I consecrate Russia and the Ukraine to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

I further consecrate the priests, the Church and the world to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary.

I do this in the name of Jesus in as far as I am able, united to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, praying to the Father, in the Holy Spirit, with all the angels and saints and the souls in purgatory through the powerful intercession of Mary, Queen of Peace. Amen.

I further consecrate myself, all members of my family and ask the Holy Spirit to fill us. I spread the Blood of Jesus on all above, I cast the devil into hell away from all of us and consecrate all persons, in as far as I am able,  to the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart.

R. So think of Ananias who
answered the call of God to
help Paul after he killed the
Christians.
And think of St. Paul’s role
in the Father‘s Plan, but
Ananias was key to that,
answering his call.

And think of Monica who
prayed her whole life so
St. Augustine could be a
Doctor of the Church.
 

R. Mary did appear in Clearwater
after years of writings, her
apparitions to me while Fr. Carter
was there.

A prophet is without honor today.
The depth of intimacy God wants
in devotion to His Eucharistic
Sacred Heart, I have tried to
spread for over 30 years, with
favors, fruits and signs is ignored.

Our Lady of Clearwater was
ignored.

R. God calls in our vocation, the
persons must answer.

Fr. Carter believed Shepherds of
Christ would go down in history
as a major Movement for renewal
of the Church and the world,
but priests, people don’t want to
get involved because Fr. Carter
and I said God and Mary talked
to me.

The Prayer Chapters are ignored!
The gifts given in the books -
ignored.
The fruits / blessings, content
ignored.

If we are traveling to California,
but it’s God’s will we are in
New York, how can we answer
His call?

We have a free will.

If Ananias said no to His call to
help St. Paul where would we
be today?

I pray that those who are called
to help me and Fr. Carter answer
the call.

R. To those with Faith signs are
not necessary,

To those lacking faith no
sign is enough.

God the Father has a Plan.
Mary said “yes”.

Jesus in the Garden said “yes”.

St. Peter denied Christ, but became
the pope.

St. Mary Magdalene was a sinner,
but she converted and said “yes”.

Pope John Paul II said “yes”.

Fr. Carter said “yes”.

Abraham said “yes”.

St. Joseph said ”yes”.

Fr. Joe said ”yes”.

I watched a movie a baseball
player was the best batter, he was sent
to the team. He could hit all the
baseballs out of the park, but
the coach who lost every game
for a couple of years would not
use him, he was too old, no
credentials,
Until he put him in as batter, the
team almost went out of existence.

God has a Plan, but despite all
the fruits, books, apparitions,
24 hour adoration for years,
who hears?

Before Mary appeared in Clearwater,
after 2 and 1/2 years of apparitions
on December 5, 1996, Jesus
appeared on the cross at the point
of death at Holy Cross / Immaculata.
He was dying, but His mouth
moving and nothing came out.

At the 5th Rosary that night Jesus
said “Nobody was listening“.

12 days later Mary appeared in
Clearwater, December 17, 1996.
Mary appeared like this for 7 and
1/2 years.
