                R. Life is not life if it is not rooted in God –

                Jesus: I call you to love –

                I call you to peace –
                    to joy
                    to happiness rooted in Me –

                For a man went out and tied a rock around
                    his neck and it was hard to move –

                Why do men do this to themselves –

                Tie a rock around their own necks –

                When the leaves fall from the trees you
                    say winter is near –

                In today's age when people get more and
                    more old – many begin to see if they
                    can hold onto life here below –

                The time for the harvest is ready –
                    let the process begin –
                    open the doors and prepare yourself
                        for eternity - not try to hold onto
                        life here below and still
                        forget about eternity –

                Eternity is your future –

                Like one preparing for a magnificent
                    trip to a wonderful land, far away

                So you make a list –

                    You cannot take a suit case of any size –
                        it must be very small –

                    You must plan your heart carefully –
                        get rid of the junk that needs - OUT

                    You have a very important job to do –

                    You want love in your heart –
                        warmth,
                        faith,
                        hope,
                        You want to be prudent,
                        You want to be joyful,
                        You want to empty out willfulness.

                It is the journey of all journeys –
                    You want a heart of purity,
                        submission to God's will and
                        of course - LOVE –

                Fill your suit-case with LOVE for heaven –

                A heart filled with love will travel to heaven
                    like air –

                The man with all the baggage, anger,
                    memories of hate, jealousies,
                    unforgiveness, envy, impurities,
                    getting even –

                Oh – His heart is a heavy heart –
                    It is loaded with garbage –

                Rocks in your socks - you say –

                Yes a man with a rock around their
                    neck or a ball and chain around
                    their leg –

                    Does not fly too far –

                He is like a clogged drain –
                    when the time comes for water
                        to go through - his drain
                        is clogged shut!

                The heart is like this –
                    ventricles, tubes – running smoothly –
                    running as they should –

                Unforgiveness like a corroded artery

                Life is not Life if it is not rooted in God –

                Let go of the debris in your heart –

                Who are you saving yourself for –

                Open the ventricles –

                Pray for a flushing out of those old
                    unforgivenesses –

                Pray for a healing –

                Christi is the meaning of Christmas –
                   but the blind do not see –

                Love is the reason for your living –

                A man had a penny – in the days gone
                    by – pretending a penny bought you
                    a treasure –

                You went to a store and said
                    to yourself, "I have a penny"

                After much deliberation of what
                    to buy, the merchant said –
                    You've only got a penny –
                    It's not enough to buy that –

                You have one life to live –
                You have one heart to love –

                Fill your heart with treasure –

                When you die you can't take it
                    with you –
                    penny's are no good in helping
                    you get to heaven –

                Be a spender - spend your days
                    on others –

                    Me – loving Me –

                    be forgiving –

                    seek the will of God –

                    open it up for the Christ-child –

                R. Real love never dies.

                If we were looking down from above and
                    could see our birth to our death and
                    all we loved or didn't love in between
                    and we lived the hard days again –
                    would we have loved when we were
                        struggling – could we have
                        helped contribute to that
                        love that never dies in this world.

                Looking down at how God used us to
                    touch other lives may help us
                    to choose differently today when
                    God is calling us and knocking
                    at our door.

                An older person knows how life here is
                    not forever and God has made our
                    body and it lasts only so long –
                    but love given never dies –

                We see how Christ gave on the cross
                    2000 years ago.

                God is love –

                See the faces of all he has put in
                    our life and asked us not to be
                    self-focused and loved –

                Oh God help us to see how very short
                    life really is –

                God created us to be happy –

                Our quest for happiness is found in God.

                In a picture – people pose – people
                    smile – people unite –

                At a wedding, a baptism a First Communion,
                    a birthday, a vocation – people
                    pose and take group pictures
                    many times –

See a clock – ticking all day – we have
   so many ticks in our life
   to live –
   So many seconds in a year
   to live.

 
                R. Looking at a picture of those we love,
                    of our family, community,
                    our Church, our old school friends
                    can make us see how quickly
                    time passes
                    and holding out in answering
                    God's call is not going to
                    make us happy –

                God calls us to live more perfectly the
                    spiritual life –
                    to live more perfectly the Father's
                        will in love –

                This brings happiness.

He Is A Personal God, A Real Person! 

November 19, 1993

Jesus: I come with My grace to penetrate your soul. You open your heart and I enter in. My Blood washes you clean. I dwell in your heart. I am truly present there. Amen, Amen, I say to you, unless you eat this Body and drink this Blood, you shall not have life in you. You speak from Me. What flows from your mouth is the result of My presence within you. I am He Who writes these letters. You are only My servant. I use you. I give you honor because I come to you, but it is I Who do this writing. Your hand is My hand. I am using you in this work. I want all My letters published in a book-not a few. They were written as words for all to hear. With such material, many will turn their hearts to Me. I became real to you as you read My letters. I am a real person and I want to be known as I am, Son of God, loving and true. I want to be known on a personal basis to all My children. You are only being used. I am writing to My people. You cannot stop the hand of God. You are My candidates to execute this work. I want My letters out and soon. I do not want you to waste any more time. You both have nothing to do with this. You are My servants. This is My task. I want it accomplished. Many hearts will know Me in a new way from these letters.

I have spoken to Rita with all the love I have for each of My children. I am this personal with every soul. If they come to Me they will know this. They need to read and study these letters. Your job is to get them published. I want Rita to talk to her brothers. This will be accomplished in time. The proof of this is in the contents of these letters. No person could have the insight but Me alone. I am commanding you to do this work. Do not tarry.

Do not fear. I go before you and I make ready the path. You will not falter on your way. The road will open as it should. Any obstacles I will remove from your path. It will be transacted as I have planned and you will know this by the love with which it happens.

I am Jesus Christ, Son of the Living God. I live in this world in the hearts of all. I want all to know how alive I truly am. I never go from My people's side. I am vigilant and always there. It is they who move from Me. I want them to be drawn closer to My Sacred Heart, closer and closer through the content of these letters. I am alive. I am here. I am your love. I want all to know this message of love. It is not up to you to question My ways. My ways I make known to you for I want to save every last soul. You will be a big part in helping Me do this with many souls. They are thirsty. They will drink. I love you both very much and appreciate your trust and faith in Me. My ways, I have made clear. Do not tarry. I work before you. I do the work. You will know it is Me because of its ease. If a door shuts, it is not the way I want to go. All doors are open doors in My plan. It is easy to follow.

I love you and I am truly Jesus, Son of the Living God. Your work I bless and I go with you on your way. I am as present here as I was on My death on the cross. You will not fear. You will be fearless and without worry. Be steadfast in delivering these messages to your brothers. It is their souls that are at stake. The world preaches so many awful messages. These are so powerful and will reach men's hearts. I am a personal God. I am a God of love. I am a person Who wants to love My people in a personal way. I will give them these messages through you.

R. He has a plan to do His work. You don't ask why. You just do as He wants. He acts through you to minister to whom He wants, maybe only one person. You don't ask if what you did was good or not because He is doing it.

I became selfless and I surrender. The more I spoon out of me, the more He possesses me and it is He Who acts in me. If I did it, it would surely flop. If He does it, it will never flop.

It is for His honor and glory that I act. It has nothing to do with self-promotion. To be persecuted or glorified focuses on self. We must become selfless. We must act and empty ourselves. Don't ever ask if it was good or bad. We didn't do it. We are His servants.

Jesus: I am in you in this. I am working in you. I am giving you wisdom and insights to deliver My messages. I want you to speak. This has nothing to do with you. I use you. I have primed you to trust in Me and not ask any questions. It is for Jesus you act. This is your main concern: you must become selfless-totally. Drop your selves. Die to your self. Be of Me.

It is not you who act, but I Who act in you. Be selfless, child. You don't understand but when you question you are not selfless in your soul. I have planted these messages. It has nothing to do with you. I use your hand and write My words. You are a servant, My Servant. You are honored by Me that I use you, but I am He Who is acting!

Be selfless and unquestioning. Be as a baby at the breast. You wait and I do all things. Wait, baby. Wait on Me. I will use you. Be open, unattached and selfless. Be totally submissive. Do not fret or fume or worry. Let go and I will do all I need to. Just be willing. I have been teaching you about My will daily. You have studied under Jesus Christ. I would think you know some things about Me. I am the teacher. You are My people. Your life I use to teach you lessons. Your trials teach you profound truths. What gems those little trials are, gems of great knowledge from Me. Every day unfolds and you are taught by Me. You are My pupil. I am your teacher. Teach your brothers how to be My pupils in their lives.

I am the teacher of all truth. My teachings are truths of the soul. I am the greatest teacher. My school is run on My love. It is always good for you. Take your tests and receive a golden reward. Graduation is into My Sacred Heart, into the kingdom of God. I love you so!

NOVEMBER 19, 1995

The Resurrection of Our Lord from the Dead

1. Walk with the women as they walked to the tomb and feel how they felt when they saw the stone had been rolled back outside of the tomb.
2. Jesus told them many things, but they did not understand.
3. Mary Magdalene was crying. She saw a man that she thought was the gardener. It was Jesus. She was so overjoyed to see her beloved Jesus.
4. Jesus is alive this day and He is with us. He is truly present in the Holy Eucharist. He dwells within our hearts in a special way when we are in the state of grace.
5. Picture in your mind the glorified body of Jesus. See His glorified wounds. See Him, glistening in white, and surrounded in light.
6. Look into His face and see His love. See the light surrounding Him. See the tenderness in the face of Jesus.
7. In all of the struggles, in all of the darkness in the world this day, Jesus is alive. If we focus on Him, we can feel His presence within us, for He never leaves us.
8. Picture the body of Jesus hanging on the cross. Think about Him being locked in the tomb. On the third day He rose victorious. Death has no power over Jesus.
9. He came to this earth. He suffered and He died that we would share in His divine life. He came to give us His life. We become partakers in His life.
10. Our humanity is raised to such heights when we share in His divine life.

The Ascension of Our Lord into Heaven

1. Before Jesus ascended into heaven, He gave the to them the power to baptize and to forgive sins.
2. He promised to send the Holy Spirit to descend upon the Apostles and to fill them with all of the courage that they needed to go out to spread the Gospel.
3. "Then he took them out as far as the outskirts of Bethany, and raising his hands he blessed them. Now as he blessed them, he withdrew from them and was carried up to heaven." (Lk. 24:50-51)
4. Stand in the field below with the Apostles and the Virgin Mary and feel in your heart the excitement, the awe, the confusion to see Jesus as He ascends into the clouds.
5. He lives this day and He wants us to know His burning love. He came to this earth. He put on a human body because He loves us.
6. The Apostles were a sorry lot. They were filled with fear. They did not understand the words of Jesus. They were filled with self. They were always worrying who would be first. Jesus ascended into heaven and promised to send them the Holy Spirit to fill their hearts with the fire of God's love.
7. He no longer walks the earth, but this day He lives in this world in the Holy Eucharist and He is truly present. He lives in our hearts.
8. He tells us not to fear for He is here in our every breath and our every heartbeat. He is guarding us, for He loves us so much that He gave us His life that we would share in His divine life.
9. We are His apostles today. We must spread His love to this world.
10. We are doing His work. He wants us to be one in Him. He wants to act in us. We must put aside our selfish ways and be like Him. He wants us to give love to all.

The Descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles and Mary

1. The Apostles were afraid and they had locked themselves in the upper room. There was a gigantic wind. There appeared over their heads parted tongues of fire. They were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in foreign tongues as the Holy Spirit prompted them to speak.
2. When we are in the state of grace, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit dwell within our hearts in a very, very special way.
3. It is the Holy Spirit that transforms us more and more into the image and likeness of Jesus.
4. It is the Holy Spirit alive within us that is constantly leading us on our way to be closer and closer to God. He is in our hearts when we are in the state of grace. He wants us to tell Him of our love for Him.
5. The more that we tell the Holy Spirit how much we love Him, the more our hearts will burn within us for love of the Son and the Father.
6. Holy Spirit, alive in our hearts at this moment, how we love You. We want to be close to You. Fill us with the burning fire of God's love in our hearts.
7. It is in the pure and tender heart of Mary that we will love Jesus ever more. Holy Spirit, mold us in the heart of Mary to be more and more like Jesus.
8. The Apostles were so filled with the Holy Spirit that they went out and so many were converted. They were locked in prison and they got out of prison singing songs of great joy, for their hearts were filled with the fire of God's love.
9. Let us experience the life and vibrancy of God's love within us. As Satan tempts us and tries to drag us down, let the Holy Spirit lift us up for we will be propelled by the love of God.

The Assumption of Mary into Heaven

1. Jesus gave to us His Mother under the cross. Mary guards us and protects us in everything that we do. She loves us with the tenderest motherly love, with a personal motherly love.
2. She loves us and wants to lead us to the Heart of her Son through her heart.
3. How close Mary is to the Heart of her Son. She lived with Him. She cared for Him. She carried Him in her womb. She gave Him His life through her milk. She watched Him as He walked His way to Calvary. She stood under the cross. She watched Him as He ascended into heaven. It is through her heart that we will know the Heart of Jesus more and more.
4. Mary's heart is sinless. Mary is conceived without sin. Mary loves the Father with the deepest love. She loves her Son, Jesus. She loves her Spouse, the Holy Spirit. It is in going to the heart of Mary, loving the Father, loving the Son, and loving the Holy Spirit through her heart that we join ever closer to the Almighty God.
5. How Mary waits for us, stands by us, stands by our beds as we sleep, as a loving Mother caring at every moment about our life in God.
6. We are never alone for Jesus and Mary are with us, guarding us and caring for us. She cares for her little children in this world.
7. The angel appeared to Mary and asked her to be the Mother of God. She always did the Father's will and she was taken into heaven. The Father has a plan for us. If we follow His will, we too will go to heaven someday.
8. Mary is the highest human person. In recognizing the great love that Jesus has for His Mother, we realize the love that He has for us.
9. He loves His Mother so much that He wants His Heart venerated next to her heart.
10. Mary is our spiritual Mother. She loves us more than any earthly mother.

Mary Is Crowned Queen of Heaven and Earth

1. Heaven may seem so far away for children in this world, but Mary wants us to always have pure hearts and always be ready to meet our Almighty God.
2. Do we realize, children, that one mortal sin can keep us from heaven forever and ever?
3. We must be ready at all times to die and we must remain in the state of grace. Sin offends God Who loves us so much.
4. We think that God is so far away and He is so close. We look at the sunlit day and the star filled night and we see the wonders of the Almighty God. He is present this day and in our midst.
5. He has all the power. Our every breath depends on Him. At any moment, we could be taken from this world. We must be ready to meet God. If we love and serve God and keep His commandments, we will be in heaven forever and ever.
6. At the Holy Spirit Center, in Norwood, Ohio, the beautiful stained glass windows depict Mary as she is crowned by Jesus. The Father and the Holy Spirit are close by. This is the love that the Almighty God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit have for Mary. Mary, a human person, is crowned Queen of Heaven and Queen of Earth. We do not realize the immense love that God has for us. We are His creatures.
7. The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit dwell within our hearts in a very special way when we are in the state of grace.
8. Eye has not seen, ear has not heard, the glory that God has ready for those who love and serve Him.
9. The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit love each other perfectly. Out of Their great love, They created man. It is so foolish to not love, for God loved man so much that He came to this earth, died, and rose that we would share in His life. No person will get out of this life without dying. It is so foolish to not be prepared to meet our Maker.
10. We know not the day nor the hour. We are called to purify our hearts. We must give our hearts to Jesus and Mary. Jesus loves us with the most tender love. He wants to be so close to us. We must give ourselves to Mary. Her heart is pure. We are sinners. We can get closer to God through Mary's pure heart. Jesus gave us His Mother to mother us.

Thoughts before the Hail Holy Queen:

Mary will teach us the way to love. She will help us love the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We must open our hearts to love. We must love God and one another.

November 19, 1998

Jesus: Jealousy is not from God. I will not have anger in My Movement. You must be instruments of love operating as the children of God, all according to the Father's will.

I want the Reign of Peace to come to My children. I want love in their hearts. I want total dependency on Me.

When all else is removed from you, then you will come to My Heart, for it is all that you will have left.

How much more glorious it would have been for you if you would have obeyed your God when you lived in the land of plenty, but you would not listen to Me.

I speak now to the nursing mothers. The day will come when the children no longer nurse at the breast and then you will see that the time was most precious when you could have instructed them. If you contemplate the deep love a mother has for the child of her womb, you will understand a little the love the Virgin Mary has for her little ones. I am the Divine Lover. How precious to Me is the death of My precious ones. You give and give to your children and hope and pray they will be saved. You must let go to Me. I am the Divine Lover. I gave My life for them and for you. I desire the precious ones to live forever with Me in heaven. You must pray to Me. I speak now of peace My children, for you want some. Peace will be found in a deep union with God. Through the recitation of the rosary, you will be able to keep your focus on God. I tell you to teach all the rosary. Many scorn the rosary acting as if it is a petty thing. My children, you will cry for something to occupy your troubled mind. I have asked and your Mother has asked you to circulate the rosaries, books and tapes. You are helping the children of the world, for they will be tested beyond all measure and many will not be able to stand it because they would not listen. As the little pig that tooted on the flute and had no time to build a sturdy dwelling, your house of straw will collapse and some of My precious ones will be in the eternal pit of hell. But it was of their own making, for when I told them to obey the Commandments, they ignored Me. The First Commandment commands that you love your God above all things. I will deal harshly with the ones who ignored and persecuted you. They will suffer for their sneers and misgivings. Our Lady appeared and I prodded you and many ignored you and persecuted you. I am so disgruntled at the earth. Children, spread the rosary. Many of My precious ones will suffer the loss of their souls.

You will suffer as never before, Satan will be permitted to test you in so many ways, internally and externally. You will find the greatest difficulty praying and you will turn to the rosary. Consecration will be the way you will stay united. The single line "I give my heart to Jesus and Mary with you in love" will help you to remain one in love.

You will be tested and you will find special protection in Mary's Immaculate Heart and dwelling in Me.

Though the powers of hell come against you, it is through your interior union with God that you will survive. You will be tested and cry out, you will want to escape, sister will turn on sister, brother on brother, mother on child and you will want to escape. You will find special refuge in Our Hearts. This deep union with God will help you in the turmoil and confusion. Since the days of Fatima, the earth has been told to prepare their hearts through consecration and they have ignored their Mother. Today she appears in Florida and you in your brazen ways still ignore the sign God sends you.

Jesus: Feed the hungry ones.

Feed those that are sick, children, prisoners, people in hospitals, aged, hospice patients. I want to encourage you to read the messages to them, play the tapes, tell them what I am saying, give them rosary tapes and tape recorders. Tell them Jesus says this.

Please get the Message Book and the 17th invitation with photograph to the membership as soon as possible.

Circulate the invitations from the site, buses, to all who come.

Pray for reporters and press.

Pray for funds.

I want the world to hear My messages of God’s Blue Books.

I want the Little People’s rosaries to be made available now and the nursing home messages in little booklets.

Little booklets can be made for people to read to the elderly.

Larger print for them to read themselves, with rosary meditations.

I wish the message I gave to reach the nursing homes in March, 1995, be made available.

You must do as I say.

I want as much as can be made available on the 17th of December and the weeks after Christmas.

My crucifix from the Image Site is very important to the Father’s plan. Pray for Felix in his work that he will receive the grace he needs to complete it.

It is an important piece of the puzzle.

My Mother stood beneath the cross and she cried.

I show you the lights of heaven, you just do not see, you are too busy, many have their heads buried in the sand.

I want devotion to My Sacred Heart, the Heart of burning love.

Oh, children, gather in joy December 17 - December 25 and thereafter until the Epiphany in great celebration. Oh children, help Me. Please listen to Me. Heed My warnings. I want My word alive in their hearts.

I want to be honored this Christmas. I want to be the Light, the Star shining in their hearts.

We are studying Christian life and how we live it.

Our object is to establish a comprehensive view of what is necessary for the maintenance and development of full Christian living.

Response to God's Love is a book written by Fr. Carter and used as a text book for about 16 years at Xavier University. He taught there for over 30 years. He has authored some 17 books and written six years of priestly newsletters which have been circulated around the world.

Jesus desires this section to be included. This book is so important to Jesus. You will have greater insights into the Divine Mysteries if you read slowly as Jesus requests and pray for vision and grace. Oh God, thank You for this great work.

The moment Fr. Carter took his pen in hand God was giving the world a great body of knowledge to help renew the Church and the world.

Fr. Carter has spiritually directed all of us through his writings and Jesus has directed him his whole life to help renew the Church and the world.

St. Claude de la Colombiere, St. Margaret Mary, St. Francis, St. Clare, St. Ignatius and St. Xavier intercede for us, especially for the Jesuits to help us do this work to help bring about the Reign of the Sacred Heart and triumph of Mary's Heart.

I am not setting aside God’s grace as of no value; it is merely that if saving justice comes through the Law, Christ died needlessly.

This love of Jesus for us calls for our response.

Christianity is a religion of love.

God overwhelmingly loves us and He wants our response to Him.

3)   Connection between the three loves

From Response to God's Love p. 91 and I quote here:

"HERE, THEN, WE SEE THE PROFOUND INTERACTION BETWEEN THE THREE AWARENESSES AND LOVES—AWARENESS AND LOVE OF GOD, SELF, AND NEIGHBOR."

God loves His creation. If we live a God-like existence we must love what He creates. We have been  created and redeemed by God's love.

We must love our brothers. We do not have to like their actions, but we must love them because they are creatures of God.

And so I quote from Chapter 8 in Fr. Carter's book, Response to God's Love.

To authentically encounter others we must be properly aware of who they really are; we must, in short, be able to penetrate beyond surface appearances, which may or may not be appealing to us, and contact others in their core existence. When we are truly in touch with others at the core of their beings, we are simultaneously aware of their awesome dignity. We are conscious that these persons are created and redeemed by God in his love. Fortified with this proper awareness, we are thus in a position to relate to them as we should.

In order to be in touch with the inner self of others, we must be aware of or in touch with our own inner or true self. This awareness, in turn, is an awareness that our self is likewise made in the image of God, that it has been divinized in Christ and is to be oriented toward God and neighbor. Here, then, we see the profound interaction between the three awarenesses and loves—awareness and love of God, self, and neighbor. As Christians, consequently, we should have a maturing sense of how our existence is, in varied ways, profoundly interlinked with the existence of others. This feeling of union with others is not limited to those we directly encounter, but, in some sense, is directed to all members of the human family.

Let us now consider some of the main attitudes that the Christian should maintain and develop in his or her dealings with others. We will build upon the very basic attitude we have already mentioned—that we must always try to be aware of the true self of others, the self that has been created and redeemed by God's love. This awareness, in turn, calls forth our own love for them.

For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you made me welcome, lacking clothes and you clothed me, sick and you visited me, in prison and you came to see me." Then the upright will say to him in reply, "Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? When did we see you a stranger and make you welcome, lacking clothes and clothe you? When did we find you sick or in prison and go to see you?" And the King will answer, "In truth I tell you, in so far as you did this to one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did it to me." Then he will say to those on his left hand, "Go away from me, with your curse upon you, to the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. Feeding the hungry includes telling others about God. Telling others about our Church and the Eucharist is feeding the hungry.

We are really hating ourselves when we do not love our neighbor.

In order to inherit eternal life we must love God, our neighbor and ourselves.

Therefore we conclude with this comment following the scripture 1 John 4: 21 and Matthew 22: 37-38.

God first loved us. He loves us overwhelmingly and He wants our loving response to Him. We must love God, ourselves and others, we must love all three, truly love as God desires.

This book written by Fr. Carter, Response to God's Love, helps Christians to develop their loving response to God's love. This book written by Father Carter will help us love as a Christian in our everyday lives responding to God's love.
