Father's will.

                8. Jesus is no less present in the
                    tabernacle than He was
                    in Mary's womb.

                9. Jesus' most Sacred Heart was
                    formed in Mary's womb.

                10. We offer this rosary as requested by
Jesus and Mary - Rosaries from the
Hearts of Jesus and Mary. This is for
                    the spread of the rosary
                    throughout the world.

                The Visitation

                1. Mary, being pregnant herself, but
                    hearing through the angel
                    that Elizabeth had conceived
a child in her old age,
                    made haste to the hill
country to be with her cousin
                    Elizabeth.

                2. When she arrived the child in
                    Elizabeth's womb leapt for joy.

                3. Mary was filled with the Holy Spirit
                    and cried out the Magnificat.

                4. Luke 1: 46-55

And Mary said:

My soul proclaims
    the greatness of the Lord
and my spirit rejoices
    in God my Saviour;
because he has looked upon
    the humiliation of his servant.
Yes, from now onwards
all generations will call me blessed,
for the Almighty
has done great things for me.
Holy is his name,
and his faithful love extends age after age
    to those who fear him.
He has used the power of his arm,
he has routed the arrogant of heart.
He has pulled down princes
    from their thrones
        and raised high the lowly.
He has filled the starving with good things,
    sent the rich away empty.
He has come to the help
    of Israel his servant,
        mindful of his faithful love
—according to the promise
    he made to our ancestors—
of his mercy to Abraham
and to his descendants for ever.

                5. Mary is the Immaculate
                    Conception –

                    Mary is the Immaculate Mother.

                6. Jesus longs for us to come to
                    Him and receive Him in
                    Holy Communion.

We carry Jesus in our Hearts.

                7. May 13, 1993 Excerpt

Jesus: My dear child, if you stay close to Me, then I live in you and you live in Me.
I am He Who created you and I love you with such an intensity that you will
never know. My words are your truth. You must abide in My heart in all things.
There is no room for doubt. My ways are steadfast, direct, and without error.

                8. Jesus: I am the Savior of the world.
                    Live the Christ-life –
Be a light as you live –
                    live to lift others
                    up – to know Christ
                    as you witness and love.

                9. Jesus is the Light of the world.

Jesus: Be a light among others –
I want to live in you and
operate in you. I love you!

                10. Luke 1: 39-45

Mary set out at that time and went as quickly as she could into the hill country to a town in Judah. She went into Zechariah’s house and greeted Elizabeth. Now it happened that as soon as Elizabeth heard Mary’s greeting, the child leapt in her womb and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit. She gave a loud cry and said, ‘Of all women you are the most blessed, and blessed is the fruit of your womb. Why should I be honoured with a visit from the mother of my Lord? Look, the moment your greeting reached my ears, the child in my womb leapt for joy. Yes, blessed is she who believed that the promise made her by the Lord would be fulfilled.’

                The Birth of Jesus

                1. Song: A Song from Jesus

                2. Jesus was born in a stable because
there was not room for Him
                    in the Inn.
Do we have room for Jesus in
                        our hearts?

                3. Joseph was filled with joy to see
                    the splendor of the night.

                4. Micah 5: 1-4

But you (Bethlehem) Ephrathah,
the least of the clans of Judah,
from you will come for me
a future ruler of Israel
whose origins go back to the distant past,
to the days of old.
Hence Yahweh will abandon them
only until she who is in labour gives birth,
and then those who survive of his race
will be reunited to the Israelites.
He will take his stand
    and he will shepherd them
with the power of Yahweh,
with the majesty of the name of his God,
and they will be secure,
    for his greatness will extend
henceforth to the most distant parts
    of the country.

He himself will be peace!

                5. Holy Family – Jesus, Mary, Joseph.
Families are to grow in the
                        image of God.
In the Trinity there are 3
                        Persons in one God.
                    God wants unity.
                    The devil wants to tear
                        apart.

                6. When Jesus was born in such
                    poverty in the stable –
                    a great star shown
                    above the crib –
Jesus is the Light of the World.

                7. The Father showed the beauty
of the night – He gave
                    a magnificent star.

                8. The angels sang at the birth
                    of Jesus. Hosanna in the
                    highest. Jesus came –
                    the Son of God.

                9. God is with us –

                    Song: O Come Emmanuel

                10. Jesus is the Savior of the
                    world. Jesus comes to
                    show us the way –
                    Peace on Earth –
                    Good will to men –
God gave us Mary – the
                        Mother of Jesus –
                    Jesus gave us Mary as
                        He hung on the cross.

                The Presentation in the Temple

                1. Mary is the Mother of Jesus –
                    Mary gave us her Son,
                    Jesus. We see Mary's love
and her gift to us in
                    sacrificing to bring
                    us Jesus.

                2. Sing: Little Baby Hands and Feet

                3. Mary and Joseph took the child
                    Jesus to the Temple –
                    Simeon told Mary –
                        A sword will pierce
                            your heart, oh Mary.

                4. These are rosaries from the
Hearts of Jesus and Mary –
Mary loves us more than any
                        earthly Mother –
                        Mary can heal all
                        Mother wounds.

                5. Fr. Carter always said we need
                    a relationship with
                    Mary to have the intimacy
                    that Jesus wants us to
                    have with Him.

                6. Mary loves Jesus so much.
                    Jesus loves Mary so much.
                    We can especially see this
in Blue Book 4, August 1994.

                7. These rosaries can help us
                    dwell more and more in
the Hearts of Jesus and Mary –
                    the Hearts of greatest
                    love –
Mary and Jesus love us so much.

                8. Mary has powerful
                    intercession – we can
go to Mary as our Mother.
Turn to Mary as our Mother.
Mary is the Queen of Peace –
Mary is Mother of the Church –
Mary is the Mother of God.

                9. Mary is the perfect disciple
                    of Jesus.

                    Mary knew suffering –
                        Simeon told Mary
                        she would suffer
                        in Jesus' life.

                10. Mary is Queen of heaven and
                    earth – our Mother of
                    love.
                    When we give our heart
                    to Mary, she takes
us to the Heart of Jesus,
on fire for love of us.

Mary always leads us to Jesus.
                        Mary is all pure –

Mary is the Mother of our
                        Christ-life.

                        December 24, 1999 Excerpt

Stay united in your hearts, no matter where you are, offering up all you do this Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, united to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, praying as a body for the priests , the Church, and the world.

Jesus: Mary appears on the building, this is a gift to the world.

Jesus: This Christmas pray as We have instructed. For My Christmas gift encourage others to pray My Shepherds of Christ prayers.

I want all bishops in the world to get the priestly newsletter book.

I want all praying as a body, for the Church, the world and the priests using my prayers (Shepherds of Christ Prayer Manual).

I want all praying the Holy Spirit Novena I have given for oneness and healing.

I want all to pray the rosary.

I am the Christ Child.

The Birth of Our Lord Stained Glass Window

JESUS IS SAVIOR

CHRIST Comes to show the way

Peace on Earth, Good will to men

I love you, Jesus

NOTE: R. Jesus said do not force others to pray, do not have a fight on Christmas with family members who do not wish to pray. He said to pray ourselves if we can.   end of December 24, 1999

The Finding of Jesus in the Temple

                1. Luke 2: 41-52

Every year his parents used to go to Jerusalem for the feast of the Passover. When he was twelve years old, they went up for the feast as usual. When the days of the feast were over and they set off home, the boy Jesus stayed behind in Jerusalem without his parents knowing it. They assumed he was somewhere in the party, and it was only after a day’s journey that they went to look for him among their relations and acquaintances. When they failed to find him they went back to Jerusalem looking for him everywhere.

It happened that, three days later, they found him in the Temple, sitting among the teachers, listening to them, and asking them questions; and all those who heard him were astounded at his intelligence and his replies. They were overcome when they saw him, and his mother said to him, ‘My child, why have you done this to us? See how worried your father and I have been, looking for you.’ He replied, ‘Why were you looking for me? Did you not know that I must be in my Father’s house?’ But they did not understand what he meant. He went down with them then and came to Nazareth and lived under their authority. His mother stored up all these things in her heart. And Jesus increased in wisdom, in stature, and in favour with God and with people.

2. Mary searched for the Child Jesus in the Temple. Today, there are many searching for those things that will make them happy. We will not be happy if our lives are not rooted in God.

3. We must go to Mary in order to be close to God. As Noah went into the Ark for his refuge, we to must go to the heart of Mary. She is the Ark that will lead us to the Heart of her Son.

4. So many this day are sinning. They must go to the temple. Mary is the temple that we go to, in order to find God. We go to her spiritual womb, to her heart, and we find God. We must do as Our Lady told us at Fatima, and give Mary our hearts. All through the day we give Mary our hearts and Jesus our hearts.

5. This is our job, to spread the Fatima message, to do what Mary has told us to do at Fatima, to give Jesus our hearts, and to tell all the other youth that we must do what Mary said at Fatima. We must give Mary and Jesus our hearts, pray the rosary, go to church on first Saturday, and tell Jesus and Mary we are sorry for the sins in this world.

6. Mary's peace plan is so simple to follow. We have disobeyed our heavenly Mother at Fatima. Mary appeared on July 13, 1917 to the three children. Mary showed the three children a vision of hell. She told them,

"You have seen Hell, where the souls of poor sinners go. To save them, God wishes to establish, in the world, devotion to my Immaculate Heart. If people do what I tell you, many souls will be saved and there will be peace."31

31. Rev. Edward Carter, S.J., Spirituality of Fatima and Medjugorje, [Milford: Faith Publishing Co., 1994], p. 4.

                7. We are children in the Father's
family. God the Father is our
                    heavenly Father. Mary is our
                    heavenly Mother.
We must honor our Father and Mother.

                8. We must always try to do
                    what is pleasing to our
                    heavenly Father.

                9. Mary and Joseph found Jesus in the
                    temple doing His Father's
                    business.

                10. Jesus lived the quiet life
                    after this until age 30.
                    Heroism is found in living
                    the ordinariness of life
                    in peace and love.
                    Giving ourselves, our lives
                        in surrender to God.

Prayer for Union With Jesus

Come to me, Lord, and possess my soul. Come into my heart and permeate my soul. Help me to sit in silence with You and let You work in my heart.

I am Yours to possess. I am Yours to use. I want to be selfless and only exist in You. Help me to spoon out all that is me and be an empty vessel ready to be filled by You. Help me to die to myself and live only for You. Use me as You will. Let me never draw my attention back to myself. I only want to operate as You do, dwelling in me.

I am Yours, Lord. I want to have my life in You. I want to do the will of The Father. Give me the strength to put aside the world and let You operate my very being. Help me to act as You desire. Strengthen me against the distractions of the devil to take me from Your work.

When I worry, I have taken my focus off of You and placed it on myself. Help me not to give in to the promptings of others to change what in my heart You are making very clear to me. I worship You, I adore You and I love You. Come and dwell in me now.

Mysteries of Light

                The Baptism of Jesus

                1. St. John the Baptist
                    prepared the way for
                    Jesus.

                2. Jesus is God's servant to
                    establish justice in the world,
be a light to the nations
                    and liberate the captives.
                    Jesus is God's perfect servant.

                3. At Jesus' baptism, God introduces
Jesus to the world, not just
                    as His servant, but as
                    His beloved Son with whom
                    He is well-pleased.

                4. Luke 7: 28

'I tell you, of all the children born to women, there is no one greater than John; yet the least in the kingdom of God is greater than he.'

                5. Jesus taught us we are always
                    to do God's will.
Fr. Carter said "Does it matter
if God asks you to carry
                    a pebble or a boulder?"

                6. The baptism of Jesus is not
                    the same as ours.

Matthew 3: 11

I baptise you in water for repentance, but the one who comes after me is more powerful than I, and I am not fit to carry his sandals; he will baptise you with the Holy Spirit and fire.

                7. This is a mystery –
Pope John Paul II made this mystery
                    first of the Mysteries
                    of Light.

                8. John 3: 5

Jesus replied: In all truth I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God without being born through water and the Spirit;

                    We need baptism!

                9. The sky was thrown open and the voice
                        of the Father was heard:
                        "This is My beloved Son
                            in whom I am
                            well pleased."

                10. Jesus is present to us as
                    God's Son.

                    Song: A Song from Jesus

                The Marriage at Cana

                1. The baptism of Jesus was the
                    beginning of Jesus' ministry.

                2. Jesus performed His first
                    public miracle at the
                    wedding at Cana.

                3. Mary has powerful intercession.

They ran out of wine at the
                        wedding and Mary told
                        Him this –
                        then she told the waiters
                        do what He tells you.

                4. Jesus turned water into wine.

John 2: 1-10

On the third day there was a wedding at Cana in Galilee. The mother of Jesus was there, and Jesus and his disciples had also been invited. And they ran out of wine, since the wine provided for the feast had all been used, and the mother of Jesus said to him, ‘They have no wine.’ Jesus said, ‘Woman, what do you want from me? My hour has not come yet.’ His mother said to the servants, ‘Do whatever he tells you.’  There were six stone water jars standing there, meant for the ablutions that are customary among the Jews: each could hold twenty or thirty gallons. Jesus said to the servants, ‘Fill the jars with water,’ and they filled them to the brim. Then he said to them, ‘Draw some out now and take it to the president of the feast.’ They did this; the president tasted the water, and it had turned into wine. Having no idea where it came from—though the servants who had drawn the water knew—the president of the feast called the bridegroom and said, ‘Everyone serves good wine first and the worse wine when the guests are well wined; but you have kept the best wine till now.’

                5. Jesus gave Himself on Calvary
                    for our sins.

                6. The Mass is the sacrifice
                    of Calvary, sacramentally
                    made present.

                7. Song: A Priest is a Gift from God

                8. From the Prayer Manual

Prayer for Priests

Lord Jesus, Chief Shepherd of the Flock, we pray that in the great love and mercy of Your Sacred Heart You attend to all the needs of Your priest-shepherds throughout the world. We ask that You draw back to Your Heart all those priests who have seriously strayed from Your path, that You rekindle the desire for holiness in the hearts of those priests who have become lukewarm, and that You continue to give Your fervent priests the desire for the highest holiness. United with Your Heart and Mary's Heart, we ask that You take this petition to Your heavenly Father in the unity of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

                9. John the Baptist called
                    Jesus the "Lamb of God".

Lamb of God

Lamb of God, Who takes away the sins of the world, have mercy on us.
Lamb of God, Who takes away the sins of the world, have mercy on us.
Lamb of God, Who takes away the sins of the world, grant us peace.

                10. The Aramic word for "lamb"
                    was
talya, a word which
                    means "servant".
                    Jesus is God's servant –
Jesus is the Light of the
                        Word –
                    Jesus is the Light to
                        the Nations.

                    Sing refrain:
All the Ends of the Earth
                            have seen the Glory
                            of God

                The Kingdom of God

                1. Sing: Glory, Glory, Glory Lord

                2. Jesus is the Light of the
                    world –
                    A people walking in
                        darkness have seen
                        a great light!!

                3. In Genesis we see God
                    created the Light –
                    God gave us eyes to
                        see the Light –
                    Then Jesus cured the
                    blind man, the deaf man.
Many times we don't want to
hear and see what we need to or
                        we might have to change.

                4. God gave us brains to
                    understand and process what
                    we see.
We have eye lids to block
                        what we see.
We can turn off lights –
                        pull down shades,
                        live in the dark,
                        if we want –

                5. We can see things in
                    our imagination or
                    mind, envision
                    abstract concepts.
God is a mystery – we
                        must ask for an increase
                        in faith. What is faith?
                        Faith is believing without
                        necessarily seeing!

                6. In the Apostles Creed we say:

Apostles Creed

I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth; and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord; who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried. He descended into hell; on the third day he arose again from the dead; he ascended into heaven; and is seated at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from there he will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church, the communion of Saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen.

                7. Faith is seeing, not with
                    human eyes or human
                    reason, but with God's
                    eyes.

                8. Our faith gives us a vision of
                    such things as why we
                    were created, how we
are to live, how we are
                    to treat one another, what
is going to happen after we die.

                    St. Paul says
                        "at present we see
                        indistinctly, as in a
                        mirror."

Faith is a way of seeing
that which is based on the
                        word, Jesus spoke to us.

                9. When we hear the priest
                    say
                    "This is my body"

                    at Mass

                    "This is my blood",

we believe it is Jesus, truly
                    present in the Blessed Sacrament.

                10. Christ brings us the light –
                    So many today close their
                        minds and hearts to
                        what Jesus came to
                        tell us.

                    At baptism the person
                        receives a candle –
                        "Receive the Light"

                    We receive the supernatural
gift of faith, hope and love in
                        baptism!!

                The Transfiguration

                1. Mark 9: 2-8

Six days later, Jesus took with him Peter and James and John and led them up a high mountain on their own by themselves. There in their presence he was transfigured: his clothes became brilliantly white, whiter than any earthly bleacher could make them. Elijah appeared to them with Moses; and they were talking to Jesus. Then Peter spoke to Jesus, ‘Rabbi,’ he said, ‘it is wonderful for us to be here; so let us make three shelters, one for you, one for Moses and one for Elijah.’ He did not know what to say; they were so frightened. And a cloud came, covering them in shadow; and from the cloud there came a voice, ‘This is my Son, the Beloved. Listen to him.’ Then suddenly, when they looked round, they saw no one with them any more but only Jesus.

                2. God gave us the light to
                    live by – what a gift –
                    what a gift Jesus
                    gives us –
                    Jesus is the Light of
                        the world!!

                3. "This is My Beloved Son in
                    whom I am well pleased,
                    Listen to Him."

                4. The voice of the Father was
                    heard on Mt. Tabor –

                5. This transfiguration is a
                    one-time event in the
                    life of Jesus –

                    The Apostles saw Jesus
                        walking on water,
                        calming a storm,
                        healing the sick,
                        raising the dead,
                        feeding thousands,
                        but the transfiguration
                        was unique –

                    Jesus appeared in white
                            light – so bright.

                6. Jesus appeared glorified
                    at the resurrection.

                    Sing refrain:
                         Glory, Glory, Glory Lord

                7. God told us at the
                    transfiguration to
                    Listen to Jesus.
                    Disciples of Jesus are learners.
                    They listen and
                    want to learn to
                    be more like Jesus.

                8. May 16, 1998 - Prayer to the Father

My Father,

With my whole heart I desire to consecrate the whole world to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary. I wish with my whole being for the salvation of souls and that man live according to Thy Holy Will. I pray my Father that we may be one in You and Your Son Jesus and the Holy Spirit that we may intercede to You for this cause.

It is this burning desire within my soul to spread the consecration to the far ends of the earth, that the cries of Your children are cries of glory and honor and adoration, praising God as their God.

My Father, at this moment a soul hangs on the edge of death. For all eternity they will go to a place. It is not the plot of this soul as it trods this barren land to decide on the edge of death. You created us that we would grow in our oneness with God, that we would mature more and more in our image and likeness to God.

And so My Father, I pray with every cell in my body for this earth. In the name of Your Son Jesus I consecrate all the souls of this earth to the Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart of Mary in the Holy Spirit in union with the Holy sacrifice of the Mass with all the angels and saints and the souls in Purgatory.

I beg You Father for mercy.
I beg You Father for assistance.
I beg You Father to help us to spread this consecration to the far ends of the earth.

Please help us. We are helpless little ones coming in the heart of our Mother, bleeding from our wounds and our sins.

Your Son, Jesus Christ, shed the last drop of His Blood for the salvation of mankind. We wish to unite in this sacrifice, sacramentally made present in the Mass all over the world at every moment. Help us to make reparation to You for the sins of men.

Please my Father, help us. Held in the heart of Mary and the Heart of Jesus we come as the children of Eve to beg for the Reign of the Sacred Heart and the Triumph of Mary's heart. Look upon our love, Your shepherds in the Shepherds of Christ, our sacrifices and devotion to You Our Beloved Father. Come by the means of the Holy Spirit and sanctify us and make us whole, that we are one in Your Son Jesus, praying to You, Father, in the name of Your Son Jesus in the Holy Spirit united with all the angels and saints, in the heart of Mary. We beg for help for special intentions concerning the Movement. We beg for help to reach the Churches to give these prayers of Jesus to them, to reach the schools and the family. Help we cry as poor banished children of Eve. Help us Father to do this work the Good Shepherd has entrusted to us. Help us to be one in You that we act as intercessors to help this world to be turned to God as their God, loving, honoring and adoring Him as the Lord of Host is truly present on His throne.

We are Your children Father, we implore You to answer our prayer.
We love You, we worship You, we adore You, we thank you and we sing from the bottom of our hearts, Holy God we Praise Your Name. Alleluia

                9. Sing: Holy God We Praise Thy Name

               10. Sing: Oh Lord I am Not Worthy

                The Institution of the Eucharist

                1. This is a great mystery –
                        the real presence of Jesus
under the form of bread and
                        wine in the Eucharist.

                2. 1 Corinthians 11: 23-26

For the tradition I received from the Lord and also handed on to you is that on the night he was betrayed, the Lord Jesus took some bread, and after he had given thanks, he broke it, and he said, 'This is my body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of me.' And in the same way, with the cup after supper, saying, 'This cup is the new covenant in my blood. Whenever you drink it, do this as a memorial of me.' Whenever you eat this bread, then, and drink this cup, you are proclaiming the Lord's death until he comes.

                3. A Prayer Before the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass

Let me be a holy sacrifice and unite with God in the sacrament of His greatest love.

I want to be one in Him in this act of love, where He gives Himself to me and I give myself as a sacrifice to Him. Let me be a holy sacrifice as I become one with Him in this my act of greatest love to Him.

Let me unite with Him more, that I may more deeply love Him. May I help make reparation to His adorable Heart and the heart of His Mother, Mary. With greatest love, I offer myself to You and pray that You will accept my sacrifice of greatest love. I give myself to You and unite in Your gift of Yourself to me. Come and possess my soul.

Cleanse me, strengthen me, heal me. Dear Holy Spirit act in the heart of Mary to make me more and more like Jesus.

Father, I offer this my sacrifice, myself united to Jesus in the Holy Spirit to You. Help me to love God more deeply in this act of my greatest love.

Give me the grace to grow in my knowledge, love and service of You and for this to be my greatest participation in the Mass. Give me the greatest graces to love You so deeply in this Mass, You who are so worthy of my love.

-Mass Book, December 27, 1995

                4. John 6: 27

Do not work for food that goes bad, but work for food that endures for eternal life, which the Son of man will give you, for on him the Father, God himself, has set his seal.

                5. Prayer for Intimacy with the Lamb the Bridegroom of the Soul

Oh Lamb of God, Who take away the sins of the world, come and act on my soul most intimately. I surrender myself, as I ask for the grace to let go, to just be as I exist in You and You act most intimately on my soul. You are the Initiator. I am the soul waiting Your favors as You act in me. I love You. I adore You. I worship You. Come and possess my soul with Your Divine Grace, as I experience You most intimately.

                6. Sing: Your Presence Pervades My Soul

                7. Pope Pius XII, Mystici Corporis AAS. XXXV, 232-233

Through the Eucharistic Sacrifice Christ the Lord desired to set before us in a very special way this remarkable union whereby we are united one with another and with our divine Head, a union that no word of praise can ever sufficiently express.

                8. Pope Pius XII, Mystici Corporis AAS. XXXV, 232-233 continues

For in this sacrifice the sacred ministers act not only as the representative of our Saviour, but as the representative of the whole Mystical Body and of each one of the faithful. Again, in this act of sacrifice, the faithful of Christ, united by the common bond of devotion and prayer, offer to the eternal Father through the hands of the priest, whose prayer alone has made it present on the altar, the Immaculate Lamb, the most acceptable victim of praise and propitiation for the Church’s universal need.

                9. Pope Pius XII, Mystici Corporis AAS. XXXV, 232-233 continues

Moreover, just as the divine Redeemer, while dying on the Cross, offered Himself to the eternal Father as Head of the whole human race, so now, ‘in this clean oblation’ He not only offers Himself as Head of the Church to His heavenly Father but in Himself His mystical members as well.

                10. Pope Pius XII, Mystici Corporis AAS. XXXV, 232-233 continues

He embraces them all, yes, even the weaker and more ailing members, with the deepest love of His Heart.

Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Litugical Year (2011/2012)
$ 10.00

Guiding Light homily series — Reflect on the Word — Cycle B     The Word leaves an impression on our souls. In my thoughts and reflections are born a more tangible understanding of these eternal concepts presented in the Gospels and the readings. Anyone can read a sentence, but not anyone can absorb it's true meaning. Truth, in this day and age, is almost a matter of opinion or individual entitlement. We believe that Christ's truth is our Roman Catholic Church. We, as priests, champion it's teachings; we are ambassadors for the Pope and Christ to those faces looking at us. We are the light by which our congregation reads to reflect upon real truth and we do it hand in hand. $10

Guiding Light - Steadfast to the Son
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle A of the Litugical Year
$ 10.00

Guiding Light homily series — Steadfast to the Son — Cycle A    The sunflower is a great example of how we should be steadfastly guided by light. What a powerful thought that this exceptional plant is not stuck in one pose day in and day out, yet adaptable and magnetized to the sun. We feel the same about our Son. Our heads turns to face Christ as each day presents its challenges to find light. We join together like plants in a field and soak up the Son through the pulpit. We are a warm circle of strength using the wind of our breath to carry our priests' words, Christ's words, to new rich soil. $10

Guiding Light - Focusing on the Word
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle B of the Litugical Year
$ 10.00

Guiding Light — Focusing on the Word — Cycle B    At times we may feel that our path to Christ is a bit "out of focus". Like the disciples in the Book of Mark, this ordinary life clouds our vision of Christ's Divinity. We may doubt the practicality or possibility of applying His teachings and example to our modern life. Cycle B's homilies are a "guiding light" to help us realize Jesus' Messianic greatness and His promise of better things to come. $10

Guiding Light - Feed My Soul
Inspiring Homilies Covering Cycle C of the Litugical Year
$ 10.00

Guiding Light — Feed My Soul — Cycle C    In a world rapidly advancing and encouraging personal gain, we are faced with modern problems. There is a challenge to find time in our busy schedules for Sunday Mass or a family meal. We are able to research, shop, bank and even work without hearing one human voice. It is no wonder that we may often feel disconnected and famished at our week's end. In Fr. Joe's third book of homilies from Cycle C, we are reminded of the charity that Christ intended us to show each other. We have a calling to turn the other cheek and be the Good Samaritan to others. We are rewarded with the Father's kingdom and love when we are not worthy. We are not left alone or hungry. $10
