A Prayer for Intimacy with the Lamb, the Bridegroom of the Soul
Oh Lamb of God, Who take away the sins of the world, come and act on my soul most intimately. I surrender myself, as I ask for the grace to let go, to just be as I exist in You and You act most intimately on my soul. You are the Initiator. I am the soul waiting Your favors as You act in me. I love You. I adore You. I worship You. Come and possess my soul with Your Divine Grace, as I experience You most intimately.
Jesus speaks: Every day during Lent I request each writing begin with this prayer and it is prayed before you read every daily message.

Jesus speaks: Satan gets stronger every day. He is trying to stop
all you are doing. You must learn to deal with frustration, you must press forward when
communication seems impossible. He will attack from every angle, for he wants you stopped.
I speak now of My transfiguration.
January 9, 1994, My messenger received a message from the Father.
Messenger: I was in St. Gertrude's Church and I was in the front of the church. I was looking at the crucifix, and I heard the Father speak: "My gift to you is My Son. This is My beloved Son in Whom I am well pleased."
Please read the portion of the December
22, 1998 daily message that talks of this transfiguration when Christ appeared transfigured on January 9, 1996.
Messenger: On the 20th of August, 1997, I was at St.
Gertrude's and the Lord appeared transfigured on the cross. I heard the voice of the
Father speak, "This is My beloved Son, in Whom I am well pleased, listen to
Him."
We must call to mind the apparition of Jesus on the cross, December 5,
1996, when He appeared at the point of death with His mouth moving.
Later that evening in the rosary He said He moved His mouth. He did not
speak any words because He said, "No one was listening."
This message ends the fourth book of messages from heaven.
It is most appropriate that we end this book with the accounts of these
transfiguration experiences.
The Father spoke to me, August 20, 1997: "This is My beloved Son in Whom I am well pleased, listen to Him."
Matthew 17:5
He was still speaking when suddenly a bright cloud covered them with shadow, and suddenly from the cloud there came a voice which said, 'This is my Son, the Beloved; he enjoys my favour. Listen to him.'
John 10:4-5
When he has brought out all those that are his, he goes ahead of them, and the sheep follow because they know his voice. They will never follow a stranger, but will run away from him because they do not recognise the voice of strangers.'
Messenger: In Revelation when He speaks to the churches, He says:
Revelation 2:7
Let anyone who can hear, listen to what the Spirit is saying to the churches: those who prove victorious I will feed from the tree of life set in God's paradise."
Jesus speaks: I ask you to quote from the Father's message, January 11, 1997, pages 44-45, Apostles Manual.
God the Father speaks: The plan will unfold. It is My plan.
I have delivered this message that you will know My plan is unfolding.
Jesus speaks: The Father is revealing the messages through My
messenger. I give you the messages here as indicated by the Father in the following words:
"She is delivering these messages to you from the Son, My beloved Son, God-made-Man."
God the Father speaks: I warn you through My beloved daughter, Mary. You did not heed her warnings. Disobedience against the Mother I gave you displeases Me greatly. Mary is the Mother of all children. Mary is a gift from Me, but you are willful and abuse the gift I send you.
You do not make reparation to her Immaculate Heart; you continue to offend her. I will not tolerate the deeds of evil men any longer.
My plan will unfold. Any disobedience to these messages given by Me, My Son, or your Mother Mary will cause Me great displeasure.
I am the Father, the Almighty God, the Alpha, the Omega; you are a sinful people, a chosen race sinning against a loving God.
I am angered at your ways for they are not My ways, you have run amuck, you have offended your God, you have disobeyed your Mother and My beloved Son Who died to save you.
Jesus speaks: I ask you to study both the Father's messages: January 11, 1997 and January 18, 1997.
I love you, Jesus
Messenger: My beloved Lamb, my Bridegroom,
From the lessons of the past few days that You have given to me, I see
one thing is important. It is obedience You wish. I am a messenger from God. The devil
distracts me, trying to get me to not obey Your messages, tempting me to think I must talk
to someone or do some busy work before Mass.
Through great suffering I am learning You wish my undivided attention
before Mass. You wish a quieting of the soul, a focus on You and Your might and an
anticipation of participating in the Mass that engulfs my soul.
Do I want the balcony or the dirt? Do I want to be in the light or to
drudge along in the mud?
God is my focus. I can work from now until the day I die doing busy
work, but no work will compare to an outpouring of His grace to change hardened hearts.
I received messages how to prepare myself for Mass. I must be somewhat
private, praying, not focusing on business things, so that my soul is ready to be acted
on. I live for Him. As a wife tries to be there for her husband, I must be there wanting
to please my beloved God. If I rushed in and threw the meal on the table and rushed out,
my family would not experience intimacy with me.
The intimacy among fellows is fading because of their busy lives.
We must have intimacy with God, we must have intimacy with one another.
I know He wants my whole focus at the Mass and afterward.
We do not fully know how precious the Mass is and fully how powerful it
is.
My Bridegroom, I live to serve You and others and to know Your will. Holy Spirit, descend upon me that I will live in truth and live according to God's will. I plead and I beg for this. Amen.
