To whom it may concern,


    We circulate the Priestly Newsletter that goes to 75,000 priests in the world. This has been circulated since 1994 at the direction of Fr. Edward Carter, S.J. who had a doctorate in Theology and taught at Xavier University for over thirty years and author of eighteen books on the spiritual life and many other various publications.

    Our primary purpose is to circulate this Newsletter. We are now sending three years of Newsletters in a book of 342 pages to 75,000 priests in the United States and 90 foreign countries. A special Newsletter is enclosed with Father Carter's powerful writing on Grace (2001 issue 1). This writing is also available on tape and on disc.

    Our coequal purpose is to circulate prayer manuals Father Carter compiled for prayer chapters praying for the priests, the Church and
the world.

    All of our printing and postage costs so much money.

    We operate from the Virgin Mary building in Clearwater, Florida, pictures are enclosed. We use the building to spread materials and rosaries
to encourage people to pray for the priests, the Church and the world.

    We also have a church we received from the diocese in China, Indiana where we distribute our materials and pray before the Blessed Sacrament hourly and about two hours or more at 6:20 every day. Monthly adoration before the exposed Eucharist is held for our members for 48 hours on the 12th of each month to the 14th.

    We have a third center in Morrow, Ohio which is our communication center and mailing address.

    We circulate rosaries handmade to Catholic schools all over the United States and meditation sheets and consecration cards. We try to send scapulars too when we have them. We supply many beads to our rosary makers for this.

    We had difficulty all last summer securing funds for beads for our rosary makers. We were not able to send the 100,000 or more rosaries we usually send in October and May because of funds.

    We need $10,000 every month for the loan on the Virgin Mary building. We pray nightly there usually for about two hours or more at 6:20. We pray all through the day there, hourly, many times before the image. A big prayer meeting is held on the 5th of the month. Prayers are prayed for about 4 hours for the priests, the Church and the world. We broadcast to at least 8 states and all join in the prayers, including Morrow and China.

    We have a nursing home ministry and a prison ministry. We supply coloring books of the rosary mysteries and the Mass to children.

    We desperately need funds for the printing and the rosary making operation and all the postage. Bishops from foreign countries beg for rosaries and prayer sheets with the Shepherds of Christ Prayers.

    Now we are struggling with the monthly rent on the building and the postage for the foreign mailing of the Priestly Newsletter Book II.

    We always need money for the rosary beads for the schools and the Virgin Mary building.

    We also do a Holy Spirit Novena, but the little book has been out of print for some time because of lack of funds. Teachers like to use it for confirmation. We have prayer chapters using it daily all over the world.

    We want to circulate pictures of the crucifix and Mary's image on the building, we are unable to do this because of lack of funds. Enclosed are pictures of the crucifix and the Virgin Mary building.

    A very important part of our Movement is trying to get people to say the Morning Offering. Here is a card we distribute extensively, especially to Nursing Homes and school children.





    Here is a short form of consecration to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary that we circulate extensively.





    Can you help us. It is a real shame to not even have rent on the building Mary appears on.

    We need to tell the world about the Mass. This is another important aspect of our ministry. We have so many writings about the Mass. Mass Book I with the Imprimatur—and all Fr. Carter's writings and many other writings discerned by Fr Carter before his death.

    It is a shame with all the money in the world not to be able to get the rosary beads to the rosary makers for school children who want them to pray the rosary.

    Our movement is trying to do what Our Lady told us to do at Fatima for peace in the world.

Messenger: Jesus says, "I am peace, love and joy."
Jesus says this.

                        No matter how hard things can get, I keep
                            my focus, I live to love and serve Him,
                            I have a great love of the Father,
                            the Son and the Holy Spirit.

I must maintain the purity of the movement.

                        We do what God has directed us to do we
                            do not sacrifice quality for
                            quantity.

                        God has given us directions how to be pure
                            in the midst of a troubled world.
                            A friend may come wanting to circulate
                            Shepherds of Christ material extensively, it
                            should be circulated in purity, speaking
                            only those things discerned in the
                            messages.

                        It should not be circulated with other
                            words or materials from other visionaries
                            giving their theories and ideas unless we
                            are directed by Our Lord.

                        God is so Mighty, He has chosen a small
                            remnant to be Shepherds of Christ. People
                            from all over the world receive these
                            messages and act as intercessors
                            praying deeply for the priests, the
                            Church and the world.
                            Praying deeply!!
                            Our focus is our own purity.

Our focus is doing God's will.

                            All apostles try to do one hour before
                                the tabernacle and attend
                                daily Mass.

                            There is so much grace released when
                                we do this.
                                Apostles need this extra grace to
                                    live this commitment.

God has called the person to be a
Shepherd of Christ.

                            First, our desire to help save souls is
                                so deep within us and we identify
                                deeper with God in this mission
                                every day.

                        As the Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes approaches
                            we review the story of this and
                            our place in this time over a
                            century since Mary has appeared
                            to us there.

                        Shepherds of Christ is not in competition with
                            the Marian Movements.
                            Shepherds of Christ is not a Movement
                                begun by Mary, but is a Movement
                                of Our Lord, Jesus Christ,
                                the Sacred Heart, the Savior
                                of the world.

Messenger:     This is what He said to me when He
                            first began to speak to me
                            in October 1991
                            I am Jesus, Son of the Living God
                            I am Who Am.
                            I speak to you.

I do not want you to be afraid of what
men do.

I am all powerful.

Then He gave me the example of a socket
and how it has electrical power.

He says His power never runs out.

Now I want to speak of His power.

It is there whether I am thinking of it
or not.

He is.

All the televisions of America could be
black if the power went out.

Remember the Black Out in New York
because, I believe, of an ice storm.

A few days before it happened I got this message
from Our Lady in Morrow.

Messenger: Mary gave a message on the first Tuesday in January, January 6 during the Tuesday rosary. She stated, "You will know a black day and you will know His might, for God is a God of justice and a God of right."

Mary said, "I will put all darkness under my feet, and I will crush the head of the serpent. And the children that remained in darkness will be lost forever, my little ones, so loved."...

Oh Jesus talks about how cold are our

                        When I saw His Heart December 17, 1991 He
                            told me what these writings would
                            do to lead men to His Sacred Heart.

December 17, 1991 His Burning Heart

Messenger: I was alone in All Saints Church after Mass and Communion, in front of the tabernacle, when I saw the Sacred Heart. It was red around the outside, then a layer of yellow and then the brightest light in the center. I felt heat and it looked like an open furnace.

    I thought about it all day and it instantly gave me peace and warmth in my heart. This is the purpose of these letters—to draw hearts to the ardent on-fire love of Jesus. I received the following message that day:

    "Open your heart to the fire of God's love. He is ablaze in your heart. He wants to dwell in you and love you and others through you. Love God, yourself and one another and experience the fire set aglow in your heart and experience the warmth of His love."

Messenger:     There was heat I felt.
                        I had such peace all day.
                        I told a woman immediately after it—
                        I had drawn the vision in my notebook
                        and what He said.

                        Fr. Carter always said to me of the Blue Books—
                            Rita there is so much theology in
                            one sentence in the Blue Books—

                            He told me Our Lord told him, the
                                Blue Books were as much his as
                                mine.

                            I hardly knew him and he disclosed
                                for me the vision of Shepherds of Christ
                                Our Lord had imparted to him.

                            Then it unfolded. It was his faith
                                that got the Newsletter circulated
                                to the priests.

He did exactly as Jesus told him to do.

He said the Movement existed to
circulate the Newsletter.

                                For months after I began getting messages
                                    Our Lord told me about fear and
                                    about His Might.

                                He woke me when I was asleep. I longed
                                to go to bed and know He would wake
                                me and give me the Blue Book Messages.

I must focus today on the sentence

"I am peace and love and joy"

Another favorite message I kept in my
heart was this from December 30, 1993.

     It is in acceptance of all that is before you that you grow in your relationship with Me. Do not try to throw back into My face the little opportunity for grace you receive.

     Child, I am ever by your side and I am ever teaching you. Accept all things as happening from Him Who loves you. Know that My hand is in everything you are experiencing. I am vigilant and by your side. Nothing happens to you that I have not consented to.

                            fire I saw in the vision.

The devil can press down and get us focused

Cling to Me

May 13, 1993

Jesus speaks: My dear child, if you stay close to Me, then I live in you and you live in Me. I am He Who created you and I love you with such an intensity that you will never know. My words are your truth. You must abide in My heart in all things. There is no room for doubt. My ways are steadfast, direct, and without error.

    You must stay rooted in Me to ward off the power of the evil one. His grip is paralyzing and crippling. His power is stronger every day.

    When you live in Me, I am in your heart and he has no power over Me. I am your God. I am your true lover. I want to protect you. I want to guard you from this force. Stay rooted firmly in Me and he will have no power.

    I am He Who comforts you. My hand is upon you. Hold tight to Me, My child. My eyes are fixed right on you. You are My most precious child. I love you as no other can. My arms are about you. My tenderness surrounds you. My love is in your heart. You go not alone. I walk with you.

    I share every aspect of your life with you. Cling to Me, feel My presence. It is warm and secure within your chest. There is no room for fear, for I cast out fear and bring you comfort and joy.

                        We have not had any Blue Books in Florida

Giving the Blue Books to people who come
have changed so many lives.

                        I can open the book and God speaks to
                            me. He gives me a message I need
                            to hear.

One sentence can say what I need
many times.

Jesus speaks: I am peace, love and joy.

I am God.

I have all the power.

I am unchangeable.

Messenger: Ponder these statements and the might
of God.

I will tell you of the two camps that
St. Ignatius spoke of.

One headed by Lucifer, one by the
Divine God.

Messenger:          I want you and myself to get in front
                                of the tabernacle or it can be
                                done after communion to focus
                                on the Might of God.

With His Might behind us—we can
move mountains.

                            God can flood the souls with such
                                a grace that could change the
                                hearts of men.

                            The seeds planted, the deeply rooted
                                ways of focusing on the power
                                of men who think they can do
                                it without God is a trick
                                satan has planted in some men's
                                minds.

What is the story of Eve in the garden
of Eden.

Is it so much different for many
today.

                            I overheard a talk show of a man on T.V.
                                that was ridiculing the snake in
                                the garden, He was an atheist
                                or something close to that.

These people are discrediting the Word of
God.

                            Our pillar our reference is the
                                Bible, the ten Commandments,
                                the pope, our Church instituted
                                by Christ.

                            There can be lots of priests, who like
                                Eve thought they didn't need to
                                obey authority.

                            Power comes from God, it is given
                                to priests in the Church from
                                those over them.

                            Power comes from God in the
                                family, it is given through
                                the parents.

                            The devil tries to break up homes
                                by divorce, the devil helps
                                to promote T.V. shows and movies
                                that show parents as weak.

The parents have God given authority
over the children.

The parents give the authority to the
school to teach the children.

Let's quote Sirach again

Sirach 3: 11-14

for a person’s own honour derives from the respect shown to his father,
    and a mother held in dishonour is a reproach to her children.
My child, support your father in his old age,
    do not grieve him during his life.
Even if his mind should fail, show him sympathy,

December 31, 1993 - Early Morning

Jesus speaks: I am the way, the truth and the life. He who abides in Me will have the light of life. I am Jesus, Son of God. I am the most important thing you do every day. If you are tired, then you are focusing on the wrong things. Be ready, for your Savior awaits you and you are His messenger.

    I am Jesus, Savior of the World. I am ready for you. Listen and write My words. I am the light that shines in this dark world. I come to you in the night and you know it is Me. I come in such silence and no one knows that I am surrounded by angels. No one knows so many things that you do not see. Faith is the answer for My brothers. Faith is the answer for you, for when you do not see you still believe. When there is no proof, you are still absolutely sure that I am here. This faith does not go unrewarded. Where there are no proofs, you believe in Me. Blessed are they who have not seen and yet believe.

    What I reveal to you here, I do in your heart. My connectedness to you is in your heart. I do not need the senses. Man wants God to be like them. Do not ask to have God explained in human terms. This, My child, is surely in the realm of the spirit. Things of God are not like the things of man. I communicate to you as I am. Others want you to explain to them just how it is.

    Your human minds do not fathom the ways of God. To ask My messenger to answer your human questions is to ask her to tell you why stars shine, why a baby is conceived in the mother. In the end there is an element of mystery which is beyond words. Don't ask her to tell you why and how she writes these letters. She writes these letters by the power I have. She writes these letters for Me. She writes these letters because I am dictating them to her for you. She sits, half asleep, and writes such clear lessons in faith. And, you My brothers, ask for explanations? I am Jesus Christ, Son of the Living God. I am He Whose boot strap you are unworthy to tie, yet I make Myself so personal to you in Holy Communion. But, little ones, I am God. You cannot comprehend one little speck of My ways. Your human mind is so limited. Do not try to make sense of Me in human terms. I write these letters to bridge a gap between you and Me.

    I am this personal to you, but My ways are not your ways and, though I try to make you understand some of the mystery, you cannot in your humanness explain the ways of God. Go ahead and try, child. It is a waste of your time. Do not ask My messengers for explanations that you will understand. You will not ever on this earth understand any of what is happening here. My ways are the ways of God. What is happening here is a miracle.

    You ask too many questions and you, in your humanness, expect too many answers. I am the God of your Fathers. They never knew such a God. I was the same God to them and I spoke to similar people to open up Myself to them, but you have been given a great, great gift indeed in these letters. Do you question and question or do you study and become wise. Study My words and accept all I give you with faith.

    Be blessed for the faith you show. Your faith will save you in this sick world. I am here, all right. I am in the Eucharist, Body and Soul. Would you like for Me to explain the real presence. How can I, in your earthly form, explain such things to you? Wake up. I give you a gift and you spend your time asking how, why, where, when. I give you this day a gift of My love for you. You will not understand the ways of God but, from these letters, I will become as real as the nose on your face. You can busy yourself asking questions and miss the miracle of My coming to you in these letters.

    I come to you, you who are hungry and thirsty and you are waiting for more. To those who listened, much was imparted to them. To those who remained blind, nothing was gained. They try to explain God in human terms. I cannot be explained to your liking, My child. To do so is just silly.

    I am God. I am Who Am. I am the Son of God. I am Human, but I am also Divine. You will not understand My divinity. You are a human. Be glad for what you are given. Pray for faith. So many souls will be lost for their stubbornness to have every situation explained. I will not ever be explained to you. If you do not go out on a limb, you will miss the sunset. The glories that you need to seek are to be seen at the end of the limb.

    You do not know why, in your heaviness, the limb does not break. You will not understand, in your humanness, My ways. I impart to you many gifts. Do not try to explain My ways in your human ways. It is a futile task. It is impossible. It is not human. It is divine. Accept this miracle on faith and reap such a reward! God-made-man talks to you, not to the messenger. Talks to you! Do you want an explanation? You will not understand My divinity in your humanness, so quit trying and get about the job of listening to My words with your heart.

    I will work in your hearts in your quiet time with Me. You do not do this work, either. The more you look for explanations with Me, the more you miss Me. My ways are a mystery. I impart such little glimpses of Myself to you. They are in your hands, to burst forth later. Now you busy yourself with the work at hand. Come in silence and make yourself selfless. I will be the giver of many gifts. If you decide what gifts I will give you, you have missed the boat entirely. I give to you as you need.

    You are My babies. Babies do not tell their mothers of their needs. They wait and they are fed. They wait and they are changed. They wait and they are loved. Wait on the Lord. What you get is coming from Him Who loves you. I know all things. I know your needs. I am like the loving mother. I am God. I know your every need. Come and soak in the sunlight. Quit your questioning. Quit your asking for such things that you may never need. Turn yourself over like little babies, freshly born. They have soft little cries and are very dependent on their mothers. Come with your little cries but know that I, in the end, will give you all you need.

    Don't try to control Me. I am God. Who are you to come and think you will tell God what you need. I see the whole picture and I comprehend it as God. You see as in a tunnel and think you know so much. Come and make yourself putty in My hands. Remain formless and unattached. Remain a baby. Take all I give and do not ask questions. It is in your submissiveness to Me that you grow in Me. I dwell in you and I can operate from you. In your willfulness, I cannot come in. How can God act in a soul who is in control. If you are operating, I cannot.

    Oh, you have much to learn, but it is revealed in these letters how to become creatures of God. Most of your work is in submission to Me. Your biggest job is to die to yourself and live in Me. I am all powerful and I want to dwell in your breast. I want to possess your soul. I want to impart to you My love. I want to fill you to the brim with the things of God. All that is in the way of My working in you is yourself. If you hold onto self, you get yourself. To be of Me, you must let go of yourself. Come to My altar and sit silently before Me. Let Me work in your soul. Look for Me.

    I give to you according to your needs. I answer you according to the things of God. I give you gifts that you never knew possible, because your mind cannot imagine the things of God. Do not limit your soul by being in charge. The soul is in the image of God and God must deal with it. To try to feed your soul humanness is useless. Only God can feed the soul. Come to Him and let Him have full reign in your hearts. Don't try to decide what you need. You don't know of the needs of a soul. God is so good and so loving and He wants to give you what you need. Surrender to Him and be open to all He wants to do in you.

Messenger:        Our Lord has asked me to put on the
                                Mass Book II. He wants one entry
                                each day. This will be the thirteenth
                                entry today. Pray for Grace to love
                                God more and read each entry every
                                day. See if it helps you grow closer

                                See how your relationship progresses
                                with God over this period of time.

we'll need funds to do that.

                            The entries in the Mass Book II were
                                received about the same time as when
                                Father Carter wrote the Priestly Newsletter
                                Book II, also the last year of his life.

                            We need funds for the mailing of the Priestly
                                Newsletter Book II. It's coming along
                                good. Very soon it will be in
                                the hands of the priests.

Spouse of the Lamb
    I longed for you, my Jesus, to receive you within My breast. I've longed to have you inside of Me.

    Oh my Jesus, I want to be with You as You are in the exposed Eucharist, and it is my delight to just be with You, the Almighty God, truly present and sit with You and gaze upon Your splendor.

    Oh, the excitement to know God is really there in the consecrated Host.

    It is so wonderful to just be with Him in such deep union, and my heart is just so filled with love for God and all others.

    The treasure is the Eucharist.

    Oh God, my heart burns to receive you in the Mass and for You to be with me in my heart right now. To just be with Jesus, the Son of God.

    When asked by Jesus to write here, I want to write as He directs me.

    What would I do if I knew today was my last day on earth?

    I would do exactly as I am doing, for I believe I am living according to His will.

    I would do it with the greatest fervor, uniting as deeply as possible every moment to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass for souls.

    I would pray as fervently as I could for My family and the Shepherds of Christ family, the Church and God's family.

    I would give my all as deeply as possible to the moment and surrender all else to Him.

    I would go deep inside myself and try to unite as deeply as possible in my heart to the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

    Every moment when lived fully united to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass can help to release great grace for souls.

    Oh God, I love You so much and I love souls.

    I would tell everyone on the earth about Jesus in the Eucharist, and I wouldn't care what they thought of me because that is such a gift to tell them about.

    I would spend time with Jesus in deep union at Mass and before the tabernacle and I would unite as deeply as possible with all others in my heart.

    I would pray as Jesus has taught us in the Our Father and I would recall the Gospel of John, chapter 17, in my heart, praying and offering up my whole day that the world would be one.

    I would ask God to send love to all that I have ever had a problem with and shower the earth with healing grace.

    Now, my God, there is so much more to write, but I would wish that I could live that day as You will it, deeper than ever, uniting to the Mass and all others in holy prayer.

    I wish that I could give you the greatest love and honor and adoration and I would pray more fervently than ever for our beloved priests and the most wonderful Church and the world, asking God to help me live the day according to God's will to the fullest.

    I love to be with Jesus in the tabernacle. I want to have joy in every moment.

    I love to pray the rosary and think of the mysteries of the rosary before Jesus and pray for my needs and the priests and the Church and the world, especially praying for my beloved family and friends.

    Oh, Jesus, as I go to the rosary today in Florida, I pray for grace for the priests, the Church and the world.

    I ask all to unite with me in praying every day as a body for our beloved priests, the Church and the world, as we are united to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.

    Let's feel this connection to one another every moment of the day, praying for grace to be released for souls, for the Church and the world.

    I love you all so much. May God's blessings shower your lives as Jesus takes you ever deeper into His most precious Eucharistic Heart.
